Hey ladies, welcome back to another
episode.
today's episode, I am going tobe talking about something that
I recently discovered, and thatis the connection between your
dream business and masculineenergy.
So one thing that I recentlydiscovered is we are in
(00:26):
relationship.
To everything, not justrelationship to human beings who
were in relationship to our hairwere in relationship to our
clothes were in relationship tomoney, who are in relationship
to our dream business.
Everything is a relationship.
So.
The other day I was thinkingabout all the times in my
(00:50):
business where I was scared togo all in.
Or I was inconsistent with mycommitment.
I wasn't honoring my timemanagement I was feeling like it
was hard, like it was astruggle, you know, struggle
love.
It was struggle work for so manydifferent reasons.
But what popped in my mind iswhen I was thinking about it
(01:13):
was, wow, there, I was havingthose problems because there was
a form of wounded masculineenergy within me.
Okay, so within my masculineenergy and some of the examples
that I'm going to give you guystoday is going to be with
(01:34):
relationships with men, just sothat you can get a little bit
more of an understanding.
However, the concept of this isreally about your masculine
energy because we have bothmasculine and feminine energy
and in our business, you areyour business at the end of the
day.
And you represent your business,both in your masculine energy
(01:56):
and in your feminine energy.
So how I discovered how Irealized that there was some
form of that masculine energy isbecause I realized that one, I
wasn't going all in.
Because there were moments wheremy business, you know, let me
(02:18):
down.
And I was scared to go all inbecause I didn't want to be hurt
again.
I wasn't honoring my commitmentsor being consistent because I
lost trust that being consistentwas actually going to pay off.
I lost trust that my businesswanted to provide for me My
(02:40):
business wanted to take care ofme I didn't trust that my
business loved me back just asmuch as I loved my business
because There were moments withbuilding my business and over
time Where sometimes I felt likeI loved it more than it loved me
And the times where I felt likeI was going all in or hustling
(03:06):
and I didn't get the resultsthat I wanted.
So I slow down, I wasn't asconsistent.
I wasn't as productive, scaredto go all in.
Because of that trust andfeeling of safety however, my
business is not a human beingright?
(03:26):
It's a reflection of me so thatmeant that It was me That wasn't
giving me that sense of safety.
And so oftentimes when it's notworking out, sometimes it's a
huge part that that masculinehas been wounded because the
inconsistency, the not showingup.
(03:49):
All of that is a part of yourmasculine energy being wounded.
So to give you guys more of anexample that even helped me
understand it more is when Istarted thinking about
relationships, right?
And there was relationships thatI've experienced with men that I

felt was healthier than othermen.
others and there was not sohealthy relationships.
So from my personal experience,when I didn't feel safe in a
relationship, I didn't feel likeI can thrive.
I didn't feel confident in ourfuture.
I didn't feel safe to be myself,safe to be myself and expression
(04:34):
of myself and be and be still betaken care of and love.
I felt anxious, Depleted,unhappy and more feel like I was
chasing than actually receiving.
Versus the, The experience thatI had with more healthier
relationships, I was more atease.
(04:55):
I was able to feel like I wasthriving more, was more relaxed.
I felt like I can be myself.
I felt like I can, I wasn'tscared to go all in.
I was happy to go all in, maybea little nervous to go all in.
Cause you really never know whatthe outcome is going to be.
However, that person who made mefeel safe.
(05:17):
To be myself, to express myemotions, to just be me, that
person that made me feel safethat he's gonna provide and take
care of me.
That's when you're able to justkind of be free and, and go all
in and trust that.
So is the same way with ourbusiness, right?
(05:38):
It's the same way with that,with that masculine part of us,
we're either going to feel safeto go all in and our business,
because our business is showingus that it wants to take care of
us.
Our business is telling us thatit wants to take care of us.
Or we're gonna feel not so safebecause our business showed us
(06:03):
multiple times that they don'tcare about us.
It showed us that we are, youknow, working for for nothing,
right?
We're either going to feel lovedby our business and like our
business is attracting to us, orare we going to feel like we're
repelling our business?
(06:23):
Like our business is repelledfrom us, right?
We're either going to be happyor we're going to feel not so
happy.
We're either going to beenergized or we're not going to
be energized in our business.
And all of that, what I realize,all of it, all of it, all of it
comes down to a feeling oftrust, a feeling of being safe.
(06:49):
And like I said, your businessis not really a human being.
Your business can't talk to you,but it does talk to you.
And it talks to you through theresults that you are
experiencing.
It talks to you through yourfeelings.
It talks to you just based offyour results, your outcome that
you see, it tells you, if youhave a healthy feminine
(07:11):
relationship with yourself,feminine energy with yourself,
if you have a healthy masculineenergy with yourself, it's going
to talk to you.
It's going to talk to you.
If you're too much on this side,if you're less on this side,
it's going to talk to you Mybusiness was talking to me, and
I didn't even know it.
(07:31):
So those moments where You know,you are feeling Depleted you are
feeling Either you have tohustle or you're scared to go
all in you're scared to trust itis you're scared to go all in
you're being inconsistent ormaybe you're hustling and you've
started to feel desperate and Itis because there's a sense of
(07:52):
lack of trust.
That you have within thatbusiness.
There's a sense of trust thathas been lost.
You're hustling because youdon't know if your business is
going to work out right.
There's a sense of trust.
There's a lack of expectationthat your business is going to
take care of you or you're notgoing all in because again,
maybe your business let youdown.
(08:14):
In the past and just like it letme down in the past.
So you're scared to go all in.
You're scared to take that riskagain.
It's the same thing as withrelationships, right?
Sometimes we're scared to go allin again because we've been hurt
in the past.
It's the same, same thing.
(08:34):
So our business, our dreambusiness represents both.
However That relationship withmasculine energy and so
important is a strong, strongconnection because in order for
us to To truly, truly thrive inour feminine energy, the thing
(08:57):
that's going to your energy, thething that's going to bring your
business to life, the thing thatis going to make your business
feel fun, the thing that's goingto make your business feel
energized, the thing that youare going to pour ideas from.
That thing, that feminine energypart of you, the only way that
(09:17):
it can thrive and be able toreceive your business, receive
the fruit that you've pouredinto is only when there's a
healthy masculine energyinvolved.
That is the only way.
So what do I mean by that?
That is only a healthy masculineenergy involved.
(09:39):
So what I mean by that is If youdon't have any structure in your
business If you work anytime youwant You don't have no set time
that you this is your hours thenhow are you going to be able to
feel?
free to flow You're not you'regoing to be a little bit all
(10:00):
over the place.
And then what happens when thathappens who gets hurt?
The feminine energy part of you,right?
The part of you that feel goodPart of you that juicy part of
you the self love part of youthe self esteem part of you
That's the part that's going toget hurt.
When there's no time management,no productivity.

If there is no strategy, youdon't have a game plan, you're
just throwing it out there.
There is gonna be, you're gonnabe all over the place again.
We need strategy.
There's feminine energy meetsstrategy.
That's a beautiful combination.
We need strategy.

We need to see how things work.
We need that logical part of usso that we can put things in
order so then that we can flow.
That's creating the outcome inyour business.
That's creating The websitethat's creating the bank account
that money can come into that'screating a place for people to

sign up for the email list, youknow, that is The masculine
that's the outcome We need thatso that now that we have that We
can go and create we can go andpour juiciness into our business
We can go and have fun and playin our business and maybe change
ideas because we know Thatthere's some structure.

We know that we're gonnastrategize we know we have to
act And also be able to receiveright Action is required in
manifestation your feminineenergy part of you is a part
that is manifesting But youcan't manifest unless you have
the action part of it Right, sowe need that masculine energy to
(11:51):
be Healthy and that's reallywithin us.
So how can We get back thathealthy part of us in our
business because again, ourbusiness is a reflection of both
masculine and both feminine, butwe need our masculine energy so
that feminine energy can thrive.

It all boils down again to trustand safety.
How can we begin to trust Ourmasculine part of us.
How can we begin to trust thatour business wants to take care
of us?
that our business loves us Thatour business wants to provide
(12:33):
for us that our business is hereto stay is not running away That
we can try different things inour business, that we can go,
that we're safe to go all in andmaybe it doesn't work out right
away, but it's going to workout.
Eventually it's okay.
Right?
So how can we build that trustback within ourselves is the
same way of building that trustback with going out to date
(12:57):
again after you just beenheartbroken.
Yeah.
Right.
It's the same thing.
And that is one that's takenrisk, taking the risk to go all
in, taking a risk to actuallysay, you know what?
I want to be consistent.
I love myself so much that I amgoing to be consistent.
(13:21):
I'm going to create structure.
I am going to show up because mybusiness truly wants to provide.
And the only way it's going tobe able to provide is if I'm
doing these things,.
If I'm creating the outcome formy business to be able to
provide, if I'm creating thestrategy, if I'm creating the
(13:45):
action part of my business to beable to provide.
And so that the other part of mecan also thrive as well.
So how can I build that trustback within myself?
And it's just taking the riskand just doing it.
That's really all it boils downto is just taking a risk and
(14:06):
saying that I got to do this.
I'm going to do it.
I'm going to go all in becausemy business wants to take care
of me.
So building that relationshipwith your business.
My business wants to take careof me.
My business wants to provide me.
Trick in your mind Trick in yourmind to believing that it's safe
to try again.
It's safe to go all in again.
(14:28):
It's safe to You know To bet onmyself again.
That's honoring your commitmentsthat is showing up for yourself.
Because the reason why we arelacking, just like if a man is
not consistent with us and he's,you know, not showing up when he
said he's going to show up.
(14:49):
Then what happens?
We don't have confident.
We don't have confidence in thatfuture between us.
No, we don't.
It is, it seems wavering.
It seems like Wishy washy,right?
Our business, your business, mayseem wishy washy right now
because You are honoring thosecommitments.
(15:11):
You are not honoring yourcommitments.
You are not committing toyourself.
You are your business.
So when I'm talking about you,I'm talking about your business.
When I'm talking your masculineenergy, I'm talking about your
business.
You are your business.
Your business is a reflection ofyou.
Your business is a reflection ofyour masculine energy and your
(15:32):
feminine energy.
You are your business, right?
And so that's building trustwithin yourself, being
consistent, allowing yourbusiness, your masculine energy
to show you that it is safe thatis trustworthy.
Right to show you that yourneeds will be met to show you
(15:53):
that your dream is worth caringfor to show you that, you know,
they don't want you to struggle,right?
Our feminine part of us.
We want to be safe.
We want to be relaxed.
We want to be just living lifeBut the let this part of it
prove that so that this part canthrive so that Our juicy part
(16:18):
can thrive and then want to pourmore and then pour more into our
business and you know Pour allthe juicy ideas and creativity
and love Into our business andthen When the fruits of that
starts appearing, then it'sgoing to, it's like, you know,
then it's going to show themasculine part of you like, Ooh,
(16:39):
like, let me, let me keepproviding, let me keep building
more structure.
Right?
Because I love her so much.
Now she's taking care of me,taking care of her, taking care
of me.
Like, it's just going back andforth.
And so trust and safety, that'swhat we have to build back into
ourselves.
That's what is going to helpyou.

If you feel like there's abalance that is off and you're
like doubtful of your businessand you're scared, it's because
there There is some form ofwounded masculine energy within
you.
There is some form of it.
And when you realize that, now,You get to decide If you want to

build that trust back again, orif you just want to let it be
And so but if you want yourdream business, you're gonna
want to risk it again You'regonna want to go all in again
because it's safe to go all init is safe to trust yourself It
is safe to trust your businessyour business wants to provide
(17:46):
for you And so remember what Isaid, everything is a
relationship, everything.
Your business is in arelationship with you.
So how can you strengthen thatrelationship?
You are your business.
How can you strengthen yourmasculine part of your business
within you?
And how can you strengthen, ofcourse, that feminine part of
you?

And in order to strengthen thatfeminine energy part of you, a
huge part of that, especially inyour business, is to be able to
have a nice, strong, healthyrelationship with your masculine
part of you.
So that this here can thrive cancreate because that's where
(18:29):
everything is going to trulycome from.
This is the part of you.
The feminine energy part of youis going to be the part that
attracts the opportunities thatattracts the money that lives in
creativity, that attracts youraudience, your audience, that
attracts your listeners thatattracts your customers, that
attracts your clients, whateveryou're trying to do for.

That is the part of you that isthe juicy part of you and you're
just gonna feed into each otherjust like in a Relationship.
Right?
So your business is yourrelationship.
It's just a reflection of you.

to show you that it is safe thatis trustworthy.

then it's going to show themasculine part of you like, Ooh,

more structure.
Right?
Because I love her so much.
Now she's taking care of me,taking care of her, taking care
of me.
Like, it's just going back andforth.
And so trust and safety, that'swhat we have to build back into
ourselves.
That's what is going to helpyou.

If you feel like there's abalance that is off and you're
like doubtful of your businessand you're scared, it's because
there There is some form ofwounded masculine energy within
you.
There is some form of it.
And when you realize that, now,You get to decide If you want to

build that trust back again, orif you just want to let it be
And so but if you want yourdream business, you're gonna
want to risk it again You'regonna want to go all in again
because it's safe to go all init is safe to trust yourself It
is safe to trust your businessyour business wants to provide

for you And so remember what Isaid, everything is a
relationship, everything.
Your business is in arelationship with you.
So how can you strengthen thatrelationship?
You are your business.
How can you strengthen yourmasculine part of your business
within you?
And how can you strengthen, ofcourse, that feminine part of
you?

And in order to strengthen thatfeminine energy part of you, a
huge part of that, especially inyour business, is to be able to
have a nice, strong, healthyrelationship with your masculine
part of you.
So that this here can thrive cancreate because that's where
(18:29):
everything is going to trulycome from.
This is the part of you.
The feminine energy part of youis going to be the part that
attracts the opportunities thatattracts the money that lives in
creativity, that attracts youraudience, your audience, that
attracts your listeners thatattracts your customers, that
attracts your clients, whateveryou're trying to do for.

That is the part of you that isthe juicy part of you and you're
just gonna feed into each otherjust like in a Relationship.
Right?
So your business is yourrelationship.
It's just a reflection of you.
