Ben (00:07):

This recording is improvisedfiction.
Similarities between it and thereal world are entirely
intentional.
Now enjoy the recording.

Kate (00:22):
Okay.
And the recording is on, um,Lindsey.
Uh, so glad to have you here.
Um, I'm just going to do aquick, uh, Brief, basically for
the people who might listen tothis recording, we record all of
our meetings here at Mettamarket, just for our radical
transparency and radical honestycompany cultures.
Um, but for any new employees orfor folks who might be

(00:44):
listening, um, John, especially,I hope listens to this.
It's essential that we get thescreaming room training brief
really locked down.
We are going to be talking aboutthe couple of day long training
happening later this week withall employees, all employees are
required to join for ourscreaming room.
Um, we are of course, Mehtamarket.

(01:05):
We're a couch market placestartup.
Uh, our goal is to give everyonea more comfortable seat at the
table and transform trade.
So.
Uh, yeah, actually let's do aquick intro to, um, I'll start.
I'm Kate Blanchet.
I'm the chief of staff I workdirectly with slash for John,

(01:26):
our CEO, and yeah, just superexcited to get this training
brief done.
Um, Califia maybe you want to gonext.

Thea (01:36):
Uh, Kathy and not a Rova.
I am the chief creatives are,uh, for the company.
And I'll just apologize about mygeneral state of mind, Lindsey
and I had a private practicebefore this, and it just brought
up a lot of emotions about beinga mother who's about to let her.

(02:00):
Baby flesh of her flesh go outinto the world and in that real
sense of grief.

Lindsay (02:05):
It's just.

Thea (02:06):
thank you all for coming today.

Kate (02:12):
Okay.
Uh, let's go with Matt.

Matt (02:15):
Uh, sure.
Yeah.
Hi, I'm matt.yachts.
That's also my website where youcan find out more about me.
I'm the CTO here at Mettamarket, and I've worked with,
uh, John on several differentprojects, uh, some good, some
bad.
And, um, and here we are.
And, uh, I, I, I don't know.
It doesn't look like everyonegot the same memo.
I did.
I, I wore loose clothes forthis.

(02:37):
Maybe that was for the actualtraining and not for the, this
pre.

Lindsay (02:42):
Yes.
Um, but I, the dedication is, isvery appreciated.

Eric (02:48):
awesome.
And, uh, yeah, I'm uh, Eric joyCarter, uh, chief product
officer here at Metro market.
Uh, super excited for this.
Day.
It's going to be a great day.
Um, lot, a lot, a lot of bigvoices here and I can't wait to
see them unleashed.

Kate (03:04):
Yeah.
And enhancements and safety.

Eric (03:08):
Yes.

Kate (03:08):
Yeah.
Uh, Lindsay, do you mindintroducing yourself?

Lindsay (03:13):
Absolutely.
Yes.
Um, as you all know, um, my nameis Lindsay.
Uh, my given name is Smith, butpardon?
Moving to Bhutan, I took thegiven name, Magna, which a
local, uh, told me meant join.
Um, and so that is what I go bynow.

(03:33):
Um, I've spent a couple of yearsin Bhutan, you know, learning
the ways of happiness, um, and,and have really made happiness
my job and go, um, and, uh,calcium.
And a happiness retreat.
Um, and since then I've reallyhave really delved into the

(03:56):
world of screaming and theimportance of screaming for a
balanced.
Psyche and a happier life.
And I'm just, I, the energy inthis room is, is incredible.
Um, Kelsey had told me howwonderful you all are and, and
it cannot be understated.

(04:18):
I am just so thrilled to beginthis training with you all.

Thea (04:22):
I told her how wonderful you all are from like a surface
level that I know all of.
Because as I must remind you, weare not friends and I cannot
afford to add you to my socialnetwork.

Lindsay (04:35):
Yes.
Yes.

Kate (04:38):
right.
Okay.
That was a good point of

Eric (04:39):
Cool.

Kate (04:40):
It, you know, it's so funny that your new last name
has joy in it because that'slike Eric's middle name.

Lindsay (04:47):
I know.
I,

Eric (04:49):
and we both legally changed our names.
That's that's a pretty amazingconnection.

Lindsay (04:53):
yeah.
It's I think this is reallyfate.
This feels like.

Eric (04:58):
Yeah.
It was a real hassle to it.
Did it take you like six monthsto get the change through?

Lindsay (05:02):
Well, um, you know, I, I don't really prescribe to, you
know, formal government systems.
Um, I really manifested thechange in my last name and, and
decided that it would be, and,and it was.

Kate (05:19):
okay.
So, but, but all that paperworkwe sent you about, like, you
know, visa information and Jaimeand country that, that all got
got done.
Right.

Lindsay (05:31):
Yes.
Um, more or less, um, I wasallowed in, I was allowed into
the country, so I believe we areOkay.

Kate (05:44):
Okay.
Well, you're here now, so let'sfocus on what we need to focus
on today.
Um, yeah.
So can you maybe explain alittle more with this brief is
about what

Lindsay (05:54):
Yes.
Yes.
So, um, I don't know how muchKathy has, um, informed you all
about what, what a scream roomtraining entails.
Okay.
That's, that's wonderful.
I think, you know, going in as ablank slate, um, is really just
a beautiful thing.

(06:15):
Um, so these trainings, theyare.
They are about safety, butthey're also about the spiritual
experience and the, theoptimization of as a screen room
experience, um, this trainingwill be approximately 48 to 72
hours.

(06:35):
Um, sleep will be very minimaland ideally, uh, everyone will,
will co-exist in the same roomfor that entire time span.

Kate (06:48):
wait, everyone, everyone,

Lindsay (06:50):
F everyone.
Yes, it is, is really,

Kate (06:53):
almost 30 people.

Lindsay (06:55):
oh, perfection.
You know, the more people, themore energy there is, and it
just really, oh, just everyone, all in that space, intermingling
together.
It is, it is just going to bewonderful.

Eric (07:10):
Let's this room is.
Okay, now please go ahead.
Califia

Thea (07:14):
Oh, no, I was just gonna say the last training group
training that I did withLindsey.
Um, we had 12 people and we didthe entire training in a
wheelbarrow and it wasexperience

Lindsay (07:34):
it was,

Kate (07:35):
Do you mean with the wheelbarrow?

Lindsay (07:38):
oh, no.
in in, in the wheelbarrow.

Thea (07:42):
took a lot of balancing and trust to be able to keep it,
you know, on the single wheel.
But, um, and that, that is amaster class.
I would not recommend trying to

Lindsay (07:54):
Um, no, no, no, no,

Thea (07:55):
do something like that

Lindsay (07:57):
no, absolutely not.
Um,

Matt (07:59):
not clear on how the physics of that worked, where
you stacked on top of one.

Lindsay (08:04):
yes.

Thea (08:05):
people standing, some people laying down.
So have you ever played the gamethat I used to play as a child
called Jenga?

Lindsay (08:16):
Oh,

Matt (08:17):
Yeah, of course.

Thea (08:19):
So imagine like a Jenga board, but with human bodies and
intertwining souls.

Kate (08:28):
oh, okay.

Lindsay (08:29):
the week.

Matt (08:30):
we're not

Kate (08:30):
We're not doing

Lindsay (08:31):
Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Oh goodness.
No, no.
Yes.

Thea (08:36):
I mean, Lindsey, I don't want to speak for you.
You're obviously the trainerhere, but I mean, that would
take far more spiritual capacity

Lindsay (08:45):
much, so much.

Thea (08:47):
have at this stage.

Lindsay (08:48):
Yes, absolutely

Kate (08:49):
of spiritual.
I mean, I just, anyway, there'slots of HR reasons why I don't
think we should do that, but

Eric (08:56):
Yeah, I had, I, I read the email and I had somebody in the
production office get us eachindividual, two foot by three
foot carpet squares made fromour couch material to designate
our area in the room.
It leaves about five square feetof room left to maneuver

Lindsay (09:14):
That is so incredible.
And, you know, I think, um, I'mso glad that you, you sought to
incorporate some of yourproducts into the training
session.
Um, uh, I will say that by aboutthe end of the 24 hours, those
individual spaces will no longerbe needed.

(09:36):
Um, you know, these rituals it'svery important to, to really
co-mingle in this space and, um,you know, feed off the energy of
the room.
Uh, nothing like thewheelbarrow.
Are you all familiar with acroacrobatic yoga?
Uh, it's a very complex and, andquite traditional practice,

(10:00):
really.
Um, and so

Kate (10:03):
person lays down, puts her feet up in the air and the other
person balances on their pelvis, basically on their leg.

Lindsay (10:10):
I said, a, uh, uh, a crude description of, of a truly

Kate (10:16):
I mean, I I'm just,

Matt (10:19):
sounded accurate to me.
I mean, it was.

Lindsay (10:22):
it's

Kate (10:23):
I just want to be clear that like, things like
co-mingling and feeding off ofeach other and pelvic touching
are really not, uh, I think, Idon't know.
I don't think we can do that.

Lindsay (10:38):
I don't, I don't believe I mentioned pelvic
touching.
Um, but if you would like that, that is generally a more
advanced option, but we can, we,we can, if you would, like,

Thea (10:52):
Lindsey.
We talked about this in ourobsession, and I think Kate
really Springs from a lack ofconnection to the mother and
maternal, which often massive inwhich often means that she
becomes fixated on the pelvicarea as use for only pleasure
and not for creativity and

Matt (11:11):
folks.
I left my ring tone on I'm justgonna, I'll be right back.

Lindsay (11:14):
Oh good.
Oh

Kate (11:16):
oh my God.
I just think we should not talkabout my mother or lack of
mother or my other mother inmeetings anymore.
Um, I really feel like Lindsayworked.
We're cutting you off.
Maybe just like couple of steps.
What do we need really need toknow?

Lindsay (11:33):
Okay, this, I will say that your relationship with your
mother is critical to the screenroom training, but we can
revisit it if you would

Matt (11:41):
sorry about that.
Uh, folks, um,

Kate (11:44):
Everything.

Matt (11:45):
word from John that he, uh, he intends to join us for,
for the.

Thea (11:50):
Oh, wonderful.

Matt (11:51):
I don't, I don't know if that's going to like what that's
going to do for our capacity inthe room.

Lindsay (11:57):
I think only good things.
Who, who is this?
John again?

Thea (12:02):
He is our CEO.
He has such a

Lindsay (12:05):
Oh, incredible.

Thea (12:07):
think is.
You know, really, really neededin this training.

Lindsay (12:12):
I'm so this is going to be incredible.

Matt (12:16):
I apologize for having to step away.
Maybe I, uh, I missed this, but,um, I have a couple of critical
questions about being, uh,locked in a room together for

Lindsay (12:24):
Yes.
Yes.

Matt (12:26):
are we doing about bathroom?

Lindsay (12:29):
Uh, yes.
Um, so as you all are beginners,uh, we will designate a corner.
Um, you know, when you're at amore advanced stage, you
actually can just clear yourmind of all of those needs, but
we won't be at that place atthis, at this stage, we will
provide a small space, usuallysome sort of, oh yes.

(12:54):
In the room.
Absolutely.

Eric (12:55):
I will, I won't put a carpet square in that corner.

Lindsay (12:58):
Please

Thea (12:59):
if you can put like, um, sand down, you know, it has kind
of.
I think of it almost like a, ahuman litter box.

Eric (13:09):
I got that from the sand.
Yeah.
Um, yeah, we have some packingmaterial from, from filling some
of the couch

Thea (13:17):
Perfect.

Lindsay (13:18):
perfect.

Kate (13:18):
I'm just concerned because we've already had leaking
problems that the biotechstartup below us said that we've
actually ruined several of theirexperiments when we just build
water.
So, um,

Thea (13:32):
um, and it might just be because I'm hypersensitive right
now after our work Lindsey, butI'm, I'm experiencing a lot of
tension in this room.
And I just want to say, youknow, if we want to lean into
creature comforts, we're notgoing to get the same success.

(13:52):
But if we're, if that's what weneed to engage, we can meet
people where they are.

Lindsay (14:00):
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Um,

Kate (14:03):
I think a working toilet sounds like a nice creature
comfort.

Matt (14:09):
just bathroom breaks.
I mean, we've got greatfacilities here, uh, on like
every floor.
So we could just let people goto the.

Lindsay (14:19):
Okay.
Um, yes, absolutely.
I, you know, this is yourexperience and it is important
to me that you all, you know, are getting what you can out of
it.

Matt (14:30):
kind of a deal breaker for me.
I think I would, I think I needto be able to have access to a
restroom and PR private.

Lindsay (14:39):
Sad for me to hear, but I understand that, uh, those
interruptions may be necessaryfor you.
Well,

Kate (14:48):
Yeah, I mean, I will say if we need to come up with a
system so that 30 people shareone toilet.
I've done that before I havesome templates I could use.
So, um, we, I could definitelychat with you about maybe some
compromises here.

Lindsay (15:02):
you know, I think that that may actually work.
That is a very enlightened idea.
Kate.
Thank you.
Thank you for that.
We can continue on, um,discussing some more of the
important logistics for thetraining.
Um, earlier I believe Mattmentioned loose clothing.

(15:26):
Absolutely.
A must.
Um, there'll be a significantamount of movement, contortion,
some light acrobatics, um, and.
And it will be very crucial thateveryone has a full, full range
of motion.

Kate (15:45):
I don't make the room has space for that.

Lindsay (15:49):
Oh, you would be surprised you would be
absolutely surprised.
Um, the wheelbarrow.
Uh, that calcium mentioned wasmaybe one of our most beautiful
trainings, but you know, thesescream room trainings, they're
all about, uh, you know, reallyencompassing the physical space

(16:10):
and truly the smaller and morecrowded the better.
Um, I think one of my mostfavorite is conducting a, we
conducted a full training in asubway car, um, with strangers.
In credible.
Incredible.

Kate (16:27):
Okay, well, That actually does remind me, um, a few
employees have been a littlehesitant.
So I was wondering if you hadsome like customer testimonials
or, you know, some type ofoverview, like a one pager or
something that we could send outto.

Lindsay (16:45):
Absolutely.
Um, so I maintain a WordPresssite called lens.
Lindsay loves Butan.
Um, it is where I record all ofmy, my yes, uh, dot net, um, is
a free, it is a WordPress site.

(17:07):
Um, and I believe paying for theinternet is a crime really.
But yes.
So I, I maintain this blog whereI discuss my work in Bhutan, um,
and my pursuits of happiness andI discuss the scream room and

(17:29):
the training.
Um, in-depth I believe actuallythe wheelchair or the.
Wheelbarrow.
Sorry.
There was also a wheelchairtraining.
Um, the wheel Barrow training isdescribed on the blog as well.

Eric (17:45):
sorry.
And I dunno if I'm on the rightsite, but I just there's there
there's a bunch of posts, butthey're all just what look like
audio wave forms, but they'renot like files you can click on
and listen to the

Lindsay (17:57):
Oh, oh, um, oh goodness.
I, um, yes, I keep an audiodiary.
Um, and I, you know, I can lookfor the files and try to provide
some if,

Eric (18:12):
so you do have the files.
Okay.

Lindsay (18:14):
um, potentially I I'll, I'll have to look and see, um,

Eric (18:20):
you have like some bullet points though?
Like we could send around andslack beforehand.

Thea (18:25):
I totally understand the apprehension.
And if we do need thetestimonial, I do have a
one-woman show based on myscreaming experience that I'm
happy to perform in some publicway.
Um, just to make people feelmore comfortable with this

(18:45):
experience and understand thejourney that we're going
through.

Lindsay (18:49):
um,

Kate (18:50):
Well, it's sorry.
It's just, it's the sameemployees who had hesitation
around the screaming room thatwere the same ones that actually
filed the complaints around yourlast one woman show.
So I'm not sure that that formatis the best for that.
They're on Matt's team, not topoint fingers,

Matt (19:13):
Hey.
Um, yeah.
And, um, I, I would like toclear the air here.
Um, I'm one of those people.
I, I definitely, in my mind, Ihad a very different, uh, I
guess, experience about whatthis training would entail
mostly.
to protect your voice, uh, whenyou're using it at high volume.

(19:34):
Um,

Kate (19:35):
right.

Matt (19:37):
I'm hearing a lot about w w what I'm going to describe as,
um, suffering, but I'm nothearing how this will help train
us to make better use of thescreening.

Thea (19:49):
Um, Matt, if I may, um, this is based on very deep
Buddhist values and the firstprinciple of Buddhism is life is
suffering.
Um, and it's only throughrecognizing that suffering that
we're able to really achievehappiness.
Uh, I'll remind you, that's thecore tenant of the creative
team.
And I get the sense that wemight be on odds here about the

(20:12):
process in which we all achievejoy in our lives.

Matt (20:16):
listen, I I'm no stranger to suffering in order to achieve
bodily harmony to improve one'sfitness.
Uh, I use the screaming.
When I, when I reserve itprimarily for Peloton and Alex
Tucson's, uh, core and strength,training classes, they're
brutal.
I mean, there's no part of youafterwards that doesn't feel

(20:38):
burned out and sore andembracing.
That is what makes Alex such ajoy to have as an instructor.
Um,

Thea (20:46):
Matt.
I feel like you just gave usjust such a fruitful little seed
right there.
And I think you understand thework we're doing here are ready.
Like you understand the pain andthe suffering that you are
getting in the end, thesatisfaction that you're
getting, all that screaming isdoing is doing that sonically.

(21:07):
It's

Lindsay (21:07):
it's true.

Thea (21:08):
really being able.
Yes, you know, through, throughyour vocal cords through sound.
I'm sorry, Lindsay, I don't meanto

Lindsay (21:16):
Oh, no.

Thea (21:17):
I'm just trying to translate between our two worlds
because sometimes that, that canbe difficult, you know?
Um,

Lindsay (21:25):
Yes.
I, I, I deeply appreciate that.
Califia and, and Matt, I, Ithink you for, for offering up
those words and, you know, Ijust, I would like to give you a
gift, um, that I was given myfirst year in Butan, a gift of.
If you will.

(21:45):
Uh, so Magna go long miss shoe.
It was given to me when I wasfirst in Bhutan and was working
through, um, some, some deepemotional issues.
Um, I was really strugglingwith, with.
You know, the placement of thefurniture and my new apartment.

(22:08):
It was, it was a very tryingtime.
And I was seeking a lot of inputand I was gifted this phrase,
um, that roughly translates to,um, when there are too many
carpenters, the door can not beerected.
And I think that this is animportant phrase for you.

(22:28):
All right now.
Um,

Kate (22:31):
okay.
Can you, sorry, can you say itagain?
I just missed it

Lindsay (22:34):
Yes, when there are too many carpenters, the door cannot
be erected.
Um, it is much more beautiful inthe song, high language of
Butan, but the crude translationwill work here.
And I think that this isvaluable in this situation to

(22:55):
say, you know, I understand thehesitancy CALSEIA did warn me.
That some members of yourcompany may be resistant to the
training methods.

Matt (23:08):
Okay.
I'm I'm willing to, to moveforward.
I'm.
As I said, in my earlier emails,I'm not going to.
Require this of my teams.
Um, I'm actually already gettingseveral requests for people to
be on call, uh, overnight duringthese nights so that they can,
uh, answer when servers go downor when we have other errors

(23:30):
that are causing issues forcustomers, uh, something they
usually really strongly avoid.
Um, and they're, they seem to beusing it as a way to get out of
this.
And frankly, I'm, I'm not goingto stop them, but I, I am with.
To sort of step back and see howthis.

Kate (23:49):
Okay.

Thea (23:50):
I, I deeply appreciate that.
Um, I'm sorry, Kate.
I didn't mean to disrupt yourvoice.

Kate (24:01):
it's.
Okay.
I was just trying to.
uh, communicate.
Um, I, we only have like 10minutes left, so maybe just an
idea, but Lindsay, maybe youcould like walk us through a
small exercise and maybe if welike experienced this magical
suffering,

Lindsay (24:21):
Yes,

Kate (24:21):
to better translate it to our teams.

Lindsay (24:24):
fabulous.
Fabulous.
I think this was a fabulousidea.
Okay.
So I think what we're going todo is we're just going to go
through, you know, one of ourmost basic warmups.
Um, so I want everyone to sortof sit back in your chair
comfortably and close your eyesfor just a moment.

Matt (24:45):
And sorry, we're we're not actually going to scream in
here.
Right?

Lindsay (24:49):
Oh good.

Matt (24:49):
is next to a lot of people where it's not rated for, for

Lindsay (24:52):
goodness.
Goodness.
No, I, I, with a group, this, this, um, untrained eye, we
would never even get toscreaming exercises until maybe
the 48 hour mark.
Um, we,

Matt (25:07):
okay.

Lindsay (25:08):
there's a lot of prep work that goes into.
Into the screaming training.
Okay.
I want everyone to close theireye.
I want you to just empty yourminds for a moment.
I want you to picture picturesof loudest thing that you know
of.

(25:29):
want you to picture the soundtruly, truly embodying.
Uh, beautiful.
And if you need to move orstretch into Nate, um, again, I
re I request that we all refrainfrom screaming, but other
intonation may be appropriate.

(25:52):
Now think, and let this loudsound truly fully occupy your
mind and your body.
Feel it.
Let it be the only thing thatyou can hear and now come to
arrest.
Beautiful.
You, you may open your eyes.

(26:15):
I, I would like to hear aboutyour experiences.
I think I would like healthierto, um, to start off.
Um, Kathy

Thea (26:23):
Yeah, of course.
Um, the sound that I heard wasthe screaming of my inner child,
having a tantrum, wanting to befree.
And the moment the trainingended, I was transported to a
place of nothing.
Where I was nothing.
The room was nothing.
This company was nothing, everything was nothing.

(26:46):
And I just breathe that inbefore coming back into a world
of substance.

Lindsay (26:55):
Kathy or you are an absolute inspiration.
Thank you for sharing.
Um,

Thea (27:01):
you, Vinci.

Lindsay (27:02):
Eric, I saw you also having a.
Uh, spiritual moment.
Would you care to share thesound that you thought of?

Eric (27:11):
Yeah, it was, it was, it was very strange.
I was transported forward toMarch of next year.

Lindsay (27:20):
Wow.

Eric (27:21):
And I was giving the keynote address at the 19th
annual Midwest supply chainmanagement conference in St.
Louis.

Lindsay (27:27):
This is

Eric (27:28):
And it was my voice that was resonating in, in the hall
talking about what we're doinghere.
And I just felt the voice comeout of me.
And I felt my hands moving and Ifelt it was very hard not to
say.

Lindsay (27:44):
Uh, wow.
Eric, I, that is incredible thatit shows a, an advanced mastery
of the screaming techniques.
And I, I am just so happy foryou.
I'm so happy for that journeyfor you.
or Matt, would you like to sharethe sound that you thought of?

Kate (28:07):
Yeah.
So I was, I was transported backto my childhood and, uh, it was
the sound of.
When you, when you slaughter achicken, um, and all the other
chickens in the coop are awarethat one of their family members
has been killed and they sort oferupt into this kind of
flocking, very

Lindsay (28:27):
yes.
Yes.

Kate (28:28):
melodic, but almost like percussionist style, uh,
squawking,

Matt (28:34):
cool.

Kate (28:34):
um,

Lindsay (28:36):
Yeah.
Yes.
Um, and what, what did thatbring, did that bring up
anything for you, Kate?

Kate (28:42):
um,

Eric (28:43):
Uh,

Kate (28:44):
paying pretty much, most of the emotions from my
childhood, I feel like areencompassed in that story.
Um,

Lindsay (28:52):
That's incredible.
It's incredible.
And I think we all are familiarwith the sound.
Um, thank you so much forsharing that.
Uh, and, and Matt, what aboutyou?

Matt (29:06):
um, well, my, my sound was, um, animal related as well.
Um, I thought of, uh, in theDepot.
The mantis shrimp uses a punchto stun its prey and, uh, or
enemies that attack it.
And it does so by, uh, punchingthe water in front of it so hard

(29:28):
that it flashed boils andcreates a cavity in the water.
And it can, it can create somuch for so much energy that
when that bubble collapses, there's sometimes even a flash
of light, uh, that, that scienceis still working to this day to
under.

Lindsay (29:44):
Wow.
Wow.
Incredible.
Um,

Kate (29:46):
that's called a Bantus shrimp.

Matt (29:49):
shrimp.

Thea (29:50):
Yeah.

Kate (29:50):
to get

Lindsay (29:50):
Incredible.
Um, that is, it is incredible

Matt (29:54):
You're going to want to reinforce the tank if, uh,

Kate (29:58):
okay.
I have a

Thea (29:59):
do punch,

Kate (30:01):
grade.
Oh, sorry.
Go ahead, Kelly.

Thea (30:03):
no, they do punch through aquarium shrimp.
You should ask John about it.

Kate (30:08):
Oh, great.
This is a topic first talkedabout.

Matt (30:15):
um,

Lindsay (30:15):
well,

Matt (30:16):
just took me to a place of realizing how limited human
understanding is and how vastand varied nature is in all of
this.

Lindsay (30:25):
That's a fascinating takeaway.
Um, and you know, I think hethink that with the right
screaming practice, you may beable to gain insights into the
world, um, that, you know, uh,our common science or what we
would call medicine.
I have not been able to achieve.

(30:47):
So I just thank you all for thatbeautiful exercise.
Um, that was truly wonderful.
Wonderful to experience.

Thea (30:55):
Thank you Lindsey for bringing your light.

Lindsay (31:01):
Absolutely.

Kate (31:02):
also really helpful.
We can.
Document that maybe not theexact examples.
Um, just because Eric, it hasn'tbeen announced yet that you're
actually going to be a speakerat the Midwest annual

Lindsay (31:14):
ah, Hmm.

Kate (31:17):
Well, I mean, we have to wrap up pretty soon, Lindsay,
but anything final you want toleave us with?
I think you're scheduled to comein.
We're starting what?
Eight 30 tomorrow.

Lindsay (31:27):
Yes, that would be, um, I believe I had requested 3:00
AM, but I was shot down.

Matt (31:34):
The at the building, doesn't let us open that.

Lindsay (31:37):
yes.
So I suppose eight 30.
We'll do, um, I request thateveryone come hydrated.

Matt (31:45):
Oh yeah.
Uh, what about food?
We're going to be in here fortwo to three.

Lindsay (31:49):
Yes again, I'm in a more advanced training.
Your spiritual energy wouldsustain you.
Um, but Califia has informed methat again, we are, are not at
that place.
Um, so,

Matt (32:05):
got folks on my team who, you know, have they, they have
blood sugar issues, so they, they need to run.

Lindsay (32:13):
uh,

Thea (32:14):
Totally heard and understand we are going to
provide catering, um, for theevent so that we can have lunch.
Um, and also as an additionalincentive to some folks who
leave reviews of one women show.
You know, who, who don't feelonboard for this practice?

(32:35):
Um, we are, the marketing teamis covering it.
It is from deans, uh, aseverybody knows the most
prominent restaurant in town,um, and particularly the number
one grub hub order from certainteams.
So, um,

Lindsay (32:56):
Yes.

Thea (32:57):
take that information as you may.

Lindsay (32:59):
yes, I.

Kate (33:00):
glad we collect all that data on our employees

Lindsay (33:05):
I would normally find the provision of food to be an
affront, to the screamingpractice.
Um, but Califia has assured methat this will enhanced the
participation.
So I have made the exception.

Thea (33:21):
and we are, and I just wanna make sure.
Uh, Kate you're aware of this, that we are using the lactation
room to put Lindsey in while weare eating.
Um, so she can be blind, folded, folded, and in complete darkness
while we are eating.
So it doesn't disrupt herability to teach.

Lindsay (33:42):
Yes.
Absolutely.
Thank you.
Califia for that.

Kate (33:47):
okay.
Well, have any lactating mothersright now, but in the future,
just keep me posted as you did.
Well, okay, Lindsey, thank youso much.
Uh, if you need anything else inthe next day, you know where to
find us, we all have officeswith our names on them and yeah,

(34:09):
I guess we'll see you bright andearly tomorrow or early

Matt (34:13):
Some of us well,

Lindsay (34:15):
I am.
I am looking forward to thisimmensely.
Thank you all for being so opento this life-changing
experience.
