Have you ever become so obsessed with a goal that it devoured everything else in your life? This is the conflict for Artie, an incompetent songwriter who shares the delusion with his conniving mistress Bunny, that he must and WILL hit the big-time. The play is set on October 4, 1965--the day Pope Paul VI visited New York City to appeal for peace in the world. Artie and Bunny are determined to seize his blessing for their upcoming marriage and Artie's ill-fated music. Meanwhile, Artie's current and mentally ill wife Bananas, as well as his disturbed son Ronnie, employ their own methods of survival. John Guare's The House of Blue Leaves explores the chaos that ensues when one man thinks the world owes him more than what he's willing to give. Topics include: fame obsession, media influence, dissolution of the family, measurement of self-worth, and betrayal.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
