Episode 39: Anthony Templet - "I Just Killed My Dad"

On the surface, the case seems so simple: a young man shot his father in the mist of an argument. He called 911 and without any emotion said the chilling words, "I just killed my dad." 

It wasn't simple at all. Natalia tells us the story this week of Anthony Templet from the Netflix documentary 'I Just Killed my Dad' and how he ended up an example of how justice should look carefully at all the circumstances before judging someone guilty of a crime. This story has so many unexpected twists that will change everything you think you know about the boy holding the gun, and it isn't just abuse.
