Not everyone has had the opportunity to experience every style of reception  so we used this episode to get you acquainted with all of them. Making the decision of the style of service should be at least considered at the very beginning of your planning because of the varied costs, the space and time limitations and the formality of your event.
Here are the styles of service:

• Plated (Signature or choice of entree)
• Buffet

• Cocktail Style
• Alternative (Small Plate and hybrid)
• Family Style
