This finger dexterity practice is a seated practice which means you can sit in a chair or on
the floor.
(03:08):
This practice begins with some gentle movements to wake up the fingers, hands and wrists.
Always incorporating, mindful breathing.
Next I guide you through a powerful a sonnest called Lotus Flower.
This flower helps you focus on stretching and movement, particularly in the muscles and
(03:31):
tendons within the fingers and hands.
There is also a secondary benefit for your wrists and arms.
This a sauna is most beneficial when practicing the movement of it slowly.
So that's what we do in the video.
Typically you'll notice the beautiful sensations of energy in the form of pulsing, tingling
(03:55):
and warmth in your hands and fingers right away as you intentionally move through the
phases of the Lotus Flower a sauna.
Hey everyone, I'm super excited.
We've been really busy here in my studio getting ready because in April we'll be launching

And let's make some music magic happen.
After each a sauna, we shake our hands out which is really great to do anytime whether
(05:24):
you're practicing your guitar or sitting at your desk or getting ready to play your guitar.
Now, I've also included the white nuclear sunburst in this practice which some of you may
recognize from a couple of other hands and fingers videos.
Basically, you make a fist and then open your hands again while incorporating mindful breathing.
(05:48):
By opening and closing your hands in this manner, you'll again notice your hands and fingers
are coming to life so they can get ready to tickle your guitar strings.
Another is sauna you'll experience in this practice is hold the ball.
I think you'll find this one is especially helpful particularly for improving finger and
(06:11):
finger tips strength.
This one also has the secondary benefit for your wrists and arms.
Again, you'll find this new video in the Hanson Fingers collection and the newest videos
collection.
So go ahead and hit the play button on this video to help your fingers spring into guitar
(06:33):
playing action.
I hope this episode's tip has helped you to continue expanding your guitar playing skills
and knowledge.
