After the media storm over the research presented by Dr. Aruna Khilanani suggesting white people are psychopathic; former professor Dr. Carol Swain and others like her moved quick to discredit Khilanani over nothing more than the audacity of her research instead of its relevance. Even though the proposition allowing more credit to prisoners for time served clearing way for earlier release passed in California; A group of state wide county District Attorney's have band together to stall the bill for reasons not so clear. ThePMHour give our thoughts.

The real issue though is why we don't take what we learn from these different companies and build our own.
