This week I'm working on not feeling so guilty for the choices I make regarding my family and the holidays! I'm also complaining about the expectation to be a super mom, especially around the holidays, the guilt we feel when we can't reach those expectations, and how to make the most of this time with our families.
Don't feel ashamed if you can't (and won't) do it all, we aren't supposed to, no matter what anyone tells you!
