Welcome back to my podcast! This week we are talking about dating apps. We are talking about their affect on our mental health, how we can protect ourselves from having a negative experience, and how to begin the self-love process. This episode is not meant to insult anyone who does use dating apps or discourage you from using them, I just wanted to point a couple things out that you may want to think about as well as give some advice on building your own confidence. As the dating process continues to change and evolve, the way our minds perceive dating and the process itself it is also important we take time for ourselves and don't get too lost in the dating pool.
