Muchísimas veces y de forma inconsciente, sentimos (sí, OBVIO que me incluyo!) una necesidad o deseo por controlar absolutamente todo a nuestro alrededor, personas, situaciones o emociones, con la ilusión de que de esta manera los resultados obtenidos serán exactamente los que esperamos, o peor aún, los “adecuados”.
En el episodio de hoy conversamos con la coach ontológico 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹, sobre 𝙀𝙇 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙍𝙊𝙇 𝙔 𝙎𝙐𝙎 𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙋𝘼𝙎.
