What does "growth" mean to you?

I'd like you to take a moment to reflect how you have grown over the last year.

Here in Australia, it's spring - the season of growth. We're surrounded by things bursting into life, sprouting, blooming, growing little by little each day.

This month I encourage you to look for the ways to find growth in your own life.

Growth doesn't have to be extreme, it can be small and incremental. Every little change compounds into something greater over time.

Personal growth is an essential part of living a fulfilling and meaningful life. It’s the ongoing process of developing our abilities, expanding our knowledge, and evolving as individuals. Growth can manifest in many areas—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and professionally—transforming how we think, act, and perceive the world around us. Whether you’re seeking to break free from old habits, embrace new challenges, or discover your true potential, finding growth in your life is both a rewarding and empowering journey.

In this episode, I’ll be sharing some of my favourite strategies for finding growth in our lives.
