Welcome to Thinking Out Loud with Pastor-D!
Please join us this week as we continue the sermon series from the book of Luke.
Today's podcast begins with a trip down memory lane to discuss former POTUS Jimmy Carter. We'll discuss his life, his Christian beliefs and how he addressed certain issues while working as president. We'll also talk about the California wildfires and what might happen in a famous New York murder case.
We'll then talk about Luke, his life and how he came to write what might be considered the majority of the New Testament. We'll talk about sinful thoughts and how Jesus made it through life without sinning, even with all the temptation that was thrust at him.
We'll also address how Jesus lives in us and how we should go about harnessing the power that he gives us each day.
Pastor-D will also tell us what he got Michelle for Christmas and will let us know what he thinks about a particular Beatles tune.
