  • Song Of The Week Debate And Sign-Off

Imagine being stranded on an island with just one fast-food restaurant. What you pick says more than you think—about comfort, options, and how you handle the unknown. We kick off with a playful debate that turns into a surprisingly revealing look at choice and survival, then dive straight into a stack of unfiltered fan mail where Marcus shares raw thoughts on heartbreak, boundaries, and the daily work of men’s mental health. It’s candid, messy, and real in the best way.

We shift from laughter to a heavy moment as we talk about leaving a church service that elevated politics over shared grief. That conversation sits alongside a heartfelt tribute to D’Angelo—his impact, his catalog, and a sober correction to the chorus of “just get checked” when certain cancers offer few reliable screenings. We push for compassion over performative advice, and for communities that honor every life with equal weight.

Then it’s off to weekend vibes: a Winghouse detour where a live dodgeball tournament steals the night, rec sports nostalgia, and the chaotic charm of the Savannah Bananas’ rule-bending baseball. We cap it with college football shakeups, sharp betting lines, and a live parlay that could either cash or crash by Monday—plus a quick lap through Central Florida high school scores. The blend is the point: culture, grief, joy, faith, and sports living side by side without whiplash, just honest conversation and a lot of laughs.

If you want clear takes, real stories, and the kind of friendship that makes space for both grief and jokes, you’re in the right place. Follow and subscribe wherever you listen, rate the show to help more folks find us, and share this episode with someone who loves a good debate and a better takeaway. What would your island fast-food pick be?

You know, but all right, we aregoing to go ahead and jump into
fan mail.
I know that we had someresponses to last week, but

(05:58):
first off, let's jump into whatwe had here from Leah.
She said that this was aphenomenal episode, a little
deep.
I love how you each had a uniqueperspective on your mental
space.
I think you all three can andshould start an annual short
Death Men's expo.

(06:19):
The community needs that was inreference to episode 228 where
we were showcasing Leah's BlackGirls Day Off.
And we talked a little bit abouthaving a black boys' day off.
Leah, you you were such asuccess with the black girls'

(06:42):
day off.
Maybe you should do the blackboys' day off.
With the shortcut.

SPEAKER_01 (06:47):
Really, you're gonna put that on her?

SPEAKER_02 (06:53):
I think you'll do an awesome job.
She did an awesome job with theuh black girl's day off.
Great turnout, by the way.
I think we talked about thatlast week too.
Now we got some follow-up forMr.
Robison.
I don't know if y'all remember, but last week when we talked on
the episode, we had fan mailfrom Jacksonville.

(07:15):
And one of the things that theyoung lady from Jacksonville
stated was that um for Mr.
Robinson, would he uh after hehad his heart broken, is he
still pro-Spanish women?
Does he not like black women?
That's what she said.
And so Mr.
Robinson had to come back thisweek to give a little response

(07:39):
to that and also add a few morethings to it.
He started off with God blessthe short desk podcast.
He said, Ron, you late on thesecrets hideaway.
That place is amazing.
Swimming pools, dance club, cheap drinks is nice.
Have an adventure and go into asecret room.

(08:01):
I'll pass on that.
I'll pass on that, Mr.
Robison.

SPEAKER_01 (08:08):
I feel like you go into that secret room and come
out with something you don'twant.

SPEAKER_03 (08:15):
No, I'm sure.
I'm sure I'm sure when you go inthere, you go in there with what
you want.

SPEAKER_01 (08:21):
They ain't they ain't tricking you now.
Nah, I'm I'm talking about adisease.

SPEAKER_03 (08:28):
Yeah.
Oh, we yeah, well, you can youcan go anywhere and get a
disease now.

SPEAKER_02 (08:33):
But yeah, I'm I'm not with the sharing of
swapping.

unknown (08:38):
That's the right thing.

SPEAKER_02 (08:39):
I think I would enjoy a bunch of secrets
hideaway, place.
I got a question for you.
Uh is are you are you a VIPmember?
There's or such thing as a VIP.
How many times have you gone toSecrets Hideaway?
Uh, in response to the younglady who asked about my

(09:01):
heartbreak, I love all womenwhite, black, brown, yellow,
purple.
I told you.
But I have found that blackwomen do not like me.
Oh.
But if you feel but if you feelyou may like me, you can call me
and we can meet and greet.

SPEAKER_03 (09:16):
Oh shit.
Look, see, there you go.
He went left.
There goes Marcus.

SPEAKER_01 (09:22):
Always open, ready to play.
Got a love connection.

SPEAKER_02 (09:32):
In regards to your subject of mental health, men
should take mental health dayevery day.
Me, I get on socials and Iexpress everything I'm feeling
and things that should be saidthat are not being said.
It's freeing for me, and I getto let it out.
There you go.
There you go.
So that's how Marcus deals withhis mental health.

(09:55):
If you guys, you know, followhim on social media.
He does not hesitate.

SPEAKER_04 (10:13):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (10:15):
Let you know how you're feeling and what's going
on with him.
So he's on he's on all thesocial media platforms.
So one thing he said, he said, awoman will find a man that they
do not have to carry and callhim toxic.
They are so used to carryingthings, but when they meet a
real man that does not need tobe carried, who has done the

(10:35):
work, has built a home, and canprovide emotionally, mentally,
physically, spiritually, theywill call him toxic because they
have nothing to carry anymore.
He does not need to borrowanything from them, and certain
women will call him toxicinstead of the prize.

SPEAKER_03 (10:49):
Talk to him, Marcus.
Oh shit.
I man, hell, I know like sevenwomen right now.
I love you.
Yeah, I yeah, you're in thewrong crowd.
I know a lot, I know the women Iknow they don't want to carry
nothing.

SPEAKER_01 (11:11):
Shit.
Hey, they putting their bagsdown at the door.
Yeah.
Oh, they're so tired.
Yeah, Marcus might be hanging inthe wrong crowds, man.

SPEAKER_03 (11:25):
Yeah, he got, yeah, he got to be hanging, he got to
be hanging around some goddamnbutches.

SPEAKER_01 (11:31):
Awesome, awesome, some young, some young feminist
women or something.
Yeah.
You know, because these theseladies are A's.
They they if they single, theynot, they not, they don't want
to carry nothing, man.
Yeah, they don't care nothing.

SPEAKER_03 (11:46):
They don't even want to carry their purse.

SPEAKER_02 (11:50):
Another another Marcus Jim is don't know about
you, but I know me.
And I'm gonna do me and notworry about your thoughts or
opinions, because at the end ofthe day, you are never in my
life.
Take it how you want.
Not here to cater to anyone butmyself, and I'm gonna do what
makes me feel good.
I'm not here to make you feelbetter or uplift you.
Shit, you haven't done a thingfor me.

(12:12):
Practice what you preach.
Don't tell someone to be solidor be positive when you can't be
there for someone who was alwaysthere for you.
You know the vibes.
Truth gonna always prevail anddefinitely will hurt the weak.

SPEAKER_03 (12:23):
Yeah, that would, but don't don't start it off and
say that's a gym.
Don't say that's a gym.
That's a direct, that's a directquote to some fucking body.
That ain't no shots fire.

SPEAKER_02 (12:38):
Well, he has been talking about his killers.

SPEAKER_03 (12:41):
Yeah.
Right.
No killer should go free.

SPEAKER_02 (12:47):
That's the people that use, abuse, manipulate, and
hurt.
Yeah.
So he's been used, abused, andmanipulated, and so they
shouldn't go free.
There you go.
He's not gonna be silent aboutit.

me if I want to work Saturday.
I've already worked five days, like I said, 63 hours, seven,
seven hours left.
I'm like, nah, I can't worktomorrow.

SPEAKER_02 (23:24):
Listen, the Dodgeball was more interesting
than any game they had on.

SPEAKER_01 (23:28):
I disagree, but go ahead.

SPEAKER_02 (23:30):
I mean, all we saw was Georgia, but you know what
though?

SPEAKER_03 (23:34):

SPEAKER_03 (23:54):
They had a remote, like a good by good two, three

Now I don't know where they wasin uh in the marriage.

SPEAKER_02 (24:02):
I don't know, but they didn't disclose the
location at all.
You just get too muchinformation.
We don't even know what the nameof the the teams was.

SPEAKER_03 (24:13):

Matter of fact, I'm matter offact, I'm trying to buy, I'm
trying to buy a dodgeball team.

SPEAKER_02 (24:26):
I even told the real, I said, hey man, that I
said, you know, that looked likefun, but at my big old age now,
man, somebody throw a ball at myface.

SPEAKER_03 (24:34):
I don't think I'm gonna just say I don't think
when you was five, you stillcould have played dodgeball,
right?
It just you know something.
Huh?
I was pretty good at dodgeball.
I was better at kickball.
Kickball was my game.
Yeah.
Now you know what?
Kick yeah.
You remember tetherball?

SPEAKER_02 (24:56):
The who?

SPEAKER_03 (24:57):
Tetherball.
The ball that hangs on thestring and you gotta hit it and
it keeps going around.

SPEAKER_02 (25:01):
I ain't I ain't I ain't like that shit.

SPEAKER_03 (25:03):
Well, you just kickball.
What position you played inkickball?

SPEAKER_02 (25:07):
Um, if I didn't do the if so sometimes our PE coach
would do want to be the pitcher, but if he didn't want to be the
pitcher, I was Oh, you was ohyou played in PE.

SPEAKER_03 (25:15):
I mean, I was in a real league.

SPEAKER_02 (25:17):
Oh no, I ain't do the league.
I never did the league.

SPEAKER_03 (25:20):
Yeah.
Did you do the league as agrown-up, uh, Darrell, or as a
kid?

SPEAKER_01 (25:23):
No, no, as a kid.
I ain't uh nah.

SPEAKER_03 (25:26):
If I go to kickball games, nah, I just go to watch.

SPEAKER_01 (25:29):
So we got we got the NDL, the National Dodgeball
League.
Okay.
Two ways to play.
Try out the professional leagueto compete at the highest level
and participate.
And they have amateur events aswell.
So Okay, so this was this wasthis was the pros, whatever that
is.
The league was founded in 2004.

SPEAKER_03 (25:49):
Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_02 (25:50):
Okay.

SPEAKER_03 (25:52):
Okay, well, yeah, that's what's going on there.
Yeah.
Okay.

SPEAKER_02 (25:56):
I know one of one of these guys, one uh a kid I used
to mentor, man, um, he had got alittle kickball league going
down there over there by the umover by the citrus bowl at one
point when he was alive.
He had it going for a while.
It was pretty good, man.

SPEAKER_03 (26:15):
But oh, you talking about um uh what his name is?
He passed.

SPEAKER_02 (26:21):
Derek.

SPEAKER_03 (26:22):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (26:23):
Or Antoine.
People know him as Antoine.
Antoine, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That was that was my boy.
That was that was his mentor fora while.

SPEAKER_03 (26:29):
But uh oh yeah, yeah, no, yeah.
He now they had a big, they hada they had a big um big game.
They had big games, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.

unknown (26:37):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (26:38):
Shout out to his mom.
I know she listens from time totime too.
So she had a little tough week.
They went to court foreverything.
So this past week.
But yeah, yeah, that thatkickball, man.
Listen, that's hey, I I loveplaying that kickball.

SPEAKER_03 (26:54):
Well, you don't play it no more.

SPEAKER_02 (26:56):
No, no, yeah, yeah, been on tour ACL trying to wrong
step, boy.
You do yeah, but I ain't nothingto play with, yeah.
Go straight down.

SPEAKER_03 (27:10):
Hey, you know, you know what's hard, you know
what's hard, and some people beacting like that's how I know
they ain't never played itbefore.
What's that?
Hitting that softball, man.
Yeah, man.

SPEAKER_01 (27:24):
Yeah, anything you do with the bat and them little
ass little ass bat, that bat, little little hell, man.

SPEAKER_03 (27:29):
Yeah, but you know what?
But then it's all but now I liketo go now.
I like to go to softball gamesbecause it's always that one
person that they the picture, and it just looked like they're
gonna throw their arm out ofplace.
Oh yeah.
Yeah, like what are you doing, man?
You don't gotta do all that shitout here, man.

SPEAKER_02 (27:49):
They got us, they got a traveling softball team.
Called a is it the SavannahBananas or something like that?

SPEAKER_01 (27:57):
Oh, yeah, that's it's a baseball, it's a baseball
thing.
Man, they don't travel.
They play out of Savannah.
Why you why you don't know this?

SPEAKER_02 (28:03):
Because I see them everywhere but Savannah.
Every time I look when they whenthey post them online, they
every they're everywhere butSavannah.

SPEAKER_03 (28:11):
Oh, yeah, yeah.
They play, they uh they be allover the place.

SPEAKER_02 (28:14):
Yeah, yeah, they be trying they travel.

SPEAKER_03 (28:16):
Yeah, they made it the ESPN.
They played, I I seen them playa couple games on ESPN.

SPEAKER_02 (28:22):
Yeah, and they I saw 50 Cent was was out there.
Yeah, yeah, that's they got anew league that they forming,
Dwayne.

SPEAKER_01 (28:30):
They got a new league?
I thought they were just like umlike uh what do you call it?
A globetrotter type uh baseballtype.
You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_02 (28:42):
Like they are something like that.
So they were they wereoriginally a part of the coastal
playing league, but they becamean independent touring team in
2022, and then next year theteam is expanding to form the
Banana Ball Championship League,a new six-team league with its
own schedule and championshipgames.

SPEAKER_01 (29:01):
Yeah.
Well, I don't think right rightnow, I don't think that team
itself travels because I'mlooking at their tickets here
and it's all in Grayson StateStadium, Savannah, Georgia.

SPEAKER_03 (29:13):
Okay, they travel.
Okay, so they so they must havebeen in Savannah when they
because I know they played onESP ESP and had a lot of people.

SPEAKER_01 (29:22):
Okay, here we are.
They they do travel, so they'renot traveling, they're traveling
in October.
So they didn't travel allsummer, but they're traveling in
October.
Oh Tallahassee, Florida,February 28th.
Oh, they they come there, they're gonna get they're gonna
get smacked.

SPEAKER_03 (29:41):
New Orleans.
Tell them to go over there andplay TCC softball team.

SPEAKER_02 (29:46):
So the unique thing about banana ball is the games
are won by points instead ofruns like traditional baseball.
The team that scores the mostruns in an inning gets one
point.
Oh, okay.
Except though, that's

SPEAKER_03 (30:00):
She can go for days.
I know I'm not going there, bro.

SPEAKER_02 (30:07):
So there, but check this out though.
There's a two-hour time limit.
No new inning may start after120 minutes have elapsed.

SPEAKER_01 (30:17):
So there's the there's the the pro the fix of
the that problem you're thinkingabout, Darrell.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (30:23):
Batters cannot bunt.
No loss in the automaticejection.
Batters can attempt to stealfirst base at any point during
their at bat.
So if they up there at bat, theycan run try to steal first base.

SPEAKER_01 (30:36):
Man, what the fuck?
It's it's for entertainment,man.
It's an entertainment typejoint.

SPEAKER_02 (30:42):
Foul balls caught by fans on the flyer counted as
outs.

SPEAKER_01 (30:46):
Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (30:47):
Yeah, I'm gonna go.
I gotta go check that out.
Yeah, yeah, for real.

SPEAKER_02 (30:51):
All right.
Yeah, they got them.
Yeah, it's a it's a pretty goodit's something that I would
think Major League Baseball needto look into because man, look
here.
No, hell no.
I can't I can't sit and watch abaseball game, not at home.

SPEAKER_01 (31:04):
It ain't it ain't for you.
Well, and and and baseball triedto fix that by adding the pitch
clock.
I don't know if you notice ifyou watch a game now, you can't
see the pitch clock while you'rewatching the game.
There's a little number on thebottom, but the the pitchers are
pitching faster.
And it's it I think it shortenedthe game and average of 30

(31:25):
minutes.
Yeah, but but baseball is one ofthem you like it or you don't.

SPEAKER_03 (31:29):
Yeah.
Yeah, they know just likehockey.
You like it or you don't.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (31:35):
I'm actually gonna, I'm actually gonna, I was
looking last night at some solarbear tickets.
I think I want to go check checkthem out here.
They're pretty cheap tickets.
I saw some for like$25.

SPEAKER_01 (31:46):
Hockey is is much better in person, though.
Yeah.
Uh yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (31:50):
I hope you catch a puck.

SPEAKER_01 (31:52):
I hope you don't, because it's gonna hurt.

SPEAKER_02 (31:55):
That's why you want me to catch one.

SPEAKER_03 (31:57):
You want me to knock me loopy?
No, I just wanted to bruise youa little bit.
Whatever.
I want you to die.
I just want you to get a littlebruise.
Right, right.
I want to hit you in yourshoulder.

SPEAKER_02 (32:10):
So I haven't told you guys this, and I haven't
talked about it for a while now,but I stopped going to that
alive church that I told y'allabout.
Um it got a little, you know.
So when I was talking to youguys about it before, remember I
said like it was just somethingweird about it, seemed a little

(32:32):
cultish.
Yeah.
The dressing is just something Ican't, I can't explain.
It don't look like it'sanything.
It looked like they have theirown store where everybody that's
like part of the the the umadministration or whatever, they
have to buy from that store.
Like this is this stuff youdon't see at normal places to

(32:54):
buy.

SPEAKER_03 (32:54):
Yeah, they got their own um yeah, merchandise.

SPEAKER_02 (32:57):
Yeah, yeah.
And I mean it don't have likethe name, it's just like the
pants are weird, the shirts lookweird.
It's like don't wear that out inpublic.
Where you be right.
So we went, me and my sisterwent, and you know, this was

(33:22):
right after that weekend wherethem children got shot at the
school, and that podcaster,Charlie Kirk, got killed.

SPEAKER_03 (33:36):
And why you sound like you finna cry?

SPEAKER_02 (33:39):
Oh, no, because I I had coughed and I got oh, okay.

SPEAKER_03 (33:44):
I was gonna say, come on now, baby girl.

SPEAKER_02 (33:50):
So, you know, they came in, man, when the church
started, and just immediately,we're gonna lift up the name of
Charlie Kirk and pray for him.
Oh not be scared, and I'm justlike, and I'm looking.

SPEAKER_01 (34:10):
Yeah, I said, man, what did you did you look at all
the other brown faces in there?

SPEAKER_02 (34:14):
I was so you know it's dark in that bitch, right?
So I can't see too good, youknow.
But I look to my left and mysister like has this look on her
face, but then you know, shegoes back, you know, whatever.
So because she part of the coat.

SPEAKER_03 (34:32):
So does she still go there?
No, no, no.
Oh, okay.
But she ain't part of the coat, then she left.
Uh you probably forced her to.

SPEAKER_02 (34:42):
No, I didn't.
Uh uh.
I didn't, I didn't I didn't sayanything to her about it.
Oh she, you know what I'msaying?

SPEAKER_01 (34:48):
She's a grown-ass woman who could make her own
decision.

SPEAKER_02 (34:50):
Yeah, man.
So then they just started, thenthe pastor's wife.
So I guess the way I could saythis is like the white pastors,
because they got like 15 livingpastors, right?
White pastors, I'm like, okay, Icould see them saying something,
although like the black pastoris the head of the church.

(35:11):
So, you know, hey man, don't getup there talking about this.
You know what I'm saying?
But he allowed it.
They came up talking, his wifecame up talking, and so I'm
like, man, what the hell is thisall about?
You know what I'm saying?
We done had there was a therewas a shooting at a school this
same weekend.
Y'all ain't say nothing aboutthem kids.
You know, if you're gonna makeit a political thing, you know

(35:32):
what I'm saying?
Y'all didn't say anything whenthose two senate when the one
senator got killed in front ofher kids in Minnesota.
Yeah, none of that was said atthis time.

SPEAKER_03 (35:41):
Because they're not because because that wasn't
Kirk, man.
Kirk had a lot of followers.

SPEAKER_02 (35:46):
Man, he's a he was a podcaster that went to debate
kids.

SPEAKER_03 (35:51):
That's it.
And well, shit, if they ifthey're killing podcasters like
that, I need to stop.
Well, we ain't going on nocollege tour to debate no kids.
But I think he was a little morethan the podcaster.

SPEAKER_02 (36:06):
Well, I mean, he wasn't no political figure, he
wouldn't run for no office oranything.
They well, they've made him intoa martyr.
And it just at that moment Isaid, you know what, man, I'm
out.

SPEAKER_04 (36:18):
Yeah, I'm out.

SPEAKER_02 (36:19):
And Kendra saw a look on my face.
She said, You ready to leaveright now?
I said, No.
We'll stay till after thesermon, and I'm I'm we can leave
then.

SPEAKER_01 (36:29):
Ron, I would have got up in the middle of that
shit and walked right the fuckout.

SPEAKER_02 (36:34):
So, you know what, Dwayne?

SPEAKER_01 (36:36):
I it would have been it would have been rude, but I I
wouldn't have cared.

SPEAKER_02 (36:41):
I should have.
I I should have.
Um, and I actually ran into oneof my, well not ran into talk to
one of my high school classmatesthat was actually in the
service, and I didn't know shewas there.
And she told me the same thoughtcame across her mind to get up
and leave, but she just satthere for a little bit, but she
said she was never going back.

(37:01):
And she was going there backwhen they were they first opened
their church in Gainesville whenshe was going to University of
Florida.
She'd been going there for awhile.
Well, she had stopped for alittle bit, you know what I'm
saying?
Since she moved back home toOrlando, and this was actually
her first Sunday back to thatchurch in a while.
And grand opening, grandclosing.

SPEAKER_03 (37:24):
Yeah, you know, but you know what?
You just made me think ofsomething.
What's up?
Um, why is it why isn't why isit no churches that that say,
hey, listen, um, that do theythat do they sermons and stuff
like at Barnett Park orsomething?

(37:45):
Because that's free.
You know what I'm saying?
Cause then you ain't gotta youain't gotta pay for no lights,
you can't pay for nothing.

SPEAKER_02 (37:56):
It it is free, however, when you have a
gathering of a certain amount, and I'm not sure what that
number is.
Assembly laws.
Yeah, you gotta get permits andit's laws to it.

SPEAKER_03 (38:08):
So yeah, you can get a permit.
I know, I know it's real.

SPEAKER_01 (38:12):
Man, the government be trying to get money out of
you any way they can, bro.

SPEAKER_03 (38:17):
Yeah, yeah, I know, I know, yeah.
The per but yeah, now they'regonna give you a permit.

SPEAKER_02 (38:22):
Yeah, I I mean, I get it.

SPEAKER_03 (38:24):
Yeah, it's real, listen, it's real easy to get
church permits.
You get you get permits for uhfucking car shows.
Yeah, it ain't that hard to geta permit.

SPEAKER_01 (38:34):
But you probably have to get a permit every week
for every time you want togather there.

SPEAKER_03 (38:40):
Yeah, but it's yeah, it's not it's not that hard.
If they really wanted to do it,it costs money too.

SPEAKER_01 (38:45):
You're not permits are not free.
The church ain't free.

SPEAKER_02 (38:50):
Yeah, but the church, but the church not free.
But I'd rather be inside thanoutside.

SPEAKER_03 (38:54):
No, I'm yeah, because no, I'm saying the
people that I ain't I'm nottalking about you, I'm talking
about the people that's reallyinto it.
No, I'm saying the people that'slike, you know what I'm saying?
Hardcore.
Yeah, like yeah.
They'll sit in the grass.

SPEAKER_01 (39:10):
Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday night, yeah, in church.

SPEAKER_03 (39:15):
But no, they're just popping them ahead.
Uh huh.
Ain't nothing to keep talkingabout though.

SPEAKER_01 (39:19):
But I'm just but yeah, back to back to what you
was talking about.
Yeah, if I'm in any church and Iget any kind of hint of politics
from either side, I don't carewhich side you're talking on,
I'm leaving and I'm gonna walkout right in front of you.

SPEAKER_02 (39:34):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (39:35):
I don't get it.

SPEAKER_02 (39:37):
This just went a little step further for me
because you know, it ain't evenjust about politics.
This man got up there and saidsome egregious things about
black folks.

SPEAKER_01 (39:49):
Yeah, I'll right out of that church, bro.

SPEAKER_02 (39:52):
So, yeah, I I I just nah, that that ain't for me, cuz
I'm good.
I ain't gonna be.

SPEAKER_03 (40:01):
Well, you aren't getting you so, but look, you
aren't gave him your money thetimes you was going, so you who
said I gave him my money.
You ain't getting tired when youyou ain't given no offering when
you did, no.
Oh well, they wanted you toleave anyway.
You wasn't giving them money.
They ain't gonna miss them.
Yeah, no, they're ready for youto go anywhere.

(40:21):
You ain't paying that money.

SPEAKER_02 (40:24):
They was fishing us out, but yeah, that that's
what's been going on, man.
Well, now you gotta find out.

SPEAKER_01 (40:31):
Why you why are you just telling us now?
Were you ashamed or something?

SPEAKER_02 (40:35):
No, no, no.
Like, I've been meaning to talkabout it for the last couple of
days.

SPEAKER_03 (40:40):
I was gonna say you said that like a month.
You was gonna say, but but wejust we just been doing other
stuff, yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (40:45):
Yeah, I didn't get a chance to it now.

SPEAKER_03 (40:47):
I ain't been embarrassed by it.
Yeah, we only do an hour and 20minutes.
Him embarrassed, shit.
He couldn't wait to tell.
He wanted to tell her when Kurtdied.

SPEAKER_02 (40:57):
That's Sunday.

SPEAKER_01 (40:58):
Yeah, yeah, guess what happened to me at church
today?
Yeah, oh, he was ready, but I'mlike, I'm gonna walk out that
bitch.

SPEAKER_03 (41:06):
I thought it was too early.
I think it's too early, man.
Let him bear date a little bit.
Let it let it calm down a littlebit.
Yeah, they ain't even bear Kirkagain, and you ready?

SPEAKER_02 (41:16):
You know what?
Batista Pyro the bear to havehis little memorial.

SPEAKER_01 (41:22):
Now that you say that, Durell, you're right.
He you waited good timing.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh man.
Well you all right.

SPEAKER_02 (41:30):
Let's let's go ahead and man transition over to news
real quick.
We got a few items.
Want to start off first bysaying RP to Neo Soul
Trailblazer Singer, GrammyAward-winning artist, uh
D'Angelo.
He passed away this past weekafter a private battle with

(41:52):
pancreatic cancer.
He was age 51.
Um D'Angelo stormed onto thescene.
First album, Brown Sugar.
And uh had a lot of good hits.
I think it was like 96 or 95.
One of them years he came out.

SPEAKER_01 (42:11):
95.

SPEAKER_02 (42:12):
95.

SPEAKER_01 (42:12):
No skips.
You say he had 95 hits?
No, they came out in 95.
1995, yeah.
No skips.

SPEAKER_02 (42:21):
Yeah, no skips, man.
Um he he released three albums.
I think it was what Voodoo andwhat was the last album called?

SPEAKER_01 (42:29):
Black Messiah.

SPEAKER_02 (42:30):
Black Messiah, yes.

SPEAKER_01 (42:33):
I don't know none of them.

SPEAKER_02 (42:36):
Yeah, so his most famous video.
Uh oh, I didn't even know this.
So he wrote he wrote the songYou Will Know, but it had all
the black men singing Black MenUnited from that, uh, from the
movie Jason's Lyrics.
I didn't know he wrote that in1994.

(42:59):
But yeah, uh, Brown Sugar, LadyCruising, which is one of my
favorite songs.
He did a song with Lauren Hilloff of her miseducation of
Lauren Hill album.

SPEAKER_03 (43:09):
That was his best song, and that one ain't here.

SPEAKER_02 (43:11):
Yeah, nothing even matters.
Untitled, How Does It Feel, wason his song.

SPEAKER_03 (43:16):
Nothing even matters at all.

SPEAKER_02 (43:20):
The song, that song untitled, How Does It Feel,
earned him a Grammy for BestMale RB Vocal Performance, while
the album itself won Best RBAlbum.
And then it took him 14 years todrop his third and final album
in 2014, The Black Messiah.

(43:41):
He won Best RB album at theGrammys and the single Really
Love won Best RB Song.
And uh he actually was inproduction of his fourth album
when he passed.
He had a child with singer AngieStone, Michael Archer Jr.
His name is Michael Archer,D'Angelo's real name.

(44:02):
Um as we all know, uh AngieStone passed away earlier this
year.
So they had a son together whowas an artist by the name of
Suevo Twain.
And Swavo Twain?
Yeah, Swavo Twain.

SPEAKER_03 (44:15):
What kind of what did he do?
Rap music or he does the samething as his parents?
Okay, I gotta check him out.
I gotta check him out.

SPEAKER_02 (44:23):
Um D'Angelo had two other children, a daughter,
Archer, and a son.
I'm sorry, a daughter, and Mani,and a son.
And they weren't from AngieStone, but you know, of course,
this young man lost both hisparents in less than a year, in
the same year.
Same year.

(44:45):
So yeah, he um let me say this, and I see people always say this
when someone dies, and I wishy'all would just stop saying
this.
Anytime a uh a man dies, especially black men, and and a

(45:07):
woman could die from damn nearthe same thing.
Black man, go get checked, go tothe hospital, go get what makes
you think he has he wasn't goingto get checked?
Preotic cancer is one of thosecancers that it you really
can't, there's no there's noscreening for it.

SPEAKER_01 (45:21):
And and and once you find it, it's let me see how
long we can keep you alive.

SPEAKER_02 (45:26):
Right.

SPEAKER_01 (45:27):
Like, but you but you know what though, think
about this.

SPEAKER_03 (45:33):
Any time when when somebody finds out they got
cancer, I I don't know what thedoctors are doing.
They they die.
It's just like but it's peoplethat live years and years and
years with that same cancer.

(45:54):
But I don't know if it's thewhat the thing called when they
be doing the chemo chemo.
I I mean I think it's whenpeople get on chemo, that's when
that's what's killing them.
I think the chemo is killingthem.

SPEAKER_02 (46:05):
You know what I always think, and and I know
this is like a conspiracytheorist type thought, but like
when it'd be, you know, whenit's an old diagnosed with
cancer, I always be like, do thedoctors put something in you
when they put all those, youknow, uh tubes or veins in you
like to kind of increase it sothat can help with the
profitability of treating you.

SPEAKER_03 (46:27):
I think it is.

SPEAKER_02 (46:29):
I always think that.

SPEAKER_03 (46:30):
But you know why, you know, I always think that
too, because if you're not sick, they don't get paid.

SPEAKER_02 (46:35):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (46:36):
Absolutely.
You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_01 (46:38):
Like I have two, I have two family members that
come to mind when he talks aboutcancer.
Two young ones.
Um my cousin Sean passed awaywhen he was 25.
He found out he had um cancer, and like I think he lasted like

(47:01):
six to nine months.
Um and then my other cousin,Shalesia, she found out she had
she had two bouts of leukemia.
Second time she had it, theyactually gave her bone, she did
a bone marrow transplant, and itdidn't come back.

(47:24):
Like she she that was the thingthat they needed to do.
The first time they did, I thinkthey did chemo, and then the
second time it's like, oh, weneed to give you a bone marrow
transplant.
Gave her bone marrow transplant, she's fine now.

SPEAKER_04 (47:34):
Why didn't you do that the first time?

SPEAKER_01 (47:36):
I don't I don't know why they didn't do that.
The first time, oh, they didn'tknow it was it remember,
remember, it's called practicein medicine.
It's not we don't cure you, youknow what I mean?

SPEAKER_02 (47:44):
Right, right, right.

SPEAKER_01 (47:45):
So, and then I've had other family members who
have had cancer and passed away, but those two just came to mind
because it was so quick for bothof them.
Like my young my young malecousin did not survive, and my
young female cousin shesurvived.
So it's not always it's notalways a death sentence, but

(48:06):
sometimes you just in this case,in this case, there's probably
nothing you could do about itfor D'Angelo.
People battling, they said.

SPEAKER_03 (48:17):
Yeah, but that but the people that say that, man,
they don't they just them peopleain't even real fucking people,
man.
Yeah, they're not real people,bro.

SPEAKER_01 (48:25):
What?
They're not real people.
How you know?
You know what I'm saying?
It just seems like the thing tosay, though.
Yeah, a lot of times though, ifyou ain't got nothing good to
say, you should shut up.
But then you know what?
Many are men are going to thedoctor a lot more than we used
to.
We're doing checkups, we do,we're doing what we're supposed

(48:45):
to do.
You find out the man probablyfound out he had cancer because
he went through a checkup.
And and then what are we gonnado?
Okay, we're gonna try to dothis, we're gonna try to do
that.
And they could tell you theterminal process or how long
does what stage are you at, howlong you're gonna live, what's
the what's the the the yeah, butthat that get me when they tell

(49:08):
you how long you're gonna live.
But also, too, they could tellyou the rate of previous people
with this cancer, what happened, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_02 (49:15):
So let me tell you this with pancreatic cancer, a
lot of times it ain't evendiscovered in checkup.
He just got so sick that heprobably had to go to like five
or six different hospitals tofinally, because they probably
told, oh, well, you just got astomach bug, or you got this,
you got that, you're not holdingyour food until finally at the
sixth hospitals, like, oh, youhave pancreatic cancer, and you

(49:37):
got two months left.

SPEAKER_03 (49:39):
Yeah, because I because I know it's been it been
you know, it'd been so manypeople they'll go to the doctor
to get a checkup, ain't nothing, and and they'll say nothing
wrong.
Yeah.
But they'd be like, no, they'relike, no, I don't feel good.
I'm fucked up.
Like, yeah, like no, no, you'renot, no, you're not.
Take this, uh, whatever,whatever.
Then you got the damn to bealmost dying.

SPEAKER_02 (49:59):
Right.
For example, yeah, you know whatI'm saying, and and it's nothing
because she said it on the show.
Our previous co-host, Steph, when she got diagnosed with
breast cancer, she had just wentand did a went to go get a
checkup for her breasts.
And then three weeks later, she's got a lump in the breast.
Like, what?
You know what I'm saying?

(50:20):
So yeah, but I but I didn't sitand tell people, oh, you need to
go get checked.
This is why they die, because itno, bruh, no.

SPEAKER_03 (50:27):
Well, well, you know what, too?
Um, you know, you know, you canlisten, you can go get checked
up, you can go do everything youwant you supposed to do.
When it's time for you to die,you out of here.

SPEAKER_02 (50:41):
Yeah, it's your time.
It ain't unfortunately.

SPEAKER_03 (50:44):
Yeah, it ain't, you know, man.

SPEAKER_02 (50:45):
Ain't no beating it.
Ain't no beating it.
Yeah.
But very sad again for him, youknow, very short life, and then,
you know, but you know the crazything about it though?

SPEAKER_03 (50:58):
And this might sound fucked up, but he got all their
money.
Who got all who money?
He got oh man, his mama, hismama passed.
You know, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (51:13):
Well, he got two other kids.

SPEAKER_03 (51:15):
Man, listen, yeah, the other had a little bit of a
kid.
He got all his mama money.
Come on now.

SPEAKER_02 (51:19):
Yeah, he got all his mama money.
He just got split the daddymoney.

SPEAKER_03 (51:23):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (51:24):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (51:25):
But me saying that, me saying that shows that when
people die, it only it don'teven matter about money.
He don't give a damn about thatmoney.
He wants his parents back.

SPEAKER_01 (51:35):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (51:36):
Both of them.
You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_01 (51:37):
Yeah, yeah.
You lose both of them.

SPEAKER_03 (51:40):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (51:41):
And they and they they they were young.
Yeah.
Did Angelo, 51 years old.
I'm sure Angie was still in her50s.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (51:48):
She was actually 60 something.

SPEAKER_01 (51:51):
Angie was in the 60s?

SPEAKER_02 (51:52):
Yeah.
She was a lot older than him.
Oh, yeah.
Oh.
We actually talked about thatwhen she died.
I bet we said it on the show.

SPEAKER_01 (51:59):
That's a different topic.

SPEAKER_02 (52:03):
Uh NBA Youngboy is a very popular young rapper.
Yeah, he should he shut Orlandodown.
You couldn't even go nowhere.
He's been shutting everywheredown.
Well, he went to Atlanta,performed.
They gave him the key to thecity.
Why?

SPEAKER_03 (52:24):
He's not even from there.

SPEAKER_02 (52:25):
Then he performed a diss in ATL where a rapper from
Chicago, King Vaughan, waskilled in Atlanta.
Also had King Vaughn's killer onstage with him.

SPEAKER_03 (52:35):
Yeah, Lil' Tim.

SPEAKER_02 (52:37):
And uh they canceled the show that was going to
happen the next day.
State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
Uh canceled this show.
For safety, right?
Uh, they never made uh theynever made a explanation as to
why they canceled it, but I'msure that's why.

SPEAKER_03 (52:54):
Yeah, little Tim just hanging out.
But he but at the end of theday, it's self-defense.

SPEAKER_02 (53:01):
Yeah, yeah.
Uh, I don't know if you guyshave ever watched online.
There's a comedian, he's anonline comedian.
His name is Gerald Houston.
He likes to go up to peoplerandomly.
Let's say he runs into uh ohyeah, yeah, like he don't know
who he is.
Yeah, well he ran up on ClarissaShields and Papoose, and he went

(53:26):
up to her and pretended that shewas Serena Williams as a joke.
Yeah, Papoose actually punchedhim in the face.

SPEAKER_03 (53:37):

(53:58):
but the thing is, Papu's itwasn't no need for you to punch
the man.
He said all he said was uhsaying that she um Venus

SPEAKER_02 (54:07):
Yeah, I I haven't seen the video, but he goes up
to him and he'll hug him.
I huh?
He'll go up to a celebrity, hughim, and say, you know, like
with Clarissa, he said, SerenaWilliams, Serena Williams, I'm
so bad.
He ain't hugger though.
Yeah, he didn't, yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (54:22):
All he said was that, and Pepu, Pepu, you got
that mad, Papu's.

SPEAKER_01 (54:26):

discrimination after claiming aclerk offered his three white

in Texas, it got shut down andeverything, the life duo.

SPEAKER_03 (57:05):

Turkey Legs.

SPEAKER_02 (57:09):
Yeah, well, Nakia Holmes, who's the former owner,
was arrested after allegedlyhiding a man wanted for beating
his ex-girlfriend with a tireiron.
Suspect repeatedly kidnapped andassaulted the woman for six
hours before dropping off at ahospital after she agreed not to
press charges.
The pictures of this young ladyis horrendous.

(57:29):
Like, they showed what she lookslike and what she looks like
after getting beat.
She looks like an alien.
Like one of those alienpictures.
Like, no joke, I'm gonna send itto y'all.

SPEAKER_02 (57:52):
It's sad though.

SPEAKER_03 (57:57):
Why he kidnapped me?

SPEAKER_02 (57:59):
Uh it didn't say.
Um, well, I'm sorry.
He contacted his ex-girlfriendto pick up some shoes from her
home.
After she let him inside, heassaulted her and forced her
into a vehicle.
Oh, where he attacked her forhours.
Yeah, that's crazy.
Um, and so she lived, right?
Yeah, she's a man.

(58:19):
Okay.
Throw his ass under the shoe.
She's still alive, but at whatcost?
You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_03 (58:24):
Yeah, she alive, though, man.
So she but he already showed redflags, though.
She shouldn't have let him backin the house.

SPEAKER_02 (58:33):
Yeah.
So Holmes, who, Nakia Holmes, who owned the um turkey leg,
after the incident happened, shewas stopped doing a routine
traffic stop.
She was asked if the guy,Sazone, was at her home, but she
denied and claimed she didn'tknow him.
After authorities informed herthat he had been seen jumping a
fence into her yard, shereportedly changed her story.

SPEAKER_03 (58:54):
Oh, well, all she had to do was say she was scared
for her life.

SPEAKER_02 (58:57):
Yeah.
So she got arrested for that.
And lastly, real quick here,Rappa Gucci Man went on a
podcast to talk about the versesthat he had with.

SPEAKER_02 (59:42):

heated versus battle ever.
And um, he said that he's gladthat G Z chose to de escalate
the situation and not play hisdiss track, Stay Strapped,
because he said he didn't thinkhe could have taken it.
He said, I was ready.
Ready to go there.
He was really in the heat of themoment and he just kind of

(01:00:03):
talked about himself and howhe's grown apologizing to people
and accepting apology.
The only person he didn'tmention apology because I know
they had fell out was uh Walker.

SPEAKER_03 (01:00:13):
No, they good.

Yeah, his wife had the prettymuch baker actum.

SPEAKER_01 (01:00:31):

SPEAKER_01 (01:00:33):
Yeah.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (01:00:33):
She had a baker act.

SPEAKER_01 (01:00:34):
So he has like a uh uh um not bipolar disorder, but
like no, he got that's what heknow he got bipolar disorder.

SPEAKER_03 (01:00:41):
Yeah, he got it.
Okay, oh wow, yeah and shittriggered him like if he goes
like to by his old neighborhoodand shit like that.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (01:00:49):
So he but he's grown, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_01 (01:00:51):
Like he's showing he's identified the problem and
he's he's trying to work workhis way around it.

SPEAKER_02 (01:00:59):
Correct.

SPEAKER_01 (01:01:00):
Okay, good.

SPEAKER_02 (01:01:01):
That's that's what you gotta do.
Asking for the old Gucci.

SPEAKER_01 (01:01:04):
Yeah, you you you you find out like you find out
what's wrong with you and youact accordingly.
That's right.

SPEAKER_03 (01:02:08):

SPEAKER_01 (01:02:12):
I think I think a lot of people had a good day
yesterday because it was a lotof high scores.
Most people don't like to betunders.
So a lot of high scores and alot on a lot of the favorites
won.
Vandy beat LSU.
Vandy's now six and one.
Um Georgia Tech also won on theroad against Duke.

(01:02:35):
They're seven.

Only when they win.
Only when they win.

Um man, give me Indiana.

SPEAKER_03 (01:06:41):
No, watch that look.
When do Indiana play Ohio State?
Because that's when that shitover with.
Let me see if I can find it realquick.
Ohio State is gonna beat theshit out of Indiana.
And why everybody's gonna betmoney with Indiana?
They're gonna get damn withtheir ass fucked up.

SPEAKER_01 (01:06:57):
Oh, they don't play him.
Oh, they oh wait.
Let me no, let me let me openthe full schedule.
Let me see.
Let me see.
Full schedule.
They might not play him thisyear, man.
So so who else Indiana got?
So Indiana got UCLA next, whojust lost their quarterback.
Give me Indiana.
They go Maryland.

(01:07:17):
Give me Indiana.
November 1st, Maryland.
November 8th, Penn State.
That's that might be a trip up.
Then they got Wisconsin, whojust got their ass handed to
them by Ohio State.
And then they got Purdue.

SPEAKER_02 (01:07:31):
Give me Indiana.

SPEAKER_01 (01:07:32):
Oh, they're going undefeated, man.
The only game that looks toughis Penn State.
But you know, Penn State didn'tfire this coach and all that.
They fired their coach, but theywon this weekend.
That sometimes that that umthat's the first one.
Oh, they did.
Who they play?
Iowa.
Yeah, yeah, they play Iowa,right?
Yeah, they played our one beatIowa.
So that might be, and it's inPenn State, so it's still a

(01:07:54):
tough place to go.
Yeah.
So that might be the trip-upgame.

SPEAKER_02 (01:07:59):
Hey, Mendoza balling out of control.
Give me Indiana by 10.

SPEAKER_03 (01:08:03):
Look, he don't really research the damn
quarterback.
So because it's how you say it.
Anytime you say somebody's namelike that, you don't you don't
mean that shit.
Give me Indiana by 10.
Give me Georgia 10.
By 10, what?
I guess.
Open State.
Open State.
Okay.

SPEAKER_01 (01:08:24):
Alright.
South Florida still still in it.
6-1.
They beat down FAU the otherday.
FIU or FAU, one of those teams.
I forgot about them.
Yeah, they're still in it.
They still they still only gotthat one loss against Miami.
Oh, so they should be, theyshould be ranked.

(01:08:45):
They're ranked number 18 rightnow.
They're probably going to moveup a little bit more.
Because Ole Miss lost.
LSU lost.
So they'll probably jump up alittle bit.
Alabama still at number four, six and one.
That Florida State loss is justlooking terrible and terrible.

(01:09:06):
There you go again.
They played South Carolina thisweekend.
They're going to beat them.
A couple games we're going tolook at for next week.
Some good ones.

SPEAKER_02 (01:09:15):
Before you jump into that real quick, Florida fired
their coach Napier.

SPEAKER_01 (01:09:20):
Oh, they fired him?

SPEAKER_02 (01:09:21):
Yep.

SPEAKER_01 (01:09:22):
They must have just done it.

SPEAKER_02 (01:09:24):
Yes, it just happened.
They also just released a top10.
Ohio State 1.
Indiana 2.
Texas AM 3.
Alabama 4.

SPEAKER_01 (01:09:32):
Indiana moved all the way up to 2.

SPEAKER_02 (01:09:34):
Yeah, Georgia 5.
Oregon 6.
Tech is 7.
Ole Miss is 8.
Miami is 9.
And Vanderbilt is 10.

SPEAKER_01 (01:09:43):
Miami dropped all the way to 9.
Oh, they trying Vanderbilt, bro.
Yeah, because Vanderbilt.
They're 6-1.
They're 6-1.
That one loss was to Alabama.
They play Missouri this weekend.
Missouri goes to Vanderbilt.

SPEAKER_02 (01:10:01):
Now that's the test there, because Missouri number
15.

SPEAKER_01 (01:10:04):
Okay, so the line is Vanderbilt minus 2.5.
Right?
The over-under is 51.5.
And the money line, Vanderbilt150.
Now, this is from this is fromHard Rock.
Hard Rock, all right?
I want Vanderbilt.
You taking Vanderbilt points, orare you moneylining it?

(01:10:26):
I'm moneylining.
150.
All right.
Now you could.
Here's another one you could addto it.
You got Ole Miss going toOklahoma.
Ole Miss just lost.
They put up a ton of points.
Oklahoma won.
They went to South Carolina.
Didn't look good, but they won.
Oklahoma's favored by three anda half.
Give me Ole Miss.
Moneyline, um, 185 over under 50and a half.

(01:10:51):
Yeah, give me Ole Miss.
Ole Miss.
Not to lose two games in a row.
No, they ain't losing two.
I'm going the other way.

SPEAKER_02 (01:10:58):
Texas, didn't he?

SPEAKER_01 (01:10:59):
Huh?
Didn't Oklahoma lose to Texas?
Oklahoma lost to Texas, and theyhaven't beaten Texas in like
three years.
But I'm taking Oklahoma in thisgame.
I don't think they cover thethree and a half, but I think it
goes over 50 and a half becauseOld Mr.
scores some points.
Right?
So I would I would go if I wouldstay away from who wins the

(01:11:23):
game, but I would take theover-under at 50 and a half.
Next game we're going to look atreal quick.
We're going to go back to SouthFlorida again.
Now ranked number, what do yousay?
19?

SPEAKER_02 (01:11:34):
18.

SPEAKER_01 (01:11:35):
18.
So they moved up.
18.
South Florida is going toMemphis.
Memphis is also really good.
Memphis is ranked number 22.
South Florida is favored, 3.5.
Moneyline 150.

SPEAKER_03 (01:11:54):
Give me USF minus 7.

SPEAKER_01 (01:11:58):
USF, okay.
Yeah, minus 7.
And they're expecting a lot ofpoints in this game.
They're over-under is 65 and ahalf.
Both teams are 6-1.
It's a conference game.
The winner of this game probablywins the conference.
Yeah.

(01:12:19):
So there's there's that.
Like I said, Moneyline SouthFlorida 150.
Go ahead.

SPEAKER_02 (01:12:29):
Give me LSU over Texas AM.

SPEAKER_01 (01:12:32):
That was the next game I was going to cover.
LSU just lost to Vandy, right?
Yeah.
They haven't lost to Vandy in30-something years.
Um, I think it was more thanthat.
Texas AM is favored by two and ahalf.
That's a nice number.

SPEAKER_04 (01:12:51):
Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_01 (01:12:53):
Money line 140.

SPEAKER_02 (01:12:57):
They're playing at LSU.
Night game.

SPEAKER_01 (01:12:59):
They're playing at LSU.
Uh does it say night game onhere?
7:30.
7:30 ABC.
Uh LSU 5-2, Texas AM 7-0.
Texas AM got a really goodoffense.
So I see this being somewhat lowscoring, but Texas AM winning.

(01:13:22):
I don't think that's, but yousay you say LSU, you think LSU
is gonna upset him?
Yeah.
Nah, I don't think they will, and I think Brian Kelly is gonna
get fired at the end of theyear.
Yeah.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (01:13:36):
Yeah.
Let me give me um give me LSU umminus three.

SPEAKER_01 (01:13:43):
Minus three, okay.
All right.
And we got, let's let's do aquick NFL game.
We got we got the Bucs going toDetroit tomorrow night.
Oh, yeah, you know who I want.
Monday night.
Well, that money line lookedgood too, ain't it?

SPEAKER_03 (01:13:59):
Plus 220 or something.

SPEAKER_01 (01:14:01):
Yeah, the last time I saw it was plus yeah, it's
plus it's plus two something,yes.
Yeah.
Yes, it no I'm thinking that.
So you thinking the Bucks gonnaoutright beat him?
I can't think nothing else.

SPEAKER_02 (01:14:19):
Who did Detroit lose to last week?

SPEAKER_01 (01:14:21):
Last week they lost to the Chiefs.
Yeah, give me the Bucks.
Straight up.
Detroit is favored by minusfive, minus five and a half.
Total five 53 and a half.
And take take Baker to throw twotouchdowns plus the money line.
Oh yeah.
I would I would take his yardstoo.
I would put whatever yards 250,he's gonna go over 250.

SPEAKER_02 (01:14:44):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (01:14:45):
Because he's gonna chuck it around.
Well, that's it right there.

SPEAKER_03 (01:14:48):
What you got you got hard right open right now?
No, not on my laptop, no.
Hold on.
I'm gonna hold on.
I'm about to open mine rightnow.
I'm finna go ahead.
Keep talking, keep talking.
You good, you good.
I'm just gonna see what thatwhat that's what that pan out to
be.
So you're gonna put Baker'spassing yards.

SPEAKER_01 (01:15:09):
Baker.
Yeah, Baker.

SPEAKER_03 (01:15:11):
Baker, Baker at 240, but I'm gonna bring I'm gonna
bring Baker down.
I'm gonna bring Baker to 225.
225.
225.
Then with the two touchdowns.

SPEAKER_01 (01:15:22):
With the two touchdowns.
Alright.
And then I wouldn't I wouldn'tdo the money line.
I would take the points.
Plus five and a half.
Oh no, I ain't scared of thatshit.

SPEAKER_02 (01:15:33):
So you think he's gonna do 325, 300, 275?
No, no, no.
No.

SPEAKER_01 (01:15:38):
What we're talking about is he's gonna take the
Bucks outright to win.
Oh, yeah.
Not cover.

SPEAKER_03 (01:15:44):
So that's plus four twenty five with the Bucks to
win, Baker to go over 224 andtwo touchdowns.

SPEAKER_01 (01:15:53):
The only thing that scares me about that is the win.
It shouldn't scare.

SPEAKER_03 (01:15:57):
Hey, you know why it scare you?
Because you ain't a Bucks fan.

SPEAKER_01 (01:16:00):
Alright.
You don't think Detroit's gonnacome out Detroit and throw
everything at this game becausethey can't lose two games in a
row.

SPEAKER_03 (01:16:15):
Man, I hear what you're saying, man, but uh I got
I understand what you're saying.
Don't think I'm annoying you,but yeah, so okay.
If I put 175 on it, I get back918.
Alright, that's what we're gonnado.

SPEAKER_01 (01:16:39):
It's a first.
You just heard a live bet beingdone.

SPEAKER_03 (01:16:44):
Oh, Mike Evans back too?
Oh, yeah.
Mike Evans for a touchdown.
Oh, he Mike Evans and Mike Evansfor a touchdown.
So that throws it up to 1312.
That's a good move.
I like it.
Alright.

SPEAKER_01 (01:17:03):
Alright.
That's that's that's there yougo.
All right.

SPEAKER_03 (01:17:07):
Anybody, anybody, oh, but you know what?
Damn, it'll be too late for thembecause they can't catch it.

SPEAKER_01 (01:17:13):
So yeah, I'll don't worry, I can't.
Well, let's let's let's throw itup on the socials.

SPEAKER_02 (01:17:20):
Okay.

SPEAKER_01 (01:17:22):
Let's throw it up on the socials.

SPEAKER_02 (01:17:25):
What we want to put on the socials?

SPEAKER_01 (01:17:27):
We're gonna put Bucks um Durrell Paulet.
Yeah.
Bucks Bucks Moneyline.
Bucks Money Line.
Baker, Baker 224, over 224,passing yards, Baker over one

(01:17:49):
and a half touchdowns.
Yep.
And Mike Evans for any timetouchdown.
Mike.

SPEAKER_02 (01:17:55):
Send me to me any time.
Put that up once we get donehere.

SPEAKER_01 (01:18:00):
Now, it's it's I don't know if Mike is completely
back.
I think he's like a game timedecision.
Yeah, but it doesn't change.
You go with the three legs, andmost of the time that'll get
enough to give you a bonus ifyou have a bonus on the box.

SPEAKER_03 (01:18:13):
But you know, I'm I'm gonna tell you something
that's gonna really throw himgood.
You know, Taz Johnson caught atouchdown last week.
You know that, right?
Right.
His his shit is plus 325.

SPEAKER_01 (01:18:25):
To catch another one?
Yes.
If you throw him on there.

SPEAKER_03 (01:18:32):
See, if I throw him on there, I gotta I gotta bring
it down to$50.
Yeah, yeah.
But even with$50, it's still athousand.

SPEAKER_01 (01:18:41):
Yeah.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (01:18:42):
That's what I'm doing.
