It's a new year and Disney and Lucasfilm just wrapped Skeleton Crew. There won't be much coming in 2025 (as we mentioned throughout 2024's news updates), but there IS Andor coming in April. Yeah, there's Visions and the second half of a season of a show for toddlers, but Star Wars news is about to get sparse. Star Wars Podcast Day 2025 is coming soon (February 7th) so we'll celebrate the origins of podcasting about a galaxy far, far away in just a week, but until then we talk the future of Skeleton Crew and why, despite the hopes of The Acolyte apologists, there won't be one for that show. Hollywood Studios is dropping Muppets for Monsters on the doorstep of Batuu, gamers are getting Star Wars armor in Destiny 2, and you can now buy a Luke action figure in his "famous" Imperial Guard armor.
