Who am I? This week I get anxious and emotional talking about where we find our identities, how we define ourselves and how that affects our mental health. As a pre-cursor to a future episode where I'll talk about identity in motherhood and how many moms lose themselves to becoming moms.
There are so many ways we can identify, and many more ways that others perceive us it can be hard to figure out where we fit in. The unknown can be the hardest part, especially for me as my adoption really compounded the fears I have about my identity.
