This week I have been reflecting on all the way I am feeling so so tired, from mental exhaustion, to physically not being able to stay awake in the middle of the day to carrying the mental load of being the CEO of this house. Everything is taking it's tole, with the larger sleep deprivation hanging it's ugly head over it all! I'm sharing some pretty vulnerable things but I know it's important to talk about them, so thank you for joining me as I complain about how being a parent is just TIRING!!
