Here's what to cut today.
First mindless scrolling.
Let's be honest.
Checking social media for asecond turns into 20 minutes
real fast.
I'm not saying to delete yourapps, I'm just saying you need
better boundaries.
Set a timer.
Schedule social breaks.
Use tools like app blockersduring your focus blocks to

Like the boss, you are thesecond thing is constant email
checks every ding, every newmessage.
It pulls your brain out a deepfocus.
Instead, batch your email time.
Check it twice a day.
