Hey V3 Family!  Today, we are having a life conversation with the beautiful, Courtney S. Johnson!  Courtney S. Johnson, MA, LPC, CPCS, CCTP, has been working in the mental field for close to 20 years. She has experience working in a variety of levels in the mental health field from locked residential psychiatric facilities to owning her own private practice. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) enabling her to provide direction and training to new professional counselors working towards becoming licensed. Courtney has experience treating a variety of mental health issues; however, she specializes in trauma. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) she brings a wealth of knowledge on how trauma is manifested in individuals as well as how to treat it. She has successfully treated many individuals dealing with trauma over the span of her career.

In this episode, Courtney talks about the stigma surrounding mental health, how to recognize the signs of depression, and what steps to take to get help.  Courtney also takes some time to share with us her experiences with home schooling and how much it has impacted the lives of both her and her children.

We know that all of you will be encouraged by this conversation today, so we want to admonish you to share it with someone else.  As always, we appreciate you all for listening!  We love you!
