(01:52):
Thank you for being with us,
Speaker 2 (01:53):
Denise.
It's my deepest joy and such aprivilege to be here with you.
Thank you for having me, andthank you for.
Incredibly magical work that youdo.
You're beyond magical.
Speaker (02:06):
Thank you.
Thank you.
I always love to just beginbecause a, a lot of our
listeners may not know yourstory, so could you give us the
Kohls notes version of yourstory, and how did you get to
being into this arena?
(02:27):
Transformation, mindset,manifestation, all the good
stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
I love this question.
It never gets boring, althoughit's never about me.
I'll make it a Kohl's note ofKohl's notes, just, uh, so that
we can dive deeper.
Um, this is all I've ever wantedto do, Denise, uh, from
childhood.
Of course, I didn't know what acoach was, but I wanted to get
on the stages and rah rah peopleand motivate them to live their
best lives and inspire them tolive their best lives.
(02:56):
Been a lover of humanity eversince I can remember.
I'm getting goosebumps as yousay that, and I just loved
meeting you from day zero, as Isaid off, uh, off the recording.
So I wanna go on the record tosay it, and, uh, I never
believed in myself like so manyof us and everything that you
mentioned there in my bio, youmake me look so good that
everything that I get to teachright now.
(03:18):
Ironically, I've, I've struggledwith most of it, if not all of
it.
So, um, mainly belief of self.
Never had it.
Uh, so I went from job to job, from business to business until
I finally realized my owndivinity.
And, uh, I'm so freakingprivileged and honored that I
get to, to touch our human racethrough your brilliant podcast
(03:39):
and other ways to just spreadthe love.
Speaker (03:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
You know, wake people
up to who they truly are.
This universe is God's highestform of creation, A spark of
divinity, truly.
So thanks for mentioning that.
Yes, that's, that's the Kohl'snote.
Speaker (03:56):
Love it.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
Yes.
Speaker (03:58):
And you know what, what
you just shared I think is.
Absolutely gold in that it issomething that has been deep
within you since childhood.
And I find that as, um, I'm, Idon't know tons about human
design, but I do know that I ama reflect.
(04:20):
So what I do is I support peopleto see what is really deep,
deep, deep within them.
That has been there since thebeginning of time, as it were.
And so what you just shared, howyou as a child had that.
In you.
It never left.
(04:40):
It was all part of your celldevelopment, and isn't it
beautiful how it's come not onlyfull circle, but now the ripple
effect is magnified likemillions.
You are impacting.
As you billions, I hope soon
Speaker 2 (04:59):
billions is my, my
life's work.
This is what I really want todo.
So, so thank you for having meand you know, allowing me the
privilege to share my, it's myprivilege and my gift and my
responsibility truly.
Yeah.
Oh,
Speaker (05:14):
and I, I love that too.
We talked before we jumped on torecord about the responsibility
piece, and I think you and Itake that.
Very, very seriously and toheart.
And so it's not about where canwe go with this?
It's about whom can we supportthrough our belief system.
(05:39):
Right.
Speaker 2 (05:41):
Service is life.
There's nothing beyond that.
You realize, you know, you takethe time, you go to the beach,
how many days can you lie there, just, you know, twiddling your
thumbs and it's beautiful andit's great and I don't want to
diminish it In our life, ofcourse, our purpose is to, the
only thing we can really takewith us, Denise, is who we've
become.
And that's the only thing thatwe can leave behind.
(06:02):
There's nothing else.
We can't take any of our lovedones, any of the money, any of
anything.
And so that is my goal is to.
Die empty, having become themost magnificent version of
myself, and then having touchedas many lives as possible, God
willing, in the billions, um,that their conscious awareness
is, is, is, you know, raised sothat they can get to live the
(06:26):
freedom that is our divinebirthright.
In my humble opinion.
Yes.
Speaker (06:31):
I love that.
That's ama amazing, but notsurprising based on everything
that you bring to the table andmore, um, you talk about
people's potential and divinebirthright.
Yeah.
Um.
Mind, Jim, I mentioned it in thebeginning of my intro.
(06:53):
For the woman who is ready topossibly live their own quantum
life, yeah.
Let's say, yeah.
What would be a foundationaltruth that you think that they
must embody before anything elsecan expand for them?
Is there anything?
Speaker 2 (07:12):
Yes.
Yes.
Well, I love this question, andDenise, I would say.
Everyone, everyone is ready.
Even though we don't think weare ready, we're ready in, in,
in a sense that we know, likeour work.
I used to think that I'mteaching you something.
I'm not teaching you anything.
You know, most of what I teachbecause it will resonate with
the essence of who you are.
(07:33):
Like, I'm getting goosebumps asI say this, and I've said it how
many times?
A gazillion times.
It never gets old, right?
So step number one with, with.
Anything before we embody is toknow what we want.
So I shared in my bio and Imade, uh, excuse me in my, um,
why I chose this career path isbecause this is what I want to
(07:53):
do, but I didn't, uh, share.
The other part is because I'mgoing to share it right now, is
what, um, I thought I wanted todo was to rah rah people.
And Zig Ziglar has said, you canrah rah people, but motivation
doesn't like.
Just, it doesn't last just likebathing.
Gotta do it daily.
So there is, because of myextremely naturally bubbly and
(08:14):
loud personality and
Speaker (08:15):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
Desire to, you know,
transform lives and to be this,
um, humbled servant and guide onplanet Earth in the 3D is, uh,
there is an aspect of that inwhat I do in the mind gyms.
Inspirational, motivational, butwhat I got from one of my
mentors, Bob Proctor, who passedaway, he was in the movie The
Secret, right?
He's Canadian and he Right.
(08:37):
Three years ago he passed away.
When I got what I got from him, that's the message I wanna.
Uh, like, make sure everyone inthe world gets, and that's what
I'm going to share right now ishe said, the only prerequisite
to having it all is knowing whatwe want.
And there's a big caveat.
We don't get what we want.
We get who we're being.
(08:58):
And I'm like, what?
How many of us grew up thinkingthat really, I just need to know
what I want?
So I would invite any of theprecious, um, souls listening in
is to, the first step is towrite your vision.
And make it juicy.
And then just when you thinkit's, it's, it's super juicy.
Make it the juiciest you can.
All we're doing is we'reco-authoring our life, Denise,
(09:19):
taking pen to paper andliterally writing down, and I
can simplify it if you'd like.
And, uh, if you have morequestions about it is, um, write
down.
A couple of pages of what yourvision is about your life.
Mm-hmm.
From the time you wake up to thetime you go to sleep, how do you
wanna feel?
Who do you wanna impact?
What contribution do you wannamake?
What's your job?
(09:40):
If you have a job, what are yourbusinesses, if you'd like
businesses, what um, legacy areyou leaving behind your travels,
your toys, everything.
Everything right?
And then.
That's part one.
That's knowing what we want.
We don't get that.
Now, step two is the self-image.
That's the biggest thing.
That's the missing link.
In in, in the secret.
It wasn't mentioned.
(10:00):
It was like, just sit there andit'll come.
Think about it.
Yes, we do become what we thinkabout predominantly, and step
one is knowing what we want, crystal clarity.
So I would invite whether you'rethriving in your life or you've
just tuned in and you'reliterally.
Underground in, in suffering andpain because it really requires
(10:21):
a lot to be a human being.
We discuss it a little bitbefore you hit record, and I
wanna be upfront about that.
And life will become more andmore magic and miracles, uh uh,
every single day once we do thatwork.
So the first step is to knowwhat we want.
Put it on paper.
The second step is, well, whatversion of meat?
Who already exists, by the way,not right.
(10:43):
We're not becoming a differentperson.
I call all of my precious, beloved clients.
They're my peak performers.
They're like my kitty poos.
I call them, um, David, andthat's Michelangelo's David.
Um, right.
Whether you're a man or a woman,we can put DaVita there.
Right?
So it's, you are Michaelangeloand you are David in that all
(11:03):
we're doing is.
Chipping away the layers of thelies of the shackles, of the
programming, the conditioning, awhole, that is not true, right?
So that you can unleash into theversion, and that is you write a
short paragraph on your, uh, of,of your self image.
So the self-image is also knownas.
Self-concept or identity forwhoever's listening in.
(11:24):
And it can be a short paragraphof I am statements of who you
truly are not.
Speaker (11:29):
Mm-hmm.
Speaker 2 (11:29):
The lie that they
told us we are.
Right.
And then through repetition ofboth the subconscious
programming.
Things will, even if we don't doit like I did, hadn't written a
vision because I didn't knowuntil I had met my mentor.
But there one thing led to theother.
It was right before COVID.
I made one powerful decision toretire from real estate.
I was a realtor in Toronto atthe time, and the number one re
(11:53):
max Realty that happens to be aCanadian.
Toronto Real filled up all of mycoaching spots during COVID.
So that is the power of knowingwhat you want.
So that is what I would inviteif that answers that first bit
of, yeah,
Speaker (12:09):
yeah, yeah.
Do you find that when people dothis work, so they make the
list, they imagine, they see theimagery.
Do they block themselves fromreceiving?
She's shaking her head yes.
(12:29):
For those of you who are notwatching through the YouTube
channel and listening on thepodcast, of course she closed
her eyes, smiled and shook herhead.
Yes.
Because I think you've talkedabout it.
We're conditioned, we'retrained, we are, um, throughout
our lifespan.
Here's your goal.
(12:50):
It's not your goal.
Here's the goal.
Everybody goes to meet and we hahow do then we actually start to
receive because we don't see itright away, or we don't feel it
right away.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
Yeah.
Without being in coaching.
You mean like someone listening?
Speaker (13:10):
Yeah.
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
Then it would be the
one word that I, I shared, um,
during my masterclass this week, and I shared it with my, my
groups.
My Daily Mind gym is Yeah, repetition now.
My ego.
All it's interested in, by theway.
Eating, drinking, sleeping,eating, drinking, partying.
I don't drink anymore, by theway.
Uh,
Speaker (13:29):
yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Alcohol.
That is, but, but that's allit's truly interested in, like
my humanity.
And when we get, it's like pinchme.
We have an, we have another daythat we get to make a
contribution to jump on thecourt and swing full out and be
of service to our mankind.
It's through repetition.
So our work, uh, Denise, whethersomeone isn't coaching or not,
(13:50):
would be then to repeat, just.
The same way we learned how towalk.
We never tell our kid, Hey, ittook you a bit too long, or you
fell a couple of times.
Too many, right?
We would never dare.
Right?
Is same way we wrote.
Let's say we learned how to ridethe bike when we were five.
We'd be 105.
We're still gonna know howbecause of the subconscious
programming, which we learnedthrough repetition.
(14:12):
Exact same way we get to theoffice.
If, if anyone listening in isstill drives to the office.
Right.
Or their neighborhood, Starbucksor cafe.
Right.
Our work is through repeatingthis and I'll give some hacks,
if that's okay, on how they canrepeat it.
Yeah,
Speaker (14:26):
absolutely.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
Yeah.
Yeah.
Through, through repeating theirvision and self-image.
That's it.
It has to come to pass it.
Uh, this is God, and I use theword by the way, interchangeably
with
Speaker (14:37):
Sure.
Speaker 2 (14:38):
Universe, infinite
intelligence, higher power,
whatever, so that no one isstopped, whatever your belief
is, right?
Yeah.
And so if God put that desire inus.
It's our job to bring it topass.
So he planted the seed and it'sour job now to become that
individual and the becomingtruly isn't becoming anyone.
(15:00):
As I said, you are already herwith a capital H, him with a
capital H.
It's unbecoming.
All of the lies, the shackleslove that.
So that we can be become theawareness that, wow, I am truly
'cause like I loathed myself allmy life, but I'm so unaware that
I didn't even.
No.
Until the work.
Right,
Speaker (15:20):
right.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
That's why I shook my
head, by the way.
'cause I'm too familiar with thequestion you asked, although I
haven't been asked that before,so thank you.
It was like, yeah, we get in ourway because at the core, most of
us, I never say also that I'maccurate.
Most of us have a version of,I'm not enough, or I'm not
deserving.
Or I'm not lovable as.
Yes.
So of course I'm going to get inmy way because 95 to 98% of my
(15:46):
results and my actions arecoming from my subconscious.
What we get to do, Denise, through repeating the vision
every day that ends with theday, the, uh, the, uh,
self-image every day that endswith the days.
Yeah, that's a two things.
Can't occupy the same space aswe're filling.
Our, our subconscious minds withlove, with, with abundance, with
(16:06):
prosperity, with who we trulyare.
Freedom, ease, joy.
Now there's no room for for therest, and love that by law, this
must come to pass becausewhatever we focus on expands.
Thank
Speaker (16:18):
you.
Right?
Absolutely.
Yes.
There's an ad on TV right nowthat's talking exactly about
that.
I think it's a Ford commercialand it's about whatever you
think it will become.
Yes.
So if you think you can run thatrace and make it to the finish
line, it will happen.
If you think you can't, youcan't.
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Yes.
Yes, yes.
Right.
And consciously, so many of usknow how great we are, but
unfortunately, the results fromthe conscious are only two to
5%.
That's why repetition is key.
And the work is the same way youget to your neighborhood cafe
without even thinking how youdrove there on autopilot.
The work here throughrepetition, day in, day out, and
(17:01):
I'll give some tools on how todo that.
Uh, you will get there withoutknowing because you didn't have
to do it.
The subconscious went to work.
For you, which is fantastic.
And uh, before we jump to thenext question, Denise, most
unfortunately are using thesubconscious as their master.
We wanna use it as our, as asour servant because it's a
(17:23):
beautiful servant, but it's anawful, awful master.
Speaker (17:27):
So is that within our
capacity to make that happen?
Speaker 2 (17:33):
Yes, thankfully.
Yes.
Yes.
And I'm gonna go through as manyas you like hacks on how to do
it.
Yes.
Speaker (17:39):
Yeah, yeah.
Go.
Speaker 2 (17:42):
You're right.
I love,
Speaker (17:44):
I know the listeners
are on the edge of their seat
going, gimme the hacksgirlfriend,
Speaker 2 (17:48):
please.
Yes.
So please speak to yourself inthe present tense.
The subconscious onlyunderstands the present tense,
so not I will not, I wish I am.
And we've seen like memes and,uh, we've seen, um, posts on
social that says whatever yousay in the link, English
language, after I am, youbecome.
In any language, literally youbecome whatever you say now,
(18:10):
it's also the emotional mind,it's the body and yes, thank
you.
Thank you.
You're so welcome.
So we must feel when we say itright?
Uh, so that is, that is that nowwe.
Two things.
Just like we can't just go tothe gym and that's why I call my
programs the Mind gym.
We can't, I can't just, I saw mytrainer this morning, go and see
(18:31):
him for the hour and then dowhatever else I wanna do for the
other 24.
Right?
Or see him, let's say, and do mycardio on, on other days, but
then eat whatever.
Or let's say I'm eating clean,I'm exercising, I'm seeing the
trainer, I'm doing my own thing,I'm getting my steps in.
I'm not getting enough sleep, orI don't, you know, I'm stressed
out, right?
(18:52):
Like many, many areunfortunately these days because
of the, the lies that theyprogrammed into us and what they
made, uh, if, if there's achance to discuss.
So from there, Denise, what wewanna do is.
First thing in the morning andlasting at night.
First of all, the subconsciousis never sleeping.
It's a awake 24 7.
Right?
Speaker (19:12):
Ooh, that's important.
Say that again.
Say that
Speaker 2 (19:15):
again.
Subconscious is awake 24 7.
Okay.
And what's so great about that?
So we wanna speak very kindly toourselves.
So when I mentioned the gym isbecause it's not just what
you're doing, it's also whatyou're not doing.
So Right.
And thankfully two things can'toccupy the same space.
So we're, when we're speakingkindly to ourselves.
We're not speaking in a way thatdoesn't work.
(19:38):
Right.
So,
Speaker (19:38):
right.
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Uh, so, and it
doesn't understand jokes like I
was the queen of dereself-deprecation.
I, I cracked a joke at myexpense every millisecond.
I'm still undoing that work, bythe way, after years.
Speaker (19:51):
Thank you.
Because I thought it was fun.
Thank you for sharing that.
Because sometimes people c wouldcome on the show and they're
like, but I don't have it alltogether.
It looks like I do, but I'mstill in.
A learning in process, so thankyou for that.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
Till my last breath
till.
Thank you.
You're so welcome.
Till my last breath.
I mean, uh, um, yes, absolutely100%.
Uh, Deni.
So, so present tense, doesn'tunderstand jokes, the emotional
mind.
There are so many other things, but this is the key because we
wanna speak with emotion.
So if.
Based on that.
If you do it in front of themirror, your affirmations, it's
(20:28):
way more powerful.
That's another hack, becauseyou're literally looking at the
window of your soul.
They say that's yoursubconscious, right?
Mm-hmm.
Um, if you add music that youlove, high frequency music, high
vibe music, right?
Not something that is upsettingus.
That will elevate the emotion aswell.
Mm-hmm.
You can do it during movement,if that works for you.
(20:48):
If it doesn't, chuck what I'msaying.
Right.
Obviously in happy places likewater is my happy place.
Well one of many happy places, right?
So wherever brings, brings upyour vibes.
But the subconscious not only isawake 24 7, it's at its most
awake also.
First thing in the morning andlasting at night when we're at
our grogg ist.
(21:10):
Okay.
And what do most do?
We wake up and we're like, ah,we look at the alarm, didn't get
enough hours or asleep, or rightbefore going to bed.
Uh, we, we would've done 10gazillion different magnificent
things that day.
One thing wasn't working.
That's what we're thinking to.
So basically for the super busy, precious soul listening in
(21:31):
Denise, nothing to do lasting atnight.
If you're going to sleep evenfive hours, you're subconscious.
Make sure you say the biggestprayer.
It's from Neville Goddard.
I love it.
I teach it every day, is to saythank you.
Yeah.
So instead of going through thea hundred things that.
We did well, we don't, weusually are in complaint of what
didn't go well.
(21:52):
Say thank you, and when do wesay thank you?
Mm-hmm.
When we receive a gift or acompliment or our manifestation
materializing the 3D.
Right?
So thank you and vitamin G atthat gratitude all day, every
day is one of the best hacks to.
Receive everything that we want,right?
Um, and repetition is key.
So again, for whoever's superbusy and I still don't have, I
(22:15):
haven't even reached out to thisapp, I'm gonna recommend it.
It doesn't have to be this app.
I don't have stocks and I'm notan affiliate.
And it's gonna be six years, like eight, like almost a decade
doing it for free.
But six years officially sinceCOVID that I'm supercharged was
born, I've been recommending it.
Uh, it's called Think Up.
So what you do is.
You write the vision once.
(22:35):
You record it once, but thenyou're listening to it
throughout the day in thebackground, while you're
cooking, while you're jogging,while you're out for a walk,
while you're playing with thekids.
And then the subconscious ishearing it all.
Speaker (22:47):
Right?
Right.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
So these are ways of
just making things.
You know, work for you while youare not really having to do much
of it.
Now, if you wanna take it to thenext level, you can read it in
front of the mirror, you canmemorize it and emotionalize it
in front of the mirror.
You can write it every day.
You can write it 10 times in themorning, 10 times I night.
Like different.
(23:08):
We can keep adding, but theseare main things that if we.
Just were to start beingself-loving, compassionate, and
kind to ourselves, and startwith those positive affirmations
they would day and night.
Speaker (23:23):
And you would
absolutely listeners do this for
you by you because of you, notfor any other reason, which is
the foundation of our podcast, thrive after 45.
Which is taking away all thenegative aspects about giving
(23:44):
back to yourself.
Mm-hmm.
And what Suzanne is talkingabout are real concrete actions
that you can take.
Upon listening and the everafter, and they're very simple
to do.
They're not like, oh, no, now Ineed to go and read this book,
and that's gonna take me sevenweeks and take the, she's given
(24:07):
you steps.
You can actually start thisjourney today.
Speaker 2 (24:12):
Yes.
Yes.
And
Speaker (24:14):
all of, and you owe it
to yourself, right?
Yeah.
Go ahead.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
A hundred percent.
Sorry.
No, I thought you were done.
Go ahead, Denise, please.
Thank you.
Speaker (24:23):
We get so jazzed up
behind here talking about all
the incredible things that areavailable for you by you because
of you, and like Suzanne said.
Make that decision.
That's all she did.
She made a decision andeverything changed for her as a
result of that decision.
And it's very interesting to mefrom the very initial
(24:47):
conversation that we started theshow with, that this has always
been deep within yourselves.
Since childhood, and I thinkthat is one of the amazing
pieces of our growth journey aswe continue this wonderful
opportunity to live life to itsfullest every day.
Is that anything that seems likeit's too far out there?
(25:13):
Take a really good look.
Deep inside because it's reallynot that far out there.
It's really a part of your humanquality that you've forgotten
about over the years, right?
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
Yes.
Yes.
100%.
Speaker (25:30):
So good.
So good.
Yes.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
Yes.
And the magic is within you, uh,Denise, within the precious
listener.
It's not in the next book, thenext course, the next.
It's all within.
And that's why I say we're notbecoming anyone new.
We're unbecoming all of thelies, all of the conditioning,
so that we can become theawareness of.
The magic within.
(25:53):
But as you said, there are sucheasy steps I'm giving, and
what's unfortunately, easy to dois also easy not to do.
Yeah.
And that's why if we're notdoing it, I, yeah, I urge you
to, because there's magicwritten for you.
Freedom is your divinebirthright and it isn't free.
There's inner work involved andthe decision is ours.
I love that you used that wordand you caught that because
(26:15):
that's the third step.
So the number step number one isknowing what we want.
Step number two is, uh, creatingour self-image, repeating both
on think up every single day.
And step number three isdecision.
And we're all one decision awayfrom a completely different
life.
And it could be literally thedecision of just putting pen to
paper, right?
Speaker (26:34):
Yeah.
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
You know, going
around the block for five
minutes.
If an hour is too much, youknow, absolutely breath.
I realize how much mine isshallow even though I teach this
stuff.
Right?
It's like, okay, slow down.
Right?
Speaker (26:49):
Yeah.
And And isn't it amazing thatwhen you get into this, these
next steps that you get to playwith and explore?
Because that's how I like tocome into it, because I think
curiosity and play are missingin our world, in our own self.
And when we come at it throughthat lens that.
(27:10):
Fear that stress that unknowingsubsides and allows us to just
go, well, what do I have tolose?
Nothing.
So go ahead and make thosesimple changes.
Like you say, they can be hard, but they can also be easy to
ignore.
They're easy to do, but they'realso easy to ignore.
(27:32):
And you get, you get real withyourself throughout the journey,
and you start to discover thingsthat you didn't even know.
Where possible and things startsh showing up for you.
Like Suzanne showed up in myinbox and I'm like, sure.
And we had a conversation andI'm like.
What?
Of course, let's have thisconversation go out worldwide
(27:55):
because it's necessary, right?
Everybody wins when we dosomething for ourselves, by
ourselves because of ourselves.
Ev.
The ripple effect is huge, and Ilove that you are in service,
but the bigger ball is that youare in service to yourself
first.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
That's a must.
Speaker (28:17):
Right.
Yeah,
Speaker 2 (28:18):
that's, that's that.
Listen, otherwise it'sinauthentic.
We can't pour from an empty cup.
And that is, I love that youcaught that.
There would be no way, first ofall, I can't love you if I don't
love myself.
Right.
Like, how can you give?
Right.
And I love what you said thereabout the play and the
curiosity.
That's key.
And I, I realize I haven't beencurious for most of my life.
(28:39):
Prior to the work because ofthe, one of the biggest lies
that I had bought into of sayingCuriosity killed the cat.
And I realize now as I'm wakingup every day how many lies we
were taught.
So thank you for reminding me.
Life is a game.
The world is our playground, andit is our work to, to literally
play and not take anythingseriously.
Spoiler alert, we already knowabout the final chapter.
Speaker (29:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
We don't know about
when it is, but we know it's
coming right.
It's our duty responsibility andprivilege to serve our mankind,
but we can't serve if we don'tserve ourselves first and
foremost.
That isn't coming from anarcissistic place.
Of course.
It's coming from pure, purelove.
Right.
Yeah.
And I love what you said there, that they have nothing to lose,
(29:23):
but they have everything to losewhen they don't do the work.
Speaker (29:25):
Yeah,
Speaker 2 (29:25):
and everything to
gain when they do.
Yeah, that's huge.
Distinct.
Right.
So thank you for reminding meabout that.
I, I knew it.
I told you off camera.
I'm like, oh man, I feel likeI've met you.
That's, that I couldn't put inwords like I loved obviously
your en I love your energy andyeah, thank you.
Thank you for that, forreminding you Absolutely.
(29:47):
Of reminding us.
Yeah,
Speaker (29:48):
absolutely.
Absolutely.
And.
As we wrap up,'cause I know we cwe can go on and on and I, I'm
very, um, cognizant of people'stime, yours included as our
listeners.
And, uh, is there anything thatyou would love to share with our
audience before we say, um, ourgoodbyes?
Speaker 2 (30:12):
My goodness, there's
so much to say.
I should come back for roundtwo, round three because I am, I
have the time.
I just wanna be my, you know.
Yes.
Um.
You're, if you're hit 45 or 50,you're literally just getting
started data girl.
Speaker (30:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
I, I think it's one
of the biggest lies, and I was
telling Denise right before westarted today, um, that I had
actually bought into that.
I'm so grateful.
I can't believe, first of all,that I believe that after 50
life went downhill and, and ofcourse I can believe it if we
think about it.
That's what we've been taught, like many of the other lies.
So for you to know that not onlyare you just getting started,
(30:50):
you're just starting to scratchthe surface of what's possible.
You are way more powerful, waymore unstoppable than anyone in
their twenties or thirties oreven early forties can be
because this is it.
This is your time to shine andany other story is a big LIE big
lie.
(31:11):
So use the 20, 30 yearsexperience.
To actually unleash and, andstart.
And if you do feel a certainway, like I've had clients who,
let's say they were 39 goinginto 40, and they're like,
mm-hmm.
Oh, but Susan, we're getting, you know, our body's changing.
Men.
Men.
Or like, I'm getting aches andpains or this or that.
I'm like, no, no, that's theconditioning and it's all gone.
(31:34):
So yes, you may be feeling it.
I'm not denying that.
That may be your reality in the3D, but there's so much
collective consciousness andthere's so many lies around
aging and what we must be andage is truly a number, and yet,
and we literally start thriving.
That's why I love, love, lovewhat you're doing, and I love
who you are and the name of yourpodcast.
(31:56):
So.
A privilege being here.
You're magical.
Remember that.
And the magic is just beginningto be unleashed.
45.
Uh, plus.
Speaker (32:06):
Thank you.
That's awesome.
What a pleasure sharing time andspace and conversation with you
today, Suzanne.
Such a light.
Such a light
Speaker 2 (32:19):
to know one.
Thank you so much for having me.
Speaker (32:21):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (32:22):
Let's start with the
vision.
Yes.
Speaker (32:25):
Love it.
Love it.
If you don't have the vision, you have no roadmap.
You can't create anything.
It's just a mess.
Um, it doesn't mean it's notgonna be messy.
As you create, keep, get to thatvision as you keep expanding and
keep using and repeating as youmentioned.
But if you have no vision, it'slike.
(32:46):
Every day's.
A who knows, right?
It, it just, it doesn't providethat direction that your soul
is, is needing and requiring.
Right?
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
Yes.
Yes.
It's gonna be a version ofGroundhog Day every day.
Yeah,
Speaker (33:02):
yeah,
Speaker 2 (33:02):
yeah.
Without, exactly.
Yeah.
So we wanna be creating ourlives co-authoring it by design
instead of by default, which iswhat I teach, so.
Speaker (33:10):
Love that.
Speaker 2 (33:10):
Thanks for mentioning
that, Denise.
Speaker (33:12):
Love it.
Thank you for your time.
