that's gonna help you, is areminder that the Goal Achiever

All righty.
So now let's go into these fivequestions.
I am so, so, so excited becauseI just want you guys to unlock
your potential.
You have so much possibilitiesthat is for you that you don't

(02:16):
even know.
All right, so the first questionto ask yourself is, what if I
know you probably have askedwhat if before, however, most
people ask what if.
In a negative way, right?
So we ask, what if I fail?
What if it doesn't work out?
What if I get embarrassed?

(02:36):
What if I get judged?
what if everything just goeswrong?
Right?
Those are typically thequestions that most people ask,
but that simple question is whatstops you?
Because when you ask thequestion wrong.
What if you are asking it in away that you are already
freezing yourself and expectingthe worst to happen, what I want

(02:59):
you to do that has opened somany possibilities for me in my
mind and unlocked my fullestpotential and helped me conquer
limiting belief is asking thecomplete opposite.
What if it works out?
What if I actually succeed?
What if I invest my time and mymoney into building this

(03:23):
business?
And it actually works out?
What if I invest my time and mymoney in a program that's gonna
help me grow?
And it helps me grow.
It helps me become the mostconfident version of myself.
What if you start asking thosetype of questions?
is going to open your mind tothe possibility of things

(03:43):
actually working out for you.
So what I want you to do is justswitch it instead of asking what
if it doesn't work out?
Ask what if it does work out?
What this is gonna do, it isgonna actually give you
excitement versus fear, right?
When you ask those questions ofwhat if it doesn't work out your

(04:04):
body?
Your body experienced that.
So if you're asking yourself, what if I get embarrassed, let's
say you wanna be a contentcreator and you're asking
yourself, what if I show uponline and nobody watches my
video?
Your body is literally going toexperience that.
You're gonna feel how it's gonnafeel if nobody shows up online,

(04:26):
and that is where you are goingto take action from, versus if
you ask yourself, what if Ishowed up online and I impacted
somebody?
I help somebody, I inspiresomebody.
What if my videos was seen by somany people?
You are going to, again, yourbody is going to experience that

(04:50):
feeling and that experience, that feeling is what is going to
move you.
It is gonna move you into thedirection of your.
Potential.
It is gonna move you into thedirection of you opening up.
Opening up possibilities.
It is going to open that up.
That is exactly what.

(05:10):
Asking that question, what ifdid for me before I became a
content creator?
Before I even put myself outonline, I always wanted to be a
YouTuber.
I always wanted to createcontent.
I always wanted to make animpact and do fulfilling work.
However, I had this major fearof what if I get embarrassed?

(05:33):
What if you know, people see meand they, you know, don't care
about anything that I have tosay.
That was the things that I usedto question myself with until I
started questioning, Hmm, whatif I actually help somebody with
this?
And that question alone is whatmoved me to actually say, you
know what, let me just do it,because what if it works out

(05:55):
right?
What if it works out in your.
Favor, whatever you expectyou'll receive.
If you are expecting greatpossibilities and you are
seeking great possibilities forto happen for you, it will
happen for you because whateveryou see in your mind, you hold
in your hand.
Whatever you experience in yourbody, you experience in your

(06:18):
reality and it will stop you.
So ask that question, what if,but ask.
The what if that you areprobably not asking.
What if it worked out?
What if I succeeded?
What if I didn't waste my time?
What if people do wanna see me?
What if, what if, what if?
When you start to take action, there will always be a risk

(06:43):
behind it.
You risk failing.
Yes, you risk succeeding.
However, would you rather riskthe possibility of things
working out of you investing inyourself and you starting your
business and you puttingyourself out there?
Would you rather risk thepossibility of that happening?
And what it gives you back inreturn, right?

(07:06):
It gives you increasedconfidence.
It gives you an improvedself-esteem and self-image.
It improves your identity, theperson that you see yourself as.
Instead of seeing yourself as aperson who is incapable, you
might start seeing yourself as aperson who was more than
capable, right?
Instead of seeing your person, seeing yourself as a person who

(07:28):
you know, nothing good happensfor as a victim, you.
Might see, start seeing yourselfas a victor, as something that
everything works out for as alucky girl, right?
You might start seeing yourselfdifferently, and that's a
possibility that would happen.
Or would you rather.
Bet on the what if it doesn'twork out?

(07:51):
And because you are so focusedon that, it not working out, you
failing, you get embarrassed, you don't take action
whatsoever, and you risk these, you risk staying insecure for.
You risk living in regret, wondering what if, what if I did
that years ago?

(08:12):
What if I didn't care whatanyone think?
Right?
But now it's too late or you'verisked never realizing your full
potential.
The possibilities that couldhave been for you, the
opportunities that could havebeen for you.
If I never decided to say, what,if I actually helped somebody, I
would've never became a coach.
Right.

(08:32):
I would've never even thoughtthat this was possible.
I would've never became aspeaker.
I would've never been able to dothat if I didn't allow myself to
say, what if I can share myvoice?
And people, some people actuallycare what I have to say, and so
I wouldn't be doing this.
So what if it worked out?
when you ask differentquestions, you get different

(08:55):
results, so ask betterquestions.
the second question that isgoing to help you unlock your
potential, help you open yourmind to new possibilities and
crush limiting beliefs, is thisquestion.
This is one of my favoritequestions.
What is the worst that canhappen?

(09:16):
What is the worst that canhappen, right?
What is the worst that canhappen if you decided to go and
achieve your wildest dreams, ifyou decided to achieve this
dream goal that you have in mindthat seems.
So scary.
is the worst that can happen?
Some of these things that peoplethink of, again, you get
embarrassed, you get judged, youlose time, you lose money.

(09:37):
you fail.
It doesn't work out.
Yes, those are negative thingsthat can happen, but you can
always come back from it.
That is something that has heldme down It, it has helped me
crush those limiting beliefs.
It has helped me.

(09:57):
Unlock more of my potentialbecause I realize that I can
always come back from it.
What is the worst that canhappen?
The worst that can happen is youdie, right?
That's the worst case scenario, and more than likely the dream
goals that you wanna achieve, putting yourself out there.
Dying, God willing.

(10:19):
That is not something that isgoing to happen from you doing
that.
What's going to happen is maybeyou do get embarrassed, however,
maybe you get challenged, youget uncomfortable, right?
You get pushed past your limits.
Sometimes you learn, you grow.
You become more resilient, thoseare typically the things that do
happen.

(10:40):
Besides getting embarrassed,being judged, failing.
Those are likely things that canhappen when you take a risk to
bat on yourself.
But it is okay.
For example, for me, I havefailed.
I started a reselling business.
My first entrepreneurial journeywas a reselling business, and it

(11:00):
worked out in my favor, right?
It worked out.
I.
I started making a full-timeincome within three months.
I learned pretty quickly, andthen I didn't wanna do it
anymore.
And then I wanted to start a, adance business.
I fell flat on my face.
I failed.
I was embarrassed.
I didn't know what I was doing.

(11:21):
I was too ahead of myself.
I wasted thousands and thousandsof dollars on building an app
for the dance.
I, I was ghosted before by danceteachers because I wasn't that
popular or well known.
And to be quite frank.
It really shattered me, right?

(11:41):
It broke me down.
I got depressed.
I felt like my world was over atthat point because.
I felt so embarrassed.
I felt so unseen.
I felt so overlooked.
I felt so how can you do this toyourself?
I felt all of those feelings.
All of those feelings, but onething that did not happen, I did

(12:04):
not die.
I did not die from any of thatexperience, but I felt, but
guess what?
You get back up right when youget down to the lowest possible
because maybe you did experiencea negative impact from you
betting on yourself, that'slikely, but what do you do?
There's nowhere to go but up.

(12:27):
You build yourself back up, youbuild more confidence in
yourself, and you do it again.
You don't quit.
And that's exactly whathappened.
I took the lessons I learnedfrom that, and I decided to,
Hmm, I can start a businessagain.
I did it before.
I can do it.
Again, I failed the second time.
But okay, I can do it again.

(12:47):
This is what happens when youask yourself, what's the worst
that can happen, right?
when you realize you are notgonna die and that you can
always come back, you can alwayscome back from failure.
You can always come back fromembarrassment.
You can always come back fromjudgment, right?
Never allow those feelings, those experiences, to break you

(13:09):
down to the point where you giveup on yourself, Just allow it to
give you a learning lesson.
Build that resilience in you andyou get back up and you go
again.
Right?
Because you only fail when youquit.
That's really it.
You only fail when you quit andyou can always come back.
So one of the statements that Ilove to say to myself when I'm

(13:29):
scared, when you know I wannamake an investment in myself
that maybe costs a lot of money,or when I'm scared to put myself
out there, when I'm scared tostart something new, what I ask
myself is this.
Can I come back from it?
I tell myself, there is nothingI cannot come back from besides
death.
That's it.

(13:49):
So what is the worst that canhappen?
The third question to askyourself that is going to help
you again, unlock yourpotential, open your mind to
possibilities and conquerlimiting beliefs is you asking
yourself, what can I dodifferently?

(14:10):
Okay.
Doing the same thing over andover and over again will give
you the same result.
This question right here hashelped me become a woman who can
pivot.
A woman who is not stuck tryingto do the same thing and
expecting the same result.
If you truly desire to be a goalachiever, if you truly desire.

(14:34):
To change your life.
If you truly desire to bebetter, to do better, to have
better.
If you truly desire to unlockyour fullest potential, you have
to be able to ask yourself, whatcan I do differently?
How can I pivot?
This is gonna open your mind tonew possibilities.

(14:55):
This alone is going to bring outthe creator in you when you
start thinking, when you startopening your mind.
So there's a book that I'mcurrently reading and is called
In Awe.
And there was a part in a bookwhere he was talking about a
study that was done to testcreativity in children.

(15:18):
Right.
And what happened is that.
the professor, he took apaperclip and he asked the
children, how many differentways can you use this paperclip?
And each child came up withalmost 200 different ways to use
a single paperclip, that silverpaperclip that you use 200

(15:40):
different ways.
And when he did the test onadult, each adult only came up
with about 10 to 15.
Different ways.
So why I share this is becausethe test was done and because he
was trying to show us thatchildren, when you tap into that
inner child version of yourself, they're in their creative

(16:03):
genius.
They are tapped into theircreativity, unlike adults where
we constantly take our pastresults and we.
Put that into our futureresults, right?
We take our past results and weput that into our present.
We believe that everything thathappened before is gonna happen

(16:23):
again.
And what that does, it shut downour mind.
It shut down our brain, it stopsus from.
Thinking about differentpossibilities that can take
place, different possibilitiesthat can happen.
And because our brain doesn'tlike to work in overtime, our
mind just tries to come up withthe most logical answers.

(16:48):
If you wanna be a goal achiever, you have to become illogical.
You have to, this is gonna helpyou.
Again, open your mind topossibilities is going to help
you think of new pathways toachieve certain goals.
If you just allow yourself tosit and think, okay, in my mind,

(17:08):
there is one way to achieve thisone goal, I want you to ask
yourself, what are all the otherdifferent ways that you can do
to achieve this one goal that isgonna help you open up your mind
to more possibilities?
I.
So the fourth question that isgoing to help you unlock your

(17:28):
potential open new possibilitiesfor yourself and conquer
limiting beliefs is askingyourself this amazing question.
Who said this was true?
Who said this was right?
Who said this was wrong?
Who made this rule?
This is a great question tounlock and Lamming belief that

(17:50):
you've been carrying for.
Years that maybe you've gottenfrom people that you look up to,
you've gotten from teachers, you've gotten from professors
you've gotten from your family.
What are limiting beliefs thatyou've been carrying with
yourself for years, but it'sblocking you from.

(18:12):
Moving.
It is blocking you from quantumleaping into the next stage of
your life.
It is blocking you fromunlocking your potential because
you have this limiting belief.
But what if you ask yourself?
Is this even true?
Is it true?
Is it true that I have to haveso much money in a world to

(18:36):
start investing or to start abusiness?
Is it true that I have to be 20years old or younger to start
modeling?
Is it true that you can only bean influencer?
When you're young, is it truethat you can only dance when

(18:56):
you're young?
Is it true that you only canmake a certain amount of money
if you're a man?
Is it true that if you're asingle mom, then you're doomed
to struggle?
Is it true?
Nine times out of 10, nothing istrue, right?
Unless it's truth.
Truth is things like gravity, the love of gravity, that is

(19:18):
truth.
It is never going to change, right?
Life and death, that's truth,right?
People are born and people die.
That is truth.
That is going to happen.
That is not going to changeunless God says.
This change, right?
That is true.
True.
If it's something that canchange, if it's something that

(19:40):
can evolve, if it's somethingthat can be challenged, it is
not true.
There are so many beliefs thatyou are holding in your mind
right now.
But other people decided thatthis is not true for me.
And they pushed past that.
They pushed past those beliefsand they made their life into

(20:02):
something that they want tolook.
They created their dream life.
That is what is possible whenyou learn how to ask yourself,
is this even true?
If it's ever changing?
If it can change, then it'sonly, it is only true if you
believe it to be true.

(20:23):
That is what limiting beliefsare.
It is something that is holdingyou back that you've.
Accepted and agree with in yourheart that you dec decided to
say like, this is true for me,right?
This is true that you know, I'ma bad person.
It is true that I'm aprocrastinator.
It is true that things don'twork out for me, but.

(20:45):
That's just stories that you'retelling yourself, right?
If you're telling yourself thatstory and you actually believe
it and agree with it, then it isgonna be true for you because
our reality is in ourperception, right?
Reality is in the eye of thebeholder.
So whatever you believe to betrue is going to be true for
you, but if it's limiting you,it is a limiting.

(21:08):
Belief if it's restricting youfrom moving forward and
unlocking possibilities,unlocking your greatest
potential, that is just waitingto to come out.
It is waiting to.
You know, just be out there iswaiting for you to show up.
It is waiting for you toquestion certain beliefs that is

(21:30):
keeping you stuck, that isholding you down.
So ask yourself whatever beliefthat it is that has been holding
you back from, moving you, frombeing an achiever, that's been
keeping you at being a dreamer.
Versus actually going intoachieving your goal is keeping
you stuck from feelingconfident.

(21:50):
Is keeping you stuck fromfeeling unstoppable.
Then ask yourself, is this true?
Because you can reject anybelief that you do not want to
be true for you, just reject itand the name of Jesus be like,
Uhuh, I reject this.
That is not true for me.
Nope.

(22:11):
Right.
Rejections that I had to getover.
Beliefs that I had to reject formyself was that it's hard to
make money that you have to workreally, really hard to make
money, that you have to wake upat four or 5:00 AM every single
day to be successful.
No, that's exhausting.
Like that is not true.

(22:32):
Who the hell said that was true?
Right?
And so, but I believed that forso long, so that became my
reality.
So, reject the things that youdon't want to be true.
Ask yourself, is this even true?
Because nine times outta 10.
It is not truth.
It is not truth whatsoever, andyou can change it and you can
open your door to possibilitiesand unlocking your potential.

(22:56):
And that alone is you conqueringlimiting beliefs that's been
holding you back.
And that is going to help youcreate new beliefs about
yourself.
Now you're gonna be able toreplace certain beliefs that's
been holding you back with newbeliefs.
That is going to push you, thatis going to keep accelerating

(23:18):
your growth.
So new beliefs.
Over those old beliefs withasking simply is this true?
And last question that is goingto help you unlock your
potential, open a door to somany possibilities for yourself
and help you crush limitingbeliefs.
These are questions that I'veasked myself that has helped me

(23:41):
achieve multiple dream goals, and it can do the same for you.
And so this last question issimply.
Why not me?
Why not me?
Why not you?
Right.
Why not you?
If this person can do it, so canyou.
I've asked myself this question,if that person can, you know,

(24:04):
show up online confident andlearn how to do this.
So can I.
It is that simple.
If this person can, you know, bea single mom.
And become Wally successful.
So can I, why?
Can you not?
Right?
If somebody can do it, why notyou?

(24:24):
Other questions to ask aboutyourself or why not you?
Why not you be the person thatchanges the health and wealth of
your family.
Why not you be that person tobreak the generational?
Patterns, right?
Generational patterns that hasbeen keeping your family in a

(24:44):
financial destruction.
Why not you be that person to goand learn financial literacy, to
change the outlook of yourfamily's life?
Why not you be the person thatchanged the health, right?
Start eating better and showingyour family a new way of life,
right?
Why not you be that person?
Why not you be the person whocan teach from your failures and

(25:10):
from your successes, and teachpeople to help people improve?
Why not you use your voice toimpact?
Why not you be the person to dowhatever it is that you've been
telling yourself that you can'tdo, or you've been telling
yourself that maybe it'simpossible or that you're scared

(25:31):
to do.
Why not you?
You think it's hard?
Okay, but why not you if someoneelse can learn it?
Why not you that is going tohelp you unlock your potential.
That is going to help you openpossibility.
Because when you start askingwhy not me, guess what you start
thinking, Hmm, what if, what ifI did show up?

(25:56):
Actually, what if I did putmyself out there?
What if, right?
Changes the game.
So why not you?
This is a beautiful, beautifulquestion to ask yourself if you
are ready to change your life,if you are ready to achieve
certain goals, if you are readyto improve yourself.

(26:19):
Image, especially because onceupon a time you was not
thinking, why not me?
Get up and, you know, put on abeautiful dress and you know,
like, go twirl around the house.
Why not me go out and play?
Right.
There was a time when you werethinking that you were never
thinking, why not me?
Learn how to walk, learn how tocrawl.

(26:39):
However, there was a time whenyou started thinking that you're
not good enough, or that peopledon't wanna see you, or people
don't wanna hear you, or you'renot important, right?
But you can rebuild thatself-image in yourself by.
Asking Why not me?
You're gonna stir that.

(26:59):
I am good enough to do thatinside of you, right?
It is okay.
And it's safe, so why not me?
So ask these five questions.
What if, what is the worst thatcan happen?
What can I do differently?
Who said that this was eventrue?
Right?

(27:20):
Who made the rules?
And five, why not me?
These are the five questions Iask myself all the time.
Whenever I'm ready to go to anew level, whenever I wanna get
uncomfortable, whenever I'mnervous, I ask myself.
What if?
What is the worst that canhappen?

(27:41):
Right?
Who said this was true?
Who said this was true?
If I wanted to do somethingdifferent, who said I had to
stay this way?
Why not me?
And if something isn't working, what can I do differently,
right?
If I don't like it, if I wannachange something about myself,
if I wanna change somethingabout what I'm doing, if I wanna

(28:01):
change, you know, an experience, what can I do differently?
Ask in these five questions, will unlock your potential.
Open your mind to possibilitiesand help you conquer limiting
beliefs.
These will get you in theposition of rebuilding your
confidence and your self imageso that you can start moving

(28:25):
from dreaming, just thinkingabout it to actually take an
action.
Achieving it, and I promise you, ultimately you will feel
unstoppable.
It is very unlikely, even if youfail.
If you fail and you get back upbecause you realize that there
is nothing you can't come backfrom, then you will feel

(28:47):
unstoppable.
And I'm only talking frompersonal experience.
So if you desire to get out ofjust thinking about your dream
goal and you're ready to take.
Action and achieve your dreamgoal so that you can rebuild
your self image, rebuild yourself confidence, and ultimately

(29:10):
feel unstoppable.

I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
