In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I’m asking you one of the most important questions you’ll ever answer… Who are you, really? Not the titles you carry, not the roles you play for other people, but the true version of you when everything else is stripped away.
For many of us, life has pulled us so far into responsibilities and expectations that we’ve lost touch with our own identity. We define ourselves by being a spouse, a parent, a friend, or an employee, but rarely stop to consider who we are to ourselves. Often, reconnecting with that part of us means going back to a time in childhood when curiosity, hope, and dreams guided our days. While you can’t live like your eight-year-old self (no matter how appealing daily Chuck E. Cheese trips may sound), you can bring back that spark and perspective.
Living an inside/out life means aligning your choices and actions with who you truly are. It’s about finding fulfillment and avoiding the regret of realizing too late that you lived for everyone else’s expectations. I’ll share how you can start this reconnection process today, and why doing so is foundational for long-term happiness, health, and fitness.
