EP 052: Rockin’ it with crystal worker Joanne Stone

On this episode, Daisy has intuitive conversation with Crystal worker, Artist, Jewelry and Home Designer, Joanne Stone to spread good vibrations to all Moms which are in great need of clearing the negativity in our lives and transforming it into positivity.

Daisy asks Joanne to share her story how she went from being a high powered luxury costume jewelry designer for celebrities such as Beyonce, Madaona, Alicia Keys, Rihanna, traveling the world from London to Paris to Miami; to being featured in Vogue and sold in top stores like Saks, Bergdorf Goodman, and Fred Segal yet she was missing something.  She recalls feeling as if she was in a hamster wheel, and her work had lost its soul.

Joanne explains on how she deliberatly chose to take a pause in her life to recalibrate and traveled to Bali to surround herself with nature. On her journey, she discovered that she needed to create a business that had soul and connect her customers with Mother Nature’s healing powers.

We might not be able to go to Bali, but Daisy and Joanne share with us the importance of having a morning ritual practice to bring more purpose and clarity into your daily life.  Joanne explains that by setting aside 5 – 15 minutes to do some breath work, set a intention, and mediate or pray for a few minutes every morning, can be life changing.  She reminds us Moms that we wash our teeth everyday, we wash our clothes, but when so we wash our minds? Clearing the mind with deep breathing opens space in our heart to welcome peace.

Right now given the current situation, Daisy wanted to provide a resource to all by giving you some tips on bringing a higher positive vibration into yourself and your home.  Joanne suggests two stones that are a must to remove the negative and bring in the positive:

1) Clear Quartz  - The Mother healer. Clear quartz is heals all energies in the body.  Since it is clear it is open to the entire spectrum of light. Clear quartz energizes and clears all blockages.

2) Black tourmaline – Helps to get rid of all negativity.  It is a grounding crystal, that helps neutralize electromagnetic radiation. A stone of protection and purification ~ it absorbs negative energy and creates a protective energy shield around your home.
