Hank (00:06):
Welcome to the Home Business Success Show.
Join us as we speak to homebusiness entrepreneurs for tips,
tricks, do's and even don'tsfor running a successful home
business.
Welcome everyone, I'm Hank Eder, also known as Hank the PR Guy,
host of the Zoomers to BoomersBusiness Show, the show formerly

(00:30):
known as the Home BusinessSuccess Show.
You're listening to bizradiousall entrepreneurs all the time.
You may be asking why we'rerebranding our show.
We're broadening our scope tobring insights from
entrepreneurs across the wholegenerational spectrum.
Many will still be home-basedbusinesses, since so many

(00:53):
entrepreneurs work that waythese days, so we're reaching
out for more diverse voices.
Sometimes we'll be focused onbridging the generational divide
.
Recently, a young Facebookfriend launched a series of
posts laying all the problems ofthe world on boomers.
We're taking the gloves offboomers, she said.

(01:15):
In my opinion, pointing thefinger of blame at anyone is
never productive.
Productive.
Stereotyping anyone, whetherit's race, ethnicity, sexual
orientation or for reasons ofageism, is never productive.

(01:36):
My goal for this show is toencourage honest dialogue, as
well as to reveal how oursimilarities far outweigh our
differences.
And while we're doing that,we'll always have a strong dose
of business do's and don'ts.
Next week, I'll share moreabout our new direction.
Our guest today, molly Liu, isa spiritual advisor and business

(01:56):
consultant who masterfullyblends the principles of the law
of attraction with attractionmarketing.
Specializing in human designand gene keys, she leads
strategy sculptors in guidingentrepreneurs to achieve
personal and professionalalignment Through her

(02:17):
transformative membershipprogram, group membership, group
mentorships and one-on-onecoaching, molly combines a
holistic lifestyle approach withpractical business strategies,
empowering her clients toattract success and fulfillment
by embracing their authenticselves.

(02:38):
Welcome to the show, molly.

Molli (02:42):
Thanks for having me, Hank.
I'm so excited to be here aspart of your whole rebrand.
It feels very in alignment.

Hank (02:49):
It does feel in alignment.
It's an honor to have you hereas my first show with a new
rebrand.
Anyway, to get started, if youwould please tell our audience
about what it is that you do?

Molli (03:00):
Yeah, so what I do really is that, when we align
with our true self, what happensis when we really break down
these barriers we have withourselves to fully expressing
who we are and take off all ofthe masks of conditioning right,

(03:22):
of conditioning right, something really amazing happens
, where this magnetism that wehave really starts to shine and
we can really start attractingthat.
And if you've ever gone into aroom or gone to a party and
there's that person that's just, there's something more to them

(03:43):
than charisma, right, it's amagnetism, it's like this
strength that you just there, there's something more to them
than charisma, right, it's, it'sa magnetism, it's like this
strength that you just want toget to know them, and they tend
to have be the life of the party, whether anybody knew them
beforehand, really or not.
Um, and we all have this ability, right, whether it's in an
introverted or an extrovertedway, like we all have this
natural ability within us to doit in a way that's very unique

(04:06):
to us, just like fingerprints.
I don't know if you know this, but a friend of mine his name is
CI Dixon and he is incredible.
He actually was mentored by ZigZiglar and that's a really cool
story, but either way, he toldme about fingerprints and how
nobody that has ever lived inthe past or will ever live in

(04:29):
the future will have the exactsame fingerprint as you, and
like I knew that, but it reallyjust sunk in at that moment and
really it just blew my mind andthat's really what, like what
our energy signature is like, and so when we really hone that,
we can really pull ineverything that's meant for us
and simultaneously repel thethings that aren't right for us,

(04:50):
and that's what I teach.

Hank (04:52):
That's awesome.
So then we have a unique, specific energy signature that's
unlike anybody else's on theplanet who's ever lived or ever
will live.

Molli (05:03):
Exactly.

Hank (05:04):
That's incredible.
Well, you and I met at anonline business networking event
and I knew as soon as I saw youin the room that we had to
connect.
If you would please give us alittle bit of insight on why
that kind of thing happens?

Molli (05:18):
This is.
I just want to preface.
This is my own take on this, and I love that question because
I have a very nuanced answer toit.
Okay, so this goes into quantummechanics a little bit, right,
there's this thing that isbecoming more well known called

(05:39):
quantum entanglement and how, just to give a quick preface on
it so a particle that's here anda particle that's on the very
end edge of the universe, right?
Could instantaneously affecteach other because they are
entangled on the quantum field,right?
So whatever happens to one here, the same exact thing will
happen to that particle ifthey're entangled and entwined.

(06:03):
Understanding based on my ownthing, right, that as we raise
our frequency, basically as wealign more and more with
ourselves and who we're reallyhere to be and embody, and that
magnetism, as we shift in thesedifferent layers of frequency,
we shift into these new layersof entanglement, right?

(06:24):
So let's say you raise yourfrequency up, Well, suddenly all
the things that used to beentangled with you fall away
because you're not vibrating atthe same frequency.
So now you have these newentanglements, right?
And so when you're vibrating atthe same frequency as somebody
else number one you can feelthat that's, you're going to be

(06:50):
pulled towards that and in thatdirection and I believe that's
where our life experiences occuris we're pulled in the
direction of our entanglement ateach layer, each frequency
layer, to the experiences thatwe need to grow to keep raising
our frequency.

Hank (07:00):
Yeah.
So then that ties in probablyto what you said a few minutes
about magnetism.
Is magnetism basically afunction of the quantum
entanglement?

Molli (07:13):
So that magnetism is, yes, the higher frequency you
are, while you are drawn moretowards things that are higher
frequency, things that are lowerfrequency see you as just like
radiating so strongly.
And we all have this.
I believe we all have thisinherent desire to raise our
frequency and grow because itjust it feels really good, right

(07:34):
.
And so when we see somebody elseembodying that, we want more of
it, because when we're close,to it it helps amplify us as
well, which is why I likeworking in groups, because the
higher we all raise ourselves, the more we align, the easier it
is for everybody else to align.
And it's this culminationeffect, right Like, if you've

(07:56):
ever I mean I met you in anetworking group, right, and
when you're in a really goodnetworking group, you can just
feel everybody elevate together, together, and I think we've all
experienced that in one way oranother, whether you agree with
this theory or not.
Right Like, you can feel theshift.
It's the top five people thatyou spend your time with.
Right, it's that same principle.

Hank (08:17):
So that's like the synergy effect, where the whole is
greater than the sum of theparts.
And I think that happens ingroups where you've really found
your tribe and you could feelit a little bit in in other,
like you know, more randomgroups, like the network, like
the business networking groupthat we met in, because

(08:40):
everybody is of all differentstates of consciousness in those
kind of groups, but thosethere's that expression like
attracts, like you know, theyfind each other.

Molli (08:52):
Yeah, exactly Exactly Like I know when you reached out
to me.
You know I mentioned thisbefore how there can be a lot of
people, you know, mass DMbecause they're just trying to
figure out life.
Right, they're trying to figureout okay.
I've seen other people massmessage in these networking
groups, so I like to put thatlittle filter there.
But I knew as soon as I sentthe message asking you further,

(09:16):
just to make sure you weren'tone of those people.
I looked at you and I was like,oh, I didn't even need to do
that.
You know like, oh, okay, Irecognize.
I just saw the name and I'dseen you earlier and was like he
looks cool and was also drawnto you, right, but I didn't make
the name connection quite yet.

Hank (09:41):
I guess that sometimes we want to what's the word I'm
looking for?
We want to cover all the bases.
So we want to make sure in yourcase that this wasn't a mass DM
from somebody.
But at the same time, sometimesin the process of covering all
the bases, we might miss asignal or two, but that's okay.
You know, having that level ofthe filter there was great,
because when you asked thequestion, you know I knew
precisely why it was that Iwanted to speak with you.

(10:04):
In our introduction wementioned that you're into human
design and gene keys.
What could you tell us aboutthose things?

Molli (10:13):
Yeah.
So human design.
One of the biggest things aboutit is, well, number one.
It's again, it goes back toquantum physics and I won't dive
into that part of it too much,so that this whole episode is
about quantum physics, but Iwill say that basically, it's a
surprisingly logical soundingkind of woo-woo, right, and

(10:36):
that's why it's so enticing.
I tend to work with people whomay not be on the other side of
woo-woo yet, right, like that'swhere that magical realism place
.
That step over that fulcrumpoint is really one of my
favorite things to be part of.
It's a really I'm reallygrateful to be part of that
process.
But the reason that humandesign is so helpful there is

(10:57):
because it's such a tangiblething, right, but there is, it's
an endless well.
So we have these two charts.
One of them is when ourprefrontal cortex forms, and
that's called the personality, and the other one is when we are
born, and that is the designside, and these two things are

(11:20):
overlaid, right.
So if you ever feel yourselflike fighting against yourself
and you're like why am I doingthis?
Well, this is why, right.
And you're like why am I doingthis?
Well, this is why right.
Because your personality andyour design, your physical and
your mental, emotional processes, your ego versus your physical
presence sometimes can have likea more, like a stronger

(11:43):
difference than others, and sothat can give this butting heads
with yourselves kind of vibe, which with alignment dissipates,
but with these two overlaystogether which really like
starts everything.
Like this is the thing thatignites your genius, right.

(12:16):
It really helps you tap intoand open up this whole new world
for yourself, where you canstart to really see things
differently, right, and reshapethem.
And then we go through thisalchemical process of sorts,
right where that's where themagnetism really starts to be
honed.
That's the first step of thissecond process, and so we really

(12:40):
go into those three seven-yearcycles that we experienced
growing up, the first one beingwhen we're really coming into
our body.
Those first seven years of ourlife everything seems new to us,
right, like a lot of usremember growing up there were,
like the world seemed, seemed sostrange those first seven years

(13:02):
because we're completely newhere, and so it's about that
section.
And then the next seven-yearcycle is where the emotional
part of our intelligence hasreally started to solidify.
And then the third seven-yearcycle is the intellectual piece,
and so when we unwind thesepieces, we can really understand

(13:23):
.
Okay, this is where I picked upthese conditionings and these
habits and we kind of chip awayat the things that stand between
us and organic success right, that success that's receptive
and sort of effortless.

Hank (13:41):
Yeah Well, you know you mentioned that in the first
seven years the world seemsstrange, and most of the time to
me the world still seems alittle strange.

Molli (13:51):
I mean that means that you're in healthy alignment with
that part of yourself, becausethe world is strange.

Hank (13:56):
The world is strange.
Definitely, definitely, yeah.
So what is attraction marketing?
Because how does that tie intothe law of attraction?

Molli (14:10):
Right.
So it's really interesting tome that that hasn't like.
I was just talking about thisthe other day with someone, I
don't know how, and there has tobe somebody out there doing
this too, because it makes nosense to me.
But attraction marketing is thereceptive side of marketing.
It's where you are puttingyourself out there and people

(14:31):
are interested in what you doand they come to you.
It's where you're not chasingthem.
There's a lot of ways to do it,but it is law of attraction.
It's law of attraction throughthe entrepreneurial path.
But I haven't seen a lot ofpeople really put two and two
together yet and articulate itin that way, which is just

(14:52):
fascinating to me because it'sso obviously the same thing.
But yeah, it's really.
It's really figuring out howyou, your branding, works and
really presenting yourself in away that and connecting deeper
right.
It's these deeper connectionsthat come from it and everybody

(15:12):
involved just feels really goodafterwards because they, like
the clients, had the autonomy tochoose and find you and to feel
really good about making thatempowered decision, and you feel
great because you know thatyou're helping the right people
rather than convincing people towork with you.

Hank (15:29):
Um, you, you know that it's an autonomous decision for
the right reasons and like thatchanges the whole energy dynamic
of how you can work withclients yeah, there's quite a
difference between, I think, uh,trying to coerce someone into

(15:49):
working with you or shaming theminto working with you or with
you, or shaming them intoworking with you or creating
some atmosphere of fear aboutwhat will happen to them if they
don't work with you, as opposedto having that law of
attraction and having theattraction, not just the
attraction marketing, but havingthat alignment between the

(16:09):
individuals actually come intofocus and be the guiding factor.

Molli (16:15):
Yeah, absolutely.
And you know, there is thiswhole human element right, of
fear of missing out and thingslike that.
Like those are still activeparts of attraction, marketing
and like the type that I do, butit's an organic one, right,
like the groups that I run.
What happens is is that word ofmouth happens and, as we know,

(16:36):
word of mouth is the mostpowerful form of marketing still
, because, you know, socialproof is everything, and so word
of mouth is very, very organicform of social proof.
It's like the OG of socialproof here.
And so what happens is ispeople talk about the
transformations and how excitedthey are about things that are

(16:58):
happening and like I just ran athree-day series and there were
tears in multiple points of it,like heavy emotional, like just
shedding old conditioning tearsright Lightning, and so those
people are going to share thatexperience with the people they

(17:19):
care about most and that's goingto be such a powerful thing
that those people are then goingto want to be part of it and
they don't want to miss out onthat.
So that's an organic fear ofmissing out without having to
create a false sense of FOMOwith shame, you know yeah.

Hank (17:36):
There's been too much shame going on in the world
anyway.
I mean, most of us are broughtup that way, but yeah, and then
we're trying to unwind it as theyears go by.
So, yeah, you mentioned earlier.
You know we talked about humandesign and two different phases.
People who visit your websitehave the opportunity to find out

(18:01):
about their human design.
Right, there's like a surveythey can get involved in and
they can learn about their humandesign, and there's a second
survey there.
Would you tell us just a littleabout that?

Molli (18:14):
Are you talking about the magnetism report?
Yeah, the magnetism report andthe human design report and
people can go to your websiteand get those yeah, so there is
a complimentary chart maker andfor human design where you can
put in your information and getthe chart, and I like to include
I have descriptions of thebiggest components of it there.

(18:35):
So it's not just this thingthat comes out and you're like
what am I supposed to do withwhatever?
This is Right, like.
So there's actually articulatedlanguage there to help you a
bit understand what any of itmeans.
And then you also have theoption of getting the what I
call the magnetism report, andthere's actually three processes

(18:56):
.
I mentioned two of them.
The third one is the sequence, where everything is integrated
into your business, right, andreally focuses on branding and
marketing and taking all thethings that we've done and
integrating them.
Now the magnetism report ispart of it's that transition
piece between the first part ofthe process and the second part.

(19:17):
It's the bridge between the two, and so this magnetism is just
really powerful because you canlook at it and be like, oh OK,
this report is just so powerfulbecause it helps you understand.
For example, my magnetism isgate 11.
And gate 11 is all aboutmagical realism.

(19:39):
That's the it's.
So there's three frequencies ofeach of them and the shadow for
my gate 11 is wow, I justtotally spaced the exact word
for some reason, but what it isis it's uh, basically it's like
this fog, right, the energybehind it is this fog, that

(19:59):
obscurity.
It's obscurity and it keeps mefrom seeing the reality.
It keeps me kind of stuck in.
If I were, when I was in theshadow, right, I couldn't see
that.
What was behind that veil, right, and then once I stepped
out of that frequency and wasable to raise to the next level,
to the middle path, it's thismagical realism that I was

(20:22):
talking about, where I can turnthe mundane into magical and
make life feel magical again.
And talking to any of my clients, and even just like hearing
this, you'll probably see thatright, this way of really like
making things exciting again, and that's how I pull people
towards me.
So that's how accurate.

(20:43):
It is right, and it's amazing.
And sometimes people find theshadow doesn't resonate and
typically that's because it's souncomfortable to look at.
It's funny.
That's the one thing thatpeople will be like the shadow
doesn't resonate.
Well, I want you to justcontemplate that for a little
bit.
Right, because it's really hardto look at our shadows, um,

(21:06):
because we don't want to believethem.

Hank (21:08):
We don't want to have to deal with that right, because
that usually involves some ofthe traumatic experiences and
stuff that led us to be kind ofattached to that shadow.
Anyway.
Anyway, we're running out oftime.
Time really just flew by.
What is your website wherepeople can actually get their
reports, their complimentaryreports?

Molli (21:32):
Strategysculptorscom.

Hank (21:34):
Cool, it sounds like I'm slacking and I need to get there
and get my reports Atstrategysculptorscom.
Cool, it sounds like I'mslacking and I need to get there
and get my reports.
I really have every intentionof going to do that, and I think
I'm going to do it before theday is over.
Anyway, what is the best wayfor our listeners to get in
touch with you?

Molli (21:51):
Filling out your report, you join my email list.
That's one thing, that's big,and you'll find out about all
the events that I have.
I'm also very active onAlignable and LinkedIn, as well
as TikTok, and you can alwaysemail me at molly, at
strategysculptorscom.

Hank (22:07):
And I want to point out to our listeners that Molly is

Molli (22:12):
Oh yeah, that's important.

Hank (22:14):
Yeah mo at.

Molli (22:16):
