Speaker 1 (00:00):
We keep getting rid
of everybody's jobs with AI.
Who's going to buy the productsIf you get rid of me?
You and you, who's going to buythis stuff on Amazon and
Walmart and all that stuff?
Speaker 3 (00:11):
But if you're
controlling it, the money will
come to you.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
It's not going to be
AI that's going to take our jobs
.
It's going to be the peoplethat use AI that's going to take
our jobs.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
If you make music
with AI, you cannot copyright it
.
It's free.
Elon, if you make music with AI, you cannot copyright it, it's
free.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
Elon Musk finally put
out the humanoid bot out.
What do you?
Speaker 2 (00:28):
guys feel about it.
My only problem is that therewas also a report that said even
the ones that he had duringthis big event that he had a few
weeks ago that there wereactually people behind it
controlling it, and that's thepart of this whole homage that
they're creating is like hey, that's actually not what you're
going to buy.
Speaker 3 (00:46):
This is what we think
it's going to look like what
we're working towards.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
So I don't know how
close we are to it.
My only worries is Welcome.
Welcome everybody to the TechHustle.
I'm your host, bobby D.
I got my guy D Hustle.
What up man?
And my cousin Raymond Don'tcall him Ray Ray, you finally
gonna look at the camera.
He got the memo, so he's sayingwhat's up.
(01:09):
Well, I want to say thank y'allso much for pulling up here at
the Tech Hustle.
It's been a minute since we'vebeen recording fellas.
We've been, you know have a lotof episodes out there, a lot of
pre recorded content and we wasdoing some conference trips and
stuff like that.
So sorry audience that haven'tseen the most recent update of
us, but we definitely got somestuff on the streets.
We got a packed show today andactually before I even go
(01:31):
through the show list, I want togive a big, big, big round of
applause.
Give it to them, d Hustle.
For what?
I don't know if y'all beenchecking out our YouTube page
lately yes but our YouTube hasbeen popping and we're over
1,000 subscribers Big, bigshout-outs to y'all.
Raymond, you going to show himsome love?
(01:51):
Raymond's in his own world.
He's like 1,000.
That don't mean nothing, kid, when we get to 10,000, maybe Now
I'm just messing.
But yeah, big, big shout-outsto you all for following
subscribing, being a part ofthis community.
We really do appreciate it andthis is the reason why we're
going to keep pushing, becausey'all finally finally finding us
and pulling up.
But let's go through the run ofshow.
But yeah, 1,000 followers, 1.6.
(02:13):
1.6.
We're about to kill it.
We're about to kill it.
In today's conversation, I'mgoing to be talking tech talk,
tech talk.
I'm going to be bringing up aconference that we all went
through last week Big shout-outsto Black Men in Tech.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
Shout-outs to them.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
They run a conference
called Thrive Conference down
here in Fort Lauderdale, southFlorida more or less, and we
actually pulled up.
So they had some really goodcontent, really good people, and
I got to run into some of myold peers and friends of mine in
the industry.
And then I'm actually going tobe talking about a topic Raymond
had brought up the other day anew AI tool from Google called
what is it called?
Notebook LM?
(02:49):
Right, right, notebook LM.
It's a really, really cool tool.
Raymond thinks it's going tokill our podcast game, but I'm
only seeing it as adding morefuel to our fire for us to be
able to kill it in the streets.
Afterwards.
We'll jump into DeHustle eventtech current events see um.
And then raymond's nuggets.
(03:09):
We're going to get a chance tohear some nuggets.
Raymond has on his list heresomething about a search engine,
um, and maybe even cover somehealth stuff, so that that's
going to be really cool, um.
And then d hustle's back up onit, uh, with uh sports that's it
sounds like baseball um had alittle tough, tough ending, but
we'll care to catch up.
Yeah, all I know is that y'alldid y'all thing, though Y'all
(03:32):
did y'all thing, but we'll coverthat a little bit later, and
then we'll have somesponsorships and then an outro
where we'll talk about some morecommunity stuff and things like
that.
What do y'all think about thatfellas?
Speaker 3 (03:41):
Yeah, sounds good.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
Yeah, sounds like a
good one.
I feel good about it.
How about you audience?
Y'all ready for it?
Yeah, I know y'all are Tuningin.
Thank y'all so much for tuningin.
Thank you so much, d Hustlequeuing that up.
We're about to jump into ourtech talk this afternoon and
first of all I want to say big, big, big shout-outs to the squad
for pulling up at ThriveConference down in Fort
(04:05):
Lauderdale.
Black Men in Tech is the hostof it.
Big shout-outs to Cam and yourwhole crew.
Y'all definitely did an awesomejob.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
Shout-outs to them
over there.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
And the messed up
thing is that this is right
after we dealt with thehurricane over here in Florida.
How did y'all do with thehurricane?
Speaker 3 (04:21):
I did good Did you
Got a couple of chairs moved.
Yeah, y'all do with thehurricane.
I did good.
Um got a couple of chairs moved.
Speaker 2 (04:30):
Yeah, it wasn't bad
for me if I don't have to put
stuff inside my house.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
Yeah, yeah, you know,
um, but it was good, it was
raining, uh, had a tornado.
Shout out to that, had atornado first tornado around my
neighborhood.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
That's so good about
it.
The hurricane was good, but thetornadoes on the other hand.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
The tornado really
did mostly yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
That was some crazy
stuff though.
Speaker 3 (04:47):
I killed a tree of
mine which was.
I'm upset but I'm happy that'smaintenance for me.
You've been trying to get ridof that tree Like a champion.
I'm glad the Lord did it.
The Lord came through.
I told him I don't want it.
He gave me that wind.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, tilt it over just a little
bit.
That's all I needed.
Yeah, yeah, he said I need morespace in my back.
Yeah, definitely, yeah, man.
So, like d hustle said, we, wedidn't catch it as much over
here on the east coast offlorida, but the west coast of
florida, we want to send them abig shout out.
Um, we know that y'all areprobably still dealing with it
right now, um, and definitelyall our uh hopes and prayers and
thoughts are going out to y'all, um, holding it down.
Um, and yeah, man, thishurricane season has been a
little bit crazy, because Idon't think I've ever seen a
(05:30):
storm do do what it did in termsof coming up on the west coast,
heading east, and then howpowerful it got uh so quickly.
But, um, I don't know abouty'all, but I think climate
change is a real thing, um,especially if these storms are
doing what they're doing andwe're not even done with
hurricane season yet.
It's not until the end ofOctober I'm in November, right.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
I can't wait.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
Yeah, but anyways,
that hurricane almost threw a
wrench in us actually going downto Fort Lauderdale for a
conference called the ThriveConference.
Big shout out to them again forhosting that.
We really do appreciate y'allrepresenting South Florida
(06:10):
definitely, uh, setting a newstandard for everybody in the
conferencing scene, because Ialso seen a few other conference
ceos at that event, which isalways kind of like I enjoy
because it's supporting eachother right.
So I've seen the ceo of therender event.
Uh, black is tech, the one thatwe went out to houston.
I saw him there.
Um, obviously, cam was thereholding it down for his event.
But in general, what what I'mreally enjoying is is that
they're actually building acommunity amongst them to really
(06:32):
bring some really cool umscenes and experiences for
people that intent and, yeah, big shout outs to ted lucas,
what would I plan I?
forget about d house is that yodon't forget about?
Speaker 3 (06:42):
Ted Porsche 6 and 0
Porsche Unbelievable.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
Yeah, yeah, porsche
Campbell Smith.
My lady Resident guest here onthe show and she ran into D, and
D was like yo guess what.
She talked about the KansasCity.
Speaker 3 (06:57):
Chiefs, kansas City
Chiefs, that's right.
They're the only undefeatedteam still right.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
Yeah, that's some
crazy stuff.
Good, they're the onlyundefeated team still, yeah,
yeah, that's some crazy stuff.
Good congratulations to you.
But yeah, so the conferenceitself is a tech conference, um,
hosted annually here down insouth florida, in fort
lauderdale, right on the beach, actually, which is a really nice
spot.
It was a little rainy but, uh,we made it work, um, and they
had some really cool talks, um,some really, you know, relatable
talks.
I even had a chance to speak onstage, too, on a panelist about
(07:23):
being black in engineering andmore or less the challenges that
I had in developing the skillsand also, you know, taking it to
the next level by working at,you know, companies like Twitter
.
But in general, it just gave us, in terms of people of color, a
space for us to feel number one, welcome, number one, you know,
seen, seen and definitelyenlightening all of us on the
(07:46):
journey that we're all taking, because some of the situations
and stories that they talkedabout are some of the same
things that D Hustle, myself orRaymond had, his experience
being that we've been in theindustry for so long.
But it's just so great to havea space that, you know, people
can really speak up and talkabout their challenges.
Another cool talk that I that Ihad a chance to sit on in is,
uh Marlon.
So big shout outs to Marlon.
Marlon was uh.
(08:06):
Marlon Avery, uh was also atthe conference and he got a
chance to interview a few peopleabout AI.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
So you know I got a
chance to catch him.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
Yeah, it was it was
the second day he said what's up
, though he definitelyappreciates, uh, us being out
there and supporting him and, ingeneral, uh, these
conversations about AI werereally just enlightening on
where our industry is and whereour community is and how far the
industry and community isalmost, you know, spacing apart,
and what I mean by that is thatwe don't have still our
(08:38):
community enough people usingthis tool called AI to learn and
develop, while everybody elsein all these other communities
are, you know, getting milliondollar evaluations for companies
or coming up with ideas overthe weekend and you know, being
able to create really coolapplications for it.
And the talks were really justfocusing on giving resources,
but also experience andknowledge about what AI is going
(09:00):
to be and how we need to, youknow, step up our game so that
we don't get left behind, andany talks that you all enjoyed
or or had a chance to jump in onat the conference at all uh,
yeah, I did like uh, one of thepanelists.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
They were just kind
of, like you know, going off and
saying different things aboutai.
I didn't know that.
Um, if you make music with ai,you cannot copyright it oh, it's
free.
So if you make any type ofmusic with ai, so it is not free
.
You have to make the lyrics offof your brain that is
copyrighted, so I thought thatwas interesting so explain that
(09:37):
a little bit more so I don'tknow if you guys remember, with
the kendrick lamar and yeah, uh,drake battle, there was a guy
that went ahead and made fun ofDrake.
He made the song called BBLDrizzy.
Speaker 2 (09:48):
Ah, yes, I remember
that.
Speaker 1 (09:49):
And that took off.
He made that with AI so hecannot copyright that.
A bunch of people spinned offof it and made their own
versions of it.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
So apparently he can
only make money off the lyrics,
but the actual song is open toanyone, so that was interesting.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Yeah, song is open to
anyone, so that was interesting
, yeah, so, yeah, yeah, I meanthat's that's the thing with ai
is that they're going to be somany new regulations and ways
that we're going to have tolearn how to, you know, develop,
um, but my question is is that, would you still listen to the
song if it's created by ai?
Speaker 1 (10:18):
uh, yeah, I don't
know.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
I feel some type of
way about that, yeah, but but
let me ask you this do you wantto be notified?
If it is, or would you just notto be, not to be notified at
all?
Speaker 1 (10:28):
Yeah, I mean, I'm not
checking for an.
Ai artist, I mean, I mean yeah,I don't know, I feel weird
about that.
No, yeah.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
Yeah, your own AI
artist.
I mean that is cool.
If you could make millions ofdollars, you wouldn't create one
, or you're just going to watchsomebody else make that money.
Speaker 1 (10:48):
We already saw what
happened with the guy who made
the fake dollars.
Well, come on now that guy.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
That guy decided to
go, you know, manipulate the
system and basically makemillions of dollars.
That's a little different,though, and basically make
millions of dollars, that's alittle different, though.
Speaker 3 (11:03):
Like I said, he got
the Lambo one week and then next
week he wanted to go on a yacht.
Let me boost this up he went.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
He was crazy, he was
hungry.
Speaker 3 (11:14):
That's what happens.
Would you listen to an AIartist?
Yeah, I'll give it a shot.
I listen to new era hip hop now.
Speaker 2 (11:20):
Yeah, I mean.
I'll say my opinions about it,but it's tough.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
We're listening to it
, in my opinion I rather listen
to that than the mumble rap yeah, yeah, of course.
Speaker 1 (11:30):
I mean look at the
backlash, like what drake got
when he used the ai to you know, you know, use the tupac voice
right, yeah, and how well didthat go for him I know it got
bad everyone hated it, so justthat's how I feel, like with the
ai thing.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
I think you got to
give it a try, raymond, okay
look what happened when he didthat.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
Everybody thought it
was lame, but but my thing is,
is that if you don't even knowit, then how are you going to
know?
Speaker 3 (11:57):
it's lame, okay
remember when he did that.
It was it's uh, it was a battlethat he was having with
Kendrick and unfortunately helost that one, that side.
I mean he did get a good versebefore, but you know.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
Yeah, I'm just
talking about the aspect of him
using the AI to mimic Tupac'svoice.
I think Snoop as well.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
I mean, that was a
little reach.
I don't see nothing wrong withthat.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
I don't see that was
creative, but people thought it
was corny.
Speaker 3 (12:23):
Because I remember I
was talking I think I was
talking to you a while ago aboutthe hologram they did.
Oh yeah, On the concert.
And they mimic his voice, and Idon't see nothing wrong with
that.
Yeah.
Because it's an experience.
You get to see them walking, orwhatever the case.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
Of course, yes, I can
do that mimicking, but yeah, I
understand that raymond, it's anew, it's a new thing out there.
Yeah, I'm just once.
I'm wondering if they're goingto put these new labels on it.
Don't you know when they becameno, not known but when they
added labels of content that'sgoing to be like explicit and
stuff like that, like they put alabel on it.
I wonder if they're going to dothat to say, hey, this is ai
generated, or something likethat, to at least give people
you know an opportunity to sayno, I'm not going to listen to
it because it's ai, but but Ithink it's going to be some fire
(13:09):
.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
Here's the thing why
we we have to say is ai
generated?
If not, so let's say, if I putout some music and you think
it's me, and you're going tohave a different point of
perspective If it's me.
Or or if I tell you, hey, it'sAI.
If you say it's me, ah nah.
You can't do the crap byyourself.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
You know what I'm
saying.
Or if it's AI, oh my god, youstill can't do the crap by
yourself.
Yeah, yeah.
It's uh, but if I give it toyou, what I've seen is AI and
you like it and you bump yourhead like boom, boom and then
you were like, oh man, you didgood yeah, yeah yeah, heads up,
it's ai, and then is youropinion gonna change after that?
Speaker 2 (13:49):
oh, I mean, I know
raymond's opinion.
Yeah, definitely, we knowraymond's opinion.
Speaker 3 (13:54):
Oh yes, I can't.
It's ai man.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
I thought he was the
man that's not let me soon, as
he hears that it's a rap theregoes all the soundcloud rappers,
I mean, I mean me.
I'm just looking forward to thequality of music is going to
take another leap in my opinion.
Um, because of the lyrics thatare going to be generated versus
what we're listening to rightnow, because our music right now
(14:18):
is it's too too, too too muchmumble rap, like d was saying,
but also just too much uh like,uh, adult type stuff, like they
always talk about smashing andstuff like that, and I'm like yo
, do y'all hear what y'allsaying?
Like, are these lyrics reallyconscious, right?
I'm hoping that ai makes bringsback conscious rapping.
I don't know, we'll see, we'llsee what happens, we'll see.
(14:40):
But that was definitely areally good talk over there at
the conference and you can see, obviously the conference itself
had some really good heavyhitters and really cool topics
to cover.
Conference also had somecompany boosts out there.
Big shout out to Intuit.
Speaker 3 (14:52):
Shout out to Intuit
Seen Intuit out there McDonald's
Corporate.
Speaker 2 (14:55):
Was there McDonald's
Corporate?
And big shout outs to theSource.
You said Ted Lucas and his crew, Hillman and all them what's
going on to the source anddefinitely a big shout-out to
all the vendors out thereShout-out to Jonathan too Great
picture of a black man in techout there having a poster that I
should send it to you.
Speaker 3 (15:13):
Picture of who Of him
with the helmet that he painted
oh yes, that guy that did ityeah.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
Jonathan, yeah,
that's what's up.
So just to give you all alittle bit more backstory, there
was, uh, an artist thatactually came to the event on a
blank canvas.
He was a blank canvas that itstarted off with started over
the blank.
Speaker 3 (15:28):
Yeah, and drew it up.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
Yeah, while you talk,
I'll go ahead and uh, yeah in
general, it was like from ablank canvas to actually drawing
a really great artistic pictureof a race car helmet yeah with
the with the uh thrive logo and,oh my gosh, that thing was
amazing.
I didn't even know.
I thought it was like a picturethat somebody took and then,
yeah, d was like he was watchingthem do it the whole time.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
Yeah, Great picture.
Great, he did everything good.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
Yeah, he was local
too, right.
Speaker 3 (15:57):
Yeah, he's local,
he's in Fort Lauderdale.
Yeah, it wasn't AI, they arenot at all.
Now you got jokes.
Now you got jokes.
Now you got jokes.
Let me show you his picturehere real quick just for the
audience, but I'll I'll put itup in discord for you guys.
Yeah, that was fire that yeahyou saw the.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
I seen it the day
after it was in the cut um by
where they were taking like the,the red carpet picture yeah, he
drew that from scratch.
Amazing job, but yeah, so, uh,overall, I thought the
conference was a was a hit, uh,regardless of the weather.
Uh, and they also had somereally cool after hour type
stuff.
Uh, we didn't pull up much tothose, but I've seen some
pictures online.
Um, I definitely will say camand his whole team really put
(16:37):
something really nice together, and I can't wait till next year.
But next year I want to be onthe main stage though.
Cam if you're listening to this, put your boy on the main stage
.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
I'm already
celebrating.
He's already on, I'm not evenworried about it.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
I'm trying to be on
the main stage, but I definitely
appreciate the invite and, yeah, big shout-out to y'all as
y'all continue to grow thisconference.
This is our second year in arow going.
Speaker 3 (17:05):
So we'll be there,
man.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
I texted him.
I was like yo, where you at?
He was like yo.
I went to a restaurant down thestreet and I was like, isn't it
raining outside?
It's raining, I was like, allright, let me go run down the
street and go catch him.
Speaker 3 (17:15):
Jimmy said I've done
this crap before.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
It's a walk for me,
colleague of mine that I used to
work with uh down in southflorida, uh, at the south
florida, south florida ornament,no, no, I'm sorry at the uh
school board of uh browardcounty because he was a systems
engineer but also a databaseadministrator there, and I
remember the first time I raninto him was uh, doing a job for
uh, you remember that company.
I used to travel domestically, internationally, um, cisco, cis,
(17:40):
cis or sisco a securityidentification systems and they
used to have a visitormanagement Cisco CIS or SISCO
Security Identification Systemsand they used to have a visitor
management system for all theschools.
So when you go there it had totake a picture of you, take your
driver's license and they letyou know if you can come in or
not.
But anyway, the first placethat we ever set up a very
massive cluster, because youimagine how many schools there
were, meaning we had to createmore than one server.
(18:01):
Jimmy and I were the ones thatset up the load balancer the
cyber security more than oneserver.
Jimmy and I were the ones thatset up the low-balance server
Cyber security.
Yeah, he's definitely one ofthe brightest stars I've ever
had a chance to you know.
Chop it up with and definitelysee him grow, because now he's
in the cyber security.
He runs a huge cyber securitycommunity on Clubhouse.
Yeah, and we'll keep it in.
We'll add him to thedescription so you can go check
him out, especially if you'rethinking about cybersecurity.
(18:22):
He'd be one of the best peopleto learn from, because he can
teach very well and he has awealth of experiences Very smart
man.
Big shout-outs to you, Jimmy.
Really appreciate you hangingout with us.
Can't wait until you come tothe podcast so we can come talk
some ish over here.
Speaker 3 (18:34):
Yeah, definitely.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
All right, fellas.
So the next thing I want totalk about is and I'll make it
quick because I'm alreadyrunning what 15 minutes in is a
new AI tool called Notebook LM.
It's a.
Notebook LM.
One word, and it's by Googleand I basically have a picture
of it over here, but inside theDiscord I'm going to drop a
(18:57):
YouTube video talking more aboutit.
But the thing that I want tojust prepare you all in terms of
just these tools that arecoming available are number one.
All of these are are free, soget access to them and they're
free, free, free, 99 free.
Let me tell you free 99 fivefinger discount, whatever you
want to call it.
(19:17):
These things have the abilityto really change your life if
you use them, and and thesetools are free, especially this
one from Google.
Now, the cool thing about thisis it's basically using AI to
aggregate your data in terms oflike files let's say documents,
let's say audio recording andyou put them all into this one
(19:38):
space and then you're able totalk to the AI about it, not
only just being able to getinformation.
So let's say that I'm and I'mjust coming up with this off the
top of my head let's say thatI'm a college student, I'm about
to attend a class let's sayit's on calculus and I have a
book that I'm going to use inthe class, um, and it's the
class book.
But I also have some materialthat, um, the teacher has given
(19:59):
us as a resource.
What I would go to is NotepadNotebook LM.
Go, download the PDF of thebook, download all of the
material that the teacher gaveus and put it into this just one
notebook.
Now, this notebook is going tobe specialized to be able to
help teach me, answer questionsand or one of the cool features
create a podcast on that topicand that's what Raymond has
(20:19):
stumbled upon it becauseNotebook LM has the way, has the
ability to take the topic thatyou've added all the resources
for and give you like a10-minute podcast about the
content, and it actually soundsreally, really good.
It actually sounds like twopeople are talking and, before
you know it, what Raymond'stalking about is like hey, we
might be having competitions forpodcasts generated by AI,
(20:42):
especially if Notebook LM isalready able to do this.
Yeah, what's your opinion aboutit, raymond?
Speaker 1 (20:47):
Yeah, it's pretty
cool.
But yeah, that is like you said.
The pros are good.
Now I'm just thinking about thecons too.
Am I going to be out of a jobhere?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
Living a better life.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
That's funny yeah but
it sounds interesting.
Yeah, one of my um exco-workers had hit me up.
His son's a doctor and he puthis whole dissertation into it
and he was like blown away, howlike it kind of like made the
podcast and it kind of told himsome stuff he didn't know and he
was like, oh man, my son has aphd and he was like blown away
about that thing.
So, yeah, that's how I foundout about it.
Speaker 2 (21:26):
Yeah, yeah, so, but
yeah, it's definitely going to
change the game.
And the other thing that I wantto just prepare you all is
they're going to start to chargefor this stuff, so you'll have
to use this stuff as soon aspossible.
I'm looking at the interfaceright now.
I just logged into my Googleaccount, my regular, regular
(21:46):
gmail account.
I went to notebook lmgooglecom,it automatically logged in and
it's just asking me to uploadfiles.
Remember, you're uploadingfiles and content about a topic
that you want the lm or the aito really just give you some
research, giving you some moreinformation.
But yo, this is really changingthe game and I want to give you
our public serviceannouncements.
Please go check this out, learnand develop and utilize these
tools.
Um, because, just like at theconference, someone on stage
said like, hey, it's not goingto be ai that's going to take
(22:09):
our jobs, it's going to be thepeople that use ai that's going
to take our jobs so what you'resaying?
Speaker 3 (22:13):
this is that reem is
not going to use ai somebody's
going to take a job, he betterget on.
Speaker 2 (22:17):
I'm just saying, bro,
because he's going to get left
behind.
I didn't mean to, he doesn'twant to use AI.
I'm telling you, bro, all Iknow is that this wave is coming
and on our show we talk aboutit a lot, and I just want to
encourage you all, if this topicis something you're interested
in, follow along, come andholler at us, bring up some new
(22:40):
tools, comment in thedescriptions below about a new
AI thing that you found.
I mean, we'll bring it up onthe show here and talk more
about it.
But, uh, yeah, so thanks a lot.
Uh, thrive black men in tech.
Uh, good job, google coming outwith a really cool product
called notebook lm.
Speaker 3 (22:57):
And yeah, uh, that's
all that I got for our tech talk
today, fellas yeah, I hear youraymond's not gonna get the
surfboard because he doesn'twant to ride the wave.
No, he don't want to.
You know, raymond remind me,have you ever seen that movie
Deep Impact?
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (23:09):
When the dad and
their daughters just hugging
each other and just looking forthe wave.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
Yeah, he goes.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
I wish I would have
got on the wave.
Speaker 2 (23:21):
Raymond, you got to
catch this wave player.
You got to catch this wave.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
Got to catch this
wave.
Gotta catch this wave.
I mean I'm all about catchingit, I just don't like.
You know the cons Of you know, that's all.
Speaker 2 (23:32):
Actually, you're just
always on that other side Just
to give us that purview, so I doappreciate it Just keep an eye
open.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
I'm just saying you
know, if we keep getting rid of
Everybody's jobs with AI, who'sgonna buy the products the AIs
are?
Speaker 2 (23:44):
gonna buy them.
That's what with AI.
Who's going to buy the products?
Yeah, the AIs are going to buythem.
That's what I'm saying.
I mean, who's going to buy thisstuff If?
Speaker 1 (23:49):
you get rid of me,
you and you who's?
Going to buy this stuff onAmazon and Walmart and all that
stuff, yeah.
Speaker 3 (23:55):
But if you're
controlling it, the money will
come to you.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
And that's probably
one of the best advice I think
D-Hustle has dropped.
It's like yo.
If you are the person behind itall, all that bread is coming
towards you.
So, let's build some products.
Let's build some services, build AI agents.
We talked about it here on ourshow.
Speaker 3 (24:14):
I got something for
him in a few after we finish
here.
Speaker 1 (24:17):
I'm just saying you
know less people paying taxes,
less people buying the goods andservices.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
Man, you need to get
on the political side of this,
because you already hittinghitting a nail, like how much
taxes are going to be lostbecause of AI.
That might be a big topic tobring up.
Well, all right, fellas.
Well, we're going to move on tothe next section of our talk
here, our podcast D hustle.
You're up player.
Speaker 3 (24:42):
I am up.
De hustle.
You're up player, I am up.
Speaker 2 (24:46):
I'm gonna keep this
short and simple and sweet
because we got a big uh segmentcoming up, uh after here
preparing, everybody preparingeverybody, uh, iphone 16.
Speaker 3 (24:53):
Ladies and gentlemen,
everybody got iphone 16.
16 is out.
How do you guys feel about it?
Are you guys getting it, notgetting it?
Uh, well, let's wait until theyfix the random restart.
What is it?
As of right now, iphone 16 andiPhone 16 Pro models are
randomly restarting.
What Just randomly.
(25:14):
That's crazy, but good news,18.1 is going to fix that bug
Already, and this is why I don'tbuy phones as soon as it comes
out.
Yeah, I wait until later.
Um, of course, with theseissues, of course they're gonna
have bugs to fix all that stuff.
But you know, iphone, it iswhat it is that's crazy.
Speaker 2 (25:37):
What can we do?
Didn't they just come out withthis?
Speaker 3 (25:39):
just came out and
they already restarted.
They didn't do it with the plus, so 16 plus is good, and then
you got the 16 Pro.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
Max is not added on
here also, did your wife get the
16?
Speaker 3 (25:49):
I'm not going to lie
to you, man, she did she did.
Yes, she did.
Actually, it's coming today.
What.
I got to tell my boss I got toleave early because I'll pick up
a package.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
It's being delivered
to the house.
Speaker 3 (26:01):
It's being delivered
to the house.
Yeah, she got it.
I knew she was gonna get it.
Yeah, yeah, she was already Gotthat.
Oh my god, something's wrongwith my phone.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
Yeah, sure, your
phone is messed up, yeah, anyway
, long story short, I knew shewas getting signed Because AT&T
had to send me a code and I hadto figure out what's this code
for.
She goes oh, what's the code?
I was like, oh okay.
Speaker 2 (26:27):
The two-factor
authentication, Two-factor
authentication man.
It caught her.
Now I know yeah.
Speaker 3 (26:32):
But the good news is
it's going to be.
It's really coming right awayfast.
I'm excited to actually playaround with it.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (26:46):
So I might jump on
the wagon I mean, I got a 12, so
I'm like four years behind.
Yeah, yeah, I was trying to dothe five year mark.
Speaker 1 (26:49):
Yeah, yeah, but let's
see what happens you never know
, I got a 12 too.
I'm holding out till next yearto the new one, for the night
comes out, so yeah let's seewhat happens.
Speaker 3 (26:57):
Um next subject have
you guys had issues trying to uh
log into disney plus?
Speaker 2 (27:04):
actually my son was
telling me he had a problem
logging into disney plus sodisney plus and hulu will not
let you sign into apple appanymore they have taken that out
.
Speaker 3 (27:15):
So if you try to
subscribe to ios apps, disney
plus and hulu will direct youdirectly to the web.
I guess they do not want you tosign on.
Unfortunately, this app doesn'tsupport in-app sign-ins anymore
, so if you had issues with thatwhich is makes a lot of sense,
because I try to see somethingon there and they told me I have
to put my password in.
(27:36):
Yeah, it's like why I alreadylogged in already but yeah
they're having those issues.
So if you guys want to go aheadand, uh, having those issues,
that's exactly what's happening.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
Interesting,
interesting.
Yeah, I don't have asubscription Now.
I'm waiting until March Torestart it.
Speaker 2 (27:49):
So what are you
talking about?
What?
Speaker 3 (27:51):
subscription Disney
Plus and Hulu oh okay, you don't
have it, no more.
Speaker 1 (27:56):
No, I didn't.
No, I don't.
Speaker 3 (27:57):
Ah, you're the one
who told me About that good
website.
Well, yeah, I mean, you know.
Speaker 1 (28:01):
I'm gonna resubscribe
they got a show coming out that
I wanna see, so Gotcha.
Speaker 2 (28:05):
Okay, so you did a
purge, and now you're gonna be
Adding it back, yeah, which isgood though.
Speaker 3 (28:10):
I added it there.
Ladies and gentlemen, to thebeautiful Discord.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
Yes, sir.
Speaker 3 (28:17):
It was good.
Last One before the last hereChick-fil-A.
I love Chick-fil-A.
They have I One before the lasthere Chick-fil-A, I love
Chick-fil-A.
I call that the Jesus chicken.
It tastes really, really good.
It is what it is, but they arenext month, on November 18th,
they will be adding a streamingservice.
Speaker 2 (28:40):
Hold on, hold on, all
right.
Chick-fil-a is adding astreaming service.
Chick-fil-a is actually Astreaming service.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
Chick-fil-A is
actually Adding a streaming
service For the beautiful.
This app Is another way to Playfor our guests In a unique way
For entertainment andencouraging time together.
What, yes?
This will be featuring Animatedshows, alright, scripted
podcasts, e-books, video, videogame-based receipts I'm sorry,
(29:09):
video-based recipes andkid-friendly craft.
Interesting All are going to beon the app.
Now.
I tried to look to see if thereis a charge for that.
It doesn't tell me anythinghere at all.
We will know November 18th.
Interesting.
I put it up there on Discorddiscord guys.
(29:30):
If you guys want to see, youwant to get the app.
If you're a chick-fil-a, justfor customers that you know want
to go over there, eat withtheir family and watch fucking
tv I don't know that that isdinner in the movie.
Here's another one expandinginto streaming uh some original
content.
Speaker 1 (29:44):
I wonder if they're
going to have one.
Speaker 2 (29:46):
Yeah, but I mean
Chick-fil-A is a chicken place.
I mean, how do you get into thestreaming?
Speaker 3 (29:52):
They want you to get
down with the Jesus chicken and
eat, and they want you to eatwith an anime show, you know a
scripted podcast and stuff likethat.
What else did I read here realquick?
That is crazy.
I have it highlighted.
Interesting.
So basically they you know theywant to do stories of Evergreen
(30:12):
Hills, which is going to be ananime series so you can watch
all included in the Disney, notDisney in the Chick-fil-A, and
the company is all by Cathyathyfamily who's managed, uh, from
tulip studios in atlanta, andthis is all going to be based in
atlanta marvel, where wanda, vision and loki and event
(30:35):
avenger end games were filmedokay, that might actually be um
tyler perry I wanted this closeto like his studio type stuff,
or I guess they're trying tomake Atlanta not trying, but
Atlanta's become the East CoastHollywood type thing, especially
if they're doing productionsover there.
Speaker 2 (30:53):
Dinner and a movie
Now is their idea that we would
stay at the restaurant and watchthis?
Stuff, I think that's what theywant.
Speaker 3 (31:01):
You know what I think
it is?
I think this is basically Aclue of so many people Going to
the drive-thru that nobody'scoming in.
Speaker 2 (31:09):
At times.
Yeah, their drive-thru Would beridiculous.
Speaker 3 (31:12):
I mean, don't get me
wrong, it's one of the fastest
Chains that I've seen Indrive-thru and everybody's
polite.
Speaker 2 (31:20):
Yeah, yeah, for sure.
What did they say?
My pleasure, my pleasure, mypleasure.
Yeah, big, big shout out toeverybody's polite.
Yeah, yeah, for sure.
What do they say?
Uh, my pleasure, my pleasure,my pleasure.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
Yeah, big, big shout
out, stand by, my pleasure I
mess with chick-fil-a me and mywhole family do.
We love chick-fil-a like?
Okay and said they can't donothing wrong except for when I
go through the drive-thru withmy kids.
My kids get a kick out of this.
It's been going on for yearsthat they cannot spell my name
correctly.
They've've called me Ramen,roman.
It's got to the point now wheremy kids tell them Dad, just
(31:47):
give them a fake name, tom, orlike the most, the least amount
of characters.
Speaker 3 (31:52):
So what name are you
giving?
Speaker 1 (31:53):
I give them, raymond,
but every time we get the
drive-thru bag and my kids get akick out of it and we just sit
back and they call me.
Ramen.
They call me Roman.
Speaker 3 (32:01):
Randy they can never,
get Raymond, correct Got to
spell it out for them, bro, yeahso Chick-fil-A.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
My name is Tom.
That's my only beef withChick-fil-A.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
Tony.
Tony, that's the only name.
Wow.
Well, big shout-outs toChick-fil-A.
I mean, if I were to get intothe game, streaming service is
always something that you cansee.
Netflix used to be a DVD.
Well, technically, blockbusterused to be the spot and then
Netflix came and killed themwith DVDs in the mail and they
went from DVDs in the mail tostreaming services.
(32:32):
But this one is going to be thefirst fast food restaurant and
I actually don't really considerit fast fast food, but it is
fast food restaurant going intoa tech scene of video streaming.
It's going to be interesting tosee how this play out and I do
think darwin has.
He's hitting something.
I think they're trying to getpeople, more people, into the
store, into the, the spot, rather than just coming through
(32:54):
the drive through.
Speaker 3 (32:55):
Yeah, and now that
you say that netflix is uh
starting to uh not now, andthey're gonna have a christmas
football, christmas football.
If you're watching, if you'regonna have Christmas football,
christmas football.
So if you're watching, ifyou're gonna be watching
football, streaming is gonna be.
You can watch the games on TV.
It's gonna be on Netflix.
Speaker 1 (33:13):
Interesting.
What's your take on that guys?
Speaker 2 (33:16):
What's that?
Sports and Netflix.
Speaker 1 (33:17):
Well, sports on.
Like Going on the streamingstuff now.
Speaker 3 (33:21):
I like it.
Speaker 2 (33:23):
I like it, my only
problem is accessibility what is
it?
Accessibility, what do you meanis can everybody download
netflix and do they have to havea netflix subscription to watch
this?
Speaker 3 (33:33):
yes, you have to have
a netflix subscription to watch
it at the end of the daynetflix been out for a good
minute yeah another way for themto increase their following or
their subscription is getsomething big.
Speaker 2 (33:47):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (33:48):
Everybody's going to
want to watch.
Yeah, same way.
Paramount did everybody dirtyfor that one game that Raymond
still talks about.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
What are you talking
about?
Speaker 2 (33:58):
Well, Paramount made
us have to install the Watch the
Dolphins game.
Oh, that was Peacock.
Speaker 1 (34:02):
Oh, peacock, that's
what.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
I'm getting at with
this.
Yeah, yeah, butacock, that'swhat I'm getting at with this,
yeah.
Yeah, but how many games haveyou seen after Peacock had a
game?
Speaker 1 (34:11):
Now they're doing
this on ESPN the playoffs.
I don't think it's right,because football is supposed to
be free.
It's supposed to be over theair.
Now you're forcing people toget Netflixflix, just like the
dolphins game they've madeeverybody get peacock.
You're forcing people to getthese apps where this is
supposed to be free over the airtv well, technically well, let
me actually for the peacocksituation.
Speaker 2 (34:33):
Did I have to set up
a peacock account to watch the
thing, or could I just installthe app and just watch it
without maybe as a guest orsomething?
Speaker 1 (34:40):
like that.
No, you had to download the appand install and register your
account and then, hopefully, youremembered to cancel.
Ah so, but that's the thingwith everybody.
Speaker 3 (34:51):
You got to understand
that if they give you free
subscription for three months, right, it is your responsibility
to write it down to say, hey, Ihave one week left to
unsubscribe before they chargeme.
True, you have you.
You put your credit card onfile in the beginning, ladies
(35:11):
and gentlemen.
You put the credit card in thebeginning and they say if you do
not remove it or cancel before,we would charge you for that.
Whose fault is it at the end, when you get charged after you
had a three-month subscriptionfor free?
Speaker 2 (35:35):
I mean.
Their hope is that you doforget what's the quotation for.
Speaker 1 (35:38):
No, let me play
devil's advocate here.
You know very well.
The government just came outbecause you know, know they make
it difficult for you to cancelstuff.
They make you go through abunch of hoops.
I think a government justreleased last week that the
companies now are supposed tomake it easier for you now to
cancel your subscriptions andstuff.
And people's defense, darwin.
They make it like you got tojump through like a thousand
(36:00):
hoops to cancel this stuff.
So that's where they bank on.
Speaker 2 (36:03):
Yeah, they also bank
on people forget.
I hear you, they also bank iton people forget.
Well, yeah, forgetting At leastone month.
Well, that's the thing.
Speaker 3 (36:09):
What it is is
everybody gets happy.
You get to a service Like, ohmy God, thank God, we got the
service.
Boom, boom, boom, you get sold.
Everybody gets busy.
I understand it completely, butyou got to remember to cancel.
If you do not want it to becharged, you got to cancel Me.
I always, before I signed I had.
I'm going to read Becausehere's what happened.
(36:30):
So I had this website calledthe Zone.
I don't know if you guys knowwhat the Zone is.
The Zone is a website.
You get to watch a whole bunchof boxing fighting and
everything.
I thought it was free.
So I log in because I wanted towatch this big, humongous fight
.
I log in, etc, etc.
And they charge you a monthly.
(36:50):
It was charging me $30.
I was like okay, cool, bigfight comes in.
I'm here thinking, I'm gettingit for free, I gotta pay $60, so
I gotta pay a monthly chargePlus $60.
Speaker 2 (37:03):
For that individual
fight that's crazy.
Speaker 3 (37:06):
Here's the catch they
have on their black and white
is that they will charge you forthe whole entire month.
So no matter if you started onthe 15 and you decide to,
they'll charge you that wholemonth and then they continue and
then they will cancel.
Speaker 2 (37:23):
That's lame.
No prorating, wow, that's crazy.
And then that's the part that Ithink you what raymond's
talking about in terms of likeregulation coming around to help
out with that.
But they, they are definitelybanking on people forgetting and
I think that chick-fil-a isbanking on it too.
You know, what chick-fil-a isgoing to do is like hey, if you
get two, two chicken sandwiches,we'll give you one month free.
Hey.
(37:43):
I'll take it, I'll take it.
Speaker 1 (37:46):
Do you want me to
spell my name correctly?
Speaker 2 (37:48):
Only if they spell
your name correctly.
That is hilarious.
Speaker 3 (37:51):
Let's move on, ladies
and gentlemen, and last but not
least, one of my other thingsthat I'll talk about Elon Musk
finally put out the humanoid botout.
What do you guys feel about it?
Oh, the humanoid robot, yeah, yeah, um, about to be 15, if not
mistaken, 15 to 30 grand, um,lord, actually.
(38:11):
No, I mentioned that.
The robot will cost 20, uh, and30 000 for it.
Um, I like it.
It reminds me of ibot, to tellyou the truth the truth, irobot
iRobot.
But what do you guys think?
Speaker 1 (38:27):
Yeah, I was like
having this discussion with one
of my cousins the other day.
I was like, yeah, I like theconcept.
It sounds cool.
You know it, can you know, makeyou drinks and stuff like that.
But I was joking with my cousin.
Let's just say I bring in alady friend over or something
like that.
I'm not going to get in themood with the robot there Like
I'm going to feel uncomfortable.
Speaker 3 (38:46):
So why we had the
robot there.
Speaker 1 (38:48):
I'm just saying like
I don't know, like it's three's
a crowd.
Speaker 3 (38:52):
What's going on so?
Speaker 2 (38:54):
let's say that you
store it away in the closet.
Is that a little bit better, or?
Speaker 1 (38:58):
I don't know.
It's just like I don't knowthat's what I was joking with my
cousin about it feels like it'sa person.
Yeah, so other than that, theconcept sounds cool.
Like you know, if I have theguys over, hey, get us the
drinks, get us the chips.
Speaker 2 (39:09):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (39:09):
And all that.
That is fire, so I'm like itseems pretty cool.
Let's see if it comes to life, though.
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (39:30):
Because Elon talks a
lot of crap.
None of this stuff really comesout, so I'm just saying so, but
yeah, no, the concept seemscool, if it does ever come out
yeah it is out yeah, I mean, well, he had some for show and
tell.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
The other day he
hadn't even there's people who
has it.
Yeah, I believe they're goingto be.
Yeah, definitely people testingit out.
But my, my only problem is isthat, um, there was also a
report that said even the onesthat he had during this big
event that he had a few weeksago that there were actually
people behind it controlling it.
Speaker 1 (39:47):
People were not sold
that.
It was real AI.
They said somebody wascontrolling it in the background
.
Speaker 2 (39:53):
And that's the part
of this whole homage that
they're creating is like hey, that's actually not what you're
going to buy.
Speaker 4 (40:01):
This is what we think
it's going to look like or what
we're working towards.
Speaker 2 (40:03):
So I don't know how
close we are to it.
Having a robot in my housewould be great in terms of
taking care of chores and doingstuff around the house and stuff
like that.
My only worries is and I mightbe talking ish, because I have
computers in the house, but it'salmost like having not just a
computer but a humanoid in myhouse.
Speaker 1 (40:26):
That could just you
know like I'm thinking I robot
type stuff like right, take overthe house, like hey, nobody's
leaving, or I'm locking it downor I got the gun I was joking,
like you know, because I have myyou know person, my housekeeper
, that kind of cleans my houselook at you I sent her a meme
(40:47):
and I sent her a meme of therobot and she's like don't you
dare right she was like don'tyou dare so?
Speaker 2 (40:52):
but yeah, no, not
everybody's on board with this
yeah, that's definitely takingjobs, yeah that's what I'm
saying so I kind of like teasedher with it I was like, hey, you
know, josephine, look at thisoh, wow.
And then she'd know you'dprobably be one of the first
ones to try it out.
Speaker 1 (41:05):
Yeah, she's always
talking smack with all my echoes
and stuff.
Stop buying crap, raymond, yeah.
Speaker 2 (41:11):
But what do you think
about that price between
$20,000 to $30,000?
That price is crazy, that iscrazy.
Speaker 1 (41:15):
It needs to lower
that price $20,000 to $30,000?
Speaker 2 (41:19):
homes, I wouldn't
mind doing it.
Speaker 3 (41:22):
That's not.
Here's my issue.
If you have already have issueswith your Tesla vehicles, cyber
trucks, your back demand, whywould I invest on something like
that?
Speaker 2 (41:34):
Say say that one more
time.
Speaker 3 (41:35):
Why would I so if you
have issues with chips coming
in with your Tesla vehicles, your cyber trucks on back order?
And uh.
Speaker 1 (41:46):
Go ahead.
Update.
They're no longer on back order.
You can go into a store and buya Cybertruck now.
Speaker 2 (41:52):
Gotcha, how long is
the wait?
There was a wait and also someback order, that's true.
Speaker 3 (41:57):
So you're telling me
the thousands and the millions
are ready to fulfill their order.
Speaker 1 (42:04):
That I don't know.
But I know you can go into thestore now and buy a Cybertruck.
Speaker 3 (42:09):
It's no longer a back
order.
Speaker 1 (42:09):
I want to know how
long is the wait.
Speaker 3 (42:11):
That I don't know.
You can.
You can yes.
So the answer to your questionyes, you can go in right now and
buy a cyber truck.
You got to put a deposit down.
Speaker 2 (42:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (42:20):
Which an old
colleague of mine is doing it
and each month he's deposit thatdoesn't mean and this was 2020
this guy, it is 2024 and hestill haven't got his cybertruck
.
You know what he did?
He said fuck this, I'm buyingme a tesla 3 because I can't
wait.
Speaker 1 (42:40):
Yeah I don't blame
him.
This is kind of like the stuffI say with elon talking a lot of
shit yeah will it come tofruition.
Like you know, this is what I'msaying.
Speaker 2 (42:48):
So yeah, yeah all
right, that's the part too,
right, yeah, and I guess the theprice point itself is probably
like that's crazy, crazy for methat I might have to wait, like,
yeah, you might have to put adeposit down, paying a hundred
dollars a month for two, threeyears, just to possibly get
something.
And then I I hear the one thatthey have show and tell is
actually somebody roboticallybehind it.
Speaker 3 (43:09):
I don don't know
about that it doesn't make any
sense to me.
I mean, you want me to spend 20, 30 grand.
You can have a back supply.
I got to wait another two orthree more years At that time,
somebody else has probably comeout with something better.
And then, God forbid, you can'tgive me my money back because I
already have a hold on a Teslaor I have to buy something
that's Tesla related.
I'm not.
(43:29):
I already have a hold on aTesla or I have to buy something
that's Tesla related.
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (43:32):
I'm not in it.
And what about their servicetime?
How long does it take you toget a Tesla service?
Speaker 3 (43:37):
I don't have a Tesla.
That's a Raymond question.
It's ridiculous.
Speaker 1 (43:39):
I told you how I
waited a month A month For what?
Almost a month and a half justto get my Tesla serviced I had a
loaner for a month and a halfin delayed.
Speaker 3 (43:48):
So you're in delayed.
Speaker 2 (43:49):
Yeah, it's ridiculous
so I don't know about these
robots, uh if I spend 20 grand.
Y'all better pull up to thehouse tomorrow tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (43:56):
Uh, mr martinez, do
you need anything else from us?
Speaker 2 (44:01):
right, 20, 30 grand.
It better be doing stuff that'sI'm not paying.
That that's crazy.
All right, so up next we got myguy raymond's nuggets.
What's going on, raymond, don'tcall him ray ray what's up,
gentlemen, morning, morning callhim ray you should tell him
that at that.
Uh, chick-fil-a, put somerespect on my name.
Speaker 1 (44:19):
Yeah, you know what
I'm gonna just tell him, ray,
even that they might get thatwrong, I didn't even spell that
correctly so give him a chance, though give him a chance because
they will be polite afterwardsafter they said your name wrong
so so yeah, so, um, got a coupleof nuggets here for you here.
Question for you guys um, whatis your preferred like search
(44:39):
engine?
Obviously I know this is astupid question.
I already know the answer, butwhat's your deferred search?
Speaker 3 (44:43):
google search darwin
I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (44:45):
What's the question?
Your deferred search enginelike what do you use to like
search stuff on the internet?
Speaker 2 (44:50):
besides google or
safari or all of my stuff is
plugged back into google okay, yeah, me too, same thing.
Speaker 1 (44:57):
Google, google.
You know we have bing and allthat, but um, a few nuggets ago,
maybe a few months ago, I hadgave you guys a privacy browser
called duck duck go yeah, duck, duck, go, yeah so they're based
on privacy and all that stufflike that, which is very good.
Um, they I still use them.
I stumbled upon another one Iwanted to give you here.
I'm going to drop it in thechat here.
It's called uh, start page, start page.
(45:22):
So basically what I like aboutthis versus duck, duck go, is
their search engine is a littlebit more accurate.
I started using this now for amonth and a half now.
It's based on privacycompletely.
It's an alternative to googleand bing.
They don't copy anything.
They don't sell you no thirdparty.
You know tracking websites.
(45:43):
They block your ip.
They also have an app for appleand android.
It is completely safe.
They don't track anything.
You know me, bobby, I mean, Idon't go on nefarious sites, but
you know, I don't want peopleknowing on some stuff that I go
on.
You know what I'm saying.
I want to keep it, like youknow, my personal privacy.
So this site I've went on boardguys, it is pretty cool, it's
(46:07):
very.
It's much more accurate thanduck duck go.
Duck duck go is still good yeahthis here start page is pretty
cool if you's very.
It's much more accurate thanDuckDuckGo.
Duckduckgo is still good.
Yeah, this here start page ispretty cool If you're all into.
You know nobody tracking youand selling you ads and crap
like that, because every time Igo into Google hey, raymond, you
went on this website and itshows the history and I'm like
damn my kids and I we have afamily computer, which you know
I do have my own profile, butsometimes I don't lock it and
(46:28):
stuff like that.
But yeah, this is if you're intoprivacy, you don't want anybody
tracking you or nothing likethat, use this browser called
start page.
Speaker 3 (46:37):
So that's what's up
is it.
Is it google and ios compatible?
Speaker 1 (46:42):
yes, it is.
Speaker 3 (46:42):
They have an app for
ios and they have an app for
apple or google yeah, I knowsome sites here that you know
that everybody some peoplerecommend and you just can't
even log in because it's blockedand it's not compatible.
Speaker 1 (46:56):
This is compatible
and they have an app for both
Wow.
Speaker 2 (46:59):
StartPage.
They're a global privacytechnology company based around
the principles of always puttingprivacy first.
Speaker 3 (47:08):
Wow.
So question for you Is it usingthe same VPN that you that you
use?
Speaker 2 (47:13):
oh, that's actually a
really good question, because I
thought I seen something withvpn.
I don't think it actuallybrowse mobile.
Speaker 1 (47:20):
They don't save any,
any history, so whatever you
search, they don't save it.
Speaker 2 (47:25):
So it's completely
it's completely blocked yeah, so
this is just a search enginenot the whole.
Speaker 1 (47:30):
It's just a search
engine.
It's not the whole VPN yeah notthe whole.
Speaker 2 (47:33):
VPN yeah.
I mean even with.
Vpn, you're not really blockedwhen you go to Google.
So let's say that you have aVPN server set up right and then
you connect to your VPN serverand now all your traffic goes to
the VPN server.
Speaker 1 (47:56):
When you still go to
Google's website, you're still
putting your your credentialsand logins and your search stuff
and google, so they still getthat stuff, even if you do have
a vpn.
This is basically saying like, hey, we, we don't track nothing,
it doesn't matter who's loggedin, we'll just send you, don't
use google.
It's saying, use this, we'renot gonna like track anything
like, because you know I don'tgo to nefarious sites, I just go
to certain sites that are notfor everybody, like bobby knows
so, and I don't want peopleknowing that, so I use start
page.
Speaker 2 (48:11):
Why?
Why is incognito the defaultfor you?
Speaker 1 (48:14):
it just came on by,
it just came on like that.
Speaker 2 (48:17):
So you're always.
Every time you're even open upa browser, it's always incognito
mode.
Why?
Is it always?
but I mean, this is the thingabout um, these browsers, um or
not browsers, but search engines, is that um?
First of all, they get all thisdata for free.
So I mean, and and somebody istechnically inclined to me,
sometimes I even catch myself, you know, drinking the same
(48:40):
drinking from the same kool-aidor the water cooler as everybody
else, because they just make itso convenient and easy to do a
quick google search.
You open up a browser, even inour browser nowadays, and I
don't know if y'all know this, but here in our browser, up at
the top here, this is actuallyautomatically a Google search,
like you don't even really typein, like HTTP.
Speaker 3 (49:00):
Yeah, you don't type
none of that in.
Speaker 2 (49:02):
Everything you type
is a Google search.
So if you go to any site, you're forced to use Google as a
search engine.
Then it tells you what the urlis.
So, I mean, this is a new eraof privacy that I think we
definitely need to take inconsideration.
I think it's a great nugget, including the one from duck duck
go that you gave before raymondfor good.
Speaker 1 (49:21):
So yeah.
Privacy, so yeah.
If you see a little buttonthere, you can just add it
directly to chrome it will takeover yeah, and that'll be your
new search engine.
So yeah, yep.
If you are into privacy, Ihighly recommend it guess who
would definitely be using this?
Speaker 2 (49:36):
jimmy jean, jimmy
jean, yes, jimmy jean would
definitely be no, sorry, jimmy, this is definitely big shout out
to jimmy jean, he woulddefinitely be using mr cyber see
, actually low-key.
I was asking him um what did weask him?
I was like yo, uh, let me getyour linkedin page.
And he's like, all right.
And I looked at his linkedinpage no picture.
And I was like yo, do you putno pictures?
(49:57):
Like I don't put my picture,nothing.
I was like man, mr cybersecurity, like he wants to be
anonymous on everything you knowhe doesn't want to be, shown.
Speaker 1 (50:04):
No, who else did that
too is, uh, my ex-girlfriend
marie he did not put his pictureon facebook, instagram linkedin
.
He's like he did not want themto be prejudging him and stuff
like that yeah yeah, I thoughtit was interesting.
Speaker 2 (50:17):
I was like what so?
Yeah, that's interesting andjimmy's reason is he don't want
to be added to the algorithm.
He don't want facialrecognition catching him.
Okay, he says they, they'realways recording me, but they
won't know who I am type stuff.
So interesting.
Speaker 1 (50:28):
Okay, some
interesting stuff.
Speaker 2 (50:31):
Thanks a lot for that
nugget, raymond.
What else you got on your listplayer?
Speaker 1 (50:33):
All right.
So the next one is a lot ofpeople make fun of me about this
.
I know Bobby D does, so myfamily does.
Speaker 3 (50:42):
Shoot, say it if I
can laugh too.
Speaker 1 (50:45):
If you call Raymond
Simeleon at 10 o'clock, it goes
directly to voicemail, correct.
Million at 10 o'clock, it goesdirectly to voicemail, correct.
And that meaning, why is I goto bed exactly at 10 o'clock
every night?
Everybody makes fun of it.
They get pissed off.
Unless you are my favorites, you know, I have bobby d and my
favorites, I have my alarmcompany, I have my mom, that's
it so if you call me at 10o'clock, hold on hold on bob D,
(51:10):
my mom and my alarm company.
And obviously my ex-wife,because if something's wrong
with the kids.
But those are the four peopleI'm a favorite.
Speaker 2 (51:18):
It's exclusive list
player.
Speaker 1 (51:19):
Yeah, so if you call
me at 10 o'clock, it goes
directly to voicemail and itpisses everybody off.
So if you're not one of thesefour people, it's not that
important.
So I love sleep.
So, like I said, said I go tobed at 10 o'clock every night
and if you are interested, and Ilike to keep a routine, it's
good for the body.
So if you are interested inwanting to know, like hey, I
(51:40):
want to wake up at like, let'sjust say.
Let's just say bobby, do youwant to wake up at 6 am?
Speaker 4 (51:44):
which is a likelihood
I know.
Go ahead and put 6 am on thiswebsite.
Speaker 2 (51:46):
Here let's see put 6
am.
Speaker 1 (51:47):
wait you this website
here.
Let's see Put 6 am.
Speaker 3 (51:51):
Wait, you got to let
people know what website we're
talking about.
Speaker 1 (51:53):
Oh, that's true,
Sleepcalculatorcom.
Speaker 2 (51:56):
Okay,
sleepcalculatorcom.
Speaker 1 (51:58):
So we brought up a
website here called
sleepcalculatorcom.
So basically, let's just sayyou want to wake up at 6 am,
sleep calculator is going togive you two suggested bedtimes.
Right now bobby d is sharing.
It's saying 8, 45 or 10 15.
I wake up every day at 6 am tobring up the kids, make them
breakfast.
I go to bed at 10 o'clock.
So this website, sleepcalculator, depending on what
(52:20):
time you have to wake up in themorning you put that time in it
will give you a suggested timeframe because, give or take, it
takes the average person between15 minutes to 30 minutes to
fall asleep.
This sleep calculator will giveyou a time frame on what time
to go to bed.
So, like I said, you call me at10 o'clock, my phone goes
directly to voicemail.
Speaker 3 (52:39):
I am sleeping.
Speaker 1 (52:40):
But yeah, that's the
little nugget I wanted to give
you guys here Interesting.
Speaker 3 (52:43):
So what you're saying
to me is that you don't watch
any sports after 10 o'clock.
Speaker 1 (52:48):
I do, but I'm just
saying when I go to bed my phone
goes on.
Do not disturb.
Speaker 2 (52:53):
I'm not, you know,
I'm not getting no text messages
.
Speaker 1 (52:55):
I'm not getting no
alerts to wake me up, like my
phone is on, the volume is on,so if you're one of my favorites
, I will hear the call.
But yeah.
Obviously.
Speaker 3 (53:04):
You know I can turn
it off manually and all that,
but yeah so that, but yeah so,so you don't use your your, uh,
your phone as a as a sleepingtimer I do.
Speaker 1 (53:14):
What do you mean as a
sleep timer?
Speaker 2 (53:16):
yeah, no, I don't so
how do you wake up in the
morning?
Speaker 1 (53:18):
oh, I have alexa
wakes me up.
Speaker 2 (53:20):
Uh, okay, so you use
another device, use another
device.
Speaker 3 (53:23):
Yeah, they do have
that option that you have.
Uh, basically under do notdisturb, you can go to sleep at
10.
Of course, it tells you when togo to sleep.
Speaker 2 (53:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (53:32):
And then you're able
to wake up at that time.
So your phone will go on, donot disturb, from 10 o'clock at
night to 6 o'clock in themorning.
Speaker 2 (53:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (53:41):
Yep, that's what mine
does right now.
Speaker 2 (53:42):
Yeah, oh, so you are
using the sleep feature on there
.
You're just not having thealarm turn on in the morning
turn on in the morning.
Speaker 1 (53:51):
Yes, that's correct.
Yeah, oh, it goes onautomatically.
Yes, yeah, yeah, yes, I do useyes, yes to answer your question
yes, d, I think so.
Speaker 2 (53:54):
You go to sleep at 10
o'clock pm.
What time you wake up in themorning?
Six o'clock, six o'clock on thedock.
Speaker 1 (53:58):
Yes are you waking up
before your alarm?
Speaker 2 (54:00):
uh, sometimes I do,
but for the most part 6 am 6 am
is when you're up.
Interesting dang, that's a.
That's a good sleep schedulethere.
I would love the knockout at 10and my that's a good sleep
schedule there.
I would love to knock out at 10.
My wife's a night crawler.
She can't go to sleep bro.
Speaker 3 (54:17):
I can't do 10 o'clock
, 10 o'clock, okay, I don't know
, I mean, the only way I do thatis if I'm leaving like extra
early.
Speaker 2 (54:26):
Oh, in the morning,
In the morning I have to leave
early yeah.
Speaker 1 (54:30):
I go to sleep.
What time do you go to bed?
Speaker 3 (54:31):
normally, normally
like 11 o'clock, 11.30.
Speaker 1 (54:33):
Okay, all right,
that's not terrible.
Speaker 3 (54:35):
But yeah, I mean 6
o'clock in the morning.
Of course you have to take yourkids, et cetera, et cetera.
I understand, but what kind ofbreakfast are you making in the
morning?
I'm curious to know.
Speaker 4 (54:51):
He's trying to see
what time, what time he's about
to pull up breakfast sandwich.
Speaker 1 (54:55):
My son has to have a
breakfast sandwich every day, if
he doesn't have one, he getscranky so yeah, yeah.
So yep, I make him a breakfastsandwich.
You know, bacon, egg and cheeseon a bagel, toasted cheese and
all that good stuff so, yeah, yeah, so, but yeah.
Okay, yeah.
Speaker 2 (55:12):
So I have an alarm at
645 and it's telling me I need
to be in bed by 11 o'clock.
Wow.
Speaker 1 (55:17):
Okay, I know that's
unlikely for you, bobby D.
Speaker 2 (55:19):
Yeah, I know that's
the thing, yeah.
Speaker 3 (55:21):
So, I mean, I wake up
around 650 in the morning to
take my son.
Okay, but I need to take my son.
But yeah, sometimes like lastnight's game.
I was watching last night'sgame.
I was too, so you're not goingto sleep at 10 o'clock.
Speaker 1 (55:35):
It's the season,
though I mean okay, I'm just
saying my phone goes on, Do notdisturb.
Speaker 3 (55:39):
So what I'm hearing
is that Sundays Mondays
occasionally Wednesdays, thursdays he's not going to
sleep at 10 o'clock Because allthe games pass 10 o'clock.
Speaker 2 (55:52):
Yeah, there are some
playing still past 10 o'clock 10
o'clock.
Speaker 3 (55:55):
Okay, I understand, I
understand, I got it.
I got it.
Speaker 2 (56:01):
But I mean, when you
say go sleeping, are you laying
in bed watching TV or are youstill downstairs watching TV
type stuff?
No, I'm going to bed.
Okay, a game like d hustle saysyes, I'm gonna stay up till
past 10 and watch the good game.
Of course, yeah, but stilldon't call me though.
Speaker 1 (56:14):
Yeah, still my
phone's on do not disturb at 10
o'clock, so I'm just saying soyeah, that's funny but yeah, you
know, if you're curious on whattime to go to bed, check this
out sleepcalculatorcom all rightnext up we got.
Speaker 2 (56:26):
Uh, thank you so much
for those nuggets.
Raymond d hustle is gonna kickoff some sports because it
sounds like we had some stuff godown.
What's going on players?
Speaker 3 (56:35):
All right, ladies and
gentlemen, the one and only
hockey season has started.
What Already, as you can see,the 24-25 season is coming to a
full hockey season.
Florida Panthers on top for7-4.
, as you can see, and JerseyDevils there, 8-5.
Speaker 2 (56:52):
Wow, they're already
that many games in.
Speaker 3 (56:54):
They're already that
many games in.
Where are the Islanders?
Anyway, they're down there.
Yeah, it is what it is.
So, yeah, if you like hockey, hockey's on right now, yeah, get
your shit.
Special congratulations, ladiesand gentlemen, for the
beautiful WNBA Liberty taking onthat chip.
Speaker 2 (57:13):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (57:14):
Congratulations to
those ladies over there getting
that chip.
I see one good New York teammaking something happen here.
Other than that, congratulations to those ladies
over there Next up, you knowwhat?
Let's get this out of the way.
Baseball.
My meds couldn't hold.
On, ladies and gentlemen, wedid good.
(57:34):
Pitching, pitching, pitchingand pitching there you go.
I said this a long time ago.
We're doing really good.
Get the pitching Shout out tothe Yankees.
Give a shout out to our ladiesand gentlemen Yankees out there
making the move.
And they play Otani over there.
Speaker 1 (57:51):
Question who are you
rooting for?
D.
Speaker 3 (57:53):
In this game.
Yeah For the Yankees, oh, okay.
Speaker 2 (57:57):
Alright, new York
loyal other than if the Mets are
playing.
Speaker 3 (57:59):
My Mets are done.
I gotta do the next Yankees.
Speaker 2 (58:01):
I seen a meme the
other day where a cat with a
Yankee fit was standing thereand a Mets fan was walking by
and all of a sudden he slaps thehat off.
Speaker 3 (58:09):
He's like there's
only one of these teams in the
city, I will say shout out tothem, but at the end of the day,
the Yankees and the Mets havebeen in the in that uh, new York
State for a long time actuallyit was the New York, san
Francisco, uh, that's why theircolors is orange uh, just a fun
(58:29):
fact In case.
Nobody knows about baseballUntil they moved and then they
became the LA Dodgers.
So just a heads up on that.
I'm sorry, the San Francisco, yeah, anyway, it is what it is.
Speaker 2 (58:45):
And, in general, the
two people that are playing in
the World Series are two teamsare.
Speaker 3 (58:49):
The Yankees and the
Dodgers, friday 8 o'clock.
Be there, watch Judge.
Make some magical happen.
And Otani you know, stillmaking history.
Again.
It goes back to thatconversation we had.
The conversation was do youconsider Otani being the GOAT?
And making 50-50?
And I said he could be aconsideration, but he has to do
(59:11):
what.
Speaker 2 (59:11):
Win the chip, win the
chip, win the chip there you go
.
Speaker 3 (59:14):
Phenomenal guy, great
move.
He is an outfielder and apitcher.
I guess he messed up his arm.
Unfortunately he can't pitch,so he's doing what he can do.
Speaker 2 (59:24):
But he can definitely
bat and run the bases.
He can definitely bat and runthe bases.
Speaker 3 (59:27):
Yeah, yeah that and
run the bases.
Yeah, yeah, shout out to MookieBest and Kiki out there.
Uh, they're statting and uh,it's gonna be a showdown.
Speaker 2 (59:33):
It's gonna be a
showdown yeah, you think it's
gonna go full series or uh, yeah, um, I think so.
Speaker 3 (59:39):
Uh, actually, people
saying the Dodgers are expected
to win yeah, that's interestingI mean, but it is what it is, uh
, beautiful.
Next subject here, uh, nba.
Yep, that started up, startstoday.
Ladies and gentlemen, as youcan see, my Knicks and Boston is
on there Again, hopefully tosee what a team looks like.
Speaker 4 (59:59):
please tune in to TNT
you get to see my Knicks this
kickoff game Kickoff.
Speaker 3 (01:00:05):
Start of the season
is today.
Speaker 1 (01:00:06):
Yeah yeah, that's
what's up.
Speaker 3 (01:00:08):
And then my men's
Lakers will go ahead and play
after that game in case youwanted to see or wanted to know.
There's a lot of contractsgoing on.
Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
And one thing on
basketball this is the last
season for NBA Inside on TNT.
Speaker 3 (01:00:23):
Yes, yes, that is
correct.
What do you mean?
Nba.
Speaker 2 (01:00:26):
The Berkeley NBA.
Oh, okay okay, you're talkingabout the show called Inside.
Yeah, got you.
Speaker 4 (01:00:30):
Yep, oh, okay, okay
you talking about the show
called Inside yeah Got you, yep.
Speaker 2 (01:00:32):
Oh, actually I was
Going to mention one thing.
Did y'all see Bronny's jersey?
Speaker 3 (01:00:36):
What about it?
Speaker 2 (01:00:36):
Had a junior on it.
Speaker 3 (01:00:37):
Did it, oh, it did
yeah, oh really.
Speaker 1 (01:00:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:00:41):
I seen it I was like,
oh, I thought he wasn't Going
to do that.
Yeah, that's interesting.
Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
But we'll see how we.
Speaker 3 (01:00:47):
James Jr.
Yep, I just want to let youknow, I did my fantasy
basketball and nobody picked upBronny Jr.
Okay, just to let you knowexactly how the hype is,
especially a Lakers fan that wasin there too.
They're not two Lakers fans.
Two Lakers fans and they didn'tpick up.
And they didn't pick up BronnyJr which I'm upset.
(01:01:07):
I'm upset because this is yourlegacy, this is your, is your
legacy, this is your.
You know, but I am going to sayit again Live here.
Ladies and gentlemen, I didhave a bet wager With this guy
over here Raymond, don't callhim Ray Ray.
Speaker 2 (01:01:20):
Yeah, ray Ray.
Speaker 3 (01:01:22):
That Bronny was not
going to start In a game, and it
looks like it's going to happen, so Do you?
Want to elaborate A little bitmore.
Speaker 1 (01:01:28):
Yeah, we betted that
he's not going to start a game
this year but, there is chatterthat they are not going to wait
very long.
It will happen soon.
Speaker 3 (01:01:37):
I can't wait.
I'm going to shout out toDarwin.
Ladies and gentlemen, I can'twait for my food.
Speaker 1 (01:01:43):
I'll be hungry.
I'm going to succumb topressure.
Is that what it is?
Speaker 2 (01:01:47):
Yes, it's based on
skill.
Man.
Speaker 3 (01:01:51):
What Is that what it
is?
Yes, it's based on skill, man.
What are you talking about?
Starting roster is based onskill.
Yeah, so there you go.
Let's see what happens.
Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
He did have one good
preseason game his final game,
but I mean, it's preseason.
Speaker 3 (01:02:00):
So I seen something
here on my man.
I wish I could have sent it toyou guys that the guy both of
them combined 17 points.
I'm sorry, 19 points, ninerebounds, six offensive and two
steals.
And LeBron did all the above, except for one rebound that
(01:02:28):
LeBron Bronny James has.
That is nice.
That's a great comparison forone rebound that LeBron, uh,
bronny James has.
Yes, that is nice, that's agreat comparison.
Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
I mean like I mean, I
mean, is that, is that going to
be the joint comparison thatthe whole year is how much
collectively they could dotogether, Like it's crazy.
Speaker 1 (01:02:42):
Like what the
preseason game I was talking
about?
The Lakers blew this team outby 60 and there was no word of
that.
It was only like Bronny had agreat game yeah, his best game
of the like.
What about the fact that wejust beat this team by 60?
Nope, it was just Bronny.
This is going to be the wholething.
Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
this year as well,
it's going to be the whole
season, bro, it's crazy, how did?
They play it, it'd be by 60.
Speaker 3 (01:03:09):
It was the travel
team was playing that, yeah, and
Bronny happened to be in theback Making that happen for you
guys.
Speaker 2 (01:03:14):
Oh man, that's what
it is.
Speaker 3 (01:03:16):
Last but not least,
ladies and gentlemen, before I
hand it over to Bobby D Football, Let me give you a little
detail.
Football what's going?
On.
Da-da-da.
Wide receiver JamesonWilliamson faced two-year
suspension ban for using illegaldrugs.
Wow, beautiful game last night.
Bucks.
And you know who played lastnight Bucks and Ravens.
(01:03:39):
Oh yeah, godwin went out.
Evans went out in the same game.
Speaker 1 (01:03:48):
I got to beef about
that Godwin thing.
I mean you argued about this afew weeks ago with Tua keeping
him in the game.
You don't think that coachneeds to get some shit for
leaving Godwin in the game?
You're not going to, it's youlost.
You're down by 10.
He's getting criticized, darwin.
Speaker 2 (01:04:04):
How much time was
left on the clock?
Speaker 1 (01:04:05):
There was.
I don't care, you're not goingto beat that team, you're down
by 10.
And look what happened.
He left that player in the gamethat's like one of their best
receivers and he's hurt.
And look what's happening thecoach is getting destroyed.
There's no point in keepingthese guys in the game when the
game is out of hand.
I know Darwin doesn't believein this.
Play to the clock is over, yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:04:29):
Why not?
If your star player goes down,is there a next star player that
should step up?
Which?
Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
is who Godwin?
He should have not been in thatgame.
They were not going to win, though.
Speaker 3 (01:04:43):
How do you know that?
Oh come on At the end of theday you watch the game.
Since he didn't go to sleep at10, he must have watched the
game.
Let's go here.
Speaker 1 (01:04:50):
Let's have this
discussion.
They were down by 10.
They were not going to win thatgame At the end.
Speaker 3 (01:04:54):
They started down by
10, but they did a nice little
run.
The game was already out ofhand.
Speaker 1 (01:04:58):
It was out of hand.
Speaker 3 (01:04:59):
But for some reason
he felt like Tom Brady.
He was Tom Brady.
And decided to do twotouchdowns In the last six
minutes.
They were coming up If they hadmore time.
I see the game going toovertime.
Speaker 1 (01:05:11):
Okay, and it was 31
to 10,.
Speaker 3 (01:05:14):
Right it was a 31 to
41, something like that.
Speaker 1 (01:05:17):
The real score
doesn't object how the game was
out of hand.
So the game was already out ofhand.
It's just like they came backbut come on, it was already over
.
Speaker 2 (01:05:25):
But how does a coach
give up like that, though A?
Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
coach can give up.
Speaker 3 (01:05:29):
No, no, he's coach
give up like that though I'm
course didn't give up.
Speaker 2 (01:05:30):
No, no, he's telling.
He's telling you, you, the waythat you're describing to me as
a coach, that's me giving up no,that's not giving up, that's
preserving your best players but, but we're in a fight right now
, you're not going to win thegame.
Speaker 1 (01:05:41):
Look what the cowboys
did a few weeks ago they
benched all of their starplayers because it was a blowout
.
The same thing it's not.
Speaker 3 (01:05:48):
I mean the game is
out of hand.
Yes, there's a differencebetween a 40-point blowout and a
10-point blowout.
Okay, you're going to put it.
So let me ask you this.
So you're saying to me, tyreekHill?
Speaker 1 (01:06:01):
shouldn't be playing.
I'm not saying that If the gameis a blowout he shouldn't be
playing.
Speaker 3 (01:06:07):
But who's going to
throw to?
Speaker 1 (01:06:07):
Tyreek, tyreek has
been non-existent anyway.
Speaker 3 (01:06:12):
Okay, so your best
player?
You're telling me you shouldn'tput him in the game because
you're going to lose every week.
Speaker 1 (01:06:18):
No, if it's a blowout
.
I mean you're kind ofmisconstruing what I'm saying.
You know what I'm saying?
No, no.
Speaker 3 (01:06:23):
I understand it's a
blowout, so I'm basketball.
He has a perfect point In.
In basketball, you're winningby 20, et cetera et cetera.
Then they start taking out andputting out the bench.
You are correct, becausethere's no way that they're
going to come back Football.
Anything can happen.
Speaker 1 (01:06:36):
Actually football is
more dangerous.
Speaker 3 (01:06:38):
Perfect thing Look
what happened?
Bucks was losing, they did anonside kick.
Speaker 4 (01:06:44):
I haven't seen an
onside kick.
You seen one, I seen one.
Speaker 3 (01:06:47):
They got the ballored
touchdown.
It was about to come back.
If they didn't hold the ball asmuch, I think they would have
tied up the game.
Speaker 1 (01:06:56):
You don't think so.
I don't think so.
I think it was out of hand and,as you can see, the coach is
getting destroyed today.
Speaker 2 (01:07:01):
Okay, Alright, I
don't know about that.
They're the tip of the swordman.
If we're still in the fight,I'm not conceding in third
quarter if I'm down 20 points.
Speaker 1 (01:07:13):
I'm still not
conceding All right.
I disagree, just like when theyshouldn't have Tua in the game.
Speaker 2 (01:07:18):
A few weeks ago.
Speaker 1 (01:07:18):
I agree with this.
I think it's pointless.
So okay.
Speaker 2 (01:07:24):
But what will happen
is that the other team is going
to run the score up even more.
Speaker 1 (01:07:27):
Yeah, they're not
going to do that?
Speaker 2 (01:07:28):
What do you mean?
They're not gonna do that, Ican't with this guy.
Speaker 1 (01:07:31):
Okay, I mean Alright,
I'm just saying you wanna their
season might be.
I'm not saying their season isover, but their two receivers
Got hurt last night, didn't they?
Williams?
Speaker 2 (01:07:39):
and Godwin.
They did.
Speaker 1 (01:07:40):
The season's probably
over.
Speaker 3 (01:07:41):
Yeah, and they're a
good team Could be.
Speaker 2 (01:07:47):
Two are supposed to
be coming back.
Speaker 3 (01:07:48):
Yes, next week.
Next week, god, jesus Christ.
Thank God, scott Thompson Notthe answer, thank God.
Back to our original program Inthe Brown signing Zap From the
Chiefs.
Due to Deshaun Getting hurt, heis out for the year.
Mvp Lamar Jackson Could be inthreat For the MVP this year.
(01:08:10):
49ers Juke Goltier's, ocl andDebo.
Speaker 1 (01:08:15):
Is in the hospital.
Yeah, one thing I know Casey'sundefeated, but I think that
Lamar's the best player thisyear.
I know that Casey's undefeatedand they got, but I think that
Lamar Jackson's the MVP.
Speaker 2 (01:08:28):
It's gonna be a talk.
I mean, are we halfway throughthe season yet?
Speaker 3 (01:08:31):
You think 18?
Speaker 2 (01:08:32):
games, 18 games.
Speaker 1 (01:08:35):
So we're probably
almost halfway Plus.
He won me fantasy last night.
Speaker 2 (01:08:39):
Oh okay, this guy has
some underlining reasons behind
.
Speaker 1 (01:08:43):
That's not a reason
why.
You can't induct him to theHall of Fame just because he's
on your fantasy football, bro,I'm saying he's the Best player
this year.
Speaker 3 (01:08:51):
So I'm gonna have to,
I'm gonna have to have A little
debate on that.
I think Lamar is on top of that.
Speaker 2 (01:08:56):
Actually, okay, a
real question is who has the
most points that's beencollected up In fantasy football
?
Is it Lamar?
He's killing it.
Is it Lamar?
Speaker 1 (01:09:04):
And they have the
most Expl yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:09:06):
Yeah, interesting.
Speaker 1 (01:09:08):
If you look at the KC
and the Chiefs, he has more
picks than touchdowns.
Speaker 2 (01:09:12):
They're not playing
great but they are undefeated.
But they're winning, yeah, they're winning, so, but so but
yeah, that's just my opinionInteresting.
Speaker 3 (01:09:20):
And last but not
least, as far as reports, here,
commander Daniels got hit hardand now he's week to week, oh
word.
But other than that, as far asstandings, as you can see, yes,
uh, the beautiful chiefs are onsix and, no matter of fact, let
me give a shout out to porsche, because she just sent me a text
message giving me the six and noporsche.
(01:09:41):
I got your text message I gothim putting me on the podcast so
y'all can see real quick.
I appreciate you.
Thank you very much.
A salute to that as you can seemy man.
Uh, he is saying that patrickmahomes is there uh, he's in the
conversation.
Conversation of uh, but he'snot.
You know, he hasn't thoughtabout lamar yet, so you gotta
(01:10:01):
excuse him yeah uh real quick,uh, buffalo still making moves.
Miami, for some reason, is insecond place.
I'm not too sure, but you knowthey don't have star players, so
I don't know if they'rebenching their players or not.
To start, this game.
Speaker 2 (01:10:15):
They're waiting for
2-0 to get back.
Speaker 3 (01:10:16):
Probably 2-0.
Aaron Rodgers looking horribleout there.
I don't know what's going onwith Aaron Rodgers.
Baltimore making moves,steelers doing phenomenal.
Speaker 2 (01:10:24):
Oh yeah, they had a
good game the other day Trying
to figure out.
Speaker 3 (01:10:26):
I don't know what's
going on with Borough, but they
usually jump later on in thefuture.
Commanders are not on top of mydivision because my beautiful
Giants are in last place.
I'm so excited to see what'sgoing on with these G Giants
guys here.
Speaker 2 (01:10:44):
Or at least for the
draft you were waiting to see.
Speaker 3 (01:10:46):
And Detroit and
Minnesota phenomenal 5-1.
They doing big things overthere and San Fran, cisco.
I don't know what's going onover there.
Speaker 2 (01:10:53):
I don't know either.
I watched that game too.
Speaker 1 (01:10:57):
Yeah, both of their
star receivers were hurt, but
yeah, it doesn't look good andthey put the bench players in
and I don't know what's going on.
Speaker 3 (01:11:05):
Purdy, yeah, other
than that, ladies and gentlemen,
that is all I have for sports.

Feel in your team and yourcoach puts you on the sideline.
Facts that's something you haveto think about.
You're getting paid millions ofdollars to play a sport and
your coach puts you in the side.
How do you feel about that?
Speaker 1 (01:13:01):
It's a blowout.
I mean if it's a blowoutfootball is a very dangerous
game, but we all talking trashout there.
