I want to thank you so much forsharing your time, your space
and, of course, your amazingenergy with me today, with so
much noise in the world and somuch happening in our lives.
I don't know about you, butsometimes all of that can feel
so overwhelming, and that's whyI created this short episode as

(01:51):
a meditation, to invite you tocome home to yourself.
You don't need anything fancy, you just need a few minutes, a
quiet space and a willingness toshow up for you.
I want you to let this momentground you To simply be at peace

(02:12):
.
There's no fixing, no solving, just being.
Let's begin by gently closingyour eyes or softening your gaze
, if that feels better.
I want you to take a deepbreath in through your nose and

(02:37):
hold it just a moment and thenexhale through your mouth.
Let's do that again Inhale,hold.
Let's do that again inhale, hold and slowly exhale out.
I want you to do that one moretime, and this time, when you

(03:00):
inhale, I want you to feel thebreath going through your body
and as you exhale out, I wantyou to let your shoulders drop.
I want you to feel your jawunclenching.
Start to Relax your hands, letyour body feel loose.

(03:30):
Now I want you to bring yourattention back to your breath,
not changing it, just noticingit.
I want you to let it anchor youto right here, right now.

(03:53):
Yes, the world will keepspinning, but this moment I just
want you to just continue toinhale and exhale.

(04:17):
Thank you, thank you.

(05:36):
If thoughts come up, I want youto let them pass like clouds.
Remember to always come back toyour breath, back to the sound,
back to your breath, back to thesound, back to yourself.

(06:42):
Thank you, this is your momentto be intentional and to be
present.
If your eyes are closed, slowlyopen them.

(07:36):
Take another deep breath in forme, hold it and slowly exhale
out.
You've just given yourself thegift of presence.
It doesn't take much, justintention and the willingness to

(07:58):
take time for yourself.
Just know that you can comeback to this space whenever life
starts to feel too loud.
Grounding isn't about escaping.
It's about returning, returningback to you.
I want you to take away fromthis moment that you are allowed

(08:23):
to hit pause.
You don't need permission tobreathe.
You can do this anytime,anywhere.
Breathing is the most simplestthing that you can do.
You can do it for 10 seconds, five seconds, 30 seconds,

(08:43):
whatever you have time for you.
Remember the moment you returnto yourself, you return to your
power.
All right, you guys, I want tothank you so much for sharing
this space with me.
If you're looking to go deeper,I want you to check out the

(09:06):
episode titled Letting GoFinding Inner Peace.
It pairs beautifully withtoday's meditation.
Until next time, remember to begentle with yourself, give
yourself grace and, as always,namaste.
