Millions left jobs and the study found that 80 percent regret the decision. Mental health, work/life balance, and more suffered. Businesses can gain ground, especially those needing employees, if they refocus their internal processes to enhance reviews, use this to teach about the value of loyalty, and grasp boomeranging.
