squadcaster-c909_1_11-19-20 (00:00):
Hey ladies.
Welcome back to another episode.
Today, we are going to be goingover some things that is going
to allow you to stop tryingharder.
As an entrepreneur and be ableto start allowing yourself to
experience your entrepreneurialjourney with ease and flow.

(00:21):
I've been an entrepreneur fromabout 2016, 2017.
Off and on, and I've learned afew things and one of those
things that I've learned is thatyou have to stop trying harder.
Continuing to try harder istruly the definition of

(00:43):
insanity.
So if you know what thedefinition of insanity, insanity
means is you are doing the samething over and over again.
And expecting a differentresult.
Oftentimes as entrepreneurs, wehave the tendency to tell
ourselves that we have to tryharder.
We just have to do more.

(01:05):
We have to try harder at this.
We have to stay up later.
We have to work longer hours.
We have to wake up early.
We have to just burn ourselvesout by trying harder that we are
left with so much feelings offrustration and resentment and
burnout.

(01:25):
Having relationships.
Relationship issues not beingable to be present with our
family There's so many thingsthat this whole concept of
trying harder, you know sleepwhen you're dead Doing all these
kinds of things has caused youto feel and to experience and
honestly Kind of resent yourentrepreneurial journey When you

(01:49):
really don't have to becauseit's such a beautiful journey.
I love entrepreneurship It isone of the best ways as women
That you can create somethingcreate something that can put so
much abundance into your life somuch Safety into your life it
can create You know, just morepermission and more control over

(02:15):
your life and say, so with yourtime and we need that time as
well as right.
We have families, we havechildren, we have so many things
that we want to do with ourlives and entrepreneurship can
absolutely fulfill that desirewithin us that we truly, truly
have and not feel so restricted.

(02:36):
So I am definitely a rooter forentrepreneurship.
However, however, however, however, it can truly impact so
many people in such a negativeway.
And it's really about this wholeconcept that we have to try
harder and try harder and tryharder.

(02:57):
This is the complete opposite Ofnot giving up on yourself, right
because sometimes doing hardthings doing challenging things
are ways to create resilience inus is ways to break some kind of
some limiting beliefs in us, buttrying harder is not the answer.

(03:19):
So what if, what if going intothis new year of 2025?
You can allow yourself to saythat trying harder for you is no
longer the answer.
You've tried harder for so manyyears and it's maybe gotten you
somewhere.
It's maybe gotten youincremental results.
However, the hardship that iscreated, is it really worth it?

(03:44):
Right?
So what if you decided to changethat complete mindset and truly
believe that you can experiencethis entrepreneurship journey
With feeling ease and flow andexcitement because it's so
possible.
So Why do you need to stoptrying harder?

(04:08):
So number one, I've alreadyshared that You know, keep
trying harder at the same thingTrying harder to stay up late,
trying harder to wake up earlierTrying harder to do whatever it
is that you are trying harder todo is the definition of
Insanity, right?
It's just causing hardship inyour well being whether that is

(04:31):
relational hardship becauseyou're trying to make it, you're
trying to make it right.
that you're sacrificing thingssuch as, you know, having
quality relationships.
You're sacrificing time withyour, with your partners or your
friendship.
You're sacrificing time withyour children.
You're sacrificing time to takecare of yourself, your well

(04:52):
being instead of, you know, going to work out, maybe you
spend that time trying harder onthe same thing that you've been
trying.
Instead of eating properly tofuel your energy You're actually
Eating, you know fast food quickfood Just so that you can have
more time to work on yourbusiness.

(05:13):
And but what is that causingyou, right?
That's causing you stress.
It's causing you so muchemotional turmoil that you're
not able to really be in a placeof thriving and Excitement
you're stuck in this survivalmode that I have to try try try
but when you're in survivalmode, you're not really in a

(05:34):
proper place to receive receivethings that you're looking
forward to like Money cominginto your pockets, right?
A lot of times we enterentrepreneurship because we know
the financial freedom that itcan bring us But when you're in
a place of survival mode becauseyou're trying hard and hard and
harder you're not really in a aspace of receiving You're not

(05:56):
really in a place of receivingmore money into your life
receiving help into your lifereceiving, just being at ease
into your life.
And so a lot of the times ourwellbeing is sacrificed when we
are constantly trying harder andharder at something.
Have you ever told yourself, what am I doing all of this for?

(06:19):
You know, when you stop and takea look around and sometimes your
journey is not, You knowmatching the place where you
feel like you should be Becauseyou've been so stuck Pretty much
trying harder and harder andharder and you realize you're
not getting the results thatyou've been getting Sometimes it
places that frustration in yourmind Of why am I trying so hard?

(06:43):
What am I doing this for?
So it causes you to lose sightof why you're actually doing
this which is for we all do thisfor various different reasons,
right?
To create financial freedom tobe able to get your time back
which is something that isreally important to me To really
be able to experience a moreexperienced quality of life,

(07:06):
right?
Not to be so restricted.
Be able to have more say so overyourself.
But then you start questioning, why are you doing these things?
Because you keep trying harderand harder and not getting the
results that you need.
And overall, your well being.
Is the one thing that issacrificed and well being
whether that is financialrelational spiritual Emotional.

(07:31):
All of those things are impactedwhen you are Doing the same
thing over and over and notgetting the results that you
need.
So that is the number one reasonwhy I say stop trying harder.
So the second reason why youneed to stop trying harder on
this entrepreneurship journey ofwhatever it is that you are

(07:52):
doing towards your business isbecause it is blocking you from
seeing other pathways.
So when you are so focused ontrying harder on something doing
the same thing, whether that iswaking up earlier, whether it is
doing this one Tasks that youfeel like you should be trying

(08:12):
harder on.
It is blocking you of otherpathways so I study a lot about
quantum leaping and put intopractice as well and one of the
beautiful things about thisconcept Is that there's always
an easier path, right?
There's an easier path that wecan't see.

(08:34):
One thing is that success is notsupposed to be hard success can
truly be easy.
But when we are focused on justone way Where we have a mindset
on this one way, we have to dothis one way trying hard on this
one way We're not allowingourselves to take a step back to

(08:55):
see other pathways, and there'salways an easier way.
There's always an easier way.
This blocks your inability tobecome a person that pivots.
So, when you are anentrepreneur, It is so crucial
to be able to pivot.

(09:16):
What this means is to be able tochange direction at any time, to
change direction when somethingisn't working.
So, if you're constantly tryingto do one thing over and over
again.
Is not working is not workingand if it's if it's showing you
that it's not working Over andover and over again again, this

(09:38):
doesn't mean you just quit youthrow the business away, right?
Do you throw the idea away?
Sometimes maybe but It doesn'tmean quit if you truly believe
from the bottom from the bottomof your heart That this is what
you that this is this is whatyou are meant to be doing It
doesn't mean quit but it maymean to Pivot maybe pivot your

(10:05):
messaging maybe pivot maybepivot an activity that you're
doing, maybe do somethingdifferent.
This is when you have to becomeand more analytical person.
So when you are doing the samething over and over again,
you're not tapping into thatparts of you, of your parts of
you that is truly you as awoman, right?

(10:27):
We are we're women, we'reflowing.
We are.
We are supposed to operate inthat feminine energy, but a lot
of times this is when you areoperating in your masculine
energy.
So as entrepreneurs, especiallyas women, we've been hustling,
been grinding, and we've been alot in that masculine energy

(10:49):
doing things that we think we'resupposed to do in logical order.
Trying harder at something whenAs women when we are able to
connect back to our feminineenergy We are tapping into the
ability to be able to flow to beable to Make changes and shift

(11:09):
directions when something is notlining up When something is not
working out, it's okay to beable to shift and move
directions and a lot of times wefeel guilty I'm not going to be
able to do anything with that, but it'll feel like, Oh, if I,
if I change, if I do somethingdifferent, then I'm failing, but

(11:30):
no, right?
No, it's okay to shift.
It's okay to make changes.
This is how you are going to beable to start to trust yourself
with different things.
This is what's going to helpQuantum leap you in to new
levels is when you allowyourself to pivot and look for a

(11:50):
different pathway.
Something that may be a loteasier for you something that
may work more for you and yourstyle how you want to Maneuver
your business or whatever andRight.
So there's always a way, there'salways a different way, but we
have to be able to tap into thatfeminine energy that we truly

(12:12):
have.
Get back to that, get back toconnecting to that, especially
as entrepreneurs and be able toallow ourselves to flow, to
pivot, to change order, tochange direction and, and to
open our eyes to what ispossible.
The next thing is you're notlearning, right?

(12:33):
So this kind of ties into thesecond reason is that when you
are not allowing yourself to trysomething different, what are
you learning?
But when you allow yourself topivot again, again, this goes
back into the second reason isthat you are going to allow
yourself to, to learn differentthings.

(12:54):
You're learning different thingsabout yourself.
You're learning different thingsabout Your business what works
for you what doesn't work foryou?
What feels good to you?
What doesn't feel good to you?
So what this looks like is Youdeciding like people always tell
you.
Oh, you have to wake up at 5 30in the morning, right or you

(13:14):
have to Work up at 4 a.
m.
Or whatever it is.
But then you try it and you doit over and over, but you
genuinely don't like it, right?
Maybe you are a person who worksbetter at night, or maybe you
want, maybe there's a desirewithin you that you want to wake

(13:36):
up at 7 a.
m.
instead of 5 a.
m., But you can't learn aboutyourself until you allow
yourself to do that.
That is the beauty of learninghow to pivot when you Learn how
to do something different andopen up a different pathway And

(13:56):
you say i'm gonna wake up at 7a.
m And that feels good to you andyou get to be more creative and
you get to explore this side ofyourself and your business And
is more enjoyable That'ssomething That trying harder is
not going to allow you to doDoing something different is

(14:18):
what's going to allow you toopen up the doors of you
creating this business Thisjourney how you want to create
it.
Something that i've learned thisyear is that You are the boss of
your business.
Your business is not the boss ofyou And a lot of times we've
been operating from a place ofwhere our business has been

(14:42):
Running us I business tell uswhat time that we have to wake
up or how many hours we have tospend on our business or What we
need to do what we can't do No,you can't have fun unless you
get this done, right?
You can create boundaries withyourself, but that's you.

(15:02):
But one big thing is that wehave to break free of allowing
our business to be our bossversus we be the boss of our
business, right?
So that we can say what we'regonna do instead.
And so this kind of takes meinto the next reason why you

(15:26):
need to stop trying harder isbecause when you are trying
harder, you are operating fromyour current state of self.
You are operating from who youbelieve you are to be now versus
operating from your future self,right?
Your dream self, the boss ofyour business self, the person

(15:50):
who is living the dream that sheis dreaming about and how she
gets to wake up and how she getsto run her business.
And how she gets to use hertime.
When you are stuck.
In the mindset of I have to tryharder and harder and harder and
harder at whatever it is thatyou're doing You're not

(16:11):
operating from that place You'reoperating from this current
state And in this current stateis really a place of What your
current circumstances are, andthat is truly like frustration,
right?
That is frustration, that isannoyance, that is feeling like

(16:32):
you have to be feeling a littlebit desperate, feeling like you
have to put all this time versusmaybe the state that you truly
want to be in that future selfis relaxed.
She is at ease.
She is happy with her business.
She feels free in her business.
She feels joyful in herbusiness.

(16:52):
She feels like It's just so easyto maneuver.
It is so easy to changedirections when she needs to.
She knows how to make decisions.
She knows how to do this.
She knows how to take a stepback and, you know, be able to
analyze her business and enjoythe process of it.
If that's your desire state, whyare you operating out of the

(17:18):
state of this current state ofyourself?
trying harder in this currentstate that you're in is not
going to get you to the futurestate.
And my last reason why you needto stop trying harder is going
to explain this on a deeperlevel.
So the reason why you operatingout of this current state Is

(17:40):
that it's not gonna get used tothat future state.
It's because you are repelling.
You are repelling due to thenegative emotional state that
you are in.
I've tried harder for so manyyears trying hard to be
successful, trying hard to makesomething work.

(18:02):
And from my personal experience,I know what that has caused me,
just like I explained in thebeginning.
That caused frustration, thatcaused depression, that caused
resentment towards myself, towards my business, towards my,

(18:23):
my passion, this desire.
You don't want to lose thatdesire.
It causes anxiety, you know, worrying about the future just
anger.
Because again, of all thosesacrifices that you're making to
truly make this work for you.
But what that is doing, it isrepelling because when you're in

(18:44):
a negative emotional state, likejust think about life in
general, when you're negativetowards anybody, They're not
trying to come towards you.
They're running from you.
Everything is energy.
Our business, just like ourrelationship is with human
beings, your business is inrelationship with you.

(19:07):
You have a relationship withyour business.
Everything that you experienceis a relationship.
It doesn't matter if it is, youknow, a human being or an animal
or like you're in relationshipto plants, your relationship to
the clothes that you wear, your, your hair, you're in a

(19:28):
relationship with yourself, you're in relationship to your
business.
And so when you are operating ina negative place, You're more
than likely not truly speakinglife into your business, right?
You're not truly speaking lifeinto your business.
You're not making it feel good.
You're not nurturing yourbusiness.

(19:50):
You're not you know, consolingyour business.
You're not giving it the goodenergy that your business needs
to thrive.
So you're repelling that andnegative frustration.
All of those things are arerepellents.
That's what that is.

(20:10):
The things that draws things in,the things that attracts the
most is being able to be in astate of love, to be in a state
of gratitude, to be in a stateof joy.
Those are top things that trulythat truly Attracts things to
you.
And when you're in this placeoperating in that, you know,

(20:33):
current state that you're inright now, trying harder.
It's just going to repel andyou're going to keep being
frustrated because your energyis in that frustration.
You're going to keep focused on,on how frustrated you are and
how, you know, just how hard itfeel like it has to be.
That is going to keep taking youlonger and longer and longer to

(20:55):
get into that.
desired state of self until youactually allow yourself to be in
that state despite the currentcircumstances that you are in.
and so it's so important toreally focus on, it's so
important to get into theemotional state of you already

(21:15):
have versus constantly trying,trying harder.
so now, now that I went over whyyou need to stop trying harder
is my simple formula that theeasiest way that you, I'm not
going to say easy.
I'm going to say simple.
But the simple formula that youcan put yourself into position

(21:38):
to stop trying harder and tomake this entrepreneurial
journey feel so at ease and feelso at flow.
So number one, so One thing thatI want you to do is to decide.
Decide today that your businessgets to be easy.

(22:03):
When you decide that yourbusiness gets to be easy, you
are going to begin looking forways to make your journey
easier.
You're operating your businesseasier.
You are going to stop tryingharder.
It is something that is justgoing to come naturally Because

(22:24):
once you decide you cut offeverything.
Decide needs to cut off so youcut off other options.
So one thing that I noticed iswhen I decided that my business
gets to be easy, I, my bodyactually became more aware when
things were feeling hard.
Again, there's a differencebetween something feeling hard

(22:47):
and something feelingchallenging.
So when you are gettingchallenged towards something,
this is amazing opportunitiesfor you to grow.
It's amazing opportunities foryou to learn something.
More about yourself to to buildmore resilience but when I've
but my body takes notice of WhenI am trying hard on and harder

(23:11):
and harder on something And it'slike Nope, not it It's like nope
there is an easier easier wayright, so That's one of the
first things that you are goingto do.
Remember what I said You You arethe boss of your business.
You get to decide today thatyour business gets to be easy.

(23:34):
Your entrepreneurial journeygets to be easy, and this is
completely going outside thenorm.
This is going to make you feelso uncomfortable.
This is going to make you feellike this is not common sense
because for so many years, forhowever long you've been an

(23:56):
entrepreneur, however longyou've been thinking and
aspiring to be an entrepreneur, you've probably heard, you
probably heard over and overthat It requires hard work you
have to try hard you have tokeep giving it your all You have
to do this.

(24:17):
You have to do that.
What I want you to do is eraseall of that All of that All of
it, because that is a verymasculine way of doing things.
Again, entrepreneurship issomething that has truly been
designed based off a verypatriarchal kind of mindset and

(24:42):
structure, just the way of doingbusiness and how we approach
business.
That's the norm, the new norm, the new unfamiliar way to you.
Is being able to say no mybusiness gets to be easy Maybe I
don't want to work 10 hours aday.
I don't want to do that.

(25:03):
I get to decide You truly get todecide and whether that makes
your business come faster Orslower it is what it is.
What is it going to be for you?
How is it going to feel good foryou?
So you get to decide that I getto make my business easy.

(25:24):
When that happens, you willstart finding ways how to make
your business easy.
You will also start takingnotice of how other people are
making their journey easier.
When you become aware ofsomething, you become aware of
something.
When you become aware ofsomething, you become aware of

(25:47):
something just like you everbecame aware of a model of a car
or a word.
And now you start seeing iteverywhere.
You start, you start hearing itall the time.
It is the same concept.
Not everybody, even though a lotof businesses has been built in

(26:08):
a very masculine way, noteverybody has built it that way.
Not everybody because you'vebeen operating from a very hard
place in entrepreneurship.
You've noticed otherentrepreneurs who always, who
also done it the hard way, butwhen you decide that it don't
get, this gets to be easy foryou.

(26:29):
You I promise you you will startit will you will start finding
other people who is Who is doingbusiness who is pursuing
something that you are pursuing?
Who is in the same maybe nicheas you who's in the same type of
business as you You will startrealizing that hold up They got

(26:53):
this business easier They madethis business successful in less
time They've been able to dothis without working some
working so so hard And hopefullythese people are available to
show you how they did it.
This is why i'm so big on beingImpactful because once you learn

(27:15):
something now, you're able toteach others And this is why i'm
a coach right because I want toshow you how you can create this
business How can you can how youcan create your dream business
in an easier way?
Because it is so possible foryou Success is not supposed to
be hard.
So decide today that yourbusiness gets to be You Easy All

(27:40):
right, and when you decide thatif this is something that you
want coaching on Then I highlyencourage you just go to
cleopatrawilliams.
com head to the coaches tab andgo ahead and book your sessions.
So now let's go ahead and getinto number two and how you're
going to stop trying harder soyou are going to focus on

(28:02):
becoming.
Focus on becoming for so longmyself included We've been doing
things the backwards way.
We are so focused on havingsomething that we start from the
having part.
We get attached to that havingpart that we say, I want this, I

(28:24):
want this.
So I'm going to focus on doingwhatever I need to be doing to
get that.
And we completely abandon, wecompletely ignore We completely
ignore the becoming part of it,which is the most important
part.
So what I mean by this, forexample, have you ever heard?

(28:47):
You can't truly have successwithout being a success first,
oh, yeah, it's so good I lovechai tea.
It's so good Okay, so let me getback And then after being
successful first, you're doingsuccessful things based off who
you are, who you are now and whoyou are becoming.

(29:10):
So you have to be.
be the person that you want tobecome.
Dress like the person that dresslike the position you want to
have already act like you havethe position, right?
we're so focused on having,we're trying harder, we're doing
the things that we think we needto do so that we can have

(29:32):
something.
We're just constantly, we'retrying harder to have this, when
we need to first focus onactually being the person.
Who is the person that have whatit is that you truly desire to
have?
Have you have to be her first.

(29:53):
You have to be her first.
Once you allow yourself to beher first What's going to happen
is you are actually you're goingto be that future self first and
then you're going to start doingthings That future self will do
You are going to start doingthings acting as if and doing

(30:14):
the steps that she will take andTo have this future that she's
going to have but how is shegoing to do it?
What would that person do?
So you have to be able toconnect not just focus on the
having part.
If you're focused on the havingpart, you're gonna think you
have to do any and everything todo it.
But what would this person do?

(30:36):
What would your, your idea of asuccessful entrepreneur as a
successful business owner, whatwould she do, right?
And you embody her now.
You internalize her now.
You show up as her now.

(30:57):
You pour into her as you arenow.
And then you do things, dothings, not just for the sake of
trying harder.
not just for the sake of havingbut you are doing things Because
of who you are.
Because of based off who she isYou are doing things and when

(31:18):
you allow yourself to do thingsThis is going to put you into
another place that i'm going toget into And part of this
formula of getting into a placeof stop trying harder so that's
just the second part of stoptrying harder And then i'm going
to explain into a little bitdeeper of why this is so

(31:39):
important on your path ofallowing your allowing your
entrepreneur journey to Be anease and flow.
So the third way that you aregoing to get out of this mindset
of trying harder is I want youto get prepared.

(31:59):
So this is so important.
Don't wait until you thinksomething is going to happen for
you to start getting ready.
No.
So if anything that I learnedfrom very successful people is
that they were already gettingprepared.
And so when the opportunity cameup, all they had to do was be in

(32:20):
position to receive it.
That is it.
So don't wait, wait until, forexample, someone is ready to
buy.
From you for you to set up yourlink for someone to purchase
from you.
So this is something that i'veheard before i've heard this
many times on my journey You Andthat has been don't create

(32:47):
something until it sells.
So like don't create a courseuntil, you know, someone,
someone buys it.
Don't create a product until youhave a waiting list.
Don't create, like, don't putsomething out until people are
ready.
But honestly, And i've Triedthat way And I tried it hard and

(33:12):
harder, but let me tell you fromexperience where that has gotten
me and why I truly beg to differso in my experience that has
caused me to actually losedesire to create something.
It took me from a place ofacting as if and being to being

(33:37):
in a place of waiting mode tobeing in a place of just waiting
for someone else being inactive.
And why I beg to differ again isbecause I'm huge on quantum
leaping.
I'm huge on acting as if, if youwant to quantum leap your

(33:59):
journey, you have to sometimesgo against common sense.
You have to sometimes beillogical.
The logical way, the logicalthing to do is yes, right?
Wait for someone, you know, don't create a product until you
know you have an audience.
Don't write a book until youknow you have people who want to

(34:23):
buy from you.
Absolutely not.
What I want you to do is learnhow to already create the
outcome.
Create the outcome.
Take the quantum leap This isyou acting as if you already
have.
What is going to help you getout this mindset?

(34:45):
Of you have to keep tryingharder to do the same thing or
you have to keep waiting forpeople No You're going to get
prepared By already having theoutcome ready you are going to
write the book you are going tocreate the course You are going
to do everything that's going toput you in position to receive

(35:07):
it When it is ready to bereceived.
That is it.
This is this is the formula Iknow you're probably thinking
well, what does this have to dowith trying harder?
this is going to be that this isthe formula to get you out of
Being in a place of tryingharder and to actually put you

(35:28):
in a place of Receiving becauseI don't want you to wait for you
to To have everything in order.
I don't want you to wait forpeople to be ready to Buy from
you or to listen to you or waitfor you to have a following or
wait for you to have an audienceFor you to follow your desires.

(35:50):
For you to create Your desireand put your desire in a place
where it's ready to receive.
Because you are going to losethat desire You're going to lose
that desire.
I promise you, you're going tolose that creative, that
creative place that you're in,where you have this idea and you

(36:11):
want to do it, but then you stopyourself because you're like, I
don't have the audience.
I don't have the following.
No, you want to just create it.
Listen to your body, follow yourdesires and allow everything
else to catch up, alloweverything else to catch up.

(36:32):
You're going to, this is youcreating the outcome.
This is you being illogical.
It doesn't make sense.
No, it doesn't make sense.
But guess what?
When you do this, You are goingto put yourself in a position
where then you can get into astate of expectation.
Okay.
You're not in a waiting.

(36:53):
You are going to allow yourselfto get out of a waiting season
to be in a season ofexpectation.
All right.
And so that is, let me see ifthat's the following, the next
one.
Okay, and so this is the placeof where you are going to be

(37:14):
this is going to help you getout of a state of Trying harder.
Doing the same thing over andover and over again or trying
harder to have success.
You don't have to try hard.
You do not have to try hard.
Success gets to be easy.Doingthe steps that I just gave you

(37:34):
When you do these steps rightyou get prepared You focus on
becoming and you decide thatyour business your
entrepreneurial journey gets tobe easy You are going to put
yourself into a state ofexpectation This is the key.
This is the true embodiment of aconfident Woman, all right.

(37:57):
This is a true embodiment of aconfident entrepreneur when you
are able to You you are theperson you became the person
you're doing the things thatthis successful woman Is doing
right the successfulentrepreneur You created that

(38:18):
outcome already.
You're not waiting for people toyou know to buy your desires No,
you already created it.
They're gonna buy it when theybuy it You don't follow what's
going to come when they come.
But now because you did this, you get to get yourself out of
the state of trying harder andyou, now you get to just focus
on being expectant.

(38:39):
You're being, you're doing, andnow you get to expect, right?
Now you get to put yourself in aposition where you can trust
yourself.
You trust and you know all aswell.
You trust that you are going toreceive because you've been
being because you've been doingBased off who you are You

(39:00):
prepare the outcome already Youknow, you're about to have this
you already created the have.
Be do have is as simple as that.
To get you out of trying hardand allow your entrepreneurship
to be an ease and flow.
All right.
This is where you are going totruly get into receiving mode.

(39:22):
Your journey gets the flow toyou With ease, you get to sit
back and allow yourself toreceive with ease, not saying do
nothing.
Again, you have to be able to bea person that pivots, right?
Be a person that pivots, be aperson, a person that analyzes,
that sees different ways, findan easier ways, But you're

(39:46):
trusting yourself.
You're allowing yourself to say,you know what?
I've been being this successfulperson, being her.
I've been doing what it is thatshe will do and i've already
created the outcome.
So now all it is I have to do isgive repeat rinse and repeat do
this process and detach detachfrom the outcome.

(40:10):
Your attachment to having yourattachment to This goal is
what's keeping you in a chokeYou hold.
Is keeping you depressed iskeeping you frustrated is making
you resent Your business ismaking you resent your journey.
Right.

(40:30):
Your attachment to this thisgoal You can achieve this goal
with ease and flow You canachieve this goal with honoring
your time.
You can achieve this goal withWith sleep You can achieve this
goal and still be present withyour family.

(40:51):
You can achieve this goal andstill Have a healthy
relationship with your partnerwith friends You can achieve
this goal.
Yes, there are sacrifices, butthis is your business You get to
decide the type of sacrificesthat you want to make, and the

(41:12):
type of sacrifices that areunavailable to you.
This is it.
This is your business.
All right.
This is where you are trulygoing to find peace on your
entrepreneurial journey.
Okay, it is not meant to be hardThe all the internal hardship
that you are going through Itdoes not have to happen.

(41:34):
Even though some of the thingsthat we go through on this
journey, again, is to createresilience, is to create new
levels of us, is to teach usthings about ourselves, is to
teach us things about pivoting, and Becoming a better person is
teaching us so many things So wecan't stop certain things to

(41:57):
happen, right?
Certain things are going tohappen for our lesson but
Constantly just trying harderand harder and hard on the same
thing.
What is that truly doing foryou?
Right?
So again, just like I asked youin the beginning of this video
What if you decided today?

(42:18):
That You can just stop tryingharder altogether.
What if you stopped tryingharder and you just allowed your
business, your entrepreneurialjourney to be a journey of ease
and flow and inner peace?
What if that happened?

(42:38):
Like truly think about what thatcan become.
And I know that is trulypossible.
Is an internal belief, is amindset shift that you have to
take.
In order to believe that this ispossible, just stop trying hard
altogether and you will startfinding ways to make this path
just easier for you.

(42:59):
Is so possible.
All right.
So just to kind of rehash what Iwent over.
Already, the reasons why youneed to stop trying harder is
because one trying harder is adefinition of insanity and it's
causing you so much hardship inyour well being.
Well being is key to asuccessful entrepreneur journey.

(43:20):
There's no sense in getting toyour goal You can absolutely get
to your goal Right by tryinghard by doing it hard and hard
and harder It might takeforever.
It might get a sooner, but guesswhat?
How is it going to feelinternally when you receive
that?
Right?
two, it is blocking you fromseeing other pathways.

(43:42):
There's always an easier way.
Number three is that you are notlearning when you are stuck on
trying harder.
You're not learning differentways because you're not allowing
yourself to look at differentways.
Number four is that you'reoperating from your current
state of mind versus the futureyou trying harder.

(44:03):
Your, your future self, yourentrepreneurial future, you
dream, you entrepreneur is nottrying harder.
She has that ease and peace.
And so maybe you need to be atease and peace.
Okay.
And number five is repelling youdue to that negative emotional
state that has been causing you.
And then the formula of how tostop trying harder.

(44:27):
The simple formula to get inthere is number one, decide,
decide that this journey gets tobe easy for you.
You're building your businessgets to be easy for you.
Creating ideas gets to be easyfor you, Creating content or
whatever it is building aproduct gets to be easy for you.
It gets to be easy You justdecide on that and watch how you

(44:51):
will find ways to make iteasier.
Number two is focus on becomingbecoming Not just focused on
having.
We've been doing things from abackwards place from having and
then doing and being and it'sjust absolutely not there.
I think once we have this, we'regoing to be able to be
successful.
Once we have the success, we'regoing to feel like we're

(45:12):
successful already.
It doesn't work that way.
You have to be first.
You have to be a success firstand then you have success first.
That is it.
Number three is get prepared, already create your outcome that
you're going to have and justallow that to be, is already
ready for you.
And four is get into a state ofexpectation.

(45:33):
You already know what's going tohappen.
You don't need to keep tryingharder.
Alrighty.
So.
