Ronnie Gregg is the frontman for Southern Accents, the ultimate Tom Petty tribute experience. Originally from Nashville, Gregg is a songwriter and producer with plenty of accolades of his own, including working with Jellyroll.
For the last decade he has committed to playing the part of one of his favorite artists in Petty. We talk about Gregg's individual journey, some of his influences, and the formation of Southern Accents. We also discuss the band's role in keeping the music of Tom Petty alive since his passing.
