Kristen Swinehart is seriously redefining what it means to follow a truly unique path.

You know that feeling when you realize you're completely out of alignment? Kristen did too.

She walked away from practicing law, became a flight attendant, and stepped fully into her calling as a gifted channeler known as The Flying Medium

Imagine serving up soft drinks one minute and channeling spirit the next....it’s incredible!

The part that blew me away is how fast she’s expanding! In just a couple of months, she started training to be a pilot, is launching a new mentorship, prepping her first book release, and...

...wait for it...

...unveiling her very own wine label!!

She's calling the wine her "luxury door opener" because it creates a conversation starter where mediumship might not.

Her plan is to do "book and bottle" launch parties, and honestly, it’s a brilliant idea.

We had a deep, open-hearted talk about how all these seemingly different things...

...flying planes, channeling spirit, and launching a wine label...

...are actually interwoven when you’re in total alignment.

Wanna know her secret?

Leaning into the things that feel fun, because that fun is the key that unlocks everything else.

If you’ve ever felt like an outsider, hated a job you thought you should do, or wondered how to get the universe to speed up your dreams, this episode is a must-listen.

Kristen’s journey is proof that when you trust your intuitive whispers and raise your vibration, things can start shifting incredibly fast.

We also dove into:

  • How to go from feeling stuck and uncertain to clear, connected, and empowered.
  • What it means to intentionally live an elevated, luxurious, soul-led lifestyle while doing deep spiritual work.
  • The simple practice she uses to keep the negative human voice from interfering.
  • Why sometimes those difficult life lessons keep showing up until you finally pay attention.

Honestly, this conversation is a huge permission slip to follow those little nudges inside you.

It can start small, but you truly don't know what's possible until you take that first step.

Today's guest embodies what itmeans to live courageously,
follow synchronicities and weavea life that blends purpose with
possibility.
It is such an honor and aprivilege to welcome back and
introduce Kristen Swinehart toour show today.
I looked up my notes and Kristenwas on my YouTube channel.

(01:07):
I had her as a guest.
Back in May of 2023, and when Ishared that before we came on
live, we both went what?
It's been that long because Iwas shocked too.
I thought it was, oh, it's maybea year.
Time flies people so.
Let this be lesson number one.
Take each day as we get it.
Kristen's path has been anythingbut ordinary from practicing law

(01:32):
to flying the skies as a flightattendant ultimately stepping
fully into her calling.
As a gifted medium, Kristen haswalked through reinvention with
grace and fierce trust along theway, she's navigated deep
personal loss, embraced theunknown, and allowed spirit to

(01:54):
guide her to toward alignmentand meaning.
Known as the Flying Medium.
Kristin is a channel author andthe founder of Avira, a space
where luxury travel andspiritual connection meet for
more than six years.
She's helped over a thousandspiritual seekers move from

(02:14):
stuck and uncertain to clear, connected, and empowered.
Whether through privatesessions, group events, or her
speaking engagements, Kristen'swork ripples far beyond the
people she meets directlyigniting that intuition and
healing across.
Countless lives.
What makes her story even moreextraordinary is she continues

(02:38):
to expand her horizons, literally as she trains to
become a pilot.
Launches her new mentorshipprogram prepares for the release
of her upcoming book evenunveils her very own wine label.
Kristen is creating experiencesthat are as elevated as they are

(02:59):
soul led.
I cannot wait for you to hearher wisdom, her stories, and her
vision for what's next.
Kristen, welcome to Thrive after45.
Wow.
Thank you, Denise.
That was quite the introduction, and I haven't actually heard, I
haven't been, you're the firstperson to interview me since all
of those things have cometogether, so to listen to it was

(03:19):
like, whoa.
Who's she talking about?
Oh.
Oh my God.
That's me.
So thank you.
Well, it's, I, I am absolutelyamazed because two years is a
long time, but I'm also lookingat it going, but it wasn't that
long ago, and I know I watch herstories all the time on ig and
I'm like, she's doing what?

(03:41):
What?
And eventually I'm like, I haveto reach out and say, Kristen, I
think we need to reconnectbecause there are.
Things that are shifting in yourworld very rapidly, is that
fairly new for you or is thatsomething that you've
experienced over time?
So I would say that when I'm inalignment, and I think that this

(04:03):
is true really for most people,is that when you're in
alignment, things can happenreally quickly if you allow them
to happen very quickly.
I mean, certainly we can slow itdown like, oh no, no, I'm not
ready, or you know, and when youreally feel, or I should say,
when I really feel like analignment, it's like, yeah,
let's do this.
The faster we can do this, thebetter.
And so really the book and thewine and even just flying.

(04:24):
So I started flying lessons acouple months ago and.
This is the thing that I've beenwanting to do for so long.
But I realized that when Istepped into that, it's when
these other opportunities showedup too.
So once I started flying, thenthe wine opportunity showed up
and then the book, and this hasbeen like we're talking like
just a couple months that allthat has happened, or even like
weeks.

(04:44):
And so it happened so fast.
I'm like, oh my gosh.
And then I'm like, I can'tbelieve I'm adding one more
thing onto my plate.
And I sometimes work better whenI have lots of things going on.
And this isn't.
All separate lanes, they areactually all interwoven.
So, um, it's really exciting forme.
Tell us more about how they'reinterwoven, because I did share

(05:05):
that a little bit in the intro, but I'm like, let's dig in and
find out more what that means.
Yeah, sure.
So flying, I'm a flightattendant, but I became a flight
attendant because I reallywanted to see if I liked the
lifestyle, because I wanna be apilot.
Gotcha.
And so I'll end up getting tomeet all kinds of people all
over the country and domediumship readings, whether
that's with flight attendants Imeet, or maybe I'm, you know, in

(05:27):
a restaurant in St.
Louis, you know, end up givingreadings.
So I've been connecting with alot of people all over the
country.
Uh, one of the things that Ifound a little bit challenging
with mediumship is that notevery, it's not exactly a door
opener.
But somebody, right.
You know, like, people like, wait, what?
You talk to the dead?
Like, you either have to belooking for that or fully
understand, or you're likerunning to the hills, like, get

(05:48):
me away from this crazy lady, what's happening?
That's cool too.
Um, but then when somebodyapproached me about the wine
piece, I thought, oh, this isbrilliant, because it's like a
luxury door opener.
You know?
It's at least a conversationstarter in a lot of circles
where it could be harder to getinto.
So.
That to me is like kind of adoor opener.
People get to kind of know thewine, get to know me, understand

(06:10):
more of the layering.
And what I found is as I've beensharing about the wine and
people are like, well, what doyou know about wine?
And I'm like, well, not a wholelot, but I'm learning as I go
and I'm working with people whoknow a lot of course.
Um, and when they find out mybackground, that's when it gets
really interesting to thembecause they're like, wait,
you've done all that and nowyou're doing this.

(06:30):
So that's kind of how it'sexpanding together.
And then the book is like.
Like recounting all thesestories that even got me here
and how it's all kind of tiedtogether.
And so ultimately my plan is todo book and bottle launch
parties where I'm selling thewine in my book together.
Of course.
It's brilliant.
It's a brilliant plan.

(06:50):
Absolutely.
When was the first time, and Iknow we talked about this two
and a half years ago, but whenwas the first time you knew
there's something.
Different that is coming throughme and this isn't normal.
And what did you do with it?

(07:11):
I mean, my entire life I'vealways felt like a bit of an
outsider.
I'd even be like, yeah, I feltlike a weird kid that I never
really fit in.
Mm-hmm.
Weird.
Because I wasn't isolated.
I actually got along with mostpeople.
Right.
So it was like I felt different.
And yet.
People were like me.
Yeah.
You know, I was like, well, thisis weird, but you, when my dad
died when I was 18, I justcouldn't understand that that

(07:32):
was it.
I'm like, we just die.
And that's it.
Like, we'll never talk to themagain.
We'll never see them again.
Like this does not make anysense.
And so when I started practicinglaw, probably about 25 years
old.
I hated it.
And I was like, oh, so now we dothis job you hate and then you
die.
Like this is, makes no sense.
And that was really the start ofthis big personal and spiritual

(07:52):
development journey for me.
So a little over six years ago,I was doing like a ceremony with
a Peruvian shaman, and in that Irealized I had information about
one of the participant's, uh,grandmothers who I'd never met.
That's when I was like, whoa, how would I know that?
And um, I asked the shaman, I'mlike, you think there's any
chance I'm a medium?

(08:13):
And he said, yes.
And so then this was rightbefore COVID when COVID started.
I just was like learning andtrying to understand it.
I was calling up friends, I'mlike, Hey, let's try this out.
Let's see if we can connect toyour grandma, you know, whatever
it was.
And so, um, you know, there'sjust evidence and information
that comes through that there'sno chance I would know.
And most of the time I'm workingwith people I don't know, so

(08:35):
Right.
You know?
Exactly.
Yeah.
So tell us about your luxuryavira.
Did I say it right?
Avira?
Yeah.
It's the first time I like putit out there, but it was came to
me channeled and I was like, allright, Avira iss gonna be a
luxury lifestyle brand.
So that's where it came from.
And so how do people find it?

(08:57):
How do people find Avira andwhat does it include?
So right now I'm, I'm actuallystill building out some of this,
but it's gonna be more likeone-on-one to mentorship.
I'm not exactly sure if it'sgonna be VIP days or longer
coaching.
It might be a little bit ofboth.
Um, but really this is to helppeople tap into your own
intuitive gifts.
And that's really people thatenjoy working with are people

(09:20):
that already know they havegifts or.
It feels like there's somethingelse, but they're not quite sure
what to do with it.
Right?
Like, I'm not here to convincesomebody that, hey, you could be
a spiritual person.
There's enough people thatalready know like, Hey, I think
I have something.
Right?
Right.
Um, so I like working with thosetypes of people and just helping
develop further.
And I find that that's been mychannel is the strongest, is
that I bring through reallypowerful information to support

(09:42):
them in the growth andtransformation of whatever it is
that they.
May or may not be looking for, like I was not looking to create
a wine label, right?
I've been told to write a book.
I didn't really think I wasgonna write a book, you know?
And so sometimes it's theseopportunities and things where
it's like, if I can receive thatinformation and support somebody
with that and, and help themalong the way, that's what I

(10:02):
really want them to do.
Because at the end of the day, Ifeel really grateful that I've
had a lot of opportunities totry all kinds of things.
Right?
Yeah.
So that's what ultimately it'sgonna be, is helping spiritual
seeker, spiritual people who arealready.
Starting on the path or at leastcurious about it and want
support along those ways.
And maybe it's looking at,they're transitioning out of a
career or maybe they're.

(10:23):
I don't know, looking to addsomething else in their life.
Who knows.
Right?
Or they've had an experience andthey're like, I, this is not
leaving.
Like there's something thathappened and I, I can't put
words to it, but it's, there'ssomething, right?
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think that for so long I feltlike I was a bit alone or didn't
know what was going on, or.

(10:46):
How you navigate this or justfelt like a, like I was
wandering aimlessly through theworld, you know?
And so to be able to supportother people, and I've
encountered that with peopleI've worked with.
They're like.
Oh, I, you speak the samelanguage that I speak and I
finally have somebody that I cantalk to about this.
I mean, just the other day I washaving a conversation with a
24-year-old and she's like,yeah, I see colors around

(11:06):
people, but I don't really knowwhat to do with it.
And I'm like, oh, I can helpyou.
Right?
Yeah.
Oh, so good.
So good.
Do you find that people, um,attract just, it's a natural,
you don't have to go out and go.
Checking these people out, likethey just swarm to you as it

(11:28):
were.
Um, it, it, I think it's been aprocess if I'm in the right
frequency and vibration, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
What I'm going to attract in.
And so to me it's reallyimportant.
I mean, look, I had my definitefair share of attracting
narcissists in every form andfashion.
Men, women, children, I don'tknow, right?
Like, it's like, Hey,narcissists, come here.
Uh, big billboard.
Uh, so I've been releasing thatbecause that's not fun.

(11:52):
Um, right.
Yeah, really tuning into thefrequency of like, alright, I do
wanna help spiritual seekers.
And even like just this weekendI met a girl who's 33 in
questioning her career andwhat's next.
And so to me it's kind of funny.
I saw my 24-year-old self, I sawmy 33-year-old self and now I'm
in a position where I can helpthem and say, oh my God, I can
help you like save 10 years ofyour life.

(12:14):
Um.
So yes, I do believe that we canattract in what it is that we're
seeking.
We just have to be veryconscious of what frequency
we're operating from.
And can you shift your frequencyor how does that work?
Yeah, so to me it's aboutfeeling and I follow a lot of,
um, Abraham Hicks, Esther.

(12:35):
Yep, yep.
Abraham Hicks, a lot of that.
So it's all about.
Like fear and anger or lowervibration in a lower frequency.
Yeah.
So if I start to feel fearful orangry, that's what I'm going to
attract.
But if I can even just getmyself a step above, like even
just being like, even just kindof, okay, then that's better.
But if you can get yourself intolove and joy and even like, I

(12:59):
know sometimes it sounds socheesy, but like thinking about
something you're grateful for oryou know, and then you can start
to feel that and it, as you feelthose different feelings.
Mm-hmm.
Actually ra uh, raises yourvibration and your frequency.
So that is how I do it.
'cause you know, like if I go ona walk, I'm like, all right,
lemme just tune in.
Let me be even more grateful.
And it's like you can just turnthat volume up on, on that

(13:20):
emotion.
Right.
And then as you do that, like,is that when things come down,
download, people call it, um,the opportunities present
themselves more.
I, I say so like, you know, I'mnot like just sitting here on
the couch like waiting for me.

(13:42):
You know, like, okay, that'd besuper cool if I could do that.
But I don't think it's gonnamean maybe, I don't know.
Never say never.
Right, right.
You dunno.
Um, but I think it is, it's likegetting into that feeling and
then going like doing the thingsthat you really enjoy.
And sometimes we think like, oh,I can't make money doing that,
or I can't.
Yeah.
But what if you could.

(14:02):
What if you could make moneydoing the things?
And so, um, and then takingthose aligned actions.
I'm not saying you have to,like, I didn't know how to write
a book, but I figured I couldwrite some stories initially and
then go back and fill it in.
And then when I'm finally doingthat, it just flows right out,
right or right.
Um.
Kind of with the wineopportunity, somebody approached

(14:24):
me about it and it felt like, ohyeah, I gotta follow this me.
And so it's that.
It's like tuning into thatintuitive piece, and I think
that so often it's easy to logicour way out of it, especially if
you're a lawyer.
Left brainer anybody, right?
Yes.
Or just as a society.
Sometimes I think we've beentrained to like, not trust that
we have a sixth sense, but wereally do.

(14:44):
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, you, you're speaking ourlanguage and the reason why it's
so powerful and empowering forour Thrive after 45 show is
because that's what we talkabout all the time, supporting
our women to.
Put down the, I need to do this.
This is the way it's supposed tobe.

(15:05):
I have this on my plate.
This is everything else firstand then yourself last.
And what you're saying very loudand clear for those of us who
are hearing is that when we stepinto our own joy, our own
connection to peace, grgratitude, just.

(15:25):
Being okay with everything thatwe do have that is positive in
our lives as an example, thingscan start shifting and it can
start happening very quickly.
We're not saying you're gonna goout and be a pilot.
What we're saying is take thattime for you, by you because of
you.
'cause nobody else can give itto you.

(15:46):
Right?
You've gotta do it for yourself.
Yeah.
And, and I think, like I waslistening to something the other
day from somebody I follow who'sa channel as well, and it's
like, you know, what is thatthing for you?
Like, is it making cookies withyour kids or your grandkids or,
or just having the freedom andit, it, it's true.
You don't have to run out and bea pilot or say, you know, like,
I don't have this, whatever, like, that's okay, but what is

(16:08):
it for you?
What is it that.
Brings you joy and then in fromthat place is where you can
create so much more.
Yeah.
And you know the, the otherthing that I find and, and it's
in, I love that people arecoming to you.
I love that you shared the ages24, 33 people are starting to
look at, there's something, butI don't know what it is.

(16:30):
Much younger.
When I look at, when I was 20,24, my life was very different.
Rightly so.
Um, however, I'm not sure Iwould've tuned into when I sit
here at my wonderful age of 61and look back in time, I can
link, I can see the thread thatexists through time.

(16:53):
But being in those moments, Iwasn't capable of doing it'cause
I was in the busy life, right?
So taking this time and actuallyslowing things down and.
Recognizing and witnessingawareness I think is really a
key starting point and what youare doing so grateful because

(17:14):
this opportunity for people toconnect with you in this luxury
brand that you're creating isgoing to elevate the universe
because you're gonna help mirrorback what people aren't
understanding that's deep withinthem.
I love that.
Yes.
Thank you.
And you know, you mentioned theluxury piece, and I didn't touch
on it fully before, is that theluxury component?

(17:37):
Why I put this in here to me isbecause I've done a lot of
spiritual and personaldevelopment work that has been.
Been like in some little hutthat's been dirty.
And I'm not saying you can'thave, like, you have really
powerful experiences there, butI prefer not to roll around in
the dirt.
I don't know, you know, if Idon't need to.
I, I, you know, and so for meit's like we do get to live in

(17:58):
luxury in an elevated lifestyle.
And again, that's all likefrequency and vibration.
So if I can support somebodythrough personal transformation
at a higher, more luxurious waythat makes them feel good, we're
gonna get there twice as fast.
Right.
Um, so that's why, and you know, who doesn't like a good spa day
or you know, just to reallyenjoy it.

(18:19):
And to me it's like, I've alwaysbeen like, well, maybe one day
I'll get to live a life likethat, until you just decide
like, no, I wanna start livinglike that now.
Yeah.
I don't need to wait for oneday.
And isn't that true?
Because we don't know when ourlast one day will be.
And that's the thing, right?
Yeah, waiting for one day.
Like I just was reading theother day on something and it, I

(18:41):
kind of chuckled because I usedto save like my better clothes
or my better shoes for like anevent.
But if I never have, and it'slike, why?
What am I doing?
Like it's even small stuff.
We're like, what?
You wear that now?
Who cares?
Yeah.
Put the good China out now ifpeople do that anymore, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Not waiting for that day.
Today's the day because it getsto be.

(19:02):
Yeah.
I love that.
I love that.
Um.
If you look back, you kind ofalluded to it already, but we
look at, you were once a lawyer, right?
Not that long ago, but you wereonce a lawyer.
Now it's like 20 years ago.
Okay.

(19:22):
Seriously.
It's been a while.
I, I, yeah, there.
How long were you lawyering?
I mean, I only practiced forprobably like a little over a
year.
Um, I just, yep.
Really did not like it.
And I didn't know at the time Iwas an empath, so I talk about
like feeling exhaust at 25,taking home everybody else's
problems.
I'm like, oh this, I don't wannadie by the time I'm 27'cause I'm

(19:43):
just carrying everybody'sgarbage with them with me.
Yeah.
Yes, for sure.
Yeah.
Out pretty, pretty quick.
Yeah.
Okay.
Um, flight attendant mediumtraining to be a pilot.
You look back in that thread, what is weaving all of those
chapters together?

(20:05):
It's probably my 8-year-oldself.
Um, a kid in my class, his momwas a flight attendant and I
thought, oh, that's gotta besuch a great job'cause you get
to travel.
And I've always just been reallypassionate about travel.
I think it's part of what's inmy soul.
Mm-hmm.
Um, so that was always reallyinteresting to me.
But I also knew I had kind ofthis.
Lawyer path.

(20:25):
And even in college, I wouldtalk to every single pilot
anytime I flew because I was sointerested.
Like I probably should have justbeen like, let me become a pilot
now, but I kind of didn't knowhow, or you know, it's like one
of those things where if youdon't know how and you haven't
seen it, you know?
Yeah.
So I kind, um, and then.
Gosh, when I was doing justmediumship full time and I was
like, well, it'd be really coolif I could fly and do in-person

(20:48):
groups.
And if I was a flight attendantthen I could fly for free.
So I could go anywhere in thecountry at any point, which I
can do.
So if anybody ever has a groupwhere you would want me to come
in person, like that's why Ibecame a flight attendant.
Um, and then I also was secretlylike, and let me see if I like
this lifestyle, because thenmaybe I'll go pursue the pilot
path, but I wanna make sure.
I can live like this'cause I'mnot spending more money and time

(21:10):
on education to get real clearabout that.
Um, yeah.
Yeah.
And so that's kind of what tiedit together.
And I think the biggest ahamoment I had was that.
Being a flight attendant wasn'tjust to do those duties, it was
to encounter so many morepeople.
And I had an experience with areading with one of the captains
actually, and there wassomething just really profound

(21:33):
that happened.
And he called me, you know, asI'm sitting on my jump seat, and
he called and told me that, youknow, some of the information
that had happened.
Based upon a reading I had givenlike the crew at dinner, the,
the night before.
I mean, this is hilarious,right?
I'm like sitting with a, a crewgiving readings'cause they
wanted'em and this is what I'mdoing while I'm, you know,
after, after flying all day.

(21:54):
Um, but when he gave me thatinformation and I'm like sitting
there looking at a plane full ofpassengers and I heard you're a
medium in flight attendantsclose.
And that's when I really got it.
I was like, oh, spirit, you'rebrilliant.
You have me interacting withpeople all day, every day.
People I would never encounterand that's why I'm here.

(22:14):
And so that was really, that's Ithink the thread where it ties
it all together.
And of course, I love travel.
And now the pilot piece is, youknow, cherry on the cake.
Of course, of course it all.
You can see how it all sowstogether.
Mm-hmm.
Right?
Yep.
Uh, I got chills when you, youshared that, just saying.

(22:38):
Yeah.
Good.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's, uh.
And then you go, well, wheredoes a wine label fit into all
this?
You know, again, just a dooropener and something fun.
That's the other thing.
I'm not, I'm not 45 yet, butreal soon, uh, 44, and I would
say most of my life has beenlike, hard work, hustle.
Do it this way.
You don't do projects that arefun.

(22:59):
'cause fun, doesn't make money.
You know, this whole, and nowall of a sudden I'm like, the
minute I.
Switched into wine, which hasbeen fun, is when the book
finally, and I mean for yearspeople have been telling me I
need to write a book years, andthen finally I do something fun
and now I have the inspirationand the creativity to write this
book.
So I would say the other piece Ihave learned real recently is

(23:21):
like go into the projects thatare fun because it might
actually help create a lot ofother things that have been
there waiting, but, but the funis the piece that unlocks it.
I love that.
I love that.
And.
How do you stop that human voicefrom interfering?

(23:41):
Is that just a practice that youwork on over time, that you just
silence the.
Narrative in the, in the braingoing, well, come on, you can't
do that.
Whatever it is.
Yeah.
I mean it's, I don't think itever, I mean, maybe you can

(24:02):
totally silence it, in myopinion.
That feels like if I try tosilence it and stuff it down,
it's gonna come up likescreaming at me.
Right.
So sometimes it's just havingthe awareness, and this is how I
meditate too.
When a thought comes in, it'slike, oh, interesting.
Thinking that thought.
Let that go.
You know?
So.
It's the same thing whensomething comes in and it's
like, you can't do that,whatever.
And, and typically the voicethat is like yelling at you or
being negative, like that's notyour higher self.

(24:23):
Your higher self is not comingon here to be like nasty to you.
Right?
Right.
So you're like, oh, there'sthat.
And I've heard some people like, well name that voice.
Give it a name.
So it's like, oh look, Kathy'shere.
Thanks Kathy.
Yeah.
You know?
And so I think it's just payingattention to it and just.
Having the awareness that it'seven there.
'cause sometimes we just berateourselves like what is going on?

(24:47):
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
You mentioned about therelationships that you've had
over time that haven't alwaysbeen giving, let's just put it
that way.
Um.
Do you believe?
And I, I'm just throwing thisout there because it's a belief
of mine, so I'm putting it outthere.
And it might not be your beliefand absolutely fine, but I

(25:07):
believe that there, when there'san important lesson in our
journey, it keeps showing upsometimes bigger, wider, deeper.
Because Nope, you're not quitegetting it, sister.
We are gonna keep trying untilyou go.
Oh, thank you.
There it is.
Do you believe that?

(25:28):
Do you not believe that?
What do, what's coming up foryou?
Yeah, I, you know, I've heardthis analogy where it's like you
kind of get hit with a pencil, you know, and then it's like we
get a little bit like a stick, and then soon it's like finally
like a two by four hitting youover the head.
Like, I'd prefer to now learn mylessons with a pencil.
You know?
Because sometimes it's like,it's so extreme and dramatic if
you haven't caught that lesson.
And maybe sometimes it has to bethat big.

(25:50):
Because then you just are like, okay, I never want to experience
that again.
Um, so yes, I believe it cancontinue to, to show up.
And I actually, that's a greatquestion.
I'm gonna go back and thinklike, how did I not recognize
this sooner?
Or what could I have donedifferently moving forward that
I recognize it, and what did Iget out of having such a

(26:11):
dramatic end to that wholeexperience?
You know your question at theend there, what did that give
me?
By doing it that way is aninteresting one.
I've got a book that I readcalled Existential Kink, and she
talks a lot about what you areexperiencing and you keep going

(26:32):
down the road that you say youhate it, but it's.
Almost like a need.
And until you uncovered whatthat need is, that that
situation is giving back to you,it'll continue to exist.
But it exists for a reason.
It's like, how do you uncoverit?
I'm gonna hover on the show.
Um, so I'll send you the.
The show notes when after wehave our conversation.

(26:54):
But, um, it's so interesting tome how that, and it made sense
to me, you know, like, Hmm, whatis it that I am getting out of
this that's making me not cluein, even though I say, well, I
hate this.
This is bothering me.
And yet you still.
Hit the wall.
And I think for me, like I lookand I'm like, oh, it was
familiar, right?

(27:15):
It was like a pattern that I hadlearned throughout my life.
So it was the pattern that Iknew, even though I didn't like
it, it was like, oh, this is allI know.
I didn't realize at the time, but it's like, oh, but this is
all I know, so of course I'mgonna go down this path.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And thank heavens you.
Have done what you have done andcontinue to expand and grow in

(27:39):
the ways that you are, becausethat's really who Kristen
Swinehart is.
She is the medium and more, waymore than.
Just, and I say just in quotes,um, a medium because that in
itself is a massive, um, giftthat you are giving to the

(28:01):
world.
So I am so grateful not only forthis conversation, but for our
reconnection and for theopportunity that's existing for
our listeners to be able toreach out, find you, and watch
your story as things continue tounfold.
Kristen, what is next for you?

(28:21):
Next for me is going to be therelease of the book and the
wine, and probably within aboutthe same timeframe.
So I would never even think thatI could be saying that.
And then certainly also thelaunch of these new one-on-one
connections, whether that is,you know, VIP days or longer.
Term coaching.
I really feel like I'veuncovered what I've been looking
for, at least for now, for avery long time.

(28:44):
Yeah.
In a couple months or whatever.
Right.
But that's how it's like everevolving is like I've learned as
I've been continuing to do this.
And so for right now, I'm reallyexcited with where everything is
and to be able to support peopleagain on a, on a much deeper
level.
Fantastic.
Fantastic.
Is there anything that you wantto say to our audience as we

(29:05):
close off this incredibleconversation?
Uh, I just feel like if you havesome nudge that's inside of you
that is like whispering to youabout something you wanna do,
something you've been thinkingabout doing.
It can be small, it can belarge, but.
Taking a step, whether that'sresearching it a little bit or
calling somebody that you'vethought about to me, this is how

(29:26):
it all begins.
And if you've got that voice inthere, there's a reason for it.
Like you didn't come here to notfollow that.
So I would encourage you to takea step because you just don't
know what what is possible.
Beautiful.
Thank you so much, so much foryour time, energy, and expertise
in so many ways.

(29:47):
I'm, I'm gonna continue tofollow you and maybe in a couple
years we'll reconnect.
Maybe I'll be on a flightsomewhere with you sister and
having wine and reading yourbook.
That'll be the next part.
Sounds great.
And who knows what else.
I love it.
Thank you again for being hereand sharing so much growth and

(30:10):
opportunity that exists for allof us.
When we listen from deep within.
Take that time, be aware andtune in for you by you because
of you.
Thank what activated in youtoday.
