HAPPY NEW YEAR!
2022 was a whirlwind for me, I had a baby, struggled in every aspect of my life, started a podcast and came out the other end a better person. In this episode I look back at the year I had and make intentions for the coming season especially around my mental health and how I want to live the next chapter of my life. No counting or goal to reach here, just a mom trying to find some peace and acceptance for the future, while holding onto hope that things will only get better from here!
