(00:00):
wanna feel more motivatedwithout waiting for a huge
milestone in today's Thrivefive.
We're talking about the power oftracking small wins and how
those tiny victories can helpbuild massive momentum towards
your bigger goals.

Speaker (00:14):
Welcome back to Thrive in Five, where I give you a
quick burst of motivation andproductivity in five minutes or
less.
I'm Cindy, your host, aself-made entrepreneur, busy
mom, and a business coach.
I've built and sold severaldigital businesses ranging from
five to six figure successes.
So when it comes to managingtime and priorities in both life

(00:36):
and work, I get it.
I've been there and I am here tohelp you thrive.
Let's talk about momentum.
Not the big dramatic kind, butthe kind that builds quietly win
by win.
Behind the scenes.
If you're feeling stuck or likeyour efforts aren't enough, I
want you to pause and askyourself, am I actually giving
myself credit for what I'vealready done?

(00:58):
Because here's the truth, progress doesn't come from big
moves.
It's made from small, consistentwins.
And when you start keeping trackof those small wins, it gives
your brain evidence that you'regrowing, that you're showing up,
and that your effort is working, here's how to tap into the power
of small wins.
First, you're gonna create asystem to notice your progress.

(01:20):
Keep a section in your plannernotebook or notes.
App titled Wins.
And at the end of every day orweek, write down one to three
things that you did well, evenif they feel small, sent the
email check, got out of bed andmoved your body.
Check.
Chose rest when you needed it.
Check you're gonna celebratewithout disclaimers.

(01:41):
Stop discounting your progresswith phrases like it was just a
little thing or that doesn'treally count.
It does count when you celebratea win, no matter how small you
train your brain to craveconsistency instead of
perfection.
And that shift, that is wheremomentum lives.
You're gonna reflect whenmotivation dips, the next time

(02:04):
you feel stuck, overwhelmed, orbehind, scroll back through your
list of wins.
Seeing your progress helpsremind you that you're already
becoming the person you want tobe.
Motivation isn't always found inwhat's next.
It's often hiding in what you'vealready done.
This works because your brain iswired to notice what's wrong.
So you have to be veryintentional about noticing

(02:25):
what's right.
Small wind give you emotionalfuel to keep going and the more
you acknowledge them, the easierit is to keep showing up.
To recap, here are your actionsteps for today to implement
this.
Start a small wins list in yourplanner or phone record, one to
three things that you are proudof today.
Even if they are small now, revisit your list.

(02:48):
Anytime you feel stuck orunmotivated, you don't need a
finish line to feelaccomplished.
Momentum builds with every stepforward.
And those small wins, they'reproof you're already in motion.
