In today's episode I talk about how mothers and parents are pigeon holed into these groups and categories which dictate how we should live our lives. It can be really hard to break out of those molds to find true flexibility in our lives, but it is necessary so that we can be at peace with the one life we have to live.
Being a parent is hard enough without the expectations society (and as a result we) put on ourselves, so it's time to break out of those outdated ways of living and find balance in this community of support.
I'm currently reading Glennon Doyle's "Untamed" which is a huge eye opener!
