So many people have distorted points of views regarding their body image because of what they see on a daily basis as to the standards set by the society on what is beautiful and what is not. So, let me and our guest Hayden Rosato, a licensed Mental Health therapist here in Austin, Texas, about how we can improve our body image.

Many people who come in to see me want to feel more confident in their body and feel strong again.
