purpose - one recipe, one revelation, one rooted moment at a time.
So whether you are cooking withlove, healing from the inside out
or simply catching your breath.
You belong at this table.
Let's season the soul together.
Today's the personal bite isserved with one powerful reminder.
(01:10):
What's for you isn't just coming.
It is being seasoned to your taste.
We have all heard this phrase before, but I want to take it a step deeper.
What's for you isn't justwaiting in a box somewhere.
It's being seasoned, flavored, prepared, and perfected.
So when it finally arrives,it is just right for you.
(01:33):
Let's talk about how to holdonto that truth while you wait.
How to find joy in the process andhow to trust that God is working
behind the scenes seasoning yourblessings, until they're ready to serve.
Let's start where most of usstruggle, "the waiting season".
Waiting often feels like silence, like nothing is happening.
(01:56):
But just like food in the oven unseenthings are happening in the process.
Example (02:01):
imagine baking bread.
While you don't see the yeastworking, it's rising, expanding,
and becoming what it needs to be.
Faith tie-in (02:10):
In Habakkuk 2:3, it
says, " though it linger, wait for it.
It will certainly comeand will not delay".
God's timing is not about denial.
It is about preparation.
Always remember what feels likedelay is often divine marination.
So what does it mean when I say yourblessing is being seasoned to your taste?
(02:35):
Let's talk about God's seasoning process.
1.
Seasoning adds depth.
Just as seasoning takes timeto soak into food, your journey
adds layers to your character.
Without trials and lessons, blessings can feel shallow.
2.
Seasoning is personal.
No two dishes taste the same whendifferent hands prepare them.
(02:58):
God knows your exact taste, yourneeds, your desires, your purpose.
What's for someone else won'tsatisfy you the same way.
3.
Seasoning requires patience.
Rushing a stew leaves it bland.
In the same way rushing God'sprocess leaves you unprepared
to fully enjoy what's yours.
(03:20):
So how do we stay strong when wecan't see the kitchen work happening?
Let's learn how to holdon while it's cooking.
1.
Practice gratitude daily.
Gratitude keeps the spiritalive while waiting.
Even small blessings areseasoned for your joy.
2.
Prepare your table.
(03:41):
Just like setting the table beforedinner, prepare yourself mentally,
spiritually, and emotionallyfor what you are asking for.
Example, if you are prayingfor love, work, and healing
and self-love while you wait.
3.
Surround yourself with encouragement.
Stay in communities, podcasts, scripture, and friends that remind you God is
(04:06):
still cooking something for you.
4.
Don't peak in the pot too much.
Over checking slows down the process.
Trust that it's happeningeven if you can't see it.
What area of your life do youneed to stop peeking in the pot
and start trusting God's timing?
And here's the beautiful part, eventually what's for you get served.
(04:30):
Now we enjoy the serving moment!
When it arrives, it won'tjust be "good enough".
It will feel like itwas made just for you.
The job that aligns with your gifts, therelationship that values your whole self,
the opportunity that fits your calling.
And when it does, you'll understand whythe wait and the season were worth it.
(04:53):
Ephesians 3:20, " Now
to him who is able to do immeasurably
more than all we asks or imagine".
God's version always tastes better thanwhat we were trying to cook up ourselves.
Let's plate this up and say thislike your belly full: "i will
