Derrick Todd Lee was one of three active serial killers all prowling the Baton Rouge area of Louisiana around the same time. Derricks below average intelligence didn't hinder his ability to stalk and attach women. Killing from women from 1992- 2003. Before a few Detectives made their case that Derrick Todd Lee should be a prime suspect. Time and time again the detectives were ignored or written off, each time allowing Derrick to increase his number of victims until one Detective had enough. Through hard police work and dedication a Derricks DNA was obtained and his reign of terror finally ended.
