Tonight we discuss Rap Mogul P-Diddy's recent comments concerning the Black Vote NOT being for sale, and that Former VP Biden is not guaranteed the Black Vote in November. We address these controversial comments during tonight's show. What do you think of what he said? These comments came out of an interview he had with Supermodel Naomi Campbell on her show "Unfiltered with Naomi." He also insinuated that he would hold the Black Vote hostage if necessary. What do you think of this statement? Does Diddy own the Black Vote, can he hold it hostage, or is he blowing alot of smoke?  This is definitely a hot topic that we plan to dive into during the 1st segment of tonight's show.  In addition, we also plan to address CNN Anchor Don Lemon's comments to Donald Trump. If you missed it, Don Lemon openly questioned the origin of Trump's jealousy of Former Pres. Barack Obama. I believe Don is really saying what we are already thinking, and we plan to get into it during the 2nd segment of the show. We also take time to reflect upon the extradionary presidency of the Pres. Barack Obama.  And, finally we recap episodes 5 & 6 of the ESPN Documentary "The Last Dance" where the focus of Episode of 5 centers around the noticable absence of Detroit Pistons Star Point Guard Isaiah Thomas  from the 1992 Dream Team. And, who was ultimately responsible for that decision being made. Should Isaiah Thomas been included on the Olympic Dream Team, OR was the decision right for him to be left off the roster? We discuss this tonight as well.  PLUS, we close tonight's show with another dynamic Thought of the Week. Needless to say, we have a great show in store for you tonight and we look forward to you tuning in at 8pm.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
