Today we are going to be talkingabout how to make your dreams,
your dream goals a reality in2025.

So, step number one is to followyour desires and get rid of the
logic.
Follow your desires and get ridof the overthinking.
The, the main thing that's goingto stop you.
We so often neglect our desires.

Our desires speak to us so much.
It's our intuition.
It's those things that.
you know, makes us excited.
Our goals, the things that makeus happy that we want to
achieve.
Those are your desires.
What I want you to do is dropthe logic right now.

When you do this, when you dropthe logic, this is what's going
to happen.
You are going to one, It's goingto push you to be more
courageous, it's going to pushyou out of your comfort zone
because listening to your bodyis something that we are so not
used to doing.

So what do I mean by this?
Let's say you have a desire tolaunch a book, You, you want to
be this amazing author.
However, this is the thing thatyou tell yourself.
Maybe you tell yourself, Oh, butI need to get a publisher.
I haven't really writtenanything yet.

I don't really know who's goingto want to buy my book.
What do I have to talk about?
That's the logic.
That's all the limiting beliefsthat comes up.
That's all the voices of otherpeople that comes up.
That's all of your self doubtthat comes up.
Right?
So listening to your desires,what that will look like is, I

want to launch a book.
Okay, so what do I need to do?
Right now, I'm just gonna startwriting.
I don't know where the book isgonna be launched.
I don't know when the book isgoing to be published.
I don't know how I'm going toget it across, you know, the
world like I wanted to.
However, I know exactly what Iwant to do and what I want to do

is write a book.
So I'm going to go ahead anddecide what I want to write
about and I'm just going tostart writing.
That's it.
I'm going to pour out all myjuiciness and I am going to
start writing.
That's what following yourdesires look like.
That's what getting out of yourhead looks like.

Like, just doing it.
It is the innate confidence.
It's the innate thing that thatwe have detached from.
It's something that childrenknow how to do.
Babies know how to do.
I talk about this all the time.
It's that desire to be able tocrawl.
That desire to be able to walk,that desire to be able to do

whatever it is that you want todo without thinking, without
thought.
That's, that's exactly what itis.
It's just, it's just followingyour heart's desire and keeping
it pushing.
So, what you're going to do isfollow your desire and drop the
logic.
Okay, What this is going to dofor you, it is going to, like I

said, is going to make you bemore courageous.
It's going to push you out ofyour comfort zone, but it's
going to make you have to learnhow to trust yourself, to trust
you're an inner knowing, totrust that you truly know what
it is that you want best foryour life.
Not what anyone else wants bestfor your life, but what you

want.
best for your life.
So it's going to push you out ofyour comfort zone to start
trusting yourself, trusting thatyou can truly make your dreams a
reality because it's possibleyou, the vision is there.
The desire is there.
It is possible.
So following your desire isgoing to make you trust yourself

and get rid of that doubt.

Another thing that this is goingto do for you is it is going to
make you get rid of asking forpermission and validation.
So if you watched my previousvideo on becoming your Dream
Woman, one of the main tips wasto get rid of asking for

permission.
That is a key in you becomingyour dream woman.
That is a key in you reachingyour dream goals in 2025.
Get rid of permission.
You do not need permission tofollow your desires.
You do not need validation.
Validate yourself.
You don't need to ask anybody,should I do this?

What do you think about this?
No, because what happens, whathappens is this number one,
normally you're asking forvalidation because you don't
trust yourself, right?
So following your desires isgoing to force you to trust
yourself.
Also, what happens when you getadvice that you don't
necessarily want to hear advicefrom someone who maybe isn't

doing What you inspire to do,what happens, self doubt, it
slows you down.
Then you start thinking, Oh myvision, my, my desire.
It doesn't seem possible.
it doesn't seem that it'ssomething I should be doing.
Right?
If you're a mom, some of yousay, well, you don't need to do

that right now.
Like you need to worry abouttaking care of your kids.
You need to worry about doingthings like that, right?
You don't need to start abusiness.
You have a family to take careof.
I'm sure some of you heardthings like that, right?
That's what happens when youseek permission.
That's what happens when youseek validation.
Let me tell you something.

The vision that you got was aGod given desire for you.
It was not meant for anyone elseto receive that same desire as
you.
No one sees your vision.
No one knows exactly what it isthat you are capable of doing,
but you, you can build intoknowing what you're capable of

doing.
However, no one else knows yourcapabilities.
No one else sees your vision.
This is why you probably hear Besilent.
Don't tell anybody your dreams.
I mean you can share with likementors.
You can share with coaches Youcan share your desires with
people who are also pursuingtheir desires but seeking

validation and permission forpeople who are not including
your mentors including yourcoaches You do not need
permission.
Again, you have that desire.
So follow it.
Also another thing that this isgoing to cause you to do is with
following your desire is to workon letting go of self

consciousness, right?
This is that, thoseinsecurities.
So what I mean by that, let megive you some example.
So as you can see, this is a newbackground.
I recently moved in with my momfor a little while.
And guess what?
I'm no longer in a place whereit's just me and my daughter.

Right now, I'm in a place wherethere is multiple people in my
house.
What that did for me, no lieguys, I was wondering how am I
going to record?
How am I going to show up for myaudience?
How am I going to show up for myclients?
I felt so uncomfortable with thethought that that people are

going to be hearing me createcontent, when people are going
to be hearing me speak, and sothat thought freaked me out
because it's uncomfortable.
It is very uncomfortable.
However, I have this strongdesire to hit my goals.
I have a strong desire to showup, to create, to speak to my
(08:55):
audience, to speak to myclients.
And so I had to say, you knowwhat, I have to let go of that
self consciousness because It iswhat it is.
I'm going to have to show upregardless.
And here I am showing upregardless.
And it was so funny becauseyesterday when I was recording,

yesterday was the first time Iwas recording a video.
I was recording a video for mycourse and I heard like my mom
in the next room, like walkingpast the room.
And even though I was a littlenervous in the side, I kept
going because I said, you knowwhat?
It is what it is.
If I'm going to teach you guyshow to be more confident, if I'm

going to push you out of yourcomfort zone, then I have to
continue to push myself out ofmy comfort zone.
And that is following yourdesires.
My strong desire to show up,that strong burning desire to
show up for you guys, no matterwhat, overweighed the self

consciousness of, oh my gosh, Idon't want people to hear me
recording.
It's awkward, it's, it'sawkward, it's nerve wracking for
someone to know they might belistening out the door.
Guess what?
Who cares?
And when that happens, it getsmore and more comfortable for
you to show up.
And following your desires issomething that's always going to

lead to lead you to more offulfillment, more pleasure in
your life, more happiness versuslistening to you.
The logic.
We are women, we are femininebeings.
And logic is good sometimes,right?
Structure.
things like that, planning,strategizing.
But, you know, tuning into yourfeminine energy, tuning into

your body is something that wehave to learn how to connect
with way more often so that wecan truly connect.
Bring our dream goals toreality.
All right, so tip number two,and I love this tip.
It is to love on your dreams.

I'm sure.
Maybe you haven't heard someonetell you this before about
pouring love on your dream goalsBut I'm gonna tell you this pour
love on your dream goals.
And what I mean by this Why isthis so important is because you
are in relationship to everysingle person thing.
You're in relationship with yourphone.

You are in relationship withyourself.
You are in relationship to yourdream goals.
And in order to really grow arelationship, what is the most
important thing to do?
Attention, right?
Pouring love on it.
How do you show love?
So pour love on your dreamsthrough.

Of course, giving it thevaluable attention that it
needs, but speaking, speaking isso powerful.
You know how they say that withplants, when you speak to plants
and you talk to them and youlove on the plants, they grow,
they grow so much faster, theygrow so much beautifully, they
grow so much stronger.
It is the same exact thing.

Pour love on your goals.
Speak life to your goals.
You are in relationship to thatgoal.
That goal wants to take care ofyou.
That goal, your goal is yourmasculine energy.
Your goal wants to take care ofyou.
Your goal wants to give to you.
Your goal wants to provide toyou.

How can you nurture that?
You talk to it.
You love it.
Thank you.

Go for loving me back.
You want me back just as much asI want you.
Trust me.
These things work.
Even when I had like, I had likemy hair was shedding and I was

I promise you not my hairstarted growing back I'd like
within like the next few weeksand I looked and I was like, oh

even there After I startedspeaking life to my little the
little spot that I had So, TMI,but I wanted to share that
because it is possible when youstart speaking love to your
goals.
love is such a powerful emotion.
Feeling is the secret.
When you are trying to manifestsomething Yes.

We like to write things out.
We like to visualize We like tosay these are the things that we
want, but a huge key factor inthat manifestation, besides the
action part, I mean, love is theaction verb, right?
It's action.
But a huge part in manifestationis love.
the emotion, feeling thatemotion igniting all of your

senses, igniting those senses.
And love is one of those strong,powerful emotions that is going
to move things that is going toreach your self, your
subconscious mind.
That's why love is such astrong, powerful.
Emotion because it movesmountains and make things
happen.
It connects on a deeper levelGratitude is a strong emotion

Love is a strong emotion So pourlove on it.
Talk to it bring it life This iswhat's going to attract your
goal to you versus repel it fromyou It's the same thing with
people right when you love onpeople they Attract you when you
this love on people, whathappens or in a relationship,

what happens?
It repels same exact thing.
Your goals are in a relationshipwith you.
So love on it.
and watch z how it startsgrowing your dream goals become
your reality All right.
So number three the third tip isdrop perfectionism Right now if

you want to achieve if you wantto achieve your dream goals This
year in 2025 2025.
I highly, highly encourage youto drop perfectionism.
Perfectionism is an inhibition.
An inhibition is something thathinders your progress.

And so I gave this examplebefore how I, it took me six
months to create content becauseI wanted things to be perfect
before I launched my newepisodes on my podcast.
But what happened?
Six months happened.
Six months happened of noprogress.

I mean, I eventually pushed itout, but That's six months.
You know how much I could havegotten done in six months?
No.
So that's a half of a year ofdoing something.
You do not want to take half ayear to start something.
You don't want to do that.
You want to release thatperfectionism and Start.

This does not mean that whateverdream goal you have This doesn't
mean to have fastings.
This doesn't mean to not thinkabout quality.
This doesn't mean to not care.
This does not mean that.
This means to Again, follow yourdesires, get out of your logic,
get out, get out of your mind.

This means to stop trying to beso perfect.
The reason why, you know, peopletend to be perfectionist is
because they don't want, theyhave a fear of if they put
something out or, you know,whatever it is that they're
doing, they're scared ofjudgment.
They're scared of embarrassmentof how it's going to look.

But, What is that doing for you?
Again, that goes back intoseeking that validation.
What is that going to do foryou?
No, put it out.
You're going to get better intime, whatever it is that you
want to do.
If you want to be a contentcreator, if you want to start a
business, if you want to start aYouTube channel, you start now

and you get better over time.
This is how you Build yourconfidence.
This is how you build your trustin yourself.
This is how you don't waste timetime is valuable Time is so
valuable if you want to achieveyour goals then Try not to waste
time.

Try not to waste timewhatsoever.
Alright, one thing I learned,and you probably heard this
before, is that success lovesspeed.
Again, this doesn't mean halfassing, this doesn't mean
hustle, this doesn't mean any ofthat.
But, Perfectionism just slowsdown.

The better you get, you get whenyou just start putting things
out, you progress, you learnmore about yourself, you learn,
you build a faster skill set.
And the faster you start workingtowards your goals, then the
quicker the success of youhitting your dream goals will
happen.
All right so tip number four isClarity guys, so as you've gone

into 2025, Make sure that youhave clarity.
Without clarity, there is noconfidence.
Where there is no clarity, thereis confusion.
And if you know what confusionfeels like, it is a very uneasy,
unsettling feeling.
It doesn't give you confidenceto move forward.
It doesn't give you confidenceto begin.

Anything so by all means what Iwant you to do Is decide that
you need to get crystal clear onthe goals that you want to
achieve Right get crystal clearand that is going to be so so so
important because when you getclear You now know what you want
to do.
You.
Can start figuring out how youwant to do these things you can

get clear on that.
You don't have to know the when,you don't have to know the
where, you don't even know, needto know how everything is really
gonna pan out.
But knowing how you want tostart and how you want to work
things around, that's important.
But having clarity, especiallyon the what.
What goals do you want toachieve this year so that you

can start working towards itwithout clarity?
There's no confidence andconfidence is something that you
are going to need to continue toTo drive this thing home
confidence you are going toneed.
another strong thing thatclarity is going to help you
with is getting you To have beable to have strong

visualizations.
Is an important aspect ofmanifestation, right?
how can you visualize if you donot have clarity on where you
want to go?
So this is going to help youstrengthen your visualization to
actually, give you the energy.
Visualization is going to makeyou excited to keep going.
It's going to keep your mindclear on where you're going,

what you want to do who you wantto do away, why you're doing
this, right?
That's what clarity is going todo for you.
This is going to help youachieve your dream goals clarity
by all means.
What I want you to do is createa 10x goal Create a goal that
you truly and it's important tohave different goals.

However what I recommend for youto focus on is having one large
goal What is your one largegoal?
Yes, you there's going to bemany other small goals along the
way But what is one large goalthat you want to work on?
And then you work around that.
Work around what you need to do.

Who you need to be to make thishappen.
This is what clarity is going todo for you.
Create this one large goal andthen work on that.
And then what you're going to dois create one to five tasks that
you need to do in order toachieve this goal.

What are the one to five things?
No more than, no more than threeor five.
What are the top five?
Top things that you need to doto achieve this goal.
What this does is avoiddistractions.
What this does is avoidoverwhelm and burnout.
The things that's actually goingto move the needle towards your

The things that are actuallygoing to bring it to life.
So, What this can look like.
Right?
So let's say your dream goal isto become a speaker.
Right?
What are the top tasks that youNeed to do what is those top
tasks can look like so one ofthose tasks can look like okay
So i'm going to have a podcasti'm going to have a youtube

channel speaking sharing myinsight Building that up.
That is one task.
That's just you creatingcontent, right?
Another task can be okay.
Now i'm going to create myspeaker site These are all the
things that I did to become aspeaker.
That's one task that, that'sjust a one and done kind of
thing, right?
Create your speaker side.

And then two, and then three.
Now you're going to go ahead andlook for events.
That could be the third task,that you look for events maybe
every, every Monday.
You look for events look for 20to 50 events and reach out to
event planners.
It could be as simple as that.
There's always other differentoptions that you can go And do

however That is one way.
So one to five tasks that isactually going to move the
needle What do you need to do?
And so that's what clarity isgoing to give you You To
achieving your dream goals isget that to the next goal and
then figuring out what are thetop tasks that I need to do to

move this needle so that I'm notdistracted by busy work, by
doing busy things that isactually not doing anything for
me.

It is more of an energetic.

vibrations, filling up your joythroughout the day, throughout
life.

so what does making pleasure apriority looks like?
So it can be small things Ismaking a healthy breakfast is
making something that is justdelicious and sometimes that is

being quiet and being presentwith my food and just And and
savoring the the taste and andthe goodness of it like Like oh
my gosh, this is so good.
Like, thank you for this foodThat's pleasurable that's things
like taking the time to Getbeautiful in the morning to make

yourself feel good to to speaklike by yourself and be like You
know like you look good right todo things like that to spray
perfume to get A scent like yousmell good, you smell delicious,
that's pleasurable.
It's things like drinking teadrinking a cup of coffee, those

things are pleasurable.
That's things like wearing sexy,you know, sexy panties, wearing
sexy lingerie or just makingyourself feel sexy, listening to
sexy music, listening to jazzmusic.
listening to romantic music,right?
It's about, bro, pretty muchromanticizing your life.

How can you make your life?
Pleasurable almost every singleday.
So as little things like that,romanticizing your life those
are going to be the things thatattracts your desires.
Following your desires, thatlooks like prioritizing.
Fun, eating ice cream.
If you want to eat ice cream andsavoring that moment.

That's doing things likedancing.
You know, what makes you feelgood?
What lights you up?
Because one thing that is notgoing to do it is working on
your goals 24 7.
Ignoring pleasure, even rustingis pleasurable.
Right.
One thing that we typically dois ignore pleasure.

I ignore pleasure for a very,very, very long time in my life.
I prioritize productivity.
I prioritize my goals.
I prioritize so many things overmy fun.
I told myself I can't have fununless I do this, right?
I don't deserve to have fun.

I told myself things like that.
Give yourself pleasure and makepleasure a priority Pleasure is
going to attract your desires toyou.
It's going to attract yourdesires to you faster than you
Just working on your goals 24 7because you know It's draining.
It sucks.
It's even though it's funworking on your goals, right?

You can make that fun too.
You can make that pleasurable.
I love doing this to me.
This gives me pleasure.
This gives me excitement.
This gives me so much use to beable to show up and pour out my
creativity.
I love it.
I love everything about it.
And when I'm not doing it,Sometimes I feel like, like
anxious.

I'm like, Oh no, like I want tocreate.
Right.
So there's so many things thatcan give you pleasure at
different times in your life,pleasure is a priority.
And as women, we tend to forgetthat is a priority to us.
It is a priority.
And so making it a priority isgoing to Make your dream goals

come to you faster because it'sgoing to put your vibration way
up here is going to make youdetach from Just reaching this
one goal.
It's going to make you detach.
Yes.
You want this goal But you'remore you care more about how you
feel You care more about makingyourself happy you care more

about, you know Being joyful youcare more about filling your
cups When you care more aboutthat than just hitting your
goals It's going to attract toyou.
All right, so make pleasure apriority.
The number six tip is Improveyour performance level.
Okay, so Here's the thing We alldo it.

We all do this.
Most of us are only given 10percent of what we are capable
of.
What I want you to not think I'msaying is to work harder.
Over on this side.
We don't we don't hustle Wedon't hustle.
We don't work harder.
Okay, so What i'm not talkingabout is working harder.

I'm not talking about hustlingwhat i'm talking about is
improving your performance Levelso a lot of us are doing less
than what we truly are capableof right?
Yes, this may look like pushingyourself a little bit more
Pushing yourself a little bitout of your comfort zone.

This may look like droppingthings like perfectionism,
right?
Dropping things like doing tasksthat isn't moving the needle.
Let me give myself for example,I was only producing one video a
week.
I was thinking about, this isall I can do right ab, to work.

This is all I can do.
However, I am an avid study erof quantum physics, of quantum
leaping.
And one of the main things wasthat we are doing less than what
we truly are capable of.
How to get rid of those thingsis getting rid of excuses, is
getting rid of limiting belief,is getting rid of certain

habits.
So, a lot of times we thinkwe're working hard, we think
we're giving it all we gotbecause we're stuck, we're so
busy doing busy work.
However, what if you were todrop Some of the habits, some
habits that maybe you takeforever to get dressed in the
morning.
That's a habit maybe you need towake up a little bit earlier.

Or maybe you have a habit ofjust lounging around and waiting
to, you get tired to startworking, maybe you have a habit
of eating a big meal before youstart working on your goals.
And now you feel sluggish, youfeel tired.
So now your performance level isnot where it should be.
It's not where it can be.

What are some things that youcan stop doing?
So for a while I was thinkingthat I could only do one video,
but then when I started saying,you know what, I want to
increase my performance level,right?
I have this desire, there was adesire to create more.
However, I kept limiting myself,but what was I doing to limit

myself from creating morevideos?
Number one, I was taking foreverto get dressed in the morning,
number two is that I didn't havemy outline prepared for the next
day.
I had to get myself moreprepared Once I started doing it
and I said, you know what?
I want to create three videosthis week and I did it I blew

myself away because guess what?
It wasn't hard.
It wasn't, it wasn't harder.
It actually energized me andmade me excited.
And I realized, wait, I wasslowing myself down.
Know that my performance levelcan go way higher.
So what are some habits?
what are some things that you'redoing?

What are some habits that youcan get rid of to increase your
performance level?
Because You are more capable ofthe 10 percent that you are
giving right now.
So tip number seven is one of myfavorites and I talk about this
all the time and that is actingas if.
Acting as if it's already done.

Acting as if you already haveyour dream goals.
This is a practice ofembodiment.
This is a practice ofinternalization.
What I want you to do is toright now, act to yourself.
If you knew that the goal thatyou want to achieve was going to

manifest, it was going to beinto, in your reality, let's say
next week, let's say this month,let's say next month.
If you knew, what would you dodifferently today?
Would I procrastinate?
Would I get up on time?
would I give it all I got,increase my performance level?

What I continue to work on myconfidence to, to continue to
talk to myself kindly.
What I have self doubt rightnow.
What I beat myself up about amistake that I make.
If I knew that next week wasgoing to, my, my dream goal was
going to manifest.

What I do that.
Maybe you would, maybe youwon't, but what would you do?
This is how you are going totruly bring your dream goal into
reality along with the othertips, right?
Because you want to act likeit's already going to happen.
A lot of times why our dreamgoals do not manifest is because

We have this doubt that is goingto happen, and because we have
this doubt, we move accordingly,right?
We don't show up, we'reinconsistent we are
perfectionist, we slow down, wedo a lot of things, because we
have this doubt that our dreamgoal is Is going to come to us

is going to provide for us isgoing to show up for us, right?
So what would you do?
How would you move differentlyif you knew your dream goal was
already here?
It is already here, right?
It's already here.
It's waiting for you to Bring itinto reality by doing the things
that you need to do to bring itinto reality And in order for

you to do those things You needto Become her, become the person
that have this, do this thing,okay?
This is going to bring it intoreality.
This is you trusting in theunseen, believing in the unseen.
This is you having an act offaith.

This is you having an act ofcourage.
This is you truly embodying aconfident queen.
This is you truly embodying Theversion of yourself that you
want to be, which is a woman whois, who moves with expectation.
A woman who knows from thebottom of her heart that her

goals is already hers without adoubt, right?
We don't want to doubt ourdreams.
We don't want to doubt ourdesires.
However, we do sometimes, right?
Because one, either it's neverbeen done or We have setbacks in
the past where we doubtourselves.
There's so many reasons why youcan have doubts, but think of
the reasons why, why should youbelieve?

Why should you believe?
Trick yourself into thinking,into believing that is already

What if my goal is here?
was here.
Like, what if I was going to,hit a thousand subscribers next
week?
What if I was going to hit 10kin my business this month?
What if I was going to get thatsix figure brand deal?
Two months from now, what if Iwas going to do that?
What if I was going to hit mydream body weight next month?

What if I was going to meet mydream man in three months or
next week, what would happen?
What would you do differently?
How would you be today?
How would you talk to yourselftoday?
How would you love on yourselftoday?
Right?
So this is going to require youto be courageous.
And take action as if it wasgoing to happen.

Believe the lie that you want tobecome true.
Take that action.
Have the courage to beembarrassed.
Have the courage to to believein yourself.
Have the courage to overcomelimiting beliefs.
Have that courage to act as if.
That's really all acting as ifis, is courage, is courage to

believe in something that's notthere yet, right?
That hasn't manifested yet inphysical reality, is there, but
in physical form, maybe not yet.
So act as if, just have thatcourage, okay?
So, now I'm just gonna rehashall of the things that I

So number one was to follow yourdesires and to drop the logic
Especially with following yourdesires Your desires are going

Number two was to dropperfectionism.

Pour love on your dreams.
It is in relationship with youjust like anything else.
Your dreams love you.
Literally feel that emotion.

Speak to it.
Love it.
Date that dream, right?
Nurture that dream.
You want that dream to want youback.
Love it.
number three was to dropPerfectionism is just going to
hold you back, drop it.
Four is clarity.
Clarity is key.
Clarity, when you have clarity,you know what to do.

When you have clarity, you canfigure out how to do things.
You can figure out where youwant to do something.
You can figure out how you wantto do something.
What you want, who you want tobe, clarity, clarity, clarity,
clarity, all things get clarity.
Clarity is going to increaseyour confidence and your future

Number five was to make pleasurea priority.
Pleasure is going to attractyour desires to you.
It's really about justromanticizing your life.
Romanticizing your life.
Making yourself feel juicy.
Making yourself feel good.
Igniting your feminine energy.
Igniting your passions.

Igniting your sensual energy.
Your sexiness.
Igniting.
All of it, right?
That is what pleasure is allabout.
Being present.

You have to give yourselfpleasure.

number six was to improve yourpersonal performance.
We are only doing 10 percent ofwhat we truly are capable of.
