So much of the divorce process happens behind closed doors, out of sight. Navigating such a significant life transition can feel incredibly isolating and lonely. The shame, guilt, stigma, and judgment that often accompany divorce are rarely discussed openly, leaving so many to face it all in silence.
I asked my guest, Madisen Rose, Divorce Recovery Guide, Better Half to Whole, why she wanted to join me where others can listen in, "When I mention my work in divorce, it often feels like it sucks the air out of the room.
