The right seed in the right ground will not produce without doing the Word. Listening alone, without action, brings no transformation. It is the doing of the Word that makes the seed grow into what it was created to be. This is an important lesson for every pastor and leader: no one can do this alone, which is why God has given us the five-fold ministry.
