to reclaim your power by takingownership of your time, energy,

your time will be eaten up byother people's priorities.
If you don't take the lead.

Let's walk through three ways tofully own your time and
decisions.
The first one, audit.
How you're spending time Beforeyou can take ownership.

No judgment, just observation.
You'll quickly see where yourtime is getting away and what
needs to shift.
The next thing, protectboundaries.
Like you protect yourpriorities.

That just doesn't align.
Boundaries aren't selfish.
They're strategic and they giveyou the space to show up for
what truly moves you forward.
Then decide with confidence.

So make the call, choose thepath, move forward knowing that
even if you course correctlater, you're taking aligned
action.
This works because when you takefull ownership of your time and
