Ready to ditch the polished marketing playbook and dive into strategies that actually work? The Uncut Summer Series has returned to Tiny Marketing, bringing you 12 weeks of raw, unfiltered content straight from the trenches of successful marketing practices.

Think of it as your all-access backstage pass to marketing wisdom. Every other week, you'll get the complete audio from my live training sessions—the same ones clients pay to attend—with all the spontaneous Q&As, real-time problem solving, and unscripted moments intact. We're talking about the strategies that move the needle right now: streamlined tech stacks that work while you sleep, launching video podcasts that amplify your message, lead generation that doesn't require dancing for algorithms, and funnel systems specifically designed for booking one-to-one services (not just courses!).

Between these live sessions, we're rewinding to the most impactful episodes from the past five years—the ones that made listeners pull over to take notes, the conversations that sparked breakthroughs and filled my inbox with "this changed everything" messages. Summer gives us that perfect liminal space where client work naturally slows, creating room to think strategically and implement meaningfully. Whether you're an independent consultant battling the feast-or-famine cycle or a small business owner seeking marketing that feels authentic, this series delivers value without the fluff. No ticket required for this summer tour—just hit play and let's build a sales pipeline that works consistently while feeling completely aligned with who you are.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome to the Uncut Summer Series.
I'm Sarah Noelle Block and thisis Tiny Marketing.
Hey, hey, welcome back to theshow and if you're new here,
welcome to the wild ride.
I'm Sarah Noelle Block and thisis the Tiny Marketing Show,
episode 139.

(00:22):
I checked this time and todayis not your average episode.
I'm not interviewing anyonetoday.
There's no deep dives, it'sjust me, a mic and some news
about what's coming up allsummer long.
So here we go.
This is the official kickoff ofthe Uncut Summer series.

(00:43):
I did it last summer and it wasa big hit, so I'm bringing it
back.
It's 12 weeks of live content, raw conversations and the kind
of behind-the-scenes magic you'dusually only catch if you were
at a front row of a concert.
So if you know me IRL, then youknow I'm a huge music person.
Then you know I'm a huge musicperson.

(01:09):
It's embarrassing the amountI'm on Spotify and all summer
long I'm going to concerts, andit inspired me.
That is how I came up with theUncut Summer series in the first
place was I want to have thatfeeling of going to see your
favorite band at an outdooramphitheater or going to a music
festival.
I wanted to give that kind ofvibe to my podcast over the
summer.
So that's where it started.

(01:31):
I want you to think of it likea band on tour, except the venue
is wherever you're hitting, play, and I'm showing up in your
headphones with zeropyrotechnics, but all the
strategy, mindset and momentumyou need to roll through the
summer like a boss, listeningwherever you want to listen.
So we're going live, we'regoing deep and we're going to do

(01:54):
it uncut.
Here's how it's going down.
If you see my eyes darting,it's because I'm looking at my
notes.
Every other week I'm bringingyou the audio from my live
trainings.
So I do live trainings aboutevery six weeks inside of Tiny
Marketing and it's the realstuff.

(02:15):
It's unfiltered, unedited.
It's a lot of the conversationsthat are happening, the Q&A
that's coming up while we'redoing them live.
I'm keeping it all in.
You're getting it all.
These are the kinds of sessionswhere cameras are on, chat is
popping off and we're divinginto the strategies that are
moving the needle.
Right now we're answering thequestions that you have live and

(02:38):
on the spot.
So, coming up, we've gotsessions like the MVP of
marketing tech stacks.
So, coming up, we've gotsessions like the MVP of
marketing tech stacks.
Aka stop duct taping toolstogether and start building a
system that works while yousleep.
What automations make sense?
What is the most streamlinedtech stack you need for your
marketing?
How to launch a video podcast, because your message deserves to

(03:02):
be seen and heard.
I'm actually running the sprintfor this right now.
We're in week three right nowand my clients that are going
through this have the mostfreaking amazing ideas.
So I'm excited to share thekickoff call from that so you
can see what it's like and, ifyou want, you can join in on the

(03:23):
on-demand end of it.
The anti-social media approachto lead gen.
Say goodbye to dancing for thealgorithm and hello to leads
that make sense.
So this particular training wasso popular I ended up getting
asked by several communitycreators to do this exact

(03:47):
training for their community.
So that's how big it was.
I'm sharing it with you.
And another big favorite wasfour funnels to book out your
one-to-one offers.
So we're not talking aboutthose funnels that only work for
course creators.
We're talking about the nosleazy, no spam strategic

(04:08):
funnels that work for sellingone-to-one.
Nobody talks about this, butthey exist.
These are the kinds oftrainings that people pay to be
in the room for.
Some of these were.
They had a price tag to them, they were not free and you're
getting them for free right nowon the.
But listen, every tour needs alittle nostalgia, right?

(04:33):
I'm talking like wearing theold vintage band tees to the
concerts that you're going to.
That's the second part rollingback the tape and rewinding to

(04:55):
some of our most loved and mostlistened to episodes from the
past five years.
So these are the ones thatsparked breakthroughs that
people sent me emails about that.
People went into my DMs to talkabout how much they got from
that episode.
Those are the ones I'mresharing.
In the rewind weeks so theymade people pull over, take
notes.
Weeks so they made people pullover, take notes.
I'm still getting DMs aboutsome of these episodes.
So, yeah, the Uncut Summerseries is kind of a big deal and

(05:20):
you're all invited to it noticket, no wristband, no little
VIP lanyard needed.
So here's what I recommend Makea little space in your week to
block it off.
Give yourself the gift ofthinking like a CEO, creating
like an artist and executinglike someone who knows their

(05:41):
time is valuable, because it isthis.
Summer isn't about staying busy.
I always think of summer as aliminal space.
It's a time of year where weshould have a little bit more
space to dive into our interestsand go deeper into the things
that we care about.
Let's be honest, client workusually is a little bit less in

(06:06):
the summer, so it gives you thatspace to be able to do a little
deeper digging into the thingsthat you love.
So I wanted to share this withyou during this liminal period
we call summer, so you can learna little bit something extra
that you don't get from theregular episodes.
That's what we're doing here.
I'll be real with you.

(06:28):
The best part of podcasting likethis is getting to share my
ideas in real time.
If I have an idea, I can get onthe mic, record it into script
and put it out right away andsometimes I do.
I just put it out as a bonusepisode if it's something that I
don't want to wait.
And it's okay to be messy, andI think I prefer messy.

(06:53):
Honestly, I prefer messypodcasts over super polished and
packaged podcasts, because itfeels real.
It feels like you're having aconversation with a friend.
So I'm a big fan of this formatand I think you guys are too,
because it did really well lastyear, matt, and I think you guys

(07:16):
are too, because it did reallywell last year.
So that's what Uncut is allabout.
You're not just listening tocontent.
You're in it with me, you'relearning, you're building,
you're experimenting, you'regrowing.
You're in a community becauseyou're listening to these live
trainings where other peoplewere hanging out with me and
asking questions.
So, whether you're tuning inwhile you're walking your dog,
you're driving to a client callor you're sprawled out on the

(07:39):
beach pretending you're notworking, I see you and I'm glad
you're here.
Next week, we kick things offwith our first real live session
and, trust me, you're going towant to take notes and until
then, hit follow like comment.

(08:00):
Remember, this is on YouTubeand audio so you can listen to
this, or you can watch this andshare it with a friend.
If you have a friend who is anindependent consultant and
struggling with feast or faminemode, they never know where
their next lead is coming from.
That's who I help.
I am helping the people whoneed to build a solid sales

(08:24):
pipeline and a system that feelsgood for them.
So make sure you share thisepisode with them and bring them
in on our Uncut Summer series.
Or you know my tour, my livetour.
So thank you so much forjoining me and I can't wait to
get started with the series nextweek.
Thank you for joining me today.
