Clerk Conaway battles Mafia Circuit Court Judges

Clerk of the Court, Xavier Washington (Conaway) claims the judges of the Baltimore City Circuit Court are like the "Mafia."  An audit has yet to be completed and citizens want to know where tax payers money have gone in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Employees continue to be bullied in the same court houses.
