For the last week, I’ve been feeling pretty overwhelmed, and had more than a few panic attacks. Between lunar new year, work stress, and personal things I’m facing, it’s just feeling like…a lot. And the news about gun violence in this country does not help. In this episode, we face these thoughts, instead of trying to avoid them, and I share some things I’ve been experimenting with for coping.
