The holidays can be very difficult to navigate when you have lost someone that you loved, and that you were close to. In this episode I talk about some of the moments of tears that I have been experiencing as the holiday season was approaching, how I dealt with it, and just allowed myself those moments. I chose to stay in that emotion until it passed. The holidays can be the most beautiful and painful time of year, but we will get through it. I hope you enjoy this episode.
