vision boards aren't just formanifesting big dreams.
They can help you keep focusedweek by week.
In this episode of Thrive InFive, I'll show you how to use a
vision board as a weeklyproductivity tool that helps you
keep your goals front and center

Speaker (00:14):
Welcome back to Thrive in Five, where I give you a
quick burst of motivation andproductivity in five minutes or
less.
I'm Cindy, your host, aself-made entrepreneur, busy
mom, and a business coach.
I've built and sold severaldigital businesses ranging from
five to six figure successes.
So when it comes to managingtime and priorities in both life

(00:36):
and work, I get it.
I've been there and I am here tohelp you thrive.
let's talk about using visionboards, not just for your big
life goals, but for your weeklyproductivity.
You've probably seen peoplecreate vision boards filled with
dream houses, bucket list traveland quotes that make you want to
run a marathon, and those aregreat, but here's something even

(00:58):
better.
A weekly vision board that keepsyou on track in the day to day,
because let's be honest, sometimes our goals get lost in
the chaos of Monday meetings, school drop offs, and the never
ending to-do list.
But when your vision is visible, your priorities stay clear.
Here's how to create one thatactually works, keep it focused.

(01:19):
On the week ahead, choose two tothree goals or intentions that
you're working toward this week.
It might be finishing a clientproject, getting in three
workouts, or setting aside 30minutes of quiet time Each
night, find or create visualsthat represent those things.
A screenshot, a quote, even asticky note.
Works.
It doesn't have to be fancy, itjust needs to be intentional.

(01:40):
Put it where you'll actually seeit.
This is key.
Don't tuck it in a drawer.
Place your weekly vision boardsomewhere visible, maybe on your
desk, your bathroom mirror, yourphone wallpaper, or inside your
planner.
Let this be a visual nudge thatsays, Hey, remember what matters
this week.
Use it as a check-in tool.
Each morning, glance at itbefore you dive into your day.

(02:03):
Ask yourself, what's one smallaction I can take towards one of
these items today?
It turns a dreamy idea into adoable plan, and that's where
progress lives.
This works because when you cansee your goals, you are more
likely to stay aligned withthem.
A weekly vision board turnsintention into action.
It brings your focus from Sundayto right now, which is exactly

(02:26):
where your power is.
If you wanna implement thisimmediately, here are your
action steps.
Choose two to three things thatyou wanna stay focused on this
week.
Create a quick visual boardusing images, words, and
sketches.
Place it somewhere where you cansee it every day.
And bonus points.
If it's part of your morningroutine each day, use it to

(02:47):
guide one small, aligned action.
Your goals don't need to live inyour head.
Bring them into your space andlet them motivate you forward.
