Pastor Walt thinks out loud about emotions. The emotions of anger, hurt, fear, anxiety, and guilt are pervasive in our young people. Our young people are suffering from anxiety and depression and have no hope. Many aren’t even sure they want to follow Jesus. They see themselves as victims. So, how can we help our young people? By telling them to care and do for others helps them to focus on others … not themselves. This will help them manage their emotions. And, the most important is to tell them that the Holy Spirit can change them into victorious people who can change themselves and the world.
