These are the foods you’ve labeled as off-limits or ones you believe you can only eat “in moderation.” Instead of avoiding them, I walk you through a structured process for diffusing their power so they can become just another food you enjoy without guilt.
We’ll talk about how to integrate your favorite foods into your forever eating plan by pairing them with simple additions like a serving of produce and water at every main meal. I’ll explain why eating your trigger foods daily in a controlled, intentional way can remove the mental tug-of-war and help you feel in control again. You’ll also hear how the food industry designs processed, packaged items to keep you coming back for more — and how knowing the rules of the game can help you decide when and how to play.
By the end, you’ll see how to create a balanced eating structure that starts with your preferences, builds toward a healthier lifestyle, and lasts for decades. This is all part of the inside/out process I use with clients to help them develop a positive relationship with food and fitness for life.
