In the paper, his team reviewed and summarized approximately 20 historical government studies dating from 1933 to the present from a number of different countries, including the US, UK, France, Germany, Scandanavia, Russia, China, and more. Dr. Kevin Knuth is a Professor of Physics at the University of Albany with over two decades of experience in machine learning algorithms for Astrophysics, and editor of the peer-review open-access journal “Entropy”. Dr. Knuth is the lead scientist for UAPx, a contributing member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies, an associate member of IFEX (Interdisciplinary Research Center for Extraterrestrial Studies), an affiliate of the Galileo Project, and he serves on the Board of Advisors for the Society for UAP Studies (SUAPS). Knuth has published over 100 peer-reviewed publications and has been invited to give over 100 presentations in 18 countries.
