We are lazy thinkers. We write "blank checks" of how we're supposed to feel, hand it to others, then sit back with popcorn to watch what unfolds. Then when we don't like what we see, we blame or judge everyone else but don't look at the fact that WE chose to give away that blank check in the first place!
In other words, this episode is all about how we default way too often to automatic thinking and giving away our power to circumstances or people outside of us - and how to quit giving away those blank checks to your happiness!
