Speaker 1 (00:00):
The new AI model or
lab that's on the market now is
this Mantis AI and the thingthat it's doing.
Different is that you're notjust chatting with it and
getting information, you'reactually chatting with it so
that it goes and do things foryou.
We are like less than a year ortwo away from AGI 100%, 100%.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
I'm not a LeBron
James fan, but I do think he is
a phenomenal player.
But he was the soft one whosaid let me say this in camera
If you guys want me, you have tobring my kid with me.
He did say that, knowing thatBronny James has all this extra
weight.
If you can't handle thecriticism, nba is not for you,
(00:41):
go back home, get a nine to five, figure out what you want to do
, because if this is your dreamand you can't handle f***ing
criticism, this is not for you.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
I think LeBron James
has put his son in a situation
that his son was not ready for.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
Exactly.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Welcome, welcome,
welcome.
What up D-Hustle?
What's going on people?
What's going on man Feelinggood, happy DeHustle.
What's going on people?
What's going on man?
Speaker 2 (01:02):
Feeling good.
Happy birthday player, thankyou, thank you.
We're going to kick the showoff with a happy birthday man.
Yes, yes, thank you.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
Happy birthday to
DeHustle.
Oh, my bad, my bad.
Thank you guys.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
Thank you, my guy
made it.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
another year, another
year.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
Raymond, don't call
him Ray Ray.
Everything's good player.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
No, I want to make a
public service announcement.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Wow, wow, wow.
Bring the music down.
Bring the music down.
What's the public serviceannouncement?
Go ahead.
Speaker 3 (01:28):
Here we go.
Crowd listeners, ladies andgentlemen, people all around the
world, do not ever live in anHOA.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (01:38):
Don't live in a
community that has an HOA.
That's my public serviceannouncement.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
You see how heated he
is right.
He starts out the gate, noteven say how he's doing.
That's where he's starting from.
Speaker 2 (01:52):
I understand.
I understand We'll get somemore clarity about the HOA
coming up very soon.
Speaker 1 (01:54):
Well, welcome, fellas
.
Thank you all so much forpulling up.
We are at episode number 58.
Audience.
Thank you all so much for beinghere pulling up, as always.
Let me give you a quick run ofa show, because we've got a
packed show for you all today.
So I'm going to kick off with atech talk.
Ai is our subject for thiswhole year and I'm going to be
(02:20):
talking about a new agenticmodel or not model agent that
came out from another countrythat's been really killing it
lately called Mantis AI, notDeepSea.
They're actually using DeepSea,I believe, in the background,
but we'll definitely talk aboutMantis AI in China.
Yeah, yeah, they're comingthrough.
They're coming for our nextplayer, and then we're going to
have a Dehustle with CurrentTech Events, right?
Raymond's Nuggets and itdefinitely sounds like he got
something more than just hisnuggets to talk about because
HOAs, what's HOA style?
We'll definitely run into that.
(02:41):
So we got a utility website, ashow recommendation, and then
we're going to have a de-hustlepull-up with the sports.
We got some sponsorship, we gota new program that we want to
announce here at the show, so Idon't know if the audience is
ready for that.
We really got some really goodthings coming up, and then I'll
just close it out with an outro.
You know, shout out to you allout and definitely give you
updates on going on.
How's that sound for y'all?
(03:01):
sounds good to me yeah yeah, yeah, yeah let's go, let's get
it.
Yo, I've been watching, uh,some of our replays of our show
man.
We actually really have areally good show.
Um, I want to encourage ouraudience members to tell people
about our show.
Backstage with bobby d isanother segment.
It's fire.
(03:21):
We got a lot of great contentout there, um, and every day
that I you know, get on myyoutube tech hustles keep
popping up, so we're releasingcontent all the time.
So I do want to encourage youall to follow along, like
subscribe.
If you know somebody that wouldbe really interested in our
content, share it with them.
All right, all right, fellas,we're going to jump right into
our tech talk.
Thanks, d for the queuing upthe music.
And today, uh, we're going tobe talking about, uh, the topic
(03:45):
called ai.
We've been talking about aiyeah, yeah, why not?
yeah, why not right?
It's the newest thing on theblock, um, and definitely want
to make sure that we encourageour listeners to level up on
this skill set.
But, um, I've talked reportedabout two or three episodes ago
about kind of this battle that'sgoing between two countries,
(04:07):
that's the United States andthen China.
United States has a lot ofproprietary closed source models
like OpenAI We've talked aboutit a number of times on the show
Anthropics, claude Gemini.
I mean, there's so manyproprietary models that are
being developed here in thestates and by far they've been
(04:29):
really some of the most highperforming ones.
But China, on the other hand, has been coming in low key and
killing the game because theyjust released another model from
over there and this is fromtheir actual lab.
So don't think that it's likethe countries themselves that
are fighting up against eachother.
It's really companies that areinside these countries, uh, that
(04:49):
are really creating some reallycool um use case for ai.
And the next one that's up issomething called mantis ai
m-a-n-u-s-a-i.
Um.
This ai is a general ai agentthat bridges minds and actions.
It does not just think itdelivers results, and what that
(05:11):
means is we've been talkingabout ai agents lately.
Y'all heard me talk about it afew times and I think sometime,
a lot of our audience may notreally connect the dots on what
that really means, and the coolthing about mantis is it
actually helps, connects thedots because with most of the
interactions that we have withAI nowadays is that we're
chatting with it back and forthchat, gpt being, you know, the
(05:31):
flagship model that most of ususe here in the states.
And then a few weeks ago or afew months ago, deepseat came
through and really, you know, rattled everybody's feathers,
even dropped the market byalmost two trillion dollars.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
But the new one
that's on the blog yeah, you
know, trillion dollars.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
That's crazy.
And the new um ai model or labthat's on the market now is this
mantis ai and the thing thatit's doing different is that
you're not just chatting with itand getting information, you're
actually chatting with it sothat it goes and do things for
you, right?
It's like um.
Some of the examples that I'lljust click on real quick is
(06:07):
you'll see it.
For instance, d hustle travelsall the time.
How many, how many hours do youspend looking up flights,
looking up hotels, looking uplocations and planning right?
Several several hours, right.
And then sometimes you don'teven buy the same day, right?
Speaker 2 (06:21):
because every time
everything prices fluctuate on
every other week yeah fluctuates, right.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
So the cool thing
about what the new era is going
to be is, instead of d hustlespending his time watching and
monitoring the fluctuations, going to the website, booking it
.
You know, putting in yourinformation is that you will
allocate or you will delegate oryou will task it out to an ai
agent that would do it.
Yeah, so the cool thing aboutMantis is Mantis has this
(06:47):
capability built into it, so youcan say, hey, I want to go on a
family trip that's going to bea month and I'm thinking about
three different destinations.
Can you make a recommendation, create an agenda and then also
go look up some flights for me,because I want to know how much
is this going to cost, put itall inside of a spreadsheet and
then, when you're done, emailthe whole family so everybody or
I send out a survey to thewhole family so we can choose
(07:09):
which vacation we're going to goon, right, can you imagine that
?
Yeah, yeah.
And then the cool thing aboutthis ai agent is is that it's
going to run once, and then yousay, hey, can you go and update
the prices?
Um, because I think there'sthis new flight from um.
I don't know if D is going towant to go on Spirit anymore Is
that his favorite airline?
Speaker 2 (07:28):
That's not his
favorite airline.
It was my favorite airlineuntil they changed a lot of crap
on it Until they changed a lotof stuff, right.
I don't like Spirit anymore.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
But the good thing is
that D Hustle can tell Mantis
like hey, I don't like Spirit,Make sure that I'm only flying
JetBlue or Delta.
Like hey, I don't like spirit, make sure that I'm only flying
jet blue or delta.
And then it's going to checkthose sites to make sure that
the pricing model is there.
So, uh, the cool thing aboutthis model is also, or this site
, is that they have like someexamples, and I'm going to click
one really quick because I'veseen one earlier.
This one right here says uh,two months family trip itinerary
(07:59):
guide.
So I'm gonna click on it andyou, you all, get to see this
afterwards and definitely I'llpost this inside of Discord.
But what's happening right hereis that we are basically seeing
Mantis do its thing.
I'm going to scroll up a littlebit and you can see this is the
chat prompt here that we'reasking it hey, I want to travel
to South America.
I'm thinking between the monthof July and September.
We're flying from Australia.
(08:21):
We want to do this, we want todo that, and it's just basically
being tasked out.
What you'll see on theright-hand side is you see the
AI itself browsing the internet, basically going through,
looking for information.
It has a list of tasks thatit's doing and you'll see I'm
scrolling on the left-hand side, trying to get to the bottom so
we can see what's going on Now.
It's looking up New Zealand.
It's looking up this location, that location, looking for
(08:43):
resources.
New Zealand it's looking upthis location, that location,
looking for resources, and thecool thing is, is what am I
doing?
I'm just letting the AI agentgo and do its thing, right, it
has access to the internetbrowser.
It has access to even beingable to write code and execute
code locally so that it canaccomplish certain tasks.
And the cool thing about this?
That this is all being doneautonomously, right, agentically
(09:05):
right.
This is when you see here AIagents, they're going to be
doing more than just respondingback or doing one actual things.
They're actually going to beable to go do these type of
tasks that make sense, yeahthat's pretty impressive.
Yeah, man, and then the endresults of this.
I mean, we're not going to letit play all the way through, but
the end results is that itsends out an email with all the
(09:26):
details that you want itineraryinformation, different places
that we should go and itbasically could also create like
a webpage, like you see righthere on the right hand side.
What it did was is actuallycreated a webpage with all the
details that you asked fortelling you.
You know, this is the climatesfor us to consider.
These are the time of the yearsthat we can go.
Uh, here goes an actualdetailed itinerary if we go from
(09:48):
the first to the 30th on weeknumber one.
We do this week number two.
You do this like this is allplanning.
And what is they?
What do they call um travelagent type stuff.
You know, I'm saying yeah andthat's with just one prompt up
here to ask the question, andthen the agentic, ai or the ai
agent, goes off and do it andthen produces the results for
(10:11):
you I don't like it whathappened d?
Speaker 2 (10:18):
this was your idea,
bro, uh-huh you mentioned this
to me a couple months back and Icame out.
So if they are listening Tothis shit, we need to fucking
check.
We need to stop this bullshit.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
We need to check
right Can you believe this?
Speaker 2 (10:32):
Did you speak to
somebody About?
Speaker 1 (10:33):
this idea, bro, I
mean, you know, here at the tech
house.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
Nah fuck that.
We need that.
Check, bro cause you weresaying the same thing.
It's like yo, we were talkingabout this, what are you?
Because you was like what doyou think if this, if, if I'm,
if I create something that didthis and did that, and then and
I, and it's almost the sameconcept of what you're doing to
put it in in the calendar you'reputting.
We need that check.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
Man, stop playing
around yeah, for sure, y'all
need to first of all thank y'allfor watching.
We can tell, we can tell y'ally'all for watching.
We can tell, we can tell y'allvery much tuned in.
But also, yes, send us a check, mantis, we were over here
promoting, but also when theseintellectual properties are
leaked out.
Speaker 2 (11:12):
Yes, it's a good plan
, because you made up this thing
.
It was your idea.
I think you should rename it,but yeah, it's a good thing.
It's something that I'llprobably use.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
Yeah, actually I was
looking down here to figure out
why.
Why in the world they name itthis uh, it's uh.
In latin it's called hand, mantis in latin is translated in
hand, and then it's a generalai agent that turns your
thoughts into actions.
That's their punch line.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
Yeah, so it's.
It's all about competition, manat the end of the day.
Now, what is the differencebetween this?
Jack GPT DeepSeek?
I mean can none of these otherplatforms do the same thing?
Speaker 1 (11:51):
So these other
platforms are going to start to
catch up to this.
So it's like when one goes offand do something, everybody else
goes catch up.
So Jack GPT created a chat bot.
Obviously that's whereeverybody else started to go do
the chat bot.
Obviously that's whereeverybody else started to go do.
Now this new uh mantis ai.
It like merges some of thetechnology that open ai already
has, uh, which we reportedcalled operator, but it just
(12:13):
does it at a different levelbecause it's not like hey, I
have to like constantly like hey, yes, do that, do this.
This is just going to go and doit, right, um, it's almost like
an individual or a personthat's going to go do these
tasks, um, and that's just oneexample.
I mean they have a few exampleson their website from creating
video games to writing reports,uh, doing stock market, uh,
(12:36):
analysis, like.
Imagine even big shout outs toswaggy p, sincere um, and and
everything that they got goingover there.
Uh, imagine if they're uhbecause they do a forex trading.
Imagine if they have like amorning analysis every morning.
Uh, that basically, you know, gives them insights into stocks,
information and it justbasically runs and it's
(12:57):
basically like you hired aresearch, somebody that does
research, that you would pay, probably, like you know, five
between a thousand to fivethousand dollars a clip to do
that type of research and youhave an ai that does it within
three to five minutes.
Um, pennies on the dollar typestuff that's impressive that's
cool.
Yeah, man, this is, this is thenew era that's coming up.
(13:17):
Um, and big shout outs to china.
Um, I think they're doing agreat job uh, keeping us uh on
our toes.
Speaker 2 (13:25):
Definitely.
I've never seen that countryfalling behind.
Speaker 1 (13:28):
Yeah, they've
definitely not allowed that to
happen ever again.
They want to be in theforefront, even if it's and I'm
not trying to put you on blasteven if it's copying some other
people's stuff, right, orlistening to the Tech Hustle
podcast and then go catch theseideas, uh, but they are moving
at a very fast pace to keep upwith what the momentum is
(13:49):
heading right.
Um, the other thing that Iwanted to quickly mention about
mantis ai is it also gives mesome insights into something
we've talked about on the show anumber of times, called agi.
Just imagine that this thing isrunning all the time, right and
waiting not waiting, butexecuting on all the things that
you mentioned and or takingcare of household things, buying
(14:09):
your groceries, schedulingappointments Like it's always
running, not like, hey, I had totype in something, go and do
this, it's just always doing it.
That this right here proves tome that we are like less than a
year or two away from AGI 100%,100%.
And AGI is probably alreadyhere.
They just haven't told us yetbecause obviously they're trying
(14:30):
to hold it back, because yousee what happens when they
release stuff everybody else orChina goes run and go recreate
it.
But this right here proves to methat AGI is right around the
corner, because the only thingthat this is missing is, like a
memory system, something whereyou're going to be storing the
consciousness of the AI, or adatabase, which is basically
what it is, and then just alwaysrunning in terms of a process.
(14:53):
It's like a while, true inPython, which is crazy, that
that's how we run processes.
But, yeah, big shout out toMantis, big shout out to what
they got going on pushing theindustry forward.
I also overheard that they'regoing to be open sourcing.
This, too, which I think isgoing to be really, really cool
and a great use case.
And yeah, open AI.
China's coming for your neck.
For sure, you got to keep uppace, but any questions, any
(15:17):
thoughts Is it an app or is itjust a site?
It's going to be a site.
I think there might have some, maybe client app that you
install on your cell phone, um,but all of this stuff is going
to be like background processes,right?
Um, people aren't going to sitthere and watch it surf the
internet.
That's not what a agentic ideasare, or agents are.
(15:38):
You are going to just schedulethese things and they're just
going to happen.
You can go back and see what itdid or what websites it went to
, um, but yeah, there's reallyno need, in my opinion, for an
app.
All you need to do is buildapis.
I used to tell my mentees this,or when I used to work at the
keyboard um, is that everythingshould be an api, like you
should not be building graphicalinterfaces or uis, just making
(15:59):
an api command line, the lowestentry point for you to be able
to execute things, and then youcan, you know, build so many
other great applications aroundit.
Speaker 3 (16:09):
So yeah, I think it's
just going to be an API.
Okay, yeah, I could definitelysee a use case.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (16:15):
With this for me,
with, you know, battling my HOA
or something.
Speaker 1 (16:21):
Yeah, I like it
Battling with your HOA.
Speaker 3 (16:24):
It's going to be
writing emails for you and
following up and maybe evencalling them and filling out
some forms and stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (16:31):
Yeah, I could
definitely see that this guy,
this guy, I like it.
Well, that's all I got for youall, definitely.
Thank you all so much fortuning in.
Check out Mantis AI.
Check us out on Discord I'mgoing to drop the link in there
um, and definitely, uh, if youare finding or utilizing some
cool ai resource or tools, uh,please let us know.
Here at the show we're alwaysgiving reviews and definitely
trying to level everybody up, sothat's what's up, fellas.
(16:53):
I like it all right mantis ai,the general ai agent that's
going to take thoughts intoactions that's a good one all
right, right D.
We got tech news up.
What's going on player?
Speaker 2 (17:08):
Current events.
Ladies and gentlemen, A coupleof stuff.
Apple, your favorite product Ithink that's your favorite
product.
Apple is trying to release an18.8 inch foldable iPad Pro
prototype.
I put it on the Trying torelease the 18.8 inch Foldable
iPad Pro Prototype.
Wow, I put it on the Discordhere.
(17:28):
Okay, features of Under Displayface ID With metal
Superstructure lens For a non Anotch free design.
Expected to come out In 2027.
Oh my gosh, another Product OfAKA Coming out, but it looks
(17:48):
nice, it's thin yeah this looksway thinner than this here, but
you know, I got the the mac butum, that must be the air.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
Oh, hold on, hold on
a second.
I apologize, I thought this wasa foldable iphone.
No, this was a foldable iPhoneno this is a foldable device
like an iPad.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
Yeah, like an iPad,
slash a MacBook.
Speaker 3 (18:09):
Oh, what I got.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (18:12):
Yeah, yeah, you don't
feel it, bobby.
No, bro, the other day, what'sthat company in China?
It starts with an H.
They came out with a foldablephone we reported a few weeks
ago.
Speaker 2 (18:24):
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
That thing was sold
out like before it was even
released, right, yeah, and itwas still form fitted into a
phone.
I don't know why apple is liketrying to still be in that
middle spot where our ipads.
And why do you need a foldableipad?
I don't know why not?
Speaker 2 (18:40):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (18:42):
Why not, mr Apple
fanboy?
Yeah, I'll just buy it, why not?
I mean, I don't get it, I don'tget it, I don't get it, I don't
get it.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
What do you got to
say about that, mr Raymond,
because it seems like you likeApple very much.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
I am an Apple fan,
but I'm not a fanboy uh
described it's interesting, it'scool.
Speaker 3 (19:06):
I mean, you know
everybody's doing the foldable
stuff.
They're just following the wavebut a foldable tablet like yeah
, I mean, that's not somethingI'm gonna run out and go buy,
like you said.
It's kind of stupid, but yeah, they're just riding the wave, I
guess man, what's going on apple, like I thought y'all were
supposed to?
Speaker 2 (19:22):
be, like innovate,
innovation, really so I don't
know what's going on Apple.
I thought y'all were supposedto be like there's no innovation
.
Really, I don't know what'sgoing on over there, but if you
guys want to give me a shout,I'm more than happy to go over
there and start creating newstuff.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
D said I'll get
everything aligned.
Speaker 3 (19:32):
Does anybody else do
a foldable iPad right now or a
tablet or anything like that?
Does Google or Android?
Speaker 1 (19:38):
I don't see a use
case for it.
Like I mean, it's almost likethey're trying to fold out the
hold on a second.
Like they're trying to fold outthe dang.
I lost my planet train.
I thought Like they're tryingto fold out the like almost like
a keyboard.
Like if there was a keyboard orsomething like that, I could
(20:00):
see that.
But I don't get it.
Like, is it supposed to foldhalfway?
Speaker 2 (20:03):
so I can still type
on the screen to be yeah, I
don't get it, well, halfway.
Speaker 1 (20:06):
So I can still type
on the screen to be yeah.
I don't get it.
Well, how far?
Speaker 2 (20:08):
is gonna uh open yeah
, I'm trying to figure out.
Yeah, I mean, can you open itcompletely and it'd be
completely flat, or do you havelike limits, because over here I
can't even go further than whatI'm at yeah so I'm just trying
to figure out their innovationstrategy, if that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
Yeah, I really don't
understand it doesn't make sense
to me.
Good luck, I ain't buying it.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
No.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
Nah player.
Speaker 2 (20:34):
Well, I mean, if it's
$300, I'll definitely go ahead
and buy it $300, yeah.
Speaker 3 (20:40):
Definitely going to
be $300.
I'll jump into that bandwagonand see what happens.
Definitely going to be $300,I'll jump into that bandwagon
and see what happens.
Speaker 2 (20:45):
Next news this is the
year that Apple and Samsung
Will compete for the title Ofthe thinnest smartphone, wow.
So the competition is going tobe Between the Apple 17 Air,
which is very thin, against theGalaxy S25 Edge, which one is
better.
Congratulations to both Samsungand Apple.
(21:09):
The only two guys are bringingout stuff.
There are other competitions, but I guess everybody is going
for the hype, so everybody isjumping on to the Apple slash
Samsung.
There are other phones outthere, ladies and gentlemen,
don't be scared of using it,like the Opfine N n5, which is a
great phone that I discussedabout last podcast it was a very
great phone um, if you guyswere wondering about price tag,
(21:33):
it's just a couple hundreds moreyou guys got it just a couple
hundreds more.
Speaker 1 (21:38):
Don't fucking be
scared of it.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
Oh my gosh and then,
at the end of the day, if you
don't like it, I think they giveyou like, uh, you know, like a
wave not waiver but a couple ofdays to try it out and return it
back If I'm not mistaken?
Speaker 1 (21:49):
Yeah, it's cool.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
If you guys don't
like it, you guys can definitely
go back out and say, hey, Idon't like the phone.
Talk to your provider, AT&T,T-Mobile, Cricket, whatever.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
Google Fi.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
Google Fi et cetera,
whatever google fi, google fi uh
, etc, etc, etc and etc.
I don't know who's gonna win.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
Um, I'm gonna go with
galaxy on this one, yeah, um,
but hey, I mean, I I've alwaysliked samsung's uh, uh, like
hardware, uh, gear, um,especially when I was on android
.
I definitely messed with theSamsung rather than the Pixel,
which I thought were the twobest, in my opinion, android
phones.
So iPhone is calling theiriPhone 17 Air, or is that going
(22:33):
to be a different one like theMax?
Speaker 2 (22:35):
well, 17.
This has been the rumor of what17 is what's going to be.
We never know what it's goingto be.
I mean, I don't expect thisphone 17 will come out until
what they usually come outOctober September.
Speaker 3 (22:47):
Yeah, September.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
I don't know.
Yeah, I know, samsung usuallybrings out their product first,
and then Apple comes later.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
Samsung's like yo
guess what we got.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
Let's bring out our
clients real quick, real quick,
and then everybody else, let'sget the iPhone 17.
I quick and then everybody else.
Let's get the iphone 17 I meanI am in the verge of a new phone
because my phone is acting up.
Oh, I was talking to the wifeabout getting an upgrade, maybe
going into a samsung wow shesaid she would disown me if I
get a samsung.
Uh, it's, and here's what it is.
(23:20):
It's because of that green shit.
Yeah, yeah At the end of the day, she says she doesn't care
about what phone I get.
I just hate the green thing.
I was like at the end of theday, do you want to receive my
messages?
Make up your mind.
Speaker 1 (23:37):
Is she going to look
at it or not?
Speaker 3 (23:40):
That's funny.
Like I said, Jake made a wholesong about this Texco green you
know it is the green.
Speaker 2 (23:45):
It's the green
monster Wow.
But we'll see what happens.
If I do buy an iPhone, it's notgoing to be the top of the line
.
Speaker 1 (23:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (23:53):
Because I am out
there looking.
So we'll see what happens.
But, like I said, if I do getone, it'll be maybe that E, 16e,
16e.
Maybe I'll fuck around andstart making my own shit.
First one around out here, dude.
Speaker 1 (24:11):
What's that X version
?
Where'd you get that from?
You know?
Speaker 3 (24:14):
Some stick of the
heart.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
Next topic here
Google just stopped, scrapped
out, deleted, scratch off boomHandplay store featured out,
does not exist anymore on yourgoogle.
Uh.
So what you need to know aboutthis, google quietly ditched out
the play store app sharingfeatures on the new recent
update that they just did.
Uh, the feature was supposed tobe moved in december, but now
(24:39):
they waited until now to deleteit, and it was a lifesaver for
all these users with no internet, which allowing app transfers
without eating up any data ohthat's.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
That's actually a
really cool feature, like, if
you think about it, what, whatthis feature is is exactly for
people that don't have greatinternet connection.
Let's say that we're outsomewhere and I got an app, for
instance, tiktok right I got intiktok installed on my android
phone.
Raymond doesn't have it, dhustle doesn't have it.
Um, y'all can't download itfrom the play store, but I can
(25:12):
share the installed app with you, um, so that y'all can install
it.
Oh, that's cool.
That.
That's a freaking awesome idea.
Why did they take away this, this, this uh option?
Speaker 2 (25:23):
um, I don't know.
You gotta ask a play storeabout it.
That is crazy.
They have some stuff going onthere.
I guess the removal wassupposed to be in december from
what I was saying and yeah Iguess their new version.
They say yo goodbye, thank youfor coming in, do not go pass
gold, do not even collect 200.
It is what it is wow um yeahthat that sucks.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
I mean, especially
when you have people that don't
have the luxury of internet likewe have here in the States.
They're going to really belimited, and that was a
brilliant idea to be able tostill get apps installed on
other devices.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
Yeah.
Next subject what do we got?
Grand Theft Auto.
Speaker 1 (26:05):
Finally coming,
coming out 2025.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
I've been hearing
this shit for a while.
Uh, supposed to come out in uha long time ago.
I think it's six years already,if I'm not mistaken yeah, it's
been a minute uh, here's the badnews.
You're looking at a hundreddollars plus.
For what?
Speaker 1 (26:23):
for the game.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
Wow.
Uh, some locations have it forlike 120, 110.
Uh, if you guys don't know, grant that photo is a long time
game yeah has been has not comeout in a good minute.
A lot of anticipation, a lot ofhype, a lot of love.
It's been done and recordedSome of the stuff In Miami.
(26:45):
Justin Kish, shout out to Miami.
If you guys On there, I'mreally excited About this game,
but I just don't understand whydo you guys Wait so long?
Speaker 3 (26:56):
I don't know, is this
real?
This is really Gotta come out.
I mean Well.
Speaker 1 (27:01):
AKA AKA.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
Yeah, it's supposed
to come out on the 4.
They've been saying that forquite some time.
Yeah, after I think theyannounced it maybe like 2 years,
maybe 3 years ago Shoot.
Speaker 1 (27:11):
I feel like we
announced it 2-3 years ago On
our show bro yeah.
Watch the yeah it's supposed tocome out.
Speaker 2 (27:17):
Anyway, at the end of
the day, the price is not $60
anymore, $70 yeah $59.99,.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
Right, that's what it
used to be.
Speaker 2 (27:23):
That's where they
usually go, you're looking at
$100, $120, $130, depending onhow quickly you want it.
Speaker 3 (27:31):
Yeah, yeah, I think
that's going to set a bad
precedence for like games now,oh, going forward If they start
following this making it.
This is crazy.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
I mean they're
setting a precedent Because it's
not like it's not going to sell.
I mean people are going to buy, people are definitely going to
buy it.
Speaker 2 (27:46):
Definitely.
I don't know if I'm going tobuy it.
I'm going to wait to see thereviews first.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
The reviews first See
how it slows down.
Or if y'all want to send usGrant that photo, we can
definitely write a great reviewfor you all yes definitely PS5s.
That's what you got.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
PS5?
You got PS5, right, we all gotPS5s.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
We make it happen.
Speaker 2 (28:05):
I'll let you know how
the game works, how it looks.
I'm expecting the freaking HDto be phenomenal on it 4K.
Speaker 1 (28:15):
Darwin said if it
ain't coming in 4K, it ain't
nothing.
It should be an 8K right aboutnow, but yeah.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
It's supposed to be
coming out Big hype hype.
Hopefully it comes out, hopefully you guys Don't get
pushed back.
It is what it is and we call itso say Are y'all sold on this
price, a hundred dollars?
Speaker 1 (28:32):
You know what I am
not.
Speaker 2 (28:34):
I am not amazed that
they are Making it a hundred
dollars.
But here's the catch Once youget this A hundred dollar note
or the other, ea Sports and allthat is going to run up to $100.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
Facts.
That's crazy.
Speaker 2 (28:48):
I think the most I
spent it on the game was $80 and
that was on 2K and that wasbecause it was the Jordan
Michael Jordan was on the coverfor it.
Oh, like that edition, thatspecial edition, and I went and
I was like you know what, got aspecial edition.
And I went and I was like youknow what, I don't think a Joe
Neville is going to be in thecover again.
Let me go ahead and grab it.
Still brand new in the plastic.
Got that for memories.
Speaker 1 (29:11):
You know I got
another question Is there
bootlegs yet?
Can you get a bootleg game?
Bootleg, yeah.
Is there a way that you caninstall it?
Speaker 2 (29:19):
I'm trying to see
what is this?
Speaker 1 (29:20):
this guy is going on
around here like can I get a
bootleg version of the game orsomething like that.
Yeah, if you want to look at iton youtube, I mean that you
know that's like the new bootlegright just watching other
people playing on youtube.
Speaker 2 (29:33):
Yeah yeah, I mean I
I've never seen it as a bootleg,
but you're more than welcome to.
I can find out for you we'llsee.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
We'll see.
Well, we'll send us our version, so we don't even have to deal
with that.
Sorry for the interruption.
Speaker 2 (29:43):
Let me know.
I'll go ahead and play it foryou and come to the next podcast
and let you know.
Speaker 1 (29:49):
Yeah, for sure, dang
2025.
It's supposed to come out thisyear.
Yeah, fall.
Speaker 3 (29:55):
Wow, I'm skeptical.
Speaker 1 (29:57):
Doreen is not even
moving.
He's like wait until see.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
I've been saying this
for like six years, like you
also said, yeah.
Speaker 1 (30:03):
Yo, you think they
might wait for the holidays?
Nah, it's coming out beforethen, before the summertime, nah
.
Speaker 2 (30:11):
Fall is usually
September.
Speaker 1 (30:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (30:14):
October September.
Speaker 1 (30:15):
Yeah, that happens,
but I mean, you never know, it
gets pushed back.
Speaker 2 (30:18):
Maybe they're hanging
out with Apple.
Speaker 1 (30:21):
We don't know.
Speaker 2 (30:26):
There's some bugs
that they got to fix in the game
first before they release it.
Yeah, so we'll see what happens.
Speaker 1 (30:29):
But other than that,
gentlemen.
Oh, you know, I thoughtsomething also.
I don't think the first grandtheft audio auto, uh, grand
theft auto versions, um, wasduring this era of like online
play, like when you could all bein a uh fortnight type stuff.
Do you think they're gonna bemaking something like that?
I don't see why not yeah, wouldn't that be cool.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
I don't see why not,
but you never know, maybe that's
the delay.
Speaker 1 (30:49):
I don't know, we
never know well it's, it's been
on our list to play, to watch to, to download, to install.
So, uh, step up your game, let's get it.
Yep, all right, next up, we gotsome raymond's nuggets, and and
don't forget about the hoa, this guy.
So what you got on your listplayer yeah.
Speaker 3 (31:09):
So I want to start
off with some disclaimers before
I go into this nugget here.
You guys ever watch a tv showor podcast or anything and they
have the disclaimer.
This is not legal advice, thisis not financial advice.
Yeah, I'm giving my disclaimerright now.
The tech hustle does notpromote anything illegal and
illicit.
This is only for informationalpurposes only.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
Got it, this nugget
I'm going to give you.
Speaker 3 (31:32):
So before I do that,
I want to ask you guys a
question.
Have you guys ever heard ofthis guy named Ross Ubik Ubik
Ubik Ubik?
He just got paroled recently byum president trump.
Speaker 1 (31:45):
He did 10 years in
pardon you mean pardon yeah, so
no, I don't know who that isanyways, um d hustle can look
him up here.
He made this website calledsilk road oh yeah, I know who
silk road is so yes, he's theguy that made the website silk
road.
Speaker 3 (31:59):
That was on the dark
web where you can buy all kinds
of illegal stuff drugs, weapons.
You can even hire hit men onanything you want on this site.
So anyway, I think the guy didlike 10 years in prison and he's
very grateful he got pardonedby trump.
Some people thought it was youknow 2013 yep yeah so some
people thought he got, like youknow, too harsh of a sentence.
So reason why I'm giving thatis the nugget is I'm going to
(32:21):
give you is we all like privacy.
There's many browsers that doesprivacy and stuff like that.
This is a browser called Tor.
It's completely legal, but itgets a bad rap, like a lot of
everyday people use itJournalists, regular people who
are concerned about privacy.
But, like I said, it's illegalin some countries, but it is
(32:42):
completely legal here.
The reason why it gets a badrap is not only is it good for
privacy, you can also accesswhat's called the dark web,
which are websites that arecompletely illegal and, like I
said, we don't promote anythingon here.
Use it as your own leisure.
This is for informationalpurposes only.
This is a great browser if youwant to be secure and you know
(33:05):
concerned about your privacy andstuff like that.
It's very good at that, butalso it you know you can go on
to the dark end, so the tourbrowser.
So what reason why I bring thatup is this guy silk road had his
website, like on the tournetworks which this browser
allows you to get the tournetworks that has legal sites
and stuff like that.
(33:25):
The reason why this is a goodsite is because some countries
that don't allow journalists todo stuff like that.
This is good for people likethat too, like you know, who
want to, like you know, find outthe true stuff and their
country, like you know, doesn'tallow blah, blah blah.
This is like I said.
This is a very good site if youare interested in privacy and
stuff like that.
So yeah, don't do anythingillicit.
Speaker 1 (33:47):
Yeah, you just got to
be careful, though, because you
are right, it's basically so.
The way that I like to describeTor is that you have a website
that has a weird name and itends with don't?
You know, most of our websitesare com at the end.
These sites end with tor, meaning that they're on the Tor
network, but they don't usenormal DNS name resolution,
(34:11):
right?
So most of us know wwwgooglecom.
We don't know Google's IPaddress, which is the real thing
that you're connecting to,right?
So it's not like we're typingin 172.somethingsomething's
something to go to google.
Speaker 3 (34:24):
It is basically
saying wwwgooglecom, but the
thing that torrent does is itallows you to access sites that
are not registered in the normaldns but they're registered
inside of their network, andthose are like the dark web type
, like websites correct and um,yeah it's, it's a scary place
over there yeah, just to let youknow, some of these sites like
(34:44):
if you try to access them withgoogle or firefox, it's not
gonna let you yeah, becausethey're like hey, these sites
are bad, we're not gonna allowyou.
So if you want to access them, you can use this tor browser,
correct?
So?
Speaker 2 (34:57):
but yeah, so I should
use this on on incognito this
is, this is even more thanincognito only purposes.
Speaker 3 (35:04):
You do what you want,
the hustle so but yeah yeah,
for sure don't.
Speaker 1 (35:07):
if you do use this
torrent browser, don't log into
anything through it, becausetechnically, what you're doing
is you're on their network andas soon as you're on their
network, there is possibilitiesthat they might be able to see
certain stuff.
So I would definitely beincognito if I'm using it.
So, no personal no logging intoInstagram, facebook, your Gmail
(35:27):
.
No logging into bank websites.
No, go to Chase.
Don't go to Wells Fargo.
Don't go to any site that youhave to type in your username
and password on this browser, onthat network.
If you want to browse, like, goto, like an eBay style site
where you can purchase anything, like Silk Road, you can browse,
but don't put your informationin there One hundred percent
(35:49):
Interesting, because they willget it One hundred Like.
This is the same network orthis is the same.
This is the same infrastructurethat you ever hear Like when
data leaks people's likedriver's license, social
security numbers, credit cardnumbers.
This is the network thatthey're using to trade it right
and or access it or publicizethat they have access to it.
So any of that information, please, please, don't.
(36:11):
Don't like use this on somebodyelse's computer.
Speaker 3 (36:16):
We do not promote or
anything.
This is all informationalpurposes only, so yeah, like
Bobby D said anything.
This is all informationalpurposes only.
So yeah, like bobby d said.
So yeah, this is um.
Yeah, if you're a privacy nutor you want to check out some
sites that you think should beallowed here in this country and
it doesn't check out the tourbrowser.
It will allow you to do thatanonymously.
Speaker 1 (36:34):
So yes, all right be
careful in these streets only
here, by uh raymond and out ofall of us.
Y'all can see this, like I saidI don't promote anything.
Speaker 3 (36:45):
I'm not a security
advisor.
But what you doing over there, bro, this is just informational
purposes.
What do you mean?
Speaker 1 (36:51):
Raymond is like one
of those people.
Like you go outside, right, yougo into this event it's a
concert, right and you walk inand you're like man raymond's
right there in the corneralready there.
Like what are you doing here?
Like how are you here already?
But I appreciate the, the, the,the uh nugget there, because
that is definitely a really goodtool, um, to be familiarized
(37:11):
with.
Speaker 3 (37:11):
Just be careful with
it, yeah, yeah, so I've used it
a couple times no, we believeyou.
Speaker 2 (37:16):
For research, what do
you think?
No, I understand.
Yeah, for research I understand, so that's.
Speaker 3 (37:22):
Yeah, so I got
another one here.
I was testing it earlier.
I'm still going to give it thesite wasn't working, but I'm
still going to drop it in hereanyway, but I thought it was a
cool site.
So we all want to be, you know, hustlers and be our own boss
and stuff like that have our ownbusiness.
I thought this site was coolbut, like I said, I was playing
with it earlier today.
It wasn't working, but I stillwanted to drop it in there.
(37:42):
But if you are struggling withcoming up with a really cool
name for your business, like wedid with the Tech Hustle Bobby,
did you come up with that name,or what Actually?
Speaker 1 (37:50):
my son came up with
that name for me.
Oh, okay.
Speaker 3 (37:52):
Your son came up with
that name.
Speaker 1 (37:53):
Awesome Okay.
Speaker 3 (37:55):
What's up, big boy?
So, yeah, if you've coming upwith and you can't come up with
a cool name, this website is aname generator for your business
.
You put in the keywords andit's supposed to help you come
up with a name.
Like, I was testing it earlier.
I don't know if their site wasdown, it wasn't working, but, um
, I still wanted to drop it inthere.
So, yeah, I don't know, yeah, but um, but yeah, what's the
(38:16):
name of the site?
Uh name stack it's called namestack www.
Yeah, you're supposed to put inyour keywords and it comes up
with a really cool name, coolfor your business name generator
.
Speaker 1 (38:28):
Enter some words to
relate it to your business.
To get started yeah just pop ina few keywords I try to put in
dark web to see if it came upwith like another silk road name
or something like that so thisis the most powerful business
name generator I want it oh, itdefinitely is using AI.
Big shout outs to you, ray.
I appreciate the AI plug here, but it is having some issues.
(38:49):
But you know what.
You know what.
The other thing is, raymond, because this is like the second
utility site that I've seen youbring to the show that showcases
how AI could be used.
This site only thing is is togenerate names correct.
That's all it does, right?
Those are going to be like theutility sites that ai is going
(39:10):
to be using or creating.
Like the back end, like theback end of this is 100 ai,
right, yeah, I didn't thinkabout that.
Like yeah, okay so these are allexamples of how you use ai to
create businesses, sites orproducts, like business name
generator.
Give me three words to tell mewhat you're doing and I'll give
you 12 different names that youcan choose from that.
(39:31):
Uh, don't already have an llcor not registered in some type
of name index somewhere, right?
But this is all ai.
This is all ai.
So um show or participants, tunein like if you are here at the
tech hustle and you hear metalking about this and you have
a business idea, talking aboutthinking about how we could
build, like a site that doessomething in back end by ai and
(39:53):
you don't know where to start, you don't know where to begin.
Come and holla us here at thetech hustle.
I got an announcement to tellyou about our tech hustle
academy, but this is a perfectexample of a very simple web
page, landing page that you typein a few words.
It generates names, right, think of what else you can
create, and we've reported a fewother utility sites on that too
.
So thanks a lot, raymond, forthis one.
Speaker 3 (40:15):
Yeah, sure.
It's not working right now.
Don't worry about that part.
Speaker 1 (40:19):
It's just the idea.
It's just the idea, All right.
Speaker 3 (40:24):
Raymond, what else
you got on your list?
Last one, here is a show.
Typically, you know, I like torecommend the show or a movie
and stuff like that, but beforeI do that, I'll have some
comments.
Obviously, this streamingservice, in my opinion, is the
best streaming service right now.
Um, I just read an article lastweek that they were going to
spend 18 billion dollars in theyear 2025 this year on content
(40:48):
alone.
Wow, 18 billion dollars oncontent alone.
So, like I said, they allcannot come out with, you know,
hits.
Typically, I recommend showsfor you guys, but this time I'm
going and I'm going to dosomething differently.
I am going to de-recommend ashow and I had a lot of high
hopes for this show.
(41:10):
Like I said, I think it's thebest streaming platform out
right now Netflix.
You know, not everything can bea hit.
Some of them can be misses.
This show was a big miss.
They had advertised this on theSuper Bowl.
I was so hyped for it.
Every freaking big name actoryou can think of is on this show
and this thing was a completedud.
Before I give you the name ofthe show, I want to tell you
(41:32):
some of the actors and actressesthat are in this show.
Speaker 1 (41:36):
Just bear with me
here first and then okay, it's
like we're climbing the mountain, climbing and climbing and
climbing what's the show?
Speaker 2 (41:47):
oh, oh, yeah, yeah,
I'm gonna tell you the show, so
I just wanted to give those, uh,some of those comments in there
.
Speaker 3 (41:53):
Let me drop the name
of the show in here for you, so
do not waste your time.
I wish I could be like thehustle and abandon the show, but
I can't.
But once I get into a show.
I feel like I have toustle andabandon the show, but I can't
but once I have that into a show, I feel like I have to like,
commit and finish it.
And I'm warning you, ladies andgentlemen, zero day 30 by
netflix.
I spent several hundredmillions dollars on this show.
(42:14):
This show was complete trash itis garbage yes, look at all the
big time actors in it.
I know how can a show like thisbe bad With Angela Bassett and
all of these different actors?
The guy that's from Gosh, Ican't even name it.
Speaker 1 (42:29):
Robert De Niro.
Speaker 3 (42:30):
Yes, robert De Niro.
Oh, I mean, I can go on and on.
This show is bad.
Ladies and gentlemen, do notwatch it.
Speaker 2 (42:37):
When you say bad,
define bad.
For me, it is what's going on,that he thinks that the show is
bad.
Speaker 3 (42:42):
Okay, I finally
looked it up on Rotten Tomatoes.
Today, both the audience andRotten Tomatoes gave it 50%.
Speaker 1 (42:48):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (42:48):
Yes, it's not
entertaining D, it's just boring
, it's not?
Speaker 2 (42:53):
good, I watched it,
you watched it, yeah, me and the
wife, we watched it.
Speaker 3 (42:57):
Give me your unbiased
opinion.
Speaker 1 (43:06):
So I will say that,
uh, it started off really good,
the concept um was really goodum, and then it went left for me
, I lost it, um, it didn'treally kind of show gun it was
like it just left me so wantingmore in terms of just to show
itself.
Uh, I think they like skimmedover a lot of stuff.
I don't know if they weretrying to wrap it up faster than
(43:27):
what it's supposed to be, butit's.
It's a cool storyline, um, andthe concept and I just give you
the concept quickly it's like anex president helps the existing
presidents solve, like, anational security issue.
That's what it basically is,basically is, and obviously it
has these different um, uh, like, um, adversaries like hey, it
(43:49):
might be this country, might bethat country, it might be this
country, it might be thatcountry.
Hey, there's this agent, that'syou know, operating here in the
united states.
Let's go find that.
Like it had that type offeeling, but it just didn't come
through.
Bro, I didn't feel it I was.
Speaker 2 (44:02):
I was disappointed.
Yeah, so you give it a yeah, Ithink it's.
Speaker 1 (44:05):
The 50 was the right
yeah, it's terrible.
Speaker 3 (44:07):
Like I said, I still
think netflix is the best
streaming platform out there.
Not everything is a hit, butthis was a complete miss.
Yeah, this thing is acliffhanger yeah, it's terrible
yeah I mean, hey, feel free towatch it on your own accord.
Speaker 2 (44:20):
D I mean I mean, I
have it on my list.
Speaker 1 (44:22):
I mean Angela
Bassett's in it, so let's go
support Angela Bassett.
How can a show with AngelaBassett and Robert De Niro be
bad.
Speaker 3 (44:28):
They somehow was able
to figure that out.
This is crazy.
You've got the white guy, jessePlemons.
He's from Breaking Bad and he'son multiple other shows.
Whenever I see that guy on theshow, I know the show is gonna
be good.
Except for this one, it wasn'tyeah like it's crazy, like I
don't understand.
Speaker 1 (44:44):
So yeah, that's my uh
do you think it's the writing?
Speaker 3 (44:48):
I don't know it was.
It was boring, bro.
It wasn't good, I don't.
I almost feel like actingwasn't even that good too.
Speaker 1 (44:53):
You remember a few
months back, um, we had the
writer strike.
That was going on, yes, um, andthen we were like, hey, yeah,
like the, the results of thatwriter strikes are the products
that we're getting now, right, because they have to write and
then they have to produce theshow and then it comes out
Correct.
And me and my wife were talkingabout this and I was like, man,
this is probably something thatwas being developed during that
writer strike.
It was like hey, we just kind ofthrew it together.
(45:15):
We had to put money into it,let's go in and run with it.
But that right there shows melike the creativity was missing.
For me it was like I felt likesomething was missing.
Speaker 3 (45:26):
Yeah, that's.
Yeah, it was a dud, it was avery unfortunate.
So yeah, but if you thinkdifferently, ladies and
gentlemen come.
Speaker 2 (45:32):
Let us know here at
the TechCast, so we can
definitely hear your opinions.
Speaker 1 (45:35):
Yeah, comment below.
Comment below.
Speaker 3 (45:36):
Let me know how you
feel about it.
First time ever, I havede-recommended a show.
De-recommended a show.
Speaker 1 (45:41):
De-recommended yes.
Speaker 2 (45:42):
No, I did not
recommend it.
I said de-recommended.
I do not recommend the show.
I didn't recommend the show.
Speaker 1 (45:49):
Yeah, angela Bassett
was on the show too, man, I was
happy when I saw her.
Speaker 3 (45:52):
I was like yes,
angela Bassett, robert De Niro,
I mean how can a show like thatnugget there?
Speaker 1 (46:00):
Raymond Sure, now
you're not going to leave your
segment without us talking aboutHOA, bro.
Well, hold on Before you get tothat shout out to Daredevil
Great show.
Speaker 2 (46:11):
Y'all were talking
about this the other day, Seeing
first two episodes phenomenal.
Today comes out the nextepisode, so I can't wait for you
to see it.
That's a good show.
Speaker 1 (46:23):
We don't want to
leave you guys with a bad show
in your taste.
Yeah, thanks, steve.
We want to leave you with agood show.
Yeah, that's why you're here,bro.
That's why you're here.
Speaker 2 (46:31):
What platform is this
on?
This is on Apple.
Speaker 1 (46:35):
Apple TV.
Apple TV yes, damn Raymond outbro.
Hey, man, I don't know what totell you like, come on man.
Hey, you know how to do it.
Send me the username andpassword, bro, all right apple,
you're not hearing this rightnow?
Speaker 2 (46:47):
okay, but but it's
definitely a good show,
definitely a good show yeah uh,unfortunately netflix doesn't
have it.
Uh, come on to the dark sideyeah to the apple, yeah, and
they'll go ahead and show youthat's what's up.
Speaker 1 (46:59):
Well d thank you for
that last nugget there um and
yeah, raymond uh, what's up?
Speaker 3 (47:04):
with the hoa bro yeah
, I just wanted to like make a
comment.
You know I will never live inan hoa community again and
that's just kind of like mypublic service announcement.
Don't do it.
I know sometimes you have nochoice because they're pretty
much all over unless you, yes, move out to the boonies or live
somewhere far away from citylimits.
It just kind of like it justmakes your living situation
(47:27):
unpleasant.
They have more power than thecity you have to oblige by their
rules, and I'm just kind ofgoing through that now and it's
just not a fun experience.
Like you know, they banned myson from riding his go-kart two
years ago.
Like I'm like this is notamerica when my son cannot ride
his go-kart in a freakingcommunity.
So, yeah, they banned my sonfrom riding the go-kart in the
community.
Uh, next they have demandedthat me and several homeowners
(47:51):
paint our homes.
We have 30 days to paint ourhomes.
Like people can't even pay forprice of eggs right now.
Facts, and you're putting thispressure on someone to paint
their homes in 30 days.
It's like, come on man, kickrocks, man.
People are struggling whateverthe situation is.
So, but yeah, like, just bemindset, if you did not live in
a hoa, you wouldn't have to dealwith stuff like that.
So, but yeah, it's justunfortunate.
Speaker 1 (48:11):
So and and just to
fill everybody in in terms of
what an hoa homeownersassociation um, here in florida
we mostly live in these littlesmall communities.
Gated communities areneighborhoods, um, and inside
that neighborhood has a monthlycharge or fee because you're
inside this community and youpay it to the hoa and then the
hoa is the one that raymond's uhup against.
(48:32):
Um, I've had my encounters withhoas end up, you know, trying
to make it seem like I was goingto take it to court.
Um, they was about to put alien on my house and everything,
all because I didn't spray thefront of my house, but I did
spray it.
And then I sent them thepicture but they said since I
didn't spray it the day before,I still got to pay this massive
fine.
And it's like Crazy, crazy, crazy situations with HOAs.
Speaker 2 (48:52):
So for you HOA people
here, I understand that you
have A time frame, but people dohave 9 to 5.
I know your 9 to 5 Is just togo out there and fucking inspect
.
Yeah, I get it.
Yeah, but please be mindfulthat people won't probably have
a time to go out until theweekends, and then 9 times out
(49:16):
of 10, well, I'm sorry, 98.99%the companies that we need to
call are closed on the weekends.
We do have kids.
We do have responsibility.
You know, at the end of the day, your guys are not going to pay
for us to take the day off.
Speaker 3 (49:34):
Nope.
Speaker 2 (49:35):
To make to, you know,
to oblige your expectation on
the house.
So please have a little bit ofcourtesy.
Please have a little bit ofcourtesy of giving us an
extension.
It's not what you guys wantbecause at the end of the day,
you're really quick to take ourmoney out of our account and
you're really quick to put alien because we're not following
(49:57):
your instructions.
Speaker 1 (49:58):
Facts.
Speaker 2 (50:00):
So, please, I know
it's your job, I know it's your
responsibility.
I know it's your responsibility, we have the same
responsibility as you guys do.
But please, at the end of theday, we're going to work with
you guys because it's ourresponsibility to make sure our
house is kept up to date.
It's not we're not ignoring you.
We just don't have thatcapacity To say Let me tell my
(50:23):
boss hey, can you give me like aday off Because my HOA needs
Yada yada yada, yada you know wehave to.
Some people have days off thatwe're not able to take the day
off.
So please be mindful.
The same way you guys want totake a day off To see if you
have Scenarity against others,it's the same way.
So, hoa, if you're listeningplease, we're humans too.
Speaker 1 (50:45):
Yeah, facts.
And yo I ain't got five grandto go paint a whole house off of
nowhere.
So please be patient, please bepatient, all right, raymond
woosah.
Speaker 2 (50:55):
Woosah, Woosah
Raymond.
Speaker 1 (50:56):
Woosah, woosah,
woosah.
All right D, so we got sportscoming up man.
You ready.
Speaker 2 (51:01):

day and I can't wait to get youropinion about it.
Speaker 2 (51:08):

because I don't know which one
you're talking about.
But we're going to get to thatsubject.
Speaker 1 (51:11):
Don't worry, raymond
already got to look.
He probably knows what I'mtalking about.
Speaker 2 (51:16):

Speaker 2 (01:01:08):
I'm glad we're
looking at for a quarterback,
but if we're looking at aquarterback around, that means
we're not looking at aquarterback for an around first
round pick.
That means we might be lookingat a wide receiver, but knowing
the Giants, they're alwayslooking for a defensive player.
Again, the giant sign javonholland from miami dolphins.

Denver, right under which Idon't know what happened.
Shout out to Denver Forcreeping up to number two,
(01:05:16):
because the Lakers WithoutBrawny Slash James, you know Bad
, loss, loss, terrible loss.
Without Bronny slash James, youknow Bad loss, loss, terrible
loss.
Terrible loss, so I want to givea shout-out to my Knicks over
here.
We did lose to the Lakers.
(01:05:37):
Hold on, they lose and he stillshot them out, we lost to the
Lakers due to Bronson twistinghis ankle.
That would have been adifferent story.
I think we could have took outthe Lakers, but it is what it is
.
Speaker 1 (01:05:49):
He's not out for the
season, is he?
Speaker 2 (01:05:50):
No, he's out.
He's out for at least week two.
But going back to the WesternConference, the Lakers cannot
seem to beat the Celtics.
Celtics are over here.
Your boy, james, decided to doa little fake injury, aka
growing.
You have anything to say aboutthat?
Speaker 3 (01:06:11):
Yeah, I saw that, but
I just hope it's not serious.
Let's let him rest and comeback for the playoffs.
I don't want him to rush oranything like that.
But yes, celtics D, let's bereal, the Cavs are the best team
on paper, but I think theCeltics really are the best team
so they're good, I mean yeah, Imean yes.
(01:06:33):
Yes, the Cavs have the bestrecord in OKC, but I still think
what comes down the shove?
The Celtics are the best team.
Speaker 2 (01:06:43):
So they're good.
But back to lebron.
Yeah, I'm just trying to figurethis out here.
Speaker 3 (01:06:45):
Yeah, I mean, it's a
growing injury.
Let's just um lakers, just lethim rest, don't rush it and
bring him back for the playoffsso how do you feel about the
lakers losing to the brooklynnets?
Speaker 2 (01:06:55):
that's a shout out,
that was inexcusable very
embarrassing.
Speaker 3 (01:07:00):
so, yeah, we're like
in a bubble now between two and
five, so Luka has to step up.
Speaker 1 (01:07:06):
I mean, he still just
got there though, I know, but
you can't lose to the Nets.
Speaker 3 (01:07:09):
Man, I'm sorry,
that's just terrible.
Speaker 1 (01:07:11):
So yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:07:12):
But Luka's got to
step up, with LeBron being out.
Interesting, yeah, interesting.
Speaker 2 (01:07:18):
Yeah, I guess.
Speaker 3 (01:07:23):
Whatever he says,
yeah, I mean, come on, man, we
can't get down to like fifth orsixth place.
Speaker 1 (01:07:27):
Yeah, or you're not
going to make it.
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
Shout out to Gordon
State Now number six coming in.
Ever since Jimmy Butler came in, they're doing a fucking
phenomenal thing over there anda five-game winning streak I
think they've been having sinceJimmy had been there.
I think they played eight, maybe eight, nine games again.
Speaker 3 (01:07:45):
Yeah, they've been
killing it since he got back
Knocking it out.
Speaker 2 (01:07:47):
Phoenix Suns went
down to number 11.
Hopefully they get into that 10rank.
Kyrie's out for the season.
So Dallas is going down littleby little by little.
It is what it is.
And utah jazz has beeneliminated, uh, from everything.
Speaker 1 (01:08:09):
In case you guys
wanted to know what but they
still got games on the on theschedule they still gotta go to
the game.
You said you had something tosay oh no, I was gonna bring up
um a situation that I've seenhighlights about.
I didn't't see it live, butwith Stephen A Smith and LeBron.
Speaker 2 (01:08:25):
I love that shit.
Speaker 1 (01:08:27):
I definitely want to
get the opinions from you all.
Speaker 2 (01:08:31):
Let's start in the
left hand over here.
Speaker 1 (01:08:33):
Let's see, so refresh
everybody about the situation,
and then let's see if you havean opinion about it.
Speaker 3 (01:08:38):
So it looks like
LeBron confronted Stephen A for,
you know, making derogatorycomments about his son.
So I completely I'm a bigsteven a fan.
I love steven a.
He's one of the top journalistsright now.
He just got a massive contractfrom espn.
Shout out to steven a, he'sgetting my man he's giving over
(01:08:59):
100 million right now that's.
Yeah, he's the top dogs, andpossibly he'll be our next
president too.
Speaker 2 (01:09:05):
So I'll take that
Shout out to.
Speaker 3 (01:09:07):
Stephen a huge fan,
but I mean, yes, I have to say
that Stephen was wrong on this.
Like you've been talking smackabout the man's son for months
and Stephen is beingdisingenuous by playing the
victim card.
He says that, hey, lebronon, you could have called me, we
could have took this yes, to thebackside.
Lebron did do that, lebron, afew months ago a lot of people
(01:09:28):
don't know he sent his agent tosteven a and said hey, chill
with that talk.
And what steven a did is hewent on his show and he called
lebron soft for sending hisagent.
So the man sent his agent to doit behind the scenes and you
went on your show and said thatwas soft by sending your agent.
So the man sent his agent to doit behind the scenes and you
went on your show and said thatwas soft by sending your agent.
So what did he do?
Speaker 2 (01:09:48):
so why you went to
him as a man that's what he did,
so so, lebron went and saidcome to him as a man.
He went and sent his agent.
Speaker 3 (01:09:55):
Okay, that's the
first time, that's a couple
months ago.
Okay, he tried to do it behindthe scenes and you went on your
show and you criticized me bycalling me soft.
So the next thing you do as aman is I'm going to confront you
.
And that's what he did.
There's nothing wrong with that, what he did.
So I confronted you as a man.
He didn't send an email, hedidn't send a text message.
It's on site.
I went to you as a man and Isaid hey, you got to chill with
(01:10:17):
the rhetoric.
I see nothing.
What he did wrong.
He tried to handle it behindthe scenes.
You went on your show and youcalled me soft.
So now I'm, I see you, it's onsite.
We know what the term on sitemeans.
So, yeah, I don't see anythinghe did wrong.
Steven a is playing the victimcard and being disingenuous,
yeah, so that's my take on itinteresting, interesting.
Speaker 2 (01:10:36):
All right, the hustle
let me ask you a question what
is Stephen A's position is?
Speaker 3 (01:10:50):
He is a sports
journalist.
And his job is to what To givejournalists butt, come on.
Speaker 2 (01:10:57):
And criticize and
visualize and understand the
game, yes, but Correct he'sacting extra sauce on it.
Speaker 3 (01:11:06):
Come on, we all know,
let's all agree that.
Speaker 2 (01:11:09):
My man just got paid,
because that's what he does.
Speaker 3 (01:11:11):
For a fucking living
Raymond.
Speaker 2 (01:11:13):
Yes, I understand
that, but so you're telling me
If I am getting paid To do a job, to criticize, to make things,
because Shaq does it.
What's his name again?
Barkley does it.
Barkley yeah, smith does it.
(01:11:34):
Perkins fucking do it.
Stephen A Smith has a styleabout it by doing it.
Shout out to my man, stephen ASmith, that's why you got that
check, baby I'm not mad at you.
Speaker 3 (01:11:44):
He's the best in the
business.
Speaker 2 (01:11:45):
If your job is to
basically Criticize and tell the
truth About what's going on Inthe fucking NBA, isn't that what
You're supposed to be doing?
Speaker 3 (01:11:56):
What you just said,
criticize.
He's a kid, he's not ending up.
Speaker 2 (01:12:00):
He's not a kid.
Speaker 3 (01:12:00):
Who's not ending up
being?
Speaker 1 (01:12:02):
a kid.
Who's not a kid?
Who's not a kid, ronnie?
Speaker 2 (01:12:03):
James, not a kid.
Ronnie, listen, he's not a kid.
Speaker 1 (01:12:05):
I mean, that's
LeBron's child, but he's not a
kid, correct, he's a kid.
Speaker 3 (01:12:10):
He's 19.
Speaker 2 (01:12:10):
You come to the NBA
you know your dad, right, you're
supposed to know theexpectation that you're bringing
into your sons.
At the end of the day, this isLeBron James' fault, because aka
I don't know if you remember,because I'm not a LeBron James
fan, but I do think he is aphenomenal fucking player but he
(01:12:31):
was the soft one who said letme say this in camera if you
guys want me, you have to bringmy kid with me.
Speaker 1 (01:12:41):
He did say that.
Speaker 3 (01:12:43):
He said that he will
go anywhere he wants, wherever I
go.
Speaker 2 (01:12:45):
If you want me, you
got to have my fucking kid.
Yeah, Come on man.
And then, knowing that BronnyJames has all this extra weight,
if you can't handle thecriticism NBA is not fucking for
you, Go back home, get a 9 to 5, figure out what the fuck you
want to do, because if this isyour dream and you can't handle
fucking criticism, this is notfor you.
Speaker 3 (01:13:05):
All right, let me
throw two names at you guys.
Bring it Kai Jones and TyphaiLeonard.
Who Exactly?
Why isn't Stephen A talkingabout them?
Why isn't Charles Barkleytalking about them?
Why isn't Kenny Perkins talkingabout them?
Speaker 2 (01:13:20):
What have they done,
bro Kai Jones and?
Speaker 3 (01:13:21):
Typhai Leonard.
Do you know who they are?
Speaker 2 (01:13:24):
I definitely know who
they are.
Speaker 3 (01:13:25):
Why isn't Stephen A
talking about them, how bad they
are, and why aren't theyplaying ball?
Can you answer that, D-Hustle?
Yeah, definitely why.
Speaker 2 (01:13:34):
They ain't doing shit
.
Speaker 3 (01:13:35):
Okay, so why isn't
Stephen A talking about it?
Speaker 2 (01:13:38):
He talks about
everybody.
Speaker 3 (01:13:40):
No, he doesn't.
Has he ever talked about KaiJones?
Speaker 2 (01:13:42):
You know what I'm
getting really tired about
everybody worrying Because themain thing, everybody's fucking
main subject, is Lakers, lakers, lakers, celtics, lakers,
celtics.
If that's what's going to boostup your freaking hype, I'm all
about it.
Speaker 1 (01:13:59):
I mean it is going to
draw the crowd.
Speaker 2 (01:14:00):
If you want the crowd
to talk about it at the end of
the day, if you can't handlethis shit, don't fucking come to
the NBA.
You putting the pressure onyour son, it's not me, you're
the one who has expectation.
I have seen other podcasts thatpeople say Bronny is fucking
trash.
Why are you not reading thosepodcasts?
Speaker 3 (01:14:20):
Okay, well let's.
Stephen A is adding extra sauceto it by calling the man a bad
parent.
That's over the line job comeon, if somebody calls you a bad
parent d you're not gonna beoffense to that.
No, I'm not really.
Speaker 2 (01:14:33):
I can't somebody like
listen, because that's your
opinion you're.
Speaker 3 (01:14:36):
I'm not trying to put
your personal reason, but your
son plays baseball.
What if I was a commentator andI was going online saying d
hustle, son sucks.
You know he shouldn't be in themajor league baseball league.
He's a bad parent.
You wouldn't feel some type ofway I'm glad you said that.
Speaker 2 (01:14:50):
Yes, I will feel some
type of way right, but at the
end of the day, if that is thetruth, what am?
Who am I to tell you?
No, it's perfect example.
Let's say your kid is playingt-ball.
I liked how you mentioned this.
This is beautiful.
Your kids are playing t-ball.
I like how you mentioned this.
This is beautiful.
Your kid's playing t-ball andyou're in the outfield and your
son is dropping the ball fivefucking times and you can't
(01:15:11):
catch the ball.
And you have because y'all knowI've been there and you have
these kids, these parents, saying take that kid out, he's
garbage, he's not.
That's not my fault, my job isokay.
You're dropping the ball, let'sgo out there and start catching
(01:15:32):
.
That's the coach's position tocome out and be like you know
what.
You're dropping the ball.
I'm going to sit you out thenext game because you're not
playing as what.
I'm here thinking.
You can catch the ball, butyou're not catching the ball.
Speaker 1 (01:15:47):
I see it.
I see it.
That's plain and simple.
I see in that situation twodifferent perspectives.
One, first of all, Stephen ASmith knows what he's doing.
Definitely, he knows that it'sgoing to draw eyes to his show
and he's going to get paid forbeing able to commentate as
aggressively as his position is.
(01:16:08):
He didn't go overboard.
He didn't go overboard.
He did definitely aggressivelysay some stuff.
Stephen A Smith should haveexpected LeBron to pull up on
him.
Speaker 2 (01:16:19):
I think he should
expect it.
I don't think, so here's thething.
Speaker 1 (01:16:23):
You don't think that.
Speaker 2 (01:16:24):
So you're telling me
that every time an analyst comes
and gives criticism, everyfucking player has come up to
them?
Speaker 1 (01:16:31):
I don't think every
player has come up to them.
But players will come up andcheck them though.
Speaker 2 (01:16:37):
Right, yeah, but at
the end of the day, because it's
LeBron, everybody's making abig fucking scene about it.
Speaker 1 (01:16:43):
Totally, because it's
LeBron.
Everybody's making a bigfucking scene about it.
Totally.
So this is the other side ofthe coin.
I think what LeBron did I thinkhis first go up to him
shouldn't have been through hisagent.
He should have called him.
Speaker 2 (01:16:51):
He should have really
picked up the phone or pulled
up on him that way shout out tothat.
Speaker 1 (01:16:55):
I don't think sending
somebody to send your message
you're only setting RightBecause it's not coming from
your mouth, and then he goes onTV and talks some shit about it.
I mean there was going to be onsite regardless.
So my thing is that I thinkLeBron James have put his son in
a situation that his son wasnot ready for.
Speaker 2 (01:17:12):
Exactly, and that's
what Raymond is not
understanding.
Speaker 1 (01:17:15):
That situation that
he's putting his son in is
causing this type of reaction.
Yes, if he admits like hey, Iknow my son is developing, I
know reaction.
Yes, if he.
If he admits like hey, I knowmy son is developing, I know
that he's getting getting readylike we had to bring him down to
the d league.
You already know that I wasgoing to go to a team, wherever
I want to play with my son, likecome out and say that don't
leave us in limbo and thinkingthat, oh, because at the end of
(01:17:36):
the day, we know the other sideof the table does that.
If I get a job at thiscorporate site, I'm the ceo.
I'm going to make sure my sonworks in the newsroom or the
mailroom and then he works atthis desk as an assistant and
then eventually he's going to beCEO.
Right, right, if that's whatyou're planning to do, tell us
that that's what you're planningto do, rather than riding this
wave and expect us to root forhim as much as we're rooting for
(01:17:57):
you.
Speaker 2 (01:17:58):
And that's my problem
, and I just want to clear the
air out right now.
Lebron James, his brawny is notthe same caliber as LeBron
James when he came from highschool to the fucking pros.
Okay, at the end of the day, nothing but love for the Memphis
success.
He has done phenomenal.
He's reaching numbers, justlike Raymond was reaching 50,000
(01:18:19):
points.
New marks, new marks,congratulations.
Is he on my top five?
Definitely.
Definitely.
Not in my top three.
Well, he's all he's up thereyeah, all right at the end of
the day.
brawny has a long way to go, hasto develop.
I don't respect the man yet why?
Because the number one.
(01:18:39):
He went to college.
He did not play a full year ofcollege, had his cardiac arrest
Sorry for that, I do appreciateit and then went right to the
fucking pros.
Speaker 1 (01:18:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:18:50):
You are not developed
yet, okay.
So let's be fucking realistic.
He has big shoes to fuckingfill and that is his dad's fault
for putting him into thatposition.
Correct, you have to understandthat.
And if you're not ready to takethat fucking load, don't be in
the NBA, yeah.
And if you can't take criticismbecause everybody's going to
(01:19:11):
fucking talk, look at me, I talka lot of shit.
Speaker 3 (01:19:16):
I just think it's
slimy when you're like kind of
talking bad about a kid.
He didn't do anything.
Speaker 2 (01:19:21):
As a parent.
Speaker 1 (01:19:25):
I the kid, he didn't
do anything as a parent, I just.
But he's not talking about himlike the kid, he's talking about
his performance and aprofessional job.
This is what he's talking about, right, he's talking about what
he like, his job, what he'ssupposed to do, yeah, and and I
and I think the challenge thatthe the fans have is is that or
lebron is putting on the fans,is that lebron is almost like.
We need to accept him bydefault.
(01:19:45):
No Like we gotta oh, that's myson.
We gotta accept him by default.
That's bullshit.
Speaker 2 (01:19:50):
If he was doing the
same thing he did when LeBron
was young.
Shout out to my man, becausethe man is doing powerful
fucking moves.
Speaker 1 (01:19:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:19:58):
But your son is not
doing the same thing.
Let's be realistic here.
Speaker 3 (01:20:07):
Yeah, you're in the
nba because of your fucking dad.
Speaker 1 (01:20:10):
It's not what you
know is who you know.
Can we give the kid a chance todevelop this?
Speaker 3 (01:20:12):
yes, but he still has
to take criticism you can't
come on, he's getting criticismbecause it's his dad.
You're adding extra.
What about the other playersthat I've added, that steven a
doesn't talk about?
Speaker 2 (01:20:23):
that are in the g
you're worrying about other
people that don't like.
I'm still worrying about whyMac McCollin is still in the
fucking G League.
He's probably way better thanfucking Brownie, but why are we
not talking about that?
Speaker 3 (01:20:33):
Well, that's my point
.
Everybody is picking on thiskid because of his dad, because
everybody's mouth.
Speaker 2 (01:20:38):
All they care about
is Lakers, Lakers, Lakers.
Why nobody's talking about theCleveland Cavaliers doing
phenomenal?
Why nobody's talking about OKCknocking this shit out the park?
No, because everybody's stillriding the fucking Lakers.
Speaker 1 (01:20:52):
I mean, it is a
storyline, it is.
Speaker 2 (01:20:55):
And if it's, bringing
it in for you.
At the end of the day, I don'tsee you guys winning the chip.
Speaker 3 (01:20:59):
I mean no worries,
yeah, we don't have enough
players.
Speaker 2 (01:21:03):
I agree with you on
that, but you still will talk
about it.
But is it LeBron James?
Do you think it's Luka?
Speaker 3 (01:21:09):
They're almost like
the Cowboys.
Let's be real here.
Nobody wants to leave inCleveland, let alone talk about
Cleveland.
Speaker 1 (01:21:15):
What are you talking?
Speaker 3 (01:21:15):
about, bro.
I mean, what do you mean?
Does anybody go to Clevelandfor vacation or talk?
Speaker 2 (01:21:20):
about.
It goes to that.
That's what I'm saying.
It's like the only person toput that on the map is your guy
lebron, because he's fromcleveland.
Speaker 1 (01:21:26):
It's just, it's not
nobody wants to talk about dave
chappelle.
Put ohio on the map, yeah, butit's just what it is.
Speaker 3 (01:21:32):
No one's going to
talk about him.
Yes, they have a great recordand all that, but nobody wants
to talk about it all I know islebron needs to get a little bit
more thicker skin.
Speaker 1 (01:21:41):
Bronnie definitely
didn't get a thicker skin, but
the other thing I was going tosay is that, as a dad, um, I'm
definitely going to go saysomething yes, if I'm yeah, I'm
going to go say something.
There's nothing wrong with that.
There's nothing wrong with himsaying example about the
baseball.
Speaker 2 (01:21:54):
Of course, if your
son is doing horrible in the
fucking field and everybody'stalking shit, you want to defend
your fucking son.
Of course, for sure you'redefinitely going to defend.
I'm going to be like Yo, fuckyou, fuck you, fuck you.
You know your son ain't outthere.
Speaker 1 (01:22:06):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:22:06):
You know, but again
you got to take that criticism
you got to.
I mean, it's going to build thekid up.
You're trying to get him to Aposition that your dad is not
going to be there, no more.
So who the fuck you going tocry?
Speaker 3 (01:22:20):
Yeah, but Like
Stephen A was adding Extra sauce
to it.
Speaker 1 (01:22:24):
That's what he does.
That's what he does you expectthat, that's like.
It's expected.
That is your job.
I think it's slimy I mean hestill got a check though, so
it's not like yeah At the end ofthe day.
Speaker 2 (01:22:35):
If you have.
So here's my thing, man.
You can't have everybody Comeup to you and say yo, you can't
Talk shit about me.
At the end of the day, stephenA Smith, that is his job To
criticize, to visualize, to make, to show the static, the
statistics, the stats, and showeverybody exactly.
(01:22:56):
Are you developed?
No, should you be in the NBA?
No, that's why you went to theG League, to get exactly where
you need to be.
So when you get ready to becomea big boy, it is.
But here's the shit with theLakers you got them in G League
and then you put them in the NBAto play also, and then you
(01:23:17):
bring them back to the G Leagueand you put them back in the NBA
.
You're confusing the shit outof the kid.
Speaker 3 (01:23:22):
You're fucking him up
.
Yeah, I definitely think thatthey just need to stick to
either keeping him in the GLeague or either put him in the
NBA but you can't get madbecause you're getting
criticized.
Speaker 1 (01:23:33):
But I mean.
The thing is he's not going toget play time in the NBA right
when he plays at that level.
Speaker 2 (01:23:37):
So I mean all the
Lakers.
I mean the Lakers got a lot ofpeople hurt.
He might as well put it in.
They might see something goingon.
He might actually be a starternow.
He might be a starter now.
Speaker 1 (01:23:47):
Well, as always, it's
always great, great topics
talking about NBA.
Yeah, we ain't stupid over itBig shout-outs to LeBron, big
shout-outs to his fam, bigshout-outs to Stephen A Smith
getting that deal.
Stephen A Smith.
How's it he's getting playerstype checks now.
I couldn't make that contractbecause I'd be cursing the store
(01:24:07):
.
Speaker 2 (01:24:07):
They wouldn't be able
to say nothing about D Did you
get?
Speaker 1 (01:24:09):
that check.
I want them to bring me thesmoke.
I'm on the court, bring allthat smoke.
I'm on the court before thegame starts, but nobody like I
say, who has gone up to Perkins?
Speaker 3 (01:24:18):
That's funny.
Nobody who has gone up to Shaq.
Speaker 2 (01:24:23):
You go to somebody
that's nobody, that you can't
see, but he's very good at whatthe fuck he does.
So, you figure, hey, I'm at theend of the day, first take
might be the number one show.
Speaker 1 (01:24:33):
I mean it's
definitely going to get Raiders
now Raiders now People are goingto tune in.
Speaker 2 (01:24:39):
And low key.
Speaker 1 (01:24:39):
I think LeBron could
have done that on the side too.
Speaker 2 (01:24:40):
He didn't have to do
it there.
He could have walked with him alittle bit.
The media is out there.
Yeah, yeah, it's whereeverybody can fucking see.
Speaker 1 (01:24:46):
That's the thing that
we're playing into right, he
was just so mad he didn't care?
Nah, come on now.
He knew exactly what it was.
He knew what on-site meant.
Speaker 3 (01:24:55):
Well, yeah, he saw
the opportunity.
Speaker 1 (01:24:57):
But on-site doesn't
mean that you're going in public
, though on site means yo let meholler at you in the cut, call
me same way, steven says call me, I could have picked up his
phone call.
Speaker 2 (01:25:06):
Yeah, I could have
done this, you could have done
this.
There's so many ways that youcan do it.
Speaker 1 (01:25:11):
But if you want that
media attention, yeah, for
lebron you what the fuck he wasdoing he sent his agent and then
you went nah, you don't send no, so you know what next time I
have an issue with you I'm gonnasend my wife facts right.
Speaker 3 (01:25:23):
You realize that's
how players handle situations.
They send their agents.
Speaker 1 (01:25:27):
This is, this is this
isn't just a regular situation.
This is somebody that sits at atable that you sit at type
stuff, okay, so when?
Speaker 3 (01:25:32):
tyreek hill got
arrested, he sent his agent to
go talk to the authorities.
To talk to, no, it's standardpractice.
Speaker 1 (01:25:39):
All right.
So there's a commentator thattalks about basketball.
That's very like like he's theLeBron James of his thing.
Yes, so he's at that table.
I'm not going to send my agentto go talk to another person
that sits at that.
It's almost like a royalty.
Right, I'm a King, you're aKing.
Right, I'm going to send mypeasant to come and talk to you.
Speaker 3 (01:25:57):
I'm going to talk to
you directly.
