Muchísimas veces y de forma inconsciente, sentimos (sí, OBVIO que me incluyo!) una necesidad o deseo por controlar absolutamente todo a nuestro alrededor, personas, situaciones o emociones, con la ilusión de que de esta manera los resultados obtenidos serán exactamente los que esperamos, o peor aún, los “adecuados”.
En el episodio de hoy conversamos con la coach ontológico 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹, sobre 𝙀𝙇 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙍𝙊𝙇 𝙔 𝙎𝙐𝙎 𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙋𝘼𝙎. Enumeramos las razones por las que este deseo casi incontrolable (ironía?), es una 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮 y, en palabras de nuestra invitada, “deshacemos una bomba de humo gigante que existe alrededor de este tema”.
